The Wisdom of Love<\/strong><\/h2>\n

For the past 30 days, you have explored the heights and plumbed the depths of your under\u00adstand\u00ading. You have lis\u00adtened to the sto\u00adries of oth\u00aders, and you have shared with them some sto\u00adries of your own. Whether in the tem\u00adples of Meta\u00adphysics or Sci\u00adence, Reli\u00adgion or Phi\u00adlos\u00ado\u00adphy, in nov\u00adels or poet\u00adry, in paint\u00ading or songs, in all of the spaces of Space, and in what\u00adev\u00ader we humans cre\u00adate, at the heart of them all you will find \u201ca sto\u00adry\u201d. All of these many sto\u00adries form the Sto\u00adry of Spir\u00adit; and each sto\u00adry holds some less\u00ader or greater truth.<\/p>\n

This is how we became human, we observed and inter\u00adact\u00aded with the world around us and most espe\u00adcial\u00adly with one anoth\u00ader, and we dis\u00adcov\u00adered, or redis\u00adcov\u00adered, some\u00adthing ordi\u00adnary or extra\u00ador\u00addi\u00adnary, some\u00adthing mun\u00addane or some price\u00adless gem of knowl\u00adedge. And so, we helped one anoth\u00ader to know \u201cthe why\u201d and \u201cthe what\u201d of this amaz\u00ading jour\u00adney we are on.<\/p>\n

And what are we? We are immor\u00adtals danc\u00ading through mor\u00adtal worlds, ever seek\u00ading to become what we will all even\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly be, to be shin\u00ading through and through with the light divine so that we may join the hosts of con\u00adscious co-cre\u00adators of Creation.<\/p>\n

Now we reach this most spe\u00adcial time of the year, as we move into the next realm in the Cir\u00adcle of the Liv\u00ading Ones, the ener\u00adgy-forms behind one and all, the warp and woof of Cre\u00adation. We remem\u00adber why we are here and what we must do. Because it is not enough to tell a sto\u00adry, nor is it enough to sing a song or to know the Truth.<\/p>\n

At this time of year, and for\u00adev\u00ader some\u00adwhere in the heart of your being, you are shaped and guid\u00aded by the realm that is Capri\u00adcorn, and you real\u00adize what you must be and what you must do. It is not enough to find the truth, or to know the truth, or even to share the truth. No, the whole pur\u00adpose of Cre\u00adation, the whole Truth that shines from with\u00adin as your Spark of the Divine, is for you is to live a life whose whole pur\u00adpose is to BE<\/span> this very truth by who you are and what you do; you are here to shine like the \u201cstar in wait\u00ading\u201d that you are.<\/p>\n

Sagit\u00adtar\u00adius is the realm of truth; Capri\u00adcorn is the realm of the sage. It is here where you must become the embod\u00adi\u00adment of truth and wis\u00addom, as you form and ful\u00adfill the truth in your pur\u00adpose and by your con\u00adduct. The word for Capri\u00adcorn is \u201crespon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty\u201d, and it is here that you assume your respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties in all the var\u00adi\u00adous roles and duties that become your path\u00adway of perfection.<\/p>\n

I love to play with words, and when I con\u00adsid\u00ader what the con\u00adcept of respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty means, it is quite sim\u00adply this, respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty is your \u201cabil\u00adi\u00adty to respond\u201d. Respond to what? Well, for us humans, it is our capac\u00adi\u00adty and duty to respond to our needs, and equal\u00adly to the needs of oth\u00aders. We are social beings, made by and for one anoth\u00ader. As much as Can\u00adcer is the spon\u00adta\u00adneous response to the need of whomev\u00ader we are car\u00ading for, it is in Capri\u00adcorn that we fold these respons\u00ades into struc\u00adtures, into the con\u00adstructs of our char\u00adac\u00adter, into roles and duties by which we meet our needs in our insti\u00adtu\u00adtions of fam\u00adi\u00adly, com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty and soci\u00adety. We are respon\u00adsi\u00adble for and to one anoth\u00ader, because we care for one anoth\u00ader, because we are here for one pur\u00adpose only, to Love One Another.<\/p>\n

