Reminder, how to use Zoom
The show will begin with my video turned off and every­one on mute to start. You may either log on with your com­put­er or phone app to Zoom by click­ing on the link in the invite or you may dial in with one of the phone num­bers in the invite. You may login ahead of the show, and every­one will be placed in the Zoom Wait­ing Room.

Phone users:
If you use your phone to dial in for the show, Zoom will answer and ask you to input the Meet­ing ID and press #. It will then ask you to input your Par­tic­i­pant ID, (but you do not need to), so just press # again. If the show has start­ed, Zoom will then ask you to input the Pass­code and press # once more and you will be in the Zoom. If you have dialed in before the show has start­ed, you will be in a wait­ing room until the show starts.

Phone/Computer Users with Zoom
If you use the Zoom App on your phone or com­put­er to reach the show, you will also need to input the Meet­ing ID and Pass­code to join the meeting.

Ques­tions and Answers
After I fin­ish my obser­va­tions for the show, I will enable my video and select par­tic­i­pants to speak with. If you would like to speak with me, for those on the phone you will need to press *9 to “raise your hand”, (or press *9 again to low­er your hand).

Those on the com­put­er or Zoom app can choose the “React” menu on the task bar and choose “Raise hand”.

I will click on an indi­vid­ual with their “hand raised” and Zoom will inform you to unmute. For those on the phone, Zoom will tell you to press *6 to do this. For those on a com­put­er or Zoom app, just choose the Audio but­ton and unmute so that we might speak. After we chat, I will mute you and move onto the next indi­vid­ual who has raised their hand.
