A Call for Under­stand­ing, Tol­er­ance and Peace

There is some­thing hap­pen­ing here; What it is ain’t exact­ly clear…. (“For What It’s Worth” by Buf­fa­lo Springfield)

Today is anoth­er Full Moon, the Full Moon in Tau­rus. Though many will write about how spe­cial this “Super Moon” is, (it is only a few hun­dred kilo­me­ters clos­er than oth­er recent Perigee Full Moons), the impor­tant point or Truth is that each Full Moon brings a Rev­e­la­tion for you. A Full Moon illus­trates the inte­gral rela­tion­ship between 2 of the 12 signs of the Zodi­ac. Dur­ing this time of the year, we will have the Sun in Scor­pio and the Full Moon is in Taurus.

This Full Moon should be viewed and under­stood as the coun­ter­point to the “Bud­dha Full Moon”, when the Sun is in Tau­rus and the Moon in Scor­pio, occur­ring in April or May. That Spring Full Moon in Scor­pio is a reminder that though your spir­i­tu­al jour­ney requires you to move through many Worlds, Forms and Lives, you are not these vehi­cles, and you will have to let each one of them go. You are an Immor­tal work­ing through mor­tal forms and there is noth­ing in this Mate­r­i­al Realm that will last for­ev­er. This les­son of The Bud­dha reminds you about your true nature: You are Spir­it mov­ing through Time and Space, a Spark of the Divine, essen­tial­ly Pure Con­scious­ness evolv­ing into a greater aware­ness by danc­ing through these forms, but you are ulti­mate­ly beyond any one form. The Bud­dha taught that in order to free your­self from suf­fer­ing, you must prac­tice the Art of Non-Attachment.

But here in the Time of Scor­pio, you are remind­ed of the inte­gral and oppo­site Truth by the Full Moon in Tau­rus: That each form of man­i­fes­ta­tion, every speck and mote of cre­ation, all things, all crea­tures great and small, all beings on any world, on up to the plan­ets them­selves, and the stars and galax­ies too, that all of these are the liv­ing body of the ONE. Each and every dew-drop of Cre­ation has val­ue beyond mea­sure, for each is a beau­ti­ful and pre­cious real­iza­tion of Spir­it too. Every form is also “Divine”, every form is valu­able, and each is beau­ti­ful and worth pre­serv­ing for as long as they may last.

Held togeth­er, these two Signs speak to your nev­er-end­ing jour­ney in Con­scious­ness: That you are to hold on and to let go, to pre­serve, pro­tect and endure for as long as you can, and then you are to let go and allow your­self to become some­thing more too. You and all of Cre­ation are like a Riv­er, thrilling and flow­ing through Worlds, Forms and Lives so that in time you will be them All, you will have expe­ri­enced all forms of Life-Con­scious­ness-Spir­it as you draw ever clos­er to being out­ward­ly what you are for­ev­er inward­ly, you are a spark­ing dew­drop of the One Divine Light.

You are here because of Love, the Love of the One. You are made by and all of your forms are because of this Divine Love. Your val­ue, is beyond mea­sure for you are a spark of the Divine…and so is every­thing and every­one else too. Hence the fun­da­men­tal Truth found in all Teachings:

“Do unto oth­ers as you would have them do unto you…for they are you!

And what you do unto the least of these, you do unto me, The One”.

You are here to care for one anoth­er, to help one anoth­er grow…and because you are Spir­it, you will grow, and so you will change and this growth/change will often come because many are suf­fer­ing in the old real­i­ty. But the very changes that are bring­ing about the New World will cause pain and suf­fer­ing too…and you, by your Love for your­self and for one anoth­er equal­ly, you are here to help heal this pain and suf­fer­ing for one anoth­er. You must ful­fill your respon­si­bil­i­ty to be true to your­self, which will equal­ly guide you to be faith­ful to one anoth­er and to all of life too.

Now of course there is change…and then there is CHANGE. You are going through a very chal­leng­ing time now, and it has been fore­seen and expect­ed. For this is not the first time, nor will it be the last. Ages come and ages go, and there are many inter­sect­ing cycles that beat out these rhythms of the Jour­ney of Spir­it and of human lives too. The changes that you and the world are expe­ri­enc­ing now have not been seen or felt since the mid-1700’s, and before that the ear­ly 1500’s. You are wit­ness­ing the End of an Age and the Birth of a New World. In fact, you are here to be that change, but that is hard for many (if not most) to mas­ter, but you must try.

