The Major Chal­lenge of Our Time

Anoth­er excerpt from my lat­est radio inter­view that dis­cuss­es the major chal­lenge con­fronting the World in this peri­od. This is a sub­ject that I have dis­cussed for the past cou­ple of years and devot­ed a rather long analy­sis to in my overview for 2012. In the radio inter­view I talk more about the response we should have to this chal­lenge and when the the USA will face this align­ment more direct­ly. Here is some of that radio excerpt:

“…The changes that we are going through are not sim­ple changes because we haven’t gone through changes like this for over 200 years…And most peo­ple would agree in look­ing around the coun­try now or around the world, that they find that many insti­tu­tions if not most have failed them or are fail­ing them…

Peo­ple know that this is a time of change…Of course the real answer here is those things out­side of us, those insti­tu­tions, yes they must change but what makes them? They are not ‘things in them­selves’, they are made up of you and me… 

And so what is real­ly called for here is a change in Human Spir­it, in the human heart and con­scious­ness. That’s how insti­tu­tions change, not by chang­ing the thing out there but by each per­son look­ing in their own heart and mak­ing a bet­ter choice about how they going to con­duct them­selves in any office or job that they are fulfilling…

When crises hit and trou­bles comes down the road, we have to turn to each oth­er and help each oth­er and that’s what is hap­pen­ing and what will happen.”

Radio Inter­view: Uranus/Pluto for USA and the World

What hap­pens when what you want does not
agree with what you believe? Huh?

That is what appears to be happening
today/tonight. Venus rules your Val­ues, so it is what you wish to have in your
own per­son­al life. Jupiter rules your Prin­ci­ples and Truths, so it indicates
the way you relate to the larg­er world around you. 

In a bal­anced life, what you
val­ue, what you wish to have for your­self is made even more mean­ing­ful within
the con­text of your beliefs…your val­ues extend out­ward as they are meaningfully
shared, trans­formed and social­ized in and through your larg­er social iden­ti­ty. In
this man­ner, your “pri­vate” wants and your “social”
expe­ri­ences should reflect and mutu­al­ly sup­port one another…and that would be
what many have called the “Good Life”.

Today it appears as if you (and they)
are at an impasse, as you can­not relate to what you want and/or rec­on­cile your
per­son­al val­ues with your social val­ues. When plan­ets square one anoth­er it
presents you with a contradiction…two ener­gies are pulling and push­ing upon
you and the only way for­ward seems to require you give up on one, to deny or sacrifice
it so that you might have or secure the other…

But of course by doing this you end up
with a life that does not make sense…In this instance, you either retreat
into your own pri­vate “world” that is some­how dis­con­nect­ed from the
larg­er world around you. Or, you end up not “prac­tic­ing what you
preach”, your pri­vate world and pub­lic life become sep­a­rat­ed, one set of
val­ues for you and anoth­er for the “pub­lic” you…and this is just unsustainable.

Of course what the uni­verse is really
ask­ing of you is to find a way to bring and keep these two fun­da­men­tal elements
of your­self together…the chal­lenge is not to choose. Instead, you must find
that fin­er way, to walk the Noble path of integration…

So what are Venus and Jupiter pos­ing as
this dilem­ma for you?

Venus is in Vir­go now, and the empha­sis is
laid upon you per­son­al­ly to have a life that works, a life that make sense…You
need a life that is ordered in such a way that every­thing you do is bal­anced by
and inte­grat­ed with all the oth­er ele­ments of your life. You want, you need more
than any­thing to be at Peace!

Jupiter is in Gem­i­ni now, and the social stream­ings that are mov­ing through your world encour­age change and
contrasts…You are meant now to encounter, encom­pass and embrace a wider
world, to cel­e­brate diver­si­ty, to appre­ci­ate many dif­fer­ing facets and sen­si­bil­i­ties. Your social sense is pushing
you to engage your most pre­cious gift, Intel­li­gence, because there are great changes
now (and more to come)…and the old solu­tions just will not do.

