You are the Builder of Worlds, the maker
of Heav­ens (and these less­er realms too)…For this is the Law: It is the
Dreams that you dreamt that became the Ideas that you thought and the Feelings
that you Felt, and it was these that com­bined togeth­er to form the Actions that
you took…and so it is you who made this, this is Your Cre­ation, this is your
Now. 

It is time once again to pause and
con­sid­er, to take stock of how well what was envi­sioned by you six months ago
(and much, much fur­ther ago, of many lives and many worlds too), how well your
vision has been drawn down and brought forth into your Reality…For this is
yours, this is your life, this is of your making.

The Sun is your Avatar of your Pure
Poten­tial for Being, your Spark of the Divine, and all that you can ever become
is held with­in your­self, your dia­mond cen­ter sparkling like the morn­ing dew,
and your whole jour­ney is this won­drous dance in which you are learn­ing to
mas­ter the Ener­gies and Forms of the Uni­verse as you spin and twirl those
streams of con­scious­ness and forms, as you unfold from with­in your super­nal, heavenly
birthright.

Nep­tune is your Avatar of Imag­i­na­tion, of
your Dream­ing-Real­i­ty-Mak­ing, the Fac­ul­ty of Clear-See­ing, the Ruler of
Illu­mi­na­tion and Illu­sion too, of your Now and how it appears to you “out
there”, this Reality/Maya. For your Jour­ney of Self-Unfold­ment is a
Jour­ney of Aware­ness and Con­scious­ness, and you will pass through many stages
or lev­els as you jour­ney from unself-con­scious spark of the Divine to a self-aware
yet only semi-con­scious per­ceiv­er, to ever and ever high­er realms of inspired
aware­ness as you reach for your Human poten­tial of becom­ing a Co-Cre­ator with
Cos­mic Consciousness. 

Yet at each and every stage, at every
lev­el of aware­ness, and there are many lev­els with­in each major stage, you will
per­ceive the Real­i­ty you are in as the one true one…and it is for you, at
that time and place, as it must be so…

But the Truth is, of course, that it is a
Real­i­ty and it is a Maya too! For you can only per­ceive what you believe and
under­stand, and so what is before you is true, but there is always a Deeper,
High­er, Fin­er Truth, a Greater Real­i­ty behind the one you are in, and then
anoth­er beyond that…and so on…

And so Nep­tune shows you, inspires you
to remain true to the One Path, and you must be open, you must know that the
more you know, the more there is still to know and understand…and your only
path home, the only way to Wis­dom and Truth is by find­ing and hold­ing your­self in
that most pre­cious state…Humility.

For you are of this and yet you must
remain in awe of where you abide, to mar­vel at this won­drous Cre­ation, made by
you and your Star­ry Com­pan­ions. It is a Mystery…and as you trav­el the path,
of going forth and com­ing home, you will be pass through your Cer­tain­ties that
seem to com­fort you, but only hold you in their thrall…they will, they must
even­tu­al­ly fail you, and so lead you into your sojourn in Con­fu­sion and
Doubt…but it is this dark­ness which holds the greater light, for it leads you
in and out again, as you open up to the won­der again, you will pon­der and
dream, you will let go and grow…and so you will see it before you, the New
Vision, the Next Step as a new dimen­sion beck­ons you onwards…

And so you will learn…and accept…and
understand…

That you must fol­low the Ancient
Injunction…

That all pil­grims of Spir­it hold dear
and true…

There is but one Path, one Way,

And you will find it,

By remain­ing Open and Wondrous,

Secure in your lov­ing Humility…

You take to heart what is the only way,

To Walk On.

Mer­cury is
sweep­ing around the “far-side” of your Star, mov­ing about as fast as
he can now (at least from your per­spec­tive here on Earth), and will overtake
the Sun tomor­row to form a Supe­ri­or Con­junc­tion (and per­haps offer up some
answer to what you have been wait­ing for).

Today, he dashes
into his own sign of Vir­go, and as he only has time to stay for two and a half
weeks, you best make ready to take advan­tage of this brief but wel­come shift in
your men­tal pathways…

Yes, it is time once
again to pause, piv­ot and recon­nect your “net­works” into a more
ground­ed, pur­pose­ful and dis­cern­ing mode of mus­ing. You are the appren­tice who
must  apply your­self to a most nec­es­sary task: That guid­ed by your Prin­ci­pled Ideals and Plans, which formed and flowed from your
Fiery Mind, you must care­ful­ly, atten­tive­ly and adept­ly shape these Archetypes
and Visions into your Reality.