Many things and ways will endure, and many shall pass away. Why is this so? When­ev­er the plan­et Plu­to sweeps through the Sign of Capri­corn, we will expe­ri­ence a cathar­sis in the realm of Capri­corn, the Sign that gov­erns Insti­tu­tions, Tra­di­tions, Respon­si­bil­i­ties, real­ly the entire Hier­ar­chy of Life-Consciousness-Spirit…or more sim­ply put what we know as “Real­i­ty”. Look at what hap­pened before:

500 years ago, it was the end of Feu­dal­ism and the rise of Monar­chies as the Ref­or­ma­tion swept Europe and a new Cul­tur­al-Polit­i­cal-Eco­nom­ic order came into being. 250 years ago, it was the end of Monar­chies and the rise of Democ­ra­cies in the Amer­i­can and French Rev­o­lu­tions, and again a new Cul­tur­al-Polit­i­cal-Eco­nom­ic order came to be. These changes shook their world and our ances­tors. They too lived through a time when the world was “turned upside down”.

Now we are expe­ri­enc­ing this immense shift once again, from 2008 until (at least) 2024, the world we have called our real­i­ty is crum­bling all around us. We are lit­er­al­ly halfway through this process of trans­fig­u­ra­tion, and it is real­ly get­ting seri­ous now. We see our insti­tu­tions frac­tur­ing and fail­ing; we allo­cate the blame for our suf­fer­ings to these fail­ures of “gov­ern­ment”, “edu­ca­tion”, “reli­gion”, all these things that we have made are fail­ing and we just want them to work again. We believe the “fix” is “out there”, that it is some­how exter­nal to us, sep­a­rate and embod­ied in these real­i­ty structures…

But, of course, that is just pro­ject­ing on our part, and it is cer­tain­ly not ful­fill­ing our pur­pose which is to take respon­si­bil­i­ty for our­selves, for all life-forms and habitats…and for our beau­ti­ful home called Earth. No, the change can­not hap­pen “out there”, until it hap­pens “in here”, in each of our hearts and minds. Those “things”, whether gov­ern­ment, edu­ca­tion or reli­gion, they are not things in them­selves, they are made by you and me…they are made of, by and for us. We are the Liv­ing Spir­it that makes things come to life, we make them work (or not work). If we want them to be as they should, or we want them to change as they must, then it will come from “below”, from each one of us remem­ber­ing who and what we are…we made this, and we will re-make this…for we are the prob­lem and the solu­tion too.

The good news…we have done this before, we became the new human of the 1500’s, we became the new human of the 1700’s…and now, now we will rise again to the call of our Divin­i­ty, for we are here because this is our time, we are here to end an age and begin anoth­er. We are like a relay rac­er, pass­ing the baton of spir­it to our descen­dants, who are count­ing on us to return to the one eter­nal “Source of Truth”, to lis­ten to that qui­et­ly firm, calm­ing voice in our hearts which will guide us to Think and Feel and Act with Love. We must turn to one anoth­er first…and Lis­ten, Share and Care for one another…for we are here to Love one anoth­er first, last and always.

Remem­ber who and what you are…Love.

Affirm this in how you care for your­self and for one anoth­er too.

Do not indulge/engage in the cre­ation of more fear, dis­cord or blame, (there is quite enough of that already).

Be an exam­ple of Kind­ness, Con­sid­er­a­tion and Mercy.

Stand up to hate and divi­sion, for “evil” is just the twist­ed fruits of igno­rance and mis­un­der­stand­ing, (for they know not what they do).

Shine the Light of Truth which is the Light of Love when­ev­er and wher­ev­er you can.

Take Respon­si­bil­i­ty and so Ful­fill your Des­tiny, and behold the New World Rising…

Remain Cen­tered, and hold in your Heart the mes­sage of the Great Invocation:

The Wheel of Life turns in your spi­ral jour­ney of Self-Mas­tery. Your yearning/striving to be an adept of the Twelve Ener­gy-Forms you know as the Zodi­ac returns to the ele­ment of Water once more. Of all of these Twelve, per­haps none is more awe­some and/or feared than what you now encounter, the Time of Scor­pio. For it is here you face the great para­dox of Spir­it weav­ing through mate­r­i­al worlds: You are an Immor­tal, yet you trav­el through mor­tal worlds, forms and lives. You are for­ev­er; and yet there is No-Thing that will last.

