What is the Wealth of a Nation? The People.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In my pre\u00advi\u00adous show back in Octo\u00adber, I pre\u00adsent\u00aded the series of remark\u00adable Astro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal tran\u00adsi\u00adtions that are occur\u00adring in the years of 2025, 2026 and beyond. Today, I want to nar\u00adrow our scope, and con\u00adsid\u00ader the his\u00adto\u00adry of the Unit\u00aded States, with a par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar focus upon the eco\u00adnom\u00adic and polit\u00adi\u00adcal his\u00adto\u00adry of the Amer\u00adi\u00adca as framed by the influ\u00adence or indi\u00adca\u00adtions of two plan\u00ade\u00adtary cycles, Plu\u00adto and Neptune.<\/p>\n

I have spo\u00adken or writ\u00adten numer\u00adous times, (and you can search on my blog for those pre\u00advi\u00adous obser\u00adva\u00adtions), com\u00adment\u00ading on the impor\u00adtance of Plu\u00adto and Nep\u00adtune in the chart of the USA<\/span>, and how their cycle around the chart of the Unit\u00aded States can help us to frame peri\u00adods in US<\/span> his\u00adto\u00adry, as we con\u00adsid\u00ader the broad arc of its jour\u00adney since 1776. I believe that this greater under\u00adstand\u00ading of the jour\u00adney thus far can help us to bet\u00adter under\u00adstand our cur\u00adrent situation.<\/p>\n

First, we need to remem\u00adber what Plu\u00adto and Nep\u00adtune mean gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly and what is the sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcance of their par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar man\u00adi\u00adfes\u00adta\u00adtion in the chart for the USA<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto
\n<\/strong>The Unit\u00aded States is a what I like to call, a very \u201cPlu\u00adton\u00adian Nation\u201d. Plu\u00adto is the Ris\u00ading plan\u00adet in the USA<\/span> chart and is locat\u00aded in the sec\u00adond house of the chart, which is the house of Val\u00adue. Remem\u00adber that the Ener\u00adgy-Sub\u00adstance of what I call \u201cThe One\u201d is the source of all Val\u00adue, and this root val\u00adue is the Divine or Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love of the One, and it is this Ener\u00adgy-Form that is behind every\u00adthing and every\u00adone. This Divine Light is shaped and formed into def\u00adi\u00adnite, dis\u00adcrete vehi\u00adcles of man\u00adi\u00adfes\u00adta\u00adtion, that are cir\u00adcum\u00adscribed and delim\u00adit\u00aded from oth\u00ader ener\u00adgy-forms by the pow\u00ader of the Will that is with\u00adin each mon\u00adad of Cre\u00adation. It is those mon\u00adads or sparks of the Divine which are the innu\u00admer\u00adable vehi\u00adcles of self-real\u00adiza\u00adtion that form the cos\u00admos. For us in our Solar Sys\u00adtem, this Avatar of the Will of the One is Plu\u00adto. As I have pre\u00advi\u00adous\u00adly indi\u00adcat\u00aded, the Pow\u00ader of the Will is the Cre\u00adator at work through all of the ener\u00adgy-forms that make up Cre\u00adation, includ\u00ading us humans, and that sin\u00adgu\u00adlar spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal pow\u00ader man\u00adi\u00adfests in what we should under\u00adstand is the pri\u00admal source for what makes Cre\u00adation unfold and become, which is the mag\u00adis\u00adte\u00adr\u00adi\u00adal mys\u00adtery of \u201ccom\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion\u201d, the Pow\u00ader of Alchemy.<\/p>\n

Yes, the entire\u00adty of Cre\u00adation is formed by the one Sub\u00adstance-Ener\u00adgy, Divine Love. Cre\u00adation is the Invo\u00adlu\u00adtion of Spir\u00adit into Mat\u00adter Forms, which equal\u00adly brings about the Evo\u00adlu\u00adtion of Spir\u00adit through Mat\u00adter Forms by the infi\u00adnite series of com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtions and trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtions, what we see as births, deaths, and rebirths, and which I like to call the dance of Spir\u00adit through Mat\u00adter Forms. Whether it is by atoms com\u00adbin\u00ading with atoms to form larg\u00ader atoms, mol\u00ade\u00adcules with mol\u00ade\u00adcules, organ\u00adisms with organ\u00adisms, (like we do), on up to the plan\u00adets, stars, and galax\u00adies, what we see as the Dance of Spir\u00adit through forms of real\u00adiza\u00adtion is that the whole of Cre\u00adation is made by the Pro\u00adtean Pow\u00ader of Alche\u00admy, which is the sub\u00adlime mys\u00adtery of Spir\u00adit mov\u00ading through innu\u00admer\u00adable com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtions and trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtions of Spir\u00adit-Mat\u00adter Forms.<\/p>\n