For you are here
on Earth, and you must use your Arti­sanal skills to fash­ion what was merely
imag­ined, to bring your world into being a more mean­ing­ful order­ing, so that
with crit­i­cal assess­ments, through duti­ful appli­ca­tion and aligned by a sincere
will­ing­ness to be of ser­vice, you may bring about a more per­fect state of grace
and beau­ty for you and for your world.

You weave these
webs, these Ener­gies and Forms, as you apply your­self to the mak­ing of the real
from what was only imagined…

You are the Apprentice…

An Adept in the making,

From this Guild
of Earth.

You are Drawing
down,

And you are Lift­ing up.

For you are the Dreamer
and the Maker,

Fash­ion­ing your­self and your Creation,

Into a World of
Wonders,

In which you now abide.

The Wheel of Life Turns, and so must you…

For there is a Time for everything,

A time to Begin…a time to Hold…and a
time to Release.

The rhythm of your life moves through
Three Fun­da­men­tal Phas­es, and also through Four Fun­da­men­tal Qual­i­ties, and it
is these which in their inte­gral com­bi­na­tion form them­selves into what you know
as the Twelve Astro­log­i­cal Signs.

These Ener­gies and Forms com­bine and
cre­ate, they sweep and soar, they lift you as they inspire you, they unfold
with and through you, as you and they con­tin­ue this mar­velous jour­ney, you and
they and the count­less shin­ing ones who with the One are on this path, the Path
of the Self that is Becoming.

And know this, that in all these worlds
and through all these forms and in all those lives you are nev­er alone, for all
the while there is with­in you your one, Still and Atten­tive, who is your
aware­ness of Aware­ness, the Watch­er who watch­es and waits, in your qui­et place,
lov­ing­ly abid­ing in your cen­ter, your High­er Self, your Beloved who waits for
you to come into that per­fect place, that Holy State, your place of Grace, your
World of Beauty…Peace.

For as you grow, as you learn, as you
seek and strive for that most per­fect prize, to dis­cov­er and secure the
trea­sure beyond mea­sure, you will come to real­ize that in all these trav­els and
through all these forms, this Cir­cuitous Jour­ney will always bring you back to
that one that waits and watch­es and knows…for what you are seek­ing is already
there, wait­ing with­in you…It is you, your shin­ing splen­dor, abid­ing in your
place, your gar­den, your place of Peace.

This is the hid­den mean­ing behind this
time, the Time of Vir­go, the time of the Vir­gin. For to be Vir­ginal means to be
whole, to be com­plete with­in and through­out one­self, to be behold­en to no-thing
and to no one, to be pure­ly, truly…You. Your jour­ney is an unfold­ing, a
reveal­ing of you to your­self as you under­stand and release what is within.

So after the per­for­mance, after the
stretch­ing and strut­ting and reach­ing for the Light that is Leo, you must turn
and attend to what is need­ed now. You seek to do bet­ter, to become more
atten­tive to what is need­ed and nec­es­sary, to find ful­fill­ment in the small
things and sim­ple kindnesses…to live in Spir­it in the real world, upon this
Earth, in this Gar­den of Becom­ing, as you seek to walk the path of Truth, to
Live in Beauty…and to reach for, to be with, to be at Peace.

You will come to know and understand,
that it is not a place “out there”. Your Well-Ordered World, your Place
of Beau­ty and Peace, they are imma­nent for they abide with­in you, they are your
true nature, that abides with­in your own High­er Self, with your Divine Spark
and there­by in the One.

But in your present state you have
for­got­ten this as you have become enam­ored and glam­ored by these bod­ies and
worlds you trav­el through. You Suf­fer because you are not yet what you will be,
and so you hold onto what brings you pain, you suf­fer because you do not yet
understand…and when there has been enough, when you are ready, then you are
able let go of this less­er sense of your­self, you will then rise into the Greater
Under­stand­ing, that was always there, wait­ing, abid­ing and lov­ing­ly watching
over your journey…for you were nev­er alone, and you were always and will be
for­ev­er loved.

So, you must turn now to what is needed
and necessary…

To Under­stand these past months, filled
with your Tri­umphs and your Trials.

You must Har­vest the Mean­ings, and let
go of the rest…

For you have made all of this and
your­self, and your jour­ney is not done…

You must turn with the Sea­son, to attune
and align…

Your path is before you, your path is with­in you.