In Libra you move into the space of “We”; you co-cre­ate the space in which you may find your­self by and through one anoth­er. But in Scor­pio you move beyond the “I and Thou” to form the “We”; you join togeth­er in this space of mys­tery and self-tran­scen­dence. It is here in Scor­pio that you will expe­ri­ence the high­est highs, and the low­est lows; here you meet the sweet Joy of Union and the bit­ter Pain that is Separation.

Scor­pio is the realm of Alche­my, where the mag­ic that is com­bi­na­tion elic­its the quick­en­ing of your spir­it. For you are made of one anoth­er, for­ev­er and always. In any one life you are formed by Par­ents, Sib­lings, Friends, Teach­ers, Lovers and your very own Chil­dren too. All these expe­ri­ences you have had with one anoth­er have been formed and fold­ed into you, and you like­wise have been brought into them too.

Each indi­vid­ual has gifts and strengths; but by the mag­ic of com­bi­na­tion, when you join togeth­er in com­mon vision and purpose…well that is how you become more than what you were, that is how your Self-Becom­ing is quick­ened, that is the way you trans­form your selves and your world too.

To join with one or many, you will form and forge your union upon shared or com­mon val­ues. If there is enough to hold you to one anoth­er, you will. But you will be chal­lenged to let go in order to grow, you will need to sac­ri­fice for one anoth­er too. To live togeth­er or to work togeth­er you will have to adjust to one anoth­er as you give and receive in the space of We. If there is enough com­mon ground, what you give up or sur­ren­der may bring hurt, but the reward will be a bet­ter I and Thou.

To Sac­ri­fice means “to make sacred”; you will and must give up the less­er parts of your­self in order to grow into what is the greater with­in and between you. But you also must be care­ful and true to your­self, for if you give up what makes you “you”, if you make false sac­ri­fices, then this union will fail for you and for them too.

When the Illu­sion of Sep­a­ra­tion is shat­tered, when you know and feel the Truth, that I and Thou are one, there is no greater feel­ing than this. This is the Joy of Scorpio…But the Wheel of Life will turn, and whether you just have a won­der­ful after­noon with one anoth­er, of love and shar­ing with a dear friend or your beloved; Or, have many, many years of liv­ing and lov­ing shared with one anoth­er, at some point you will also have to expe­ri­ence the Pain of Loss too.

This is Truth. If you are to feel the Joy of Union, you will have to expe­ri­ence the Agony of Loss…The knowl­edge of Life and Death, of being an Immor­tal in a Mor­tal Frame, this is the Joy and also the Agony that is Scorpio.

But the mys­tery of Scor­pio is also this…That in any attempt to cross the divide that sep­a­rates I from Thou, you must decide what you will sur­ren­der to join togeth­er, and what you will hold with in order to be true to your­self. You dis­cov­er what is more you, and what is less. By this very rev­e­la­tion of what is more tru­ly me and what is less me as I draw that much clos­er to you, I will remark­ably and joy­ful­ly dis­cov­er that I come clos­er to my own true self too.

This is the mys­tery and rebirth offered by Scor­pio, that by reach­ing out and mak­ing a sacred sac­ri­fice to join with one anoth­er, that you actu­al­ly, in fact, end up com­ing that much clos­er to your­self, and the love that binds you to one anoth­er has also helped you to find your way to own true self too.

That true or High­er Self is your Immor­tal Self…and so you will smile, because you will under­stand, that you have noth­ing to fear. Your pain is real but it will pass, or it will come around as you under­stand that it is just the mir­rored reflec­tion of the Love that was there and will always be there for you and for one another.

For it all comes down to this…you are an Immor­tal Spir­it, you are here because of Love; You are here to Love and be Loved. You will feel the Truth, know this Truth, that your whole Jour­ney is sim­ply to be true to one­self and walk the Path of Love.

Yes, we are made of one another…

We are made by one another,

And noth­ing and no one can come between our true nature.

We are the ones of the One…

We are here to be all for One and one for All.

We will give up the lesser,

And hon­or that which is Greater.

We will sac­ri­fice what is less,

To hon­or that which is True.

