Twelve New Moons mark your Astro­log­i­cal Year…

Twelve times a year the Sun, your Source of Light, Life and Love releas­es a new wave of Spir­i­tu­al Guid­ance and Inspi­ra­tion at the New Moon.

Dur­ing the suc­ceed­ing Lunar month, this Mes­sage of Mean­ing is inte­grat­ed into the fab­ric of your life as dear Luna weaves it into and through your world. The Moon is your inter­locu­tor, she is the Medi­a­trix of Mean­ing, and Luna is tasked with nur­tur­ing you by step­ping down and deliv­er­ing this Solar Ray of Truth as she swings high and low, as she moves out­wards and inwards in her orbit around your home here on Earth.

Two weeks after that Solar Gift, Luna is ready to give back a most pre­cious and need­ed offer­ing as well. Twelve times a year she reach­es where she is now, her far­thest point out beyond Earth­’s orbit. She is out beyond your bound­ed cir­cle of Space, stand­ing in those out­er reach­es where she is ful­ly illu­mi­nat­ed by the Sun. What she offers you today and what she lov­ing­ly gives each month is a most nec­es­sary coun­ter­point, for con­tained with­in that New Moon was this rev­e­la­tion, for each Truth is bound and informed by the oth­er, and now you will receive the fruit of mean­ing that com­pletes and com­ple­ments the Seed that was released at the pre­vi­ous New Moon.

The Sun is in Aquar­ius now and your aims and inten­tions, your heart and soul are focused through your spir­i­tu­al devel­op­ment as evinced by your social aware­ness, and your path of pur­pose is found in your social con­science and con­scious­ness. Your inner peace and out­er joys are formed in and by your expe­ri­ence of belong­ing, of being with those with whom you share your hopes and dreams for a bet­ter world to come.

You and your com­pan­ions are here to bring about the New World, for your dreams of this future is what holds you to your path and to one anoth­er too. In the end you are the very sub­stance of what their dreams are made of, and they and their hap­pi­ness are what tru­ly forms your dreams too. You have been there for one anoth­er since the begin­ning, and come upon one anoth­er in life after life for you are bound to one anoth­er by Deed, Thought and Love. You have made one anoth­er what you are and you will jour­ney togeth­er in life after life, in this world and the next. For the only illu­sion is your sep­a­ra­tion, you are of one life and for one anoth­er for all time.

Yet in this time that thrills to your Truth in Com­rade­ship, of being part of a com­mu­ni­ty or cause or call­ing, there is the pos­si­bil­i­ty that you may bend to the will of these many oth­ers and find too much com­fort in con­for­mi­ty, in becom­ing less of your­self and more like one anoth­er, and that is because your self-real­iza­tion in Aquar­ius draws you towards social accep­tance and your iden­ti­ty may be over­ly found in, by and through your companions.

So it is at such a time that dear Luna offers you this gift and reminder. She is shin­ing bright­ly now, beam­ing with the Ray of Leo and remind­ing you that your truth is also to be found in your unique­ness, in your Song of Spe­cial­ness, and by the truth of your essen­tial being, that you are a pre­cious, sin­gu­lar one among many oth­er ones. For as much as you will find your mean­ing of life by, with and through one anoth­er, you and they need you to be true to your Self, to ful­fill and flower into you own unique sen­si­bil­i­ties, intel­li­gence and ways of lov­ing too.

For this is the Greater Truth, that you are part of a Shin­ing Host who have a com­mon ori­gin and des­tiny to ful­fill. But your very ori­gin and true des­tiny is also formed by each and every spark of the Divine being a unique expres­sion of this One Spir­it. There is only one of you and you are like no other…And it is this that forms and ful­fills your Trea­sure in Heav­en, this One­ness in Diversity…For out of One have come the Many, and out of this Many will form a even Greater One, for­ev­er and forever.

You are here to love one another…

And you are here to love your Self too.

Be there for one anoth­er and,

To thine own self be true. 

But above all,

Love.

The first Mer­cury Ret­ro­grade is here and this is what I wrote in my Gen­er­al Forecast:

Mer­cury Ret­ro­grade (Feb­ru­ary 6 until Feb­ru­ary 28)

Mer­cury begins the first of three ret­ro­grades of the year, this time mov­ing from around 3 degrees of Pisces and back to around 18 degrees of Aquar­ius. While in Pisces you are asked to look with­in and to pay par­tic­u­lar atten­tion to your pow­er of Imag­i­na­tion, to con­sid­er your Dreams and face down your Fears. While in Aquar­ius, your atten­tive­ness should be drawn to the recon­sid­er­a­tion of your Social Con­scious­ness as ful­filled and made pos­si­ble in and through your Dream-Liv­ing Com­pan­ion­ships. As usu­al, many issues in your present day life may slow down or be put on hold as you go back to fin­ish some mat­ters that you left behind.