May you Walk in Beau­ty, May you Live in Beauty…

May you move clos­er to Peace.

This is the “oth­er side” of
the Grand T‑Square for this year (and remem­ber, this is the first of three such
alignments…this same T‑Square for­ma­tion will repeat two more times in the
first part of 2014).

This time you have Jupiter Squaring
Uranus, and the Song of Spir­it is here to remind you that you need to always
strive to main­tain an inte­gral bal­ance between your Self-Becom­ing Individuation
(Uranus/Freedom) and your Imma­nent, Ever-Renew­ing Foun­tain-Source or Cen­ter found
and formed by the Avatar of your Root-Source Prin­ci­ples (Jupiter/Truths).

Here again is what I said about this in
my 2013 Gen­er­al Forecast:

 The Great Car­di­nal T‑Square, Uranus,
Plu­to and Jupiter August 7–21, 2013

In
the month of August, com­ing between the two exact align­ments of Uranus and
Plu­to in 2013, Jupiter will bring to bear a mes­sage from the Foundation-Source,
the ever-renew­ing well­spring of life that flows from the sign of Cancer.
Jupiter rules the Prin­ci­ples, Truths and Beliefs that give and form the
mean­ings of your life jour­ney, that form the steady guide for your
self-unfold­ment and pur­pose­ful growth. Jupiter is offer­ing this spiritual
mes­sage from the heart, from the source, from the roots of your life. For as
you strug­gle to find your way between Uranus and Plu­to, between Free­dom and
Order, between self-asser­tion and self-sac­ri­fice, you will need this cooling,
calm­ing and refresh­ing reminder of what you stand upon, from whence you have
come and what holds you true to one another.

Jupiter
in Can­cer serves to restore and renew your feel­ings of secu­ri­ty that originate
in your most inti­mate and pro­found expe­ri­ence that you are con­nect­ed or part of
some­thing greater than just your­self. As you grow and devel­op, in life after
life, you will find your own true cen­ter by being and belong­ing with one
anoth­er. It will usu­al­ly begin in your affec­tions and bonds expe­ri­enced in your
imme­di­ate fam­i­ly group, and it will slow­ly and increas­ing­ly extend itself in
any life, (and over many life­times, in life after life), into your
ever-unfold­ing expan­sion of con­scious­ness and spir­i­tu­al connectedness.

This
sense of belong­ing, of root­ed­ness and secu­ri­ty, expands from your immediate
fam­i­ly out­ward to your vil­lage, and then per­haps it may move out fur­ther to a
local area of sev­er­al com­mu­ni­ties. Then it con­tin­ues to grow out­ward even
fur­ther in your belong­ing to some group­ing per­haps ground­ed in your identity
with an eth­nic group, and then per­haps into some greater group­ing of many
eth­nic­i­ties. Even­tu­al­ly you find an even larg­er sense of iden­ti­ty and meaning
with­in an ever more com­plex cul­ture and soci­ety, until you final­ly experience
your pro­found famil­iar­i­ty with all who jour­ney in the fam­i­ly known as
“human”.

This
fun­da­men­tal spir­i­tu­al truth of con­nect­ed­ness will final­ly blos­som forth, as you
reach the “promised land”, the pro­found spir­i­tu­al epiphany of
under­stand­ing that all life is one, all beings are one with one anoth­er, that
every­thing in this cos­mos is a spark of the one Great Spir­it in whom we live
and love and find our true being.

As
Jupiter forms its Square and Oppo­si­tion, it will bring to bear these influences
upon the dynam­ic strug­gle of Uranus and Plu­to. The chal­lenge for every person
and for all group­ings of peo­ple will be to hold to the high­est lev­els of
inspi­ra­tion that Jupiter can pro­vide here, remind­ing one and all of their
com­mon bonds and inter­ests, elic­it­ing a desire for greater inclu­sive­ness and
gen­er­at­ing greater con­sid­er­a­tions for the well-being of one anoth­er. If they
can do this, then the strug­gles of Uranus with Plu­to can be mod­u­lat­ed and even
mit­i­gat­ed by find­ing that deep­er cen­ter where all can join togeth­er, founded
upon these shared feel­ings of belonging.

With
Jupiter’s influ­ence the fer­vent dri­ve for free­dom by Uranus can be soothed,
with a gen­tle reminder that as much as you must assert and be freer yourself
you must equal­ly acknowl­edge your need to care for one anoth­er too. The
Plu­ton­ian dri­ve to cre­ate, main­tain and extend your own sacred space must be
equal­ly bal­anced by the con­sid­er­a­tion you show for the sacred space of one and
all. 