To Love one another,

As we are loved by the One,

For­ev­er and ever,

The Way of We

You are the Self-That-Is-Becoming,
A pre­cious Spark of the One Divine Flame.
Your Jour­ney, your Awakening,
Is formed and forged by those with whom you travel
For as much as you are a very spe­cial “one” indeed,
You are tru­ly formed by all these oth­er spe­cial ones too.

The Hier­ar­chy that is Life-Con­scious­ness-Spir­it is the same,
From the infin­i­tes­i­mals to the Galac­tic Lords and beyond.
All have been made by one anoth­er; and all are held togeth­er in the One.
From the begin­ning, and as we greet one anoth­er again and again,
Your jour­ney is this sto­ry of the ONE made by the many ones,
Singing their Songs of Togeth­er­ness, mak­ing their way back home.

The Cir­cle of the Liv­ing Ones, what you know as the Signs of the Zodiac,
Holds and forms the Twelve-Fold Arche­typ­al ener­gies play­ing through Creation.
And though every sign and ener­gy-form are for­ev­er-present and active
In you and through­out all of this Cre­ation too,
It is wise to lis­ten to the inti­ma­tions of Spir­it, to lis­ten when the Winds of Spir­it call.
It is Time now to Con­sid­er the Sacred Space I and Thou,
To cross that mys­te­ri­ous Por­tal that is Libra,
To move into that space you cre­ate togeth­er, the Sacred Space of We.

For every speck and mote of this Cre­ation, every being, world and Galac­tic Sys­tem has at its core a spark of the one Divine Flame. And this core of Light and Love anchors the Sacred Space with­in which that being abides. That by this Sacred Cen­ter of Love-Light every Life-Con­scious­ness-Spir­it finds their own cen­ter and yet equal­ly their essen­tial con­nec­tion to one anoth­er too. For what abides in that cen­ter of one and all is the sil­ver chord of con­nec­tion to the One Divine Light. Tru­ly we are insep­a­ra­ble, because of our ori­gin in the One, and through all our many Lives and Loves we are held togeth­er by the One.

Yet you are “sep­a­rate” too, and you will encounter one anoth­er in your jour­ney, time and time again, you in your space and they in theirs. You must not tres­pass upon them, nor they upon you. But you will find that you must come togeth­er in some way so as to form your expe­ri­ences of one anoth­er, and by this you will shape and form one anoth­er too. This Dance of Spir­it, where you will play and learn, where you will strive to be for you and for them too, where you will grow beyond your­self and become what you are meant to be, this is that sacred space of We, this is the sacred realm of Libra.

It is here in the shared spaces of Libra that you will cre­ate, share, love and grow…together. You will elic­it from one anoth­er a greater under­stand­ing of your­self and of your world as you com­pare, con­trast and com­bine your per­cep­tions and sen­si­bil­i­ties, match and meet your needs through one anoth­er and ful­fill your hopes and dreams of one anoth­er by abid­ing by the sacred prin­ci­ple that gov­erns all rela­tion­ship in this universe.

This is Truth: What­ev­er, whomev­er you encounter in this space of We is anoth­er just like you. In fact, in their heart of hearts they are already of you and you are of them. This law, found­ed by your ori­gin in and of the One, and bound togeth­er by your sacred cen­ter that is a spark of this One, means that before me is anoth­er sparkling dew-drop of the one Divine Light. To bring about or cause harm to this or any oth­er is to irrev­o­ca­bly do equal harm to myself. This is The Law of Kar­ma, what­ev­er you cre­ate, what­ev­er action, feel­ing or thought you make will return to you. Thus fol­lows the injunc­tion of rela­tion­ship found in all the sacred teachings:

Do unto oth­ers as you would have them do unto you.
For you are all relat­ed, and what you do to the least of these,
You do unto me, The One.

Be guid­ed by the Prin­ci­ple of Libra, be guid­ed by the Truth of Love.
For you are of the One, and your Heart is pure Love.
To the one who is before you,
To the One that is always within,
Bow you head, lift your heart
Speak the Truth, Be your Truth,
Namaste.

The pre­vail­ing major aspect of this past year has been this wan­ing square of Sat­urn to Nep­tune. Their first square in this cycle was in Novem­ber 2015, the sec­ond in June of 2016, and the final square will be on Sep­tem­ber 10, 2016.