Your Avatar of Mind is skip­ping around for the next cou­ple of months, so you bet­ter get ready to bend along with those Mer­cu­r­ial rays. One of your great­est gifts is your Intel­li­gence, and it is cer­tain­ly nec­es­sary now to show how adept you are with this most mar­velous fac­ul­ty, it is time to show how nim­ble, agile and adapt­able you are when it comes to your Per­cep­tions and Thoughts. This World is the sub­stan­tial result, it is the con­cretized embod­i­ment of Thought-Forms that you formed and made into your Reality…For as you think so shall you become.

Mer­cury moved into the Water sign of Pisces on Jan­u­ary 31, but he will only be there for less than two weeks…why so short a time? Because today, Thurs­day Feb­ru­ary 6, he is turn­ing ret­ro­grade for three weeks. Which means Mer­cury will move back out of Water and into the Airy sign of Aquar­ius by Feb­ru­ary 12. Mer­cury will turn direct on the last day of Feb­ru­ary, and on March 17 Mer­cury will return to the sign of Pisces and remain there until April 7. Now that is a quite a lot of skip­ping and jump­ing around between the Watery Worlds of Pisces and the Airy Spaces of Aquarius…and that is pre­cise­ly the point, that is exact­ly the gift you are being offered here.

You are about to have an extend­ed invi­ta­tion to work the “weav­ing way” that leads to a more adept and nuanced sen­si­bil­i­ty. By mov­ing back and forth between Watery Pisces and Airy Aquar­ius, you will be bet­ter able to appre­ci­ate the qual­i­ties of both, and more exact­ly see how they both inform and enhance one another.

For your Feel­ings form the con­tex­tu­al back­ground upon which your Thoughts seek to con­struct your ratio­nal view of your world, and it is this which cre­ates the per­cep­tu­al frame­work of your under­stand­ing. Your Thoughts in turn form the medi­um and means of com­mu­ni­cat­ing your Feel­ings, so that you may bet­ter com­pre­hend your Intu­itive (non-ratio­nal) per­cep­tions that per­mit you to per­ceive what is beyond your con­scious know­ing. It is by weav­ing togeth­er these two ways of expe­ri­enc­ing your rela­tion­ship to your­self and of the world around you, by bal­anc­ing and blend­ing the Mental/Rational and Feeling/Intuitive that you cre­ate the expe­ri­ence of your real­i­ty that not only makes sense but feels right too.

The move­ment of Mer­cury through Pisces inclines your per­cep­tions and thoughts to the more Intu­ition­al Way of Know­ing, for it is here that the focal lens­ing of your mind seeks to slip between or tran­scend the lim­its of any one bound­ary or realm of com­pre­hen­sion. You find your­self inspired by con­sid­er­a­tions of the ulti­mate ques­tions of your Life: of Self­less­ness and Sac­ri­fice, of Com­pas­sion and Uncon­di­tion­al Love, of your Faith and your Fear, of your Ego-Lim­i­ta­tions and your Self-Transcendence.

With Mer­cury ret­ro­grade in Pisces, you need to take time to look more deeply with­in your­self to recon­sid­er your most pre­cious gifts of Dream­ing and Imag­i­na­tion, for they form the core of the pow­er of your Ever-Becom­ing, that you are here quite sim­ply to Grow. But to tru­ly release this won­drous gift, you must nev­er cease to chal­lenge your­self to remove what might fore­stall or impede your spir­i­tu­al progress. And what is that? The shad­ow on your path is prin­ci­pal­ly formed by those haunt­ing echoes of your past fail­ures which form your present day fears, and togeth­er these weigh upon your capac­i­ty to believe in your­self or your fel­low companions.

With Mer­cury ret­ro­grade in Pisces you are asked to lis­ten to your inner voice, your calm and steady com­pan­ion, and remem­ber what has been the source of you and of all that is around you too. That at your core you are of the Divine, and it is this lov­ing Pres­ence that pro­vides you with your Foun­tain Source of Hope. It forms your firm and unshake­able Foun­da­tion that becomes sub­stan­tial and shines forth in the Love you have and the Love that you share and is known to you as your Faith. That from this you know you can rise above any past error or mis­take, that you can learn to do and be bet­ter and that you have noth­ing what­so­ev­er to fear, “for thou art with me”. 