Now, for us humans, and espe\u00adcial\u00adly for the USA<\/span>, we were estab\u00adlished in an agree\u00adment to be a self-gov\u00adern\u00ading soci\u00adety, which meant that we would be behold\u00aden to no King, lords or mas\u00adters, that instead in the Unit\u00aded States we would the sub\u00adjects of the law, laws which we made and agreed to gov\u00adern our soci\u00adety. That instead of being sub\u00adjects of a monarch or lord, we formed our union so that we might be self-mas\u00adter\u00adful, and so by this rule of law we formed our com\u00adpacts, part\u00adner\u00adships, joint ven\u00adtures, enter\u00adpris\u00ades, com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties, com\u00adpa\u00adnies and our government.<\/p>\n

What this also means is that our val\u00adue, our strength, is made or forged by the alche\u00admy of our diver\u00adsi\u00adty of cit\u00adi\u00adzens, of our eth\u00adnic\u00adi\u00adties and creeds, of cul\u00adtures and peo\u00adple from around the world. Our val\u00adue is not sourced by our phys\u00adi\u00adcal prop\u00ader\u00adty. No, the rad\u00adi\u00adcal or root source of our true val\u00adue is forged by \u201cwe the peo\u00adple\u201d, who cre\u00adate all our val\u00adues by these alchem\u00adi\u00adcal com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtions with one another.<\/p>\n

For the USA<\/span>, as a covenant cre\u00adation, we agreed to form a union so that we would sup\u00adport one anoth\u00ader, so that we might be free to live and grow and real\u00adize our hap\u00adpi\u00adness, (and here \u201chap\u00adpi\u00adness\u201d means our self-ful\u00adfill\u00adments), through join\u00ading togeth\u00ader in self-deter\u00admined com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtions; we would be freer to be our\u00adselves by sup\u00adport\u00ading one anoth\u00ader, and we each will become who we are by our unions with one another.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune
\n<\/strong>The plan\u00adet Nep\u00adtune is also very promi\u00adnent for the Unit\u00aded States, as it is the upper\u00admost plan\u00adet in the USA<\/span> chart. As much as Plu\u00adto is the Avatar of com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion, Nep\u00adtune is the Avatar of Divine Love, which is the Divine Light that is the Ener\u00adgy-Sub\u00adstance that forms the whole of Cre\u00adation. Nep\u00adtune in any chart is the prin\u00adci\u00adple of the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal vision and dream of that being or enti\u00adty, the true nature of its spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal self. For Amer\u00adi\u00adca, the plan\u00adet Nep\u00adtune is in Vir\u00adgo and is locat\u00aded in the 9th<\/sup> house, which is the realm that holds the Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal, Reli\u00adgious, Sci\u00aden\u00adtif\u00adic and Cul\u00adtur\u00adal sto\u00adries or truths that frame the under\u00adstand\u00ading of the Unit\u00aded States.<\/p>\n

The fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal \u201ctruth\u201d or sto\u00adry of Amer\u00adi\u00adca is that we are a \u201ccovenant nation\u201d, formed as a com\u00adpact of choice, and we are joined in an ongo\u00ading endeav\u00ador to con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00adal\u00adly seek to forge a more per\u00adfect (Vir\u00adgo) union, as we strive to cre\u00adate and pre\u00adserve a soci\u00adety where we may each secure for our\u00adselves and for one anoth\u00ader, \u201cour life, lib\u00ader\u00adty and the pur\u00adsuit of hap\u00adpi\u00adness\u201d. This dream of Amer\u00adi\u00adca is made pos\u00adsi\u00adble through our com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions with one another.<\/p>\n

Most impor\u00adtant\u00adly, the true mean\u00ading of that phrase, \u201cthe pur\u00adsuit of hap\u00adpi\u00adness\u201d, was that our founders under\u00adstood \u201chap\u00adpi\u00adness\u201d to be self-ful\u00adfill\u00adment, so that the self-real\u00adiza\u00adtion of each mem\u00adber of our soci\u00adety would be to our mutu\u00adal ben\u00ade\u00adfit, and that we would be the means for one another\u2019s dreams to come true. To gov\u00adern these many com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtions with one anoth\u00ader, to secure our lives and ful\u00adfill\u00adment, we agreed to be formed, guid\u00aded and pro\u00adtect\u00aded by the laws we made to sup\u00adport and pro\u00adtect one anoth\u00ader. So, it is quite fit\u00adting that Nep\u00adtune is in the 9th<\/sup> house, which rules Truth and Law.<\/p>\n