When we are con­sid­er­ing these out­er plan­et align­ments, one should cer­tain­ly look at the entire peri­od of their exact aspects, as well as some­what before until some while after, as being inclu­sive of their par­tic­u­lar ener­gy-for­m/mes­sage for you. The whole peri­od from September/October 2015 through Octo­ber 2016 can be char­ac­ter­ized by this align­ment of the plan­et of Form/Reality (Sat­urn) and Dream/Illusion (Nep­tune).

More­over, it is equal­ly impor­tant to con­sid­er their entire rela­tion­ship or cycle, typ­i­cal­ly exam­ined from Con­junc­tion to Con­junc­tion, to under­stand the broad­er mes­sage offered through the Four major phas­es of any plan­e­tary pair. For this par­tic­u­lar plan­e­tary rela­tion­ship, that would mean that the mean­ing and mes­sages of this cycle were ini­ti­at­ed in 1989 at the Con­junc­tion; they reached a crit­i­cal turn­ing or piv­ot point at the wax­ing Square in 1998; they arrived at the cli­max of their cycle in the Oppo­si­tion of revelation/confrontation of 2006-07; to final­ly meet in this moment of Crisis/Opportunity of the wan­ing Square in 2015–16. (Sat­urn and Nep­tune will inau­gu­rate a new cycle of rela­tion­ship at their next Con­junc­tion in 2026).

With regards to this par­tic­u­lar cycle (or any cycle for that mat­ter), we can see its influ­ence on the many dimen­sions of our exis­tence, the var­i­ous phys­i­cal, emo­tion­al, men­tal and spir­i­tu­al planes. The cycle of Sat­urn and Nep­tune con­cerns the inte­gral rela­tion­ship between the estab­lish­ment of Real­i­ty and Order (Sat­urn) and its for­ma­tion­al cor­re­spon­dence with Dreams and Imag­i­na­tion (Nep­tune). When fused with right under­stand­ing, it is how we imag­ine a better/greater real­i­ty and then pro­ceed to bring it into actu­al man­i­fes­ta­tion. When either ele­ment is mis­con­strued or approached with anx­i­ety, doubt or fear then we will see the regres­sion of these poten­tials as evi­denced by a cling­ing to old and out­worn forms sup­port­ed by false­ly framed fan­tasies or delu­sions, often result­ing in a divorce of Real­i­ty and Imag­i­na­tion. Rather than a rea­son­able and strong cor­re­spon­dence between Dream­ing and Mak­ing, there occurs a descent into a world of “smoke and mir­rors”, the result often being a dystopi­an world of Delu­sion, Decep­tion and Victimization.

Through­out the series of Saturn/Neptune align­ments, one can dis­cern the rhyth­mic waves of New Dreams becom­ing New Real­i­ties, those Real­i­ties becom­ing ever more Crys­tal­lized, lead­ing to even­tu­al Dis­il­lu­sion­ments with that Real­i­ty, which pro­duces increas­ing degrees of Con­fu­sion and Misunderstanding…and this loss of faith and con­fu­sion actu­al­ly pre­pares the way for the New Illuminations/Dreams that will be even­tu­al­ly be formed into New, and we can hope, bet­ter Realities.

Thus, the road to Illu­mi­na­tion, to the Greater Under­stand­ing and Real­i­ty in which you jour­ney, is paved with this rhyth­mic puls­ing of Dreams to Real­i­ty to Crys­tal­liza­tion to Con­fu­sion (which cre­ates the con­di­tions for let­ting go of that more lim­it­ed Real­i­ty Par­a­digm), lead­ing to Inspi­ra­tions and a New Dream-Real­i­ty brought into being. The jour­ney from unself-con­scious spark of the Divine to ful­ly awak­ened co-Cre­ator of Cre­ation is this spi­ral path of Dream­ing-Real­i­ty that has no “begin­ning” and no “end”.

The Con­junc­tions of the last cen­tu­ry (1917, 1952–53, 1989), cor­re­spond quite remark­ably for instance with the birth of the USSR, the onset of the Cold War, and the dis­so­lu­tion of the USSR, (and of com­mu­nist states of East­ern Europe). More­over, the inter­ven­ing beats of their cycle, wax­ing square-oppo­si­tion-wan­ing square, also can pro­vide insight into the under­ly­ing influ­ences and lessons of these and oth­er his­tor­i­cal developments.