When Mer­cury re-enters Aquar­ius on Feb­ru­ary 12, you will find your­self drawn to reex­am­ine your­self and your world through your Rational/Reasoning Mind, for you need to bet­ter under­stand how you do this, how through your Thought-Forms you are able to cre­ate a New­er, Bet­ter World from the Old in which you abide.

For hav­ing had your Thoughts and Beliefs, your very Hopes and Dreams formed with­in the World as it is, how or from where would the Seed of the New arise, from where would come those won­der­ful­ly dis­rup­tive and free­ing Ideas of Inven­tive­ness, Orig­i­nal­i­ty and Spir­i­tu­al Progress?

Again, you must recon­sid­er and return to source, for here at the Aquar­i­an part of the Heart of you, it is here that you will find that your High­er Mind ever seeks to be as free as pos­si­ble from con­straint and con­ven­tion. That you as a fun­da­men­tal­ly Spir­i­tu­al Being, when you hold your­self with­in these High­er Thought Realms, are able to con­sid­er the world that is and the world that could be from out­side the Per­cep­tu­al Hier­ar­chy of the sta­tus quo. You can ride along with these high­er Thought-Forms which will then take you beyond the accept­ed and rea­son­able of today and show you a Brighter Tomor­row, your High­er Con­scious­ness can show you a New You and a New Earth too.

But just as your Intu­ition­al Know­ing in Pisces must be formed into Thoughts so that you might share your Faith, your Greater Know­ing in Aquar­ius is more Lov­ing­ly expressed when com­bined with those Feel­ings of Fel­low­ship that you share with one anoth­er. For this is most cer­tain­ly true, you must have Faith and you must Believe if you are to See and Know a bet­ter Way too.

This is the Dance of Mer­cury now.…

Venus Direct (Jan­u­ary 31 until July 25, 2015)

This con­cludes the Venus Ret­ro­grade, and you may now direct your atten­tion more out­ward­ly to con­sid­er the real­i­ty and truth of your lov­ing nature in the world. You have had your “40 Days in the Desert”, a most pre­cious time to seek with­in for the “trea­sure beyond mea­sure” which lies at the core of your­self, which goes by many names such as your High­er Self or the Beloved. Now you need to turn and look around you, to act upon this knowl­edge and live with the under­stand­ing that this self-same core resides in every aspect of your world, for it is this which forms the Grace, Beau­ty and Love that is behind all of this Won­drous Creation.

Since Decem­ber 21, you have had this most pre­cious oppor­tu­ni­ty to turn back upon your­self, to look more deeply with­in and con­sid­er again the ques­tion of val­ue in your life. For this is one of the foun­da­tion­al prin­ci­ples of your Spir­i­tu­al Jour­ney. If you are to have the right rela­tion­ship to one anoth­er (and to oth­er life-forms), if you are to have right rela­tion­ships to the “things” in this world too, then you must mas­ter this les­son of Value.

Your moral and social sens­es by which you live out your love for one anoth­er, and your aes­thet­ic sen­si­bil­i­ties by which you live out your love for the beau­ty found and made by you in this world, and most cer­tain­ly the under­stand­ing that have for your own Divine Essence, (the same essence which you share equal­ly with your fel­low trav­el­ers upon this great jour­ney of Spirit)…All of this comes down to one sim­ple but pro­found truth, all of this depends upon your under­stand­ing and expe­ri­enc­ing the one essen­tial Truth that is the Core of you…That you are a spark of the Divine, and Love is sim­ply what makes you You. 

These past “40 Days in the Desert” have been a time for dis­cov­ery, of peel­ing back and delv­ing into the core of what you were, have and can become…for this time your attune­ment was focused through the Ray that is Capricorn.

It is through Capri­corn that you per­ceive the Hier­ar­chy that is Cre­ation: That this entire Cos­mos is like a Lad­der of Life that stretch­es back beyond reck­on­ing through Time and Space, span­ning count­less eons and made up of infi­nite expres­sions of Life-Con­scious­ness-Spir­it. It extends from the Incon­ceiv­able Infin­i­tes­i­mals that form the count­less Inner Worlds to the Incom­pre­hen­si­ble Infin­ites that form the Out­er Planes that stand beyond any sim­ple or sin­gu­lar Dimen­sion of Space-Time…all of it is “That”. All of this puls­ing, stream­ing, surg­ing, unfold­ing Won­der is the Lov­ing Cre­ation of the One True Spir­it that is the Val­ue that forms one and all…and forms you too.