So Venus is call­ing you to main­tain or
cre­ate your own world of sim­plic­i­ty, order and peace, while Jupiter is
quick­en­ing your intel­li­gence as you must look beyond the bound­aries of the
famil­iar as waves of change come swirling through your world…

The choice you seem to face is: 1) To try to hold onto your way
that worked, your sim­ple space of peace, or 2) leap into the cos­mic whirlwinds
that lead to new dis­cov­er­ies, offer­ing delights and growth…

But of course, you must not
choose…except to choose to under­stand that both Venus and Jupiter are right and
true…And it is up to you, you who are this ever unfold­ing bea­con of awareness,
it is up to you to find the way to keep them togeth­er in this nev­er-end­ing  jour­ney of life-consciousness-spirit.

If you hold to order with­out change, you
stand against the fun­da­men­tal force dri­ving your Cos­mic journey…the one
con­stant force of your unfold­ing Spirit…Growth. But if you sim­ply give in to
con­stant­ly expand­ing, con­trast­ing diver­si­ties you will lose your way too…The
key is the Mid­dle Path, to see how each sup­ports and cre­ates the con­di­tions for
the oth­er, that they are both part of a larg­er whole or Greater Truth. 

That you
need your intel­li­gent-seek­ing ways to find new worlds and cre­ate new ways of
order­ing, time and time again. Yet at the same time, you need to main­tain some central
set of prin­ci­ples, of core mean­ings and order­ings for your life as these
chal­leng­ing and excit­ing changes swirl all around you.

When faced with a square you must be
strong, to be nei­ther rigid nor giv­ing way…

Instead, you must stand in the Cen­ter of
your­self and see the truth of each, and know and live the truth that each with­out the oth­er, each inform­ing and shap­ing one anoth­er, that with­out this mid­dle way you will
not have Peace or Meaningfulness. 

You can­not sep­a­rate your per­son­al life
from your social life, your home from your society…

For every­thing and every­one matters…because all are sparks of the one Divine Flame.

You must do your part, to live a live of Peace and Meaning…

To live your life for the One and for All.

Turn now, turn
and look into your beloved’s eyes…for you behold the great­est mys­tery there looking
back at you. The awe­some truth is there revealed, Yes! 

You should bow
your head in rev­er­ence, for it is THAT which is there…found at the heart of
every­thing and everyone. 

Who looks at
you, beam­ing out from those beau­ti­ful eyes? 

Yes, it is THAT,
it is the ONE right there…and this is the core of the Truth of Libra…That
you and every­one and everything…we are all relat­ed, we are all part of this Spiritual
Pres­ence, this Divine Awareness!

Behind the
won­drous eyes gaz­ing back at you, there is always and for­ev­er the Watcher
watch­ing, for there resides the High­er Self! That is why you see through the
oth­er the mar­velous reflec­tion of your own Self too. For this is what is
TRUE…Everywhere the Divine is present as the ONE awe­some, fun­da­men­tal and underlying
Real­i­ty that is Unknowable…

Name­less, yet it is called
by many names…for you, for now, it is sim­ply felt and known as “The
Presence”.

Take the other
by their hand and turn now, for togeth­er you should face the dark­ness of this magical,
this won­drous and mys­te­ri­ous New Moon of Libra. The Sun and Moon, danc­ing their
way across your sky point the way for you ever and always…They meet, they
kiss and release for you a new mes­sage from the Stars…A gift to inspire your
own dance with one anoth­er down here, for in your dance is met and
answered the reflect­ed glo­ry of their beau­ty above.

Now is this
dark­en­ing time, when the Moon has slipped between Earth and Sun, there is no
Luna beam­ing to light your way. You can­not look out…for the dark­ness surrounds
you…you must look for anoth­er way to reach for the Light. There is but one
way, that is steady and true…it is the Light that shines Eter­nal, the Spiritual
Light of your new day dawning…it is found in that still, qui­et voice of your
high­er self who is there beside you each and every day.

For this is
what you cel­e­brate now, here at the Libra New Moon…you cel­e­brate the release
of a new inspi­ra­tion for how you will jour­ney togeth­er, a Gift of the Spir­it to
guide you through your under­stand­ing and expe­ri­ence of rela­tion­ship. Always and
for­ev­er, Spir­it moves to fill the emp­ty spaces, your own high­er self is there
to guide you and pro­vide nour­ish­ment, hope and mean­ing for your jour­ney through
every por­tal of life. 

Today you need
inspi­ra­tion to make your way across the Rain­bow Bridge, the arch that spans the
space between “I and Thou”…You need to reach across to one another
with that smile of recog­ni­tion, of Self to Self, to greet each oth­er with
under­stand­ing, accep­tance, and love.