Alex\u00adis de Tocqueville<\/strong>
\nOne of the most extra\u00ador\u00addi\u00adnary observers of our \u201cexper\u00adi\u00adment\u201d in democ\u00adra\u00adcy and self-gov\u00adern\u00adment was Alex\u00adis de Toc\u00adqueville, and his analy\u00adses and warn\u00adings about our sys\u00adtem ring true to this very day. I firm\u00adly believe that they can help us under\u00adstand how and why we find our\u00adselves at the cross\u00adroads of where we are today. (Pub\u00adlished in 1835)<\/p>\n

The prin\u00adci\u00adpal and defin\u00ading fea\u00adture of the Unit\u00aded States he not\u00aded was this, that what is essen\u00adtial to a self-gov\u00adern\u00ading, demo\u00adc\u00adra\u00adt\u00adic sys\u00adtem is made pos\u00adsi\u00adble by an inte\u00adgral bal\u00adance of indi\u00advid\u00adual free\u00addom and social respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty. De Toc\u00adqueville saw and under\u00adstood that you can only have the true expe\u00adri\u00adence of free\u00addom when you equal\u00adly assume and ful\u00adfill your respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties. In oth\u00ader words, indi\u00advid\u00adual free\u00addom and social respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty are nec\u00ades\u00adsary to one anoth\u00ader, and only when they are found in this rec\u00adi\u00adp\u00adro\u00adcal rela\u00adtion\u00adship can you cre\u00adate a tru\u00adly free society.<\/p>\n

He observed that Amer\u00adi\u00adcans formed their soci\u00adety organ\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly, from the local lev\u00adel on up through a range of vol\u00adun\u00adtary orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions of mutu\u00adal help and sup\u00adport, both sec\u00adu\u00adlar and sec\u00adtar\u00adi\u00adan, in realms civ\u00adil and reli\u00adgious. Rather than a top-down order\u00ading of Regal or Author\u00adi\u00adtar\u00adi\u00adan con\u00adtrol imposed by fiat or Divine Right, the peo\u00adple of Amer\u00adi\u00adca assem\u00adbled for self-gov\u00ader\u00adnance because they had to. The struc\u00adture of pow\u00ader was not \u201ctop down\u201d, pow\u00ader and author\u00adi\u00adty rose up from the assem\u00adblies of the people.<\/p>\n

In order to pro\u00advide for one anoth\u00ader, we agreed to pre\u00adserve our self-deter\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion by giv\u00ading up some \u201cfree\u00addom\u201d for the good of the whole, to trust in that larg\u00ader whole, to our asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions and gov\u00adern\u00ading bod\u00adies as the expres\u00adsion of our col\u00adlec\u00adtive will, and that this would be the very means to equal\u00adly ensure our indi\u00advid\u00adual free\u00addoms too. This was new, this was rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion\u00adary, the source of the Amer\u00adi\u00adcan pow\u00ader was Alchem\u00adi\u00adcal, with peo\u00adple gov\u00adern\u00ading them\u00adselves voluntarily.<\/p>\n

Toc\u00adqueville also not\u00aded, \u201c\u2026that when cit\u00adi\u00adzens are all almost equal, it becomes dif\u00adfi\u00adcult for them to defend their inde\u00adpen\u00addence against the aggres\u00adsions of pow\u00ader. As none of them are strong enough to fight alone with advan\u00adtage, the only guar\u00adan\u00adtee of lib\u00ader\u00adty is for every\u00adone to com\u00adbine forces.\u201d The cit\u00adi\u00adzens of Amer\u00adi\u00adca agreed to form their var\u00adi\u00adous lev\u00adels of civ\u00adil soci\u00adety for their mutu\u00adal ben\u00ade\u00adfit, to meet one another\u2019s needs and there\u00adby pro\u00adtect their freedoms.<\/p>\n

De Toc\u00adqueville also observed, and this is essen\u00adtial for under\u00adstand\u00ading the nature of the crises we face now, that the most crit\u00adi\u00adcal ele\u00adment of our self-gov\u00ader\u00adnance would require this bal\u00adance of Indi\u00advid\u00adual Free\u00addom and Social Respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty, and that it could only work if there was a more or less equi\u00adtable dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion of the val\u00adue and wealth with\u00adin our society.<\/p>\n