You have real­ized some­thing of this, that some­how you feel or intu­it this as you look out upon the wheel­ing won­ders of the cos­mos above you. Then you turn and you gaze into your dear beloved’s eyes…and then you see, and you under­stand that what looks back at you is you, it is you with­in one anoth­er, you see­ing one anoth­er behind the illu­sion of this form in which you abide. You feel the love that is there with­in, and that is to be found all around you, because this is the ener­gy that binds every speck and mote, every being, plan­et, star and sys­tem into this one Great Life of Spirit.

The Illu­sion that is Sep­a­ra­tion is pierced through at once as you mar­vel at the Love that stands behind it all, that fills you and yours with the ever-unfold­ing poten­tial to become and be so much more…and you will.

The only thing you need to become what you were meant to be…

To make man­i­fest your won­drous Apotheosis…

The only thing you need to do…

Is to Love one Another.

All you need to be,

Is Love.

Jupiter Oppo­site Plu­to (Jan­u­ary 31 & April 20) *also August 7, 2013

This aspect was first exact in August 2013 (and you can read about that here), and con­tin­ues with two more align­ments in Jan­u­ary and April, with the lat­ter being of great­est sig­nif­i­cance since it will coin­cide with the next Uranus Plu­to Square and be part of what is known as the Grand Cross in Astrol­o­gy of 2014, (as Jupiter will be also Squar­ing Uranus the same day). I will write about this exten­sive­ly in April. The fun­da­men­tal issue artic­u­lat­ed here is to stand firm and cen­tered in your truth by the prop­er exer­cise of your Will, but in this you must know that you should nev­er seek to impose a truth upon any oth­er, for this vio­lates one of the Great­est Prin­ci­ples of Spir­it, that all spaces are Sacred and you must not trespass.

Jupiter is your Avatar of Prin­ci­ples and Beliefs. Mov­ing through Can­cer now, Jupiter is help­ing you to more deeply con­nect to the root sources of your foun­da­tion­al truths. For where you stand now in your under­stand­ing is formed by numer­ous streams of life expe­ri­ences. Your fam­i­ly, your cul­ture and your spir­i­tu­al tra­di­tions among many oth­er influ­ences have formed in and through you to cre­ate a sense of the mean­ings of your life. From these you have some notion or belief of where you have come from, of why you are here…and per­haps an idea of where you may or should be going.

It is from these beliefs, which then form your inten­tions and way of relat­ing in your world, that you find your­self in a world-view, par­a­digm or real­i­ty that you share with oth­er mem­bers of your fam­i­ly, tribe, sub-cul­ture and cul­ture. It binds you to one anoth­er in these shared sen­si­bil­i­ties of what you believe to be true for you and yours.

Plu­to is your Avatar of the Will, which is the third Prin­ci­ple abid­ing in your Spir­i­tu­al Core, and is the means by which you come to mas­ter your­self by slow­ly learn­ing to exer­cise your self-con­trol, lead­ing to your ever-expand­ing pow­er of self-deter­mi­na­tion. It is this which allows you to form the sacred space in which you will abide, the sacred space of your­self. As much as you must learn to exer­cise this pow­er of self-deter­mi­na­tion with­in, you will equal­ly learn to mas­ter your Will with regards to all those around you, who equal­ly exist in their sacred spaces too.

Then each from their own more or less cen­tered sacred space, seek­ing to live, love and cre­ate with one anoth­er as you must if you are to ful­fill your­self, each will­ing­ly may choose to form with one anoth­er those shared sacred spaces of per­son­al, pro­fes­sion­al and oth­er unions…and it is here in the spaces you make with one anoth­er that the “mag­ic” of com­bi­na­tion, of “two becom­ing one” can happen.

The Oppo­si­tion of Jupiter and Plu­to sings to you about a most impor­tant les­son that you are learn­ing with regard to your Beliefs and your Will. The prop­er inte­gral rela­tion­ship here between your Truth and your Sacred Space should hold you to the path of being true to your­self, of hold­ing and abid­ing in your Beliefs, Faith, Sci­ence and Phi­los­o­phy so that you may direct your life upon the path that is true for you while you abide in your own sacred space.