Today’s Libra gift
of Spir­it is rather spe­cial, for the New Moon is accom­pa­nied by anoth­er very powerful
align­ment between Mars and Uranus, who add their spe­cial mes­sage to your
expe­ri­ence and under­stand­ing of rela­tion­ship. What is this spe­cial gift for you
today? 

That as much
as it is the Truth that each and every is at their core an insep­a­ra­ble part of
the One Great Spir­it, it is equal­ly true that each and every spark of the
divine is Unique…You are one, you are spe­cial and this is part of your Divine
self too. 

You are
Iden­ti­cal to one anoth­er in your Inner­most being, and so you find yourself
reflect­ed in one anoth­er’s pres­ence. But…you are unique real­iza­tions and
expres­sions of this fun­da­men­tal pres­ence too, and this is what you find so
mag­i­cal and delight­ful about one another.

In fact, your
expe­ri­ence of one anoth­er in and through rela­tion­ship is found­ed upon this
won­der­ful truth. That you come togeth­er with what you share as sparks of the
One Divine Flame, but you Love each oth­er pre­cise­ly because you are each a very
spe­cial indi­vid­ual expres­sion of that Divine pres­ence too. 

This is the
Mes­sage behind the mys­tery of Libra…

You can­not be
yourself…by yourself. 

You find your­self, become more your Self in and through relationship.

Through acknowl­edg­ing,
appre­ci­at­ing and lov­ing one another…

You live the truth…we are the same, yet delight­ful­ly different.

You and your beloved, with Luna above…

Dream­ing and danc­ing, this Life-Streaming-Consciousness…

Gaz­ing into
one anoth­er’s eyes!

Real­i­ty meets Dreaming…and
it is Beautiful!

Okay…this is
anoth­er one of those “big­ger” alignments…Saturn is lin­ing up with
Nep­tune in a won­der­ful trine today and again in June and July of 2013…but what
you need to know is…what does this mean?

The Ruler of the
Formed, Sat­urn, greets and is graced by the Foun­tain-source of all forms, the
Ruler of the Form­less, Neptune…and you are remind­ed once again about this
awe­some pow­er, your pow­er of Dreaming-Making-Reality. 

Sat­urn rules
Real­i­ty, what you and every­one else has so far brought into being on Earth. Saturn’s
draw­ing down into sub­stance is the ful­fill­ment of your dreams, shaped into reality-forms.
Yet these very forms at the same time nec­es­sar­i­ly lim­it your pure poten­tial by
bind­ing it into some def­i­nite (finite) Thing. 

Your Ideas,
Hopes and Dreams on this plane, in order to be real, become formed into Matter
and by doing so they become circumscribed…and there­fore sub­ject to the Laws
of Time and Cycles…for any and every­thing here is a com­pos­ite or compound,
and must even­tu­al­ly pass away. 

The les­son of
this dance of life, of Sat­urn and Nep­tune, is that you must con­tin­u­al­ly Imagine
anew. You must ever Dream, again and again, to keep form­ing and re-form­ing your
world and yourself…This is the sub­stance of your spi­ral jour­ney as
Life-Con­scious­ness-Spir­it, of you becom­ing you through count­less unfolding
forms of self-realization.

Nep­tune rules
your Dream­ing and Imag­i­na­tion, it is the rep­re­sen­ta­tive for the Spir­i­tu­al source
for this awe­some pow­er, the pow­er to unfold from with­in a new world and a new
you. You encounter the world before you, your present cir­cum­stances. You dare
to dream, you imag­ine and believe that there could be a dif­fer­ent world, a
bet­ter world…and so it begins to take form…And you have been doing
this…you have done this…many, many, many times…

How well you
cre­ate, how much of your dream will be, will depend upon you and those with
whom you dream. But with­in any cycling of Saturn/Neptune there are moments of
greater flow and ease, of when it seems “just right”, and there are
moments that present a greater challenge.

This cur­rent
cycle of Saturn/Neptune began in 1989, and an old world was end­ing and new
world was being imagined…Then in 2006–2007, Sat­urn and Nep­tune were opposite
to one anoth­er and a reck­on­ing was at hand for how well the dream had been
executed…or not…

Today you are
at a dif­fer­ent moment of the cycle, not a begin­ning nor a reckoning…Now you
find your­self at one of those moments where it does seem pos­si­ble to bring
togeth­er the Dream and the Real. You can take the reins of your own life and ride
that slip­stream between Dream­ing and Making…

You are the
Dream­er, Dream­ing Real­i­ty all around you…

You can
Imag­ine a bet­ter world…

And when you share your
dreams with one another…

When you believe in your­self, and sup­port each other…

You will join to
build a New Earth…Together.