For De Toc\u00adqueville, the strength of Amer\u00adi\u00adca was to be found\u00aded in its vibrant social mobil\u00adi\u00adty, (that in our alchemic or com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtions we have the inher\u00adent poten\u00adtial to become more than we are), and unlike the sta\u00adt\u00adic struc\u00adtures of nobil\u00adi\u00adty, priv\u00adi\u00adlege and class in Europe, our dynam\u00adic social mobil\u00adi\u00adty would pre\u00advent a per\u00adma\u00adnent hier\u00adar\u00adchy of pow\u00ader and wealth from becom\u00ading estab\u00adlished. Toc\u00adqueville observed that if that equi\u00adtable order were to be undone, that this would be the begin\u00adning of the end of true democ\u00adra\u00adcy here, (and I would argue anywhere).<\/p>\n

Where are we today?<\/strong>
\nBut today in the Unit\u00aded States, we are more unequal and divid\u00aded by wealth than we have ever been in our his\u00adto\u00adry. At the present time, the top 1 to 2 per\u00adcent of the nation has man\u00adaged to obtain and con\u00adtrol the vast major\u00adi\u00adty of the wealth of the nation, and this fact is not sus\u00adtain\u00adable for a tru\u00adly func\u00adtion\u00adal democ\u00adra\u00adcy nor was it inevitable.<\/p>\n

How did we get here, and where are we now? Today, we find, for exam\u00adple, that instead of the top income earn\u00aders mak\u00ading five times what the low\u00adest income work\u00aders make which was typ\u00adi\u00adcal in dur\u00ading the 1940\u2019s, 1950\u2019s, and 1960\u2019s, (which would mean for exam\u00adple where a top earn\u00ader would make $100,000 and that $20,000 would be for the bot\u00adtom earn\u00aders), instead we now have a gross\u00adly unequal dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion of income where the top earn\u00aders make at least if not more than 400 times the bot\u00adtom per\u00adcentile, (which means that those at the top will earn $8,000,000 ver\u00adsus only $20,000 for the bot\u00adtom per\u00adcentile). Or anoth\u00ader way to visu\u00adal\u00adize this is that the aver\u00adage annu\u00adal income of the top 1% is 1.3 mil\u00adlion dol\u00adlars, and the aver\u00adage annu\u00adal income of every\u00adone else, for the bot\u00adtom 99% the aver\u00adage annu\u00adal income is $50,000. Today in the Unit\u00aded States, the top 1% make 26 times more than the bot\u00adtom 99%. (Eco\u00adnom\u00adic Pol\u00adi\u00adcy Insti\u00adtute Study)<\/p>\n

And it is those indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals and fam\u00adi\u00adlies at the very top per\u00adcentiles who are able to acquire and secure much of their wealth and pow\u00ader through invest\u00adments yield\u00ading inter\u00adest and div\u00adi\u00addends, and most of this growth in their wealth is not taxed under cur\u00adrent law at all so that their accu\u00admu\u00adla\u00adtion of wealth is accel\u00ader\u00adat\u00ading, as is their power.<\/p>\n

It is by hold\u00ading so much of the wealth of the nation, the top .1 per\u00adcent up to the 1 or 2 per\u00adcent, it means that they can influ\u00adence the eco\u00adnom\u00adic and polit\u00adi\u00adcal order and so shape the laws and reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions in order to rein\u00adforce, retain and main\u00adtain their influ\u00adence over soci\u00adety, in the gov\u00adern\u00adment, so that this unequal dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion of wealth and pow\u00ader is fixed and social mobil\u00adi\u00adty has been broken.<\/p>\n

We can\u00adnot be called a democ\u00adra\u00adcy any longer; what we have is what is known as a Plu\u00adtoc\u00adra\u00adcy, the rule of the wealthy over the vast major\u00adi\u00adty of peo\u00adple. We have the stat\u00aded ideals, mech\u00ada\u00adnisms and the exer\u00adcis\u00ades of what appear to be democ\u00adra\u00adcy, but the fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal divi\u00adsion of our coun\u00adtry and the exer\u00adcise of con\u00adtrol is by the extreme wealth of the few, and this is why for the major\u00adi\u00adty of the peo\u00adple in the USA<\/span> our sys\u00adtem is not work\u00ading. Hap\u00adpi\u00adness, self-ful\u00adfill\u00adment, and the belief that one\u2019s chil\u00addren will have a bet\u00adter future than their par\u00adents, that hope has been broken.<\/p>\n