But
there is also the very real pos­si­bil­i­ty of indi­vid­u­als and groups react­ing in a
more parochial way to this chal­lenge, and out of fear-formed echoes of their
past be steered by the emo­tion­al ties of Jupiter in Can­cer to react in more
exclu­sive or defen­sive ways. They will act more nar­row­ly, and iden­ti­fy with
whom they belong, whether fam­i­ly, tribe or cul­ture by build­ing walls not
bridges and so cre­ate an even greater gulf between “us ver­sus them”.
Then this oppor­tu­ni­ty for growth and self-tran­scen­dence could be lost in those
ego-dri­ven fears that have echoed through­out oth­er his­tor­i­cal peri­ods faced
with sim­i­lar demands for self-transformation.

The
chal­lenge will be laid down, either to rise up to a high­er under­stand­ing and
con­duct with one anoth­er, to make some mutu­al sac­ri­fice and unite…or to face
the divide with­in and between us by refus­ing to join in a greater whole, to
give into fear and so increase those sep­a­ra­tions from one anoth­er. And this
fear-based fail­ing would most cer­tain­ly quick­en the descent to a more difficult
des­tiny for one and all. The choice will be there, and each must decide…but
there is hope…

Yes,
it is from Jupiter’s mean­ings as mod­u­lat­ed by the Sign of Can­cer that you can
find the first of three offer­ings to help you nav­i­gate the year ahead. But
there is much to be hoped for here, because Jupiter is but one part of a gift
of inspi­ra­tion and mean­ing that comes with­in a three-fold bless­ing from your
Star­ry com­pan­ions this year. For what Jupiter is anchor­ing and car­ry­ing forward
to you in August is the mean­ing and mes­sage of the oth­er great align­ment this
year, and which will most thank­ful­ly still be in force dur­ing Jupiter’s August
align­ments with Uranus and Pluto…it is the radi­ant beau­ty of the year, the
Grand Trine in Water of Jupiter, Sat­urn and Neptune.

The
first half of the T‑Square, Jupiter oppo­site Plu­to, high­light­ed your
ever-present need to create/preserve/protect your own sacred space while at the
same time accord­ing and affirm­ing the very same to every other…For you are
here to learn to guide and so con­duct your­self with this Fun­da­men­tal Truth: 

That you under­stand and so come to expe­ri­ence Life as One and fundamentally
Indi­vis­i­ble, (the Great Illu­sion is Sep­a­ra­tion), and that All of space is
Sacred. That you are part of and sur­round­ed by count­less, divine­ly sparkling,
sacred spaces known to you as the Universe…That you and they are of the One,
all of one Energy/Form, and that just as you are a spark of this Divine Reality
so too are the innu­mer­able sparks that fill the entire­ty you know as Creation.
You must not and shall not trespass.

Now this
side of the T‑Square con­cerns anoth­er Avatar in this Truth of Tri­par­tite Spirit.
The Lord Uranus is the vehi­cle of your Indi­vid­u­a­tion, of the Self-Unfold­ment of
You, of what is called in the Ancient Teach­ings your “Swab­ha­va”.

This
is the prin­ci­ple that Dri­ves the Sto­ry that is Cre­ation, for there resides a spark
of the Divine at the core of every par­ti­cle of Cre­ation, (for Space is not
emp­ty but is tru­ly a Full­ness, Full-Filled by an unfold­ing, devel­op­ing Consciousness
behind all Energies/Forms), and yet each such Energy/Form is also a Distinct,
Unique instance of Spir­it. That pro­pelling the growth or unfold­ment of each
Spark of the Divine, resid­ing in every Instance of Cre­ation, is a Divine
sparkling Con­scious­ness, an Indi­vid­u­al­i­ty, that is won­drous­ly reveal­ing itself
to itself and so for the One…For this is what is your Cre­ation, a self-unfold­ing, self-becom­ing host of Indi­vid­u­als, the many of the One.

Yet
here too with­out the Gift of the Spir­it, with­out the Bal­ance that is Bliss,
with­out Inte­gral Devel­op­ment where­by each Avatar con­tributes to the whole and
so be of and for the One, the real­iza­tion of this Indi­vid­u­al­i­ty could become skewed from
or depart from the whole­ness of which, from which it shall and should obtain
its most essen­tial directionality. 