But this is mere­ly one exam­ple, a par­tic­u­lar man­i­fes­ta­tion of this ener­gy-form artic­u­lat­ed with­in the realm of political/social real­i­ties. What is most impor­tant is to under­stand that this cycle is one of the key plan­e­tary pairs help­ing to dri­ve the emer­gence of the Greater Aware­ness and a more ful­fill­ing Real­i­ty for you.

For this par­tic­u­lar cycle and your expe­ri­ence with­in it we should con­sid­er the 1989 Con­junc­tion as the seed­ing of a New Par­a­digm of Dream/Reality for Earth. For any one per­son, this might be the start of a new life or phase of life, and for a com­mu­ni­ty or cul­ture it would more broad­ly define the hope for the future and the begin­nings of the struc­tures to bring that into being. What and how the pre­vi­ous cycle end­ed gives birth to the New, both in terms of Dreams and Hopes, but lim­i­ta­tions and fear as well.

The first or wax­ing Square of 1998–99 would be a cross­roads, a piv­ot point, a choice requir­ing a com­mit­ment to a def­i­nite Dream/Reality struc­ture and the turn­ing away from and let­ting go of any oth­er. Here is where the new Dream/Reality encoun­ters its first “test”. If for an indi­vid­ual or soci­ety there is an align­ment or cor­re­spon­dence of dream to real­i­ty, we would see a re-ded­i­ca­tion of pur­pose and focus to expand that Dream-Real­i­ty. If this turn­ing entailed greater dis­so­nance or dis­ap­point­ment, it would be an oppor­tu­ni­ty to adjust the tra­jec­to­ry and sub­stance of this unfold­ing Dream-Real­i­ty, per­haps choos­ing a dif­fer­ent Dream or for­ma­tion of Reality.

The oppo­si­tion of 2006-07 would be the moment of rev­e­la­tion, where the inher­ent truth or false­hood of this par­tic­u­lar cycle would be encoun­tered. For var­i­ous indi­vid­u­als and groups, it is a moment of tri­umph and fulfillment…the Dream has come True. For oth­ers how­ev­er it could be a shat­ter­ing moment filled with dis­ap­point­ments and defeat. What has been revealed is either the unbridge­able gap between the promis­es and the results, between the Dream and Real­i­ty, and/or the real­iza­tion that the Dream itself was Illu­sion­ary or a False-Hope, that it was found­ed upon Delu­sion, Decep­tion and most cer­tain­ly Self-Deception.

Here is where the Indi­vid­ual and the soci­ety would face their great­est test and oppor­tu­ni­ty. For as much as this Oppo­si­tion is an “End­ing”, it also marks the begin­ning of the sec­ond half of the Cycle, and so a new chance to apply the lessons learned, to adjust the Dream and Real­i­ty, and bring about a redemp­tion in the sec­ond half of the cycle.

The final major turn­ing point of any cycle is the wan­ing Square which can be a moment of even fur­ther growth in under­stand­ing and con­scious­ness, a rec­on­cil­i­a­tion and res­o­lu­tion of the tri­umphs and tragedies of the oppo­si­tion­al phase. Yet it may equal­ly con­tain or be per­vad­ed by a sense of cri­sis and despair as the yawn­ing gap between Dream and Real­i­ty seems unbridge­able, and hopes and dreams are seem­ing­ly beyond reach at this time.

So we find our­selves now at this moment of choice, but you need to under­stand that a Wan­ing Square is not like Wax­ing Square, that the type of choice for 2015–16 is not the same as 1998–9. The Wax­ing Square is much more of out­ward, phys­i­cal choice between forms and paths that you will take as you attempt to ful­fill your Dream-Real­i­ty mak­ing. A Wan­ing Square like 2015–16 is much more of an “inner choice”, it is a piv­ot-point in Con­scious­ness, a chal­lenge to make a bet­ter choice about how you see your­self and your world-view, to com­pare and con­trast the dif­fer­ing assump­tions about the Real­i­ty you are in (and have helped to make). It is more a time of “let­ting go” of the old, out­worn assump­tions that got you to here (Real­i­ty), but can­not get you to there (Your Dream).