Tonight, tomorrow…The Uni­verse is offer­ing you a won­der­ful gift of goodness.

But you must always remem­ber: You have made your life…You sow the
seeds…You will reap your harvest…this is The Law of the Universe.

Today you receive your bounty…you shall have encour­age­ment, solace
and sup­port from Jupiter…and it is what you deserve. For those who have been
for­tu­nate, (and you should ever seek to share your good for­tune), more shall be
added to you so that you may share even more.

For those who face tri­als and chal­lenges, per­haps you will find an
eas­ing, lift­ing or release from those trou­bles that have come your way… 

Real­ly, what you should ask your­self is, “What is luck
any­way”? Are some “born lucky” and oth­ers “unlucky”?
It can cer­tain­ly seem so…but as usu­al appear­ances often cov­er the underlying
truth of what is going on.

For the Law is sim­ple and just, “You reap what you sow”…Those who appear favored in
the present are receiv­ing the ben­e­fits of the good deeds they have done yesterday
and a thou­sand, thou­sand yes­ter­days ago…And for those to whom trou­bles seem
to be all too famil­iar, they are work­ing off the errors that they set in motion,
whether recent­ly or in a far dis­tant time and place…

Strange to say (for an astrologer), you can­not real­ly know your future
with per­fect cer­tain­ty, of what that tomor­row may bring…There are so many
inter­sect­ing streams of Kar­ma that com­bine to cre­ate the curi­ous mix­ture that
you will face. 

And, tru­ly and most won­der­ful­ly, as you become more aware, as you make bet­ter and more lov­ing choic­es, as you become a freer Spirit…you become less pre­dictable! You cer­tain­ly can­not change the past, what you did or failed to
do, (for that has already been released, record­ed and weighed, and those
effects will be return­ing to you their cre­ator, as a reward or chal­lenge to
you)…

The Only thing that is cer­tain, the only space you are free to choose
is…NOW. For it is by ever seek­ing to live more con­scious­ly in the space of
this pre­cious moment of here and now, where the past and future meet, that you are able
to redeem your past, and equal­ly cre­ate the best pos­si­ble future for what lies
just ahead, as well as for many, many lives to come.

You have this amaz­ing pow­er, and with your Intel­li­gence, Love and Will
you can make a bet­ter world, you can choose to do bet­ter by mak­ing the choice
to share in the Good that comes your way. And as you do this, over time, you
lift up your­self and all with whom you have shared with too.

You are the Cre­ator. You are the Giv­er who will receive your own gifts,
the gifts that you made for yourself…By show­ing kind­ness, con­sid­er­a­tion and
gen­eros­i­ty in this present moment…you cre­ate much Good for oth­ers, yes…But
you have also set in motion ener­gies which will come back to you their author,
soon­er and lat­er, and ben­e­fit you direct­ly too.

But there is more than this, for there exist a mar­velous “force
mul­ti­pli­er” in the good­ness that you have sown. Each act of kind­ness to
anoth­er will result in their kind­ness to oth­ers in turn…and so on and so on. What
that means is that every one of your “con­sid­er­a­tions” reverberates
like a stone thrown into a pond cre­at­ing rip­ples of right con­duct. Your
mul­ti­plied kind­ness­es even­tu­al­ly come back to reward you beyond what you could
have imagined…that is because every­thing and every­one is con­nect­ed by these
ener­gies that they have expe­ri­enced and passed between one another…Your
good­ness has touched and changed the lives of count­less oth­ers, time and time again. 

Yes, today is a Lucky Day…and you should thank the stars above for
the bless­ings that come to fruition now. Yes, and thank all who made it
pos­si­ble for you too, all those you were able to help, and all those that they
helped too, and so on. 

And so you should smile, remem­ber­ing this, and then pass it on
yet again so that this won­drous wave of Lov­ing ener­gy, the Force that binds the
Uni­verse togeth­er, can con­tin­ue to grow and expand, as it will…forever and ever and ever…

For by Giv­ing you shall Receive…and it will be far, far more than your
mea­sure for measure…