So,
here the Lord Jupiter comes into this Align­ment, offer­ing to Uranus’
insis­tent­ly Indi­vid­u­at­ing Song a
Cen­ter­ing, Inte­grat­ing and Lov­ing reminder of Ori­gin, of the Roots of Creation…That
every being is a one or indi­vid­ual, yes this is True. But every being is also a
one of the ones of the ONE. So the self-unfold­ment of any and all Energy/Forms,
which begin as unself-con­scious sparks of the Divine to rise and unfold into
ful­ly Self-Con­scious and Awak­ened Humans (and much more beyond), that this Principle
of Indi­vid­u­a­tion is equal­ly and lov­ing­ly guid­ed and informed by this Intuiting/Knowing/Feeling,
this Truth of Being: 

That
you are all related…

That
you are all of One Fam­i­ly, and

You
are here to Love and Care for one another…

As
you Become, as you Awaken…

And
Return, Singing your Songs…

Home, one with the One. 

Well, this is some­thing special!

Today is the sec­ond Full Moon in
Aquar­ius. Nor­mal­ly, you expe­ri­ence only one New Moon and One Full Moon per Sign.
How­ev­er, because the Lunar Cycle, that is from New Moon to Full Moon and back to New Moon, is
about 28 days, yet the Sun resides in a sign for just over 30 days, there will
be occa­sions when either two New or two Full Moons will occur with­in the Sun’s
move­ment through a Sign…

This is such a time, for the Sun is
resid­ing in Leo and you now have had two Full Moons in Aquar­ius, two
rev­e­la­tions of this inte­gral rela­tion­ship between Per­son­al Self-Expres­sion and
Social Con­scious­ness, between being True to who you are, and to your Fellow
Com­pan­ions too.

For the Signs are all of a piece, they
are each a chap­ter in the Sto­ry of Life, and they only can be understood,
inte­grat­ed and so release their Truth in and through you by being expe­ri­enced as
what they are, as one Great Sto­ry in which all are joined together…That by, in
and through one anoth­er, each Sign singing their spe­cial Song of Spir­it, that this
is what brings Ful­fill­ment to every par­ti­cle of Creation…They are tru­ly the
Waters of the Liv­ing Spir­it where­in each informs and enrich­es every oth­er as they
also bring Light and Love through you and to one another.

The Sun is your Avatar of Individuality,
sweep­ing now through his own sign of Leo, declaim­ing the virtues that springs from
the Fires of Authen­tic­i­ty, pur­su­ing the Puri­ty of Self-Real­iza­tion through your
expe­ri­ence of Self-Expres­sion, by your exten­sion into Roles of Lead­er­ship, through
embrac­ing the Joys of Per­son­al Love that is offered and received as it must be
for it to be true, Unconditionally…

To this the Moon in Aquar­ius pro­vides a
most nec­es­sary Counterpoint…for in each of these forms of the Release of your
Self, you can fall into error, of being over or under whelming…There is
a need for con­text, for deep­er, wider and greater mean­ing by plac­ing these
expe­ri­ences of your self-real­iza­tion into the larg­er world in which you find
and ful­fill yourself.

For you trav­el in a grand com­pa­ny of
fel­low-seek­ers, you unfold and become who you are through and with them,
through mutu­al sup­port, in your shared chal­lenges and tri­umphs. Your dreams are
their dreams, for you become your dreams of one another…You must know this, you have come here at a
par­tic­u­lar time and place, and not by acci­dent, you have arrived exact­ly at
this appoint­ed time with a wave of oth­er souls, of fel­low trav­el­ers with and to
whom you owe and are owed many things…That they, like you, seek to become more
than what they were, to grow and stretch and be acknowl­edged, to be seen in
their Truth…and for this you form and are formed by your Fel­low­ships with one
anoth­er, into Com­mu­ni­ties where­in you aspire, dream and make the future…

Your per­for­mances and dis­plays, your
cre­ations and loves, reside with­in this larg­er social space of mean­ing and
context…and this is what dear Luna reminds you of today. That you are unique
and you must be true to you, yes. But your forms of self-real­iza­tion, your
mean­ings and meth­ods are formed with­in this greater Sacred Space that you have made with one anoth­er. You are one, and you are the many too.

That you are you by, because and through your
fel­low seekers…

These are yours, these are your Band of Becomers…

With whom you
trav­el with for life after life…

Your Friends, your Dreaming-Makers…

Who will ever be and have so become…

All for one,

One for All.