But you must nev­er seek to impose upon anoth­er your Truth, to force them to believe or fol­low what they do not under­stand or agree to. Even for the most of so-called noblest of pur­pos­es, if you force anoth­er to go against their own con­science or lev­el of under­stand­ing you break this most fun­da­men­tal spir­i­tu­al law, that each per­son­’s space is sacred. And, if you vio­late that space by break­ing their will and impos­ing your own upon them, you do great dam­age to them, and to yourself.

Even if you are con­vinced, or “know” that your way or belief is high­er or bet­ter or truer, it gives you no right to impose it, for that is a greater untruth. You may cer­tain­ly engage with them, dis­cuss and debate and see how each oth­er’s par­tic­u­lar view­points or posi­tions leads to cer­tain out­comes, and then see what may be shown by this. You may end up chang­ing their mind, or they yours. You may end up agree­ing to disagree.

But no mat­ter what you can­not impose truth. You can only elic­it it, draw it out from with­in them…just as it was drawn out from you.

For that is where Truth resides, in each and every soul’s core there is the High­er Self, there is The Truth of the One in which all do share, and some­day it will be released…but you can­not make this hap­pen by force.

You must and will become as you are in your core…

You will find your way by being true to your Spirit.

You will find your way by this…

Hon­or your three Spir­i­tu­al Principles…

A Free Mind, Uncon­di­tion­al Love and Sacred Space.

This is your Truth, this is The Way.

You have jour­neyed far and wide, sweep­ing around…

This Cir­cle of Life and Love.

Dark­er nights have been met and mas­tered, and

Your days are length­en­ing once again.

There is anoth­er Astro­log­i­cal Year, just ahead…

Still, it seems far away to you…for it is always dark­est before the dawn.

A bet­ter world is just beyond, and some­where out there is Spring, out there is your hope for a new begin­ning. You need help, you need one anoth­er to make real and true that promise you hold so dear…of brighter days, of good times and a future for you and yours.

So you come to the next Truth in your Jour­ney. That after the tri­als and tribu­la­tions, beyond the suc­cess­es (and so-called defeats) you need to know what comes after those rewards and respon­si­bil­i­ties that made your time of Capri­corn. You have your hard-won achieve­ments, you ful­filled your pur­pose, you did your duty in your world, and you built some­thing worth pre­serv­ing and pass­ing on…and now you come to this.

Luna returns to the Sun for yet anoth­er bless­ing, she pass­es between you and your Star to receive and bring to you this next mes­sage of mean­ing to guide your steps, for she is ever there to help you find the one true path that will take you out of the dark­ness and into the Dawn of a New Life.

You need to know, after pass­ing over the pin­na­cle that is Capri­corn, hav­ing made your way to the top, you need to know what was it for, what are you real­ly here for?

You look around…and you remem­ber. You remem­ber it would not have been, nor would it have mat­tered with­out the love you have for one another…for you have and will nev­er trav­el alone, not ever. You have always been with your fel­low Stal­wart Seek­ers with­out whom you would have nev­er come this far at all.

For your dreams are made of them, your life is found in their fel­low­ship. You are here for anoth­er, and you are made of and by one anoth­er too. For your dreams are their dreams, and theirs is yours too. You are made what you are by your com­pan­ion­ship, you became what you are by your believ­ing and car­ing for one other.

You were formed by one anoth­er in life after life, and from your begin­ning you have jour­neyed in this Grand Adven­ture of the Divine that is your self-becom­ing, each help­ing one anoth­er to be and become who they are. You help one anoth­er by being true to your­self, by accept­ing and delight­ing in one anoth­er for being exact­ly that, for being a spe­cial one among many oth­er spe­cial ones…for you are each a unique spark of the one Divine Flame and you help one anoth­er to be that, to just be who you are.

This Eleventh Moon of your Astro­log­i­cal year reminds you of this, that you are here quite sim­ply to grow…and you can only be free to do this with oth­er free-seek­ers too. You dream of a bet­ter time to come, and you can brave the dark times that must be endured because you have one anoth­er, and you can hold one anoth­er, and lift one anoth­er and believe in one anoth­er for you know that togeth­er you will step into that bet­ter world that is com­ing with Dawn.

The New Moon in Aquar­ius reminds you of your Truth, that you are part of a Com­pa­ny of Dream­ers-Mak­ers-Cre­ators who will bring about a New World. You are with your Con­stant Com­pan­ions, in life after life and togeth­er you will bring about the Dawn.

You are what you are because of these ones whom you love, the ones you call “my friend”.

Gath­er togeth­er, cel­e­brate your dreams and hopes…