Yes, we stand with\u00adin a hier\u00adar\u00adchy of need and respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty, with a range of capa\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties that have been formed by many lives. We have learned and earned the right to wield cer\u00adtain pow\u00aders, and our souls have been tem\u00adpered and refined by every step we take. The life and path of Capri\u00adcorn is likened by many to climb\u00ading a moun\u00adtain. The path is steep, and there are many chal\u00adlenges to over\u00adcome, with many attempts and fail\u00adures, suc\u00adcess and so-called defeat, but slow\u00adly and steadi\u00adly ever greater self-mas\u00adtery is achieved.<\/p>\n

Yes, the path\u00adway to mas\u00adtery is not easy, you will have come through many expe\u00adri\u00adences that bring you pain and shame in what you did, or what you failed to do. But know this, this is \u201cthe Way\u201d of all. The true source of your wis\u00addom and self-mas\u00adtery will be earned by this, as you real\u00adize that all those strug\u00adgles, that all your stum\u00adbles, falls and fail\u00adures, it is by all these tri\u00adals and tribu\u00adla\u00adtions of this life (and of all your many lives), it is all of this which has brought you to a high\u00ader place. This is your moun\u00adtain of your self-becom\u00ading, these tests and rewards form the sub\u00adstance of your char\u00adac\u00adter and your des\u00adtiny. Yes, it is by falling and get\u00adting up, by learn\u00ading what not to do, and to how to do and be bet\u00adter, it is by your refusal to give up, by your ded\u00adi\u00adca\u00adtion and deep\u00aden\u00ading of humil\u00adi\u00adty, this is the path that all must fol\u00adlow, as did those who came before you.<\/p>\n

Self-mas\u00adtery is earned by you, by the immutable law of Cause and Effect, which ensures that you \u201creap what you sow\u201d. By learn\u00ading to do and to be bet\u00adter, by your efforts to lift your\u00adself beyond shad\u00adows and fears and reach for the light with\u00adin, you will be the cre\u00adator of your future full of spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal splen\u00addor. Because you have earned from your own strug\u00adgles the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal gift of humil\u00adi\u00adty, your own heart can tru\u00adly feel the suf\u00adfer\u00ading and pain of oth\u00aders, and by this your soul will shine ever brighter with self\u00adless love to help them too.<\/p>\n

Yes, this is the realm of Capri\u00adcorn where you become part of the hier\u00adar\u00adchy of Light and Love. As you extend your hand to those above you for sup\u00adport and guid\u00adance, you extend your oth\u00ader hand to those who fol\u00adlow you. This is the path, the way of becom\u00ading a wise one, and this great work of Cre\u00adation is made by us all through love.<\/p>\n

Our des\u00adtiny is char\u00adac\u00adter, and we are for one anoth\u00ader both pupil and teacher, and togeth\u00ader we will ever be the forge of the liv\u00ading truth, that we are not mere\u00adly lovers of wis\u00addom; we are here to live the truth, to live by the Wis\u00addom of Love.<\/p>\n

So, as we wait for the light to return to us once more, let us pledge again to stay on the path of our own mak\u00ading, the path made by the wis\u00addom of love:<\/p>\n

THE<\/span> GREAT<\/span> INVOCATION<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

From the point of light with\u00adin the Mind of God<\/p>\n

Let Light stream forth into our minds<\/p>\n

Let LIGHT<\/span> descend on Earth.<\/p>\n

From the point of love with\u00adin the Heart of God<\/p>\n

Let Love stream forth into our hearts<\/p>\n

May LOVE<\/span> increase on Earth.<\/p>\n

From the cen\u00adter where the Will of God is known<\/p>\n

Let pur\u00adpose guide our wills<\/p>\n

The PURPOSE<\/span> which the mas\u00adters know and serve.<\/p>\n

From the cen\u00adter which we call Humanity<\/p>\n

Let the Plan of Love and Light work out<\/p>\n

And may it seal the door<\/p>\n

where evil dwells.<\/p>\n