You have been offered this peri­od to see which of your Prin­ci­ples, Beliefs and Sci­ences or Truths have (and still do) serve you well in explain­ing your expe­ri­ence and guid­ing your intentions/actions. Equal­ly, this Wan­ing Square calls upon you to see to what extent your Beliefs/Truths cor­re­spond with those with whom you jour­ney. For with­in any group, sub-cul­ture and soci­ety, there will many Truths held in com­mon, but also many that only cor­re­spond to some por­tion of this. To dis­cern Truth from Fic­tion, Illu­mi­na­tion from Illu­sion, well that is what you are here for!

If there is no over-arch­ing agree­ment as to the nature of “Real­i­ty”, if dif­fer­ent groups align with vary­ing inter­pre­ta­tions of what is “Sci­en­tif­ic”, or what is “Truth”, well then they will cer­tain­ly be unable to find a com­mon def­i­n­i­tion of “Real­i­ty”. They will also be unable to agree on what are the “right-actions” to live with­in that Real­i­ty, and cer­tain­ly not agree as to how to move towards a bet­ter or more inclu­sive Reality/Belief paradigm.

This Spi­ral Jour­ney of Under­stand­ing, of weav­ing togeth­er the Greater Real­i­ty around one­self with the mental/spiritual map­ping-mir­ror­ing of one’s own Thought-Forms of Beliefs/Truths, well that is your nev­er-end­ing jour­ney of Con­scious­ness indeed. Slow­ly Humans are mov­ing up and out­wards from unself-con­scious­ness to ful­ly awak­ened con­scious co-cre­ators of this Cre­ation. Time and time again, the Belief/Paradigm of a group, soci­ety and cul­ture, which served to guide and inform their lives for a time, will even­tu­al­ly begin to break­down and ulti­mate­ly fall apart as Real­i­ty changes and/or Thought-forms evolve. Some­times these shifts are grad­ual and even easy; some­times they are not and the break­ing apart and ref­or­ma­tion of the Reality/Belief sys­tem is fraught with con­fu­sion, dis­cord and disillusionment.

Here in 2015–16, as indi­cat­ed by the Saturn/Neptune Square, we are most cer­tain­ly expe­ri­enc­ing a rather strong cri­sis in our Reality/Belief par­a­digm. Per­son­al­ly, social­ly, nation­al­ly and inter­na­tion­al­ly this divi­sion between Truth and False­hood, between Dreams and Illu­sions is omnipresent, and it seems that we are unable to find those com­mon threads to bind togeth­er our hearts and minds with one anoth­er. The rad­i­cal frac­tur­ing of both left and right polit­i­cal­ly, the dis­cords between Faith and Rea­son, the inces­sant stream of infor­ma­tion devoid of con­text or ground­ing in com­mon under­stand­ing, has led many indi­vid­u­als and groups to stum­ble into con­fu­sion, dis­il­lu­sion­ment and despair.

Where, where can one look for some cen­ter that can hold us togeth­er in the Greater Truth that we are on this Cir­cuitous Jour­ney of Awak­en­ing togeth­er? How can we under­stand that this expe­ri­ence right now is some­thing we have met and mas­tered time and time again…and so we should have a heart-felt faith that we will find “The Way” once again?

The answer to your prayer for both a bet­ter Under­stand­ing and a Greater Real­i­ty is to remem­ber that we each need to harken to the “still, qui­et, calm­ing” voice of our High­er Self who is always there to remind us of who and what we are, so that we find inspi­ra­tion in our fun­da­men­tal essence, our Lov­ing Nature. That we will under­stand that who­ev­er or whomev­er is before us is anoth­er just like us. We need one anoth­er to help remove our mis­un­der­stand­ings, doubts and fears. We need to lis­ten to one anoth­er, explain to one anoth­er, com­pare and con­trast for one anoth­er and so shine a more inclu­sive light for one another…To be a light for one anoth­er so that we can see what we alone could not see.

Yet equal­ly, to help lift our hearts and minds, we should fol­low the inte­gral path­way of Wis­dom, which blends your inner voice (and the inti­ma­tions of oth­ers), but seeks to align these whis­pers of wis­dom with the great exam­ples and Wis­dom-Teach­ings that have stood the test of time. For what you are faced with has been encoun­tered time and time again. Innu­mer­able souls and cul­tures have faced these tests of Truth/Reality and resolved to lift their Hearts and Minds out of shad­ows and into the Light. There are truths…and then there are Truths. Some idea-forms will hold for a time…and some, well some are Time­less. Seek for Wis­dom with­in and without…and you will know it when they are the same.