Peo\u00adple can\u00adnot afford hous\u00ading; young peo\u00adple can\u00adnot afford to start a fam\u00adi\u00adly, and most live from pay\u00adcheck to pay\u00adcheck, with only the next med\u00adical cri\u00adsis or some oth\u00ader unfore\u00adseen event throw\u00ading them and their fam\u00adi\u00adly into des\u00adper\u00ada\u00adtion and fear, so that there is no hope for a bet\u00adter life, only the hope for some stroke of good luck to avoid hard\u00adship and worse. For a soci\u00adety, for a peo\u00adple, for this nation, this is not sus\u00adtain\u00adable, and you can see it in the news, you can feel it on the street, and the winds of spir\u00adit are stir\u00adring, and the peo\u00adple are fear\u00adful, and they are angry.<\/p>\n

In fact, the degree of wealth and income inequal\u00adi\u00adty in Amer\u00adi\u00adca today is greater now than it has ever been, even greater than the largest pri\u00ador peri\u00adod of inequal\u00adi\u00adty which was in the late 1920\u2019s. Our agree\u00adment to sac\u00adri\u00adfice our indi\u00advid\u00adual lib\u00ader\u00adty for the com\u00admon good has been bro\u00adken. But this result is not caused by acci\u00addent or fate nor was it the result of some nat\u00adur\u00adal phe\u00adnom\u00ade\u00adna. It is caused by the very few hold\u00ading the pow\u00ader to make and shape a sys\u00adtem that rein\u00adforces their wealth and power.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto and Nep\u00adtune in Amer\u00adi\u00adcan History<\/strong>
\nLet us now take a look at the tim\u00ading of the major eco\u00adnom\u00adic turn\u00ading points in Amer\u00adi\u00adcan his\u00adto\u00adry as framed by the align\u00adments of Plu\u00adto and Nep\u00adtune, and we will see that the most sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant moments in their two cycles have sig\u00adnaled the biggest shifts in our expe\u00adri\u00adence of val\u00adue in our soci\u00adety. We are cer\u00adtain\u00adly at anoth\u00ader major moment in their align\u00adments now, and what that will bring, well that is yet to be decided.<\/p>\n

1850\u2019s<\/strong>
\nIf we begin in 1776, we will find that Plu\u00adto reach\u00ades its first square to itself in the 1850\u2019s as Nep\u00adtune reach\u00ades its oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion to itself. This was the first great strug\u00adgle over the val\u00adue of Amer\u00adi\u00adca, when a minor\u00adi\u00adty of wealthy plan\u00adta\u00adtion own\u00aders in south\u00adern states, (whose wealth was prin\u00adci\u00adpal\u00adly formed by their own\u00ader\u00adship of oth\u00ader humans, treat\u00ading oth\u00ader humans as slaves, a Mas\u00adter-Slave econ\u00ado\u00admy), attempt\u00aded to force the rest of the states in our Union to make human enslave\u00adment the law in every state. For\u00adtu\u00adnate\u00adly, good men and women of con\u00adscience, orga\u00adnized, strug\u00adgled, and vot\u00aded to turn back that attempt to destroy democ\u00adra\u00adcy. The result was our Civ\u00adil War and the end\u00ading of slav\u00adery for all, and a major step was made to redeem the dream of America.<\/p>\n

For the next many decades, the dynam\u00adic spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal strug\u00adgle over the ques\u00adtion of the val\u00adue of human labor ver\u00adsus the accu\u00admu\u00adla\u00adtion of cap\u00adi\u00adtal and wealth by the few, between the labor\u00ading mass\u00ades and the own\u00aders of indus\u00adtry, led to the pro\u00adduc\u00adtion of great wealth for the nation, but it also pro\u00adduced shock\u00ading lev\u00adels of pover\u00adty, vio\u00adlence and cor\u00adrup\u00adtion too.<\/p>\n

Reform move\u00adments, both polit\u00adi\u00adcal and eco\u00adnom\u00adic, in the late 1800\u2019s and ear\u00adly 1900\u2019s. which occurred dur\u00ading Plu\u00adto and Neptune\u2019s next align\u00adments, brought about some real improve\u00adments. But on the whole, the imbal\u00adance of wealth and pow\u00ader con\u00adtin\u00adued to grow to such an extent so that the USA<\/span> had the great\u00adest inequal\u00adi\u00adty of wealth since the Civ\u00adil War dur\u00ading the late 1920\u2019s, which meant that some\u00adthing was bound to hap\u00adpen, and it did, and we know it as the Great Depression.<\/p>\n

1930\u2019s
\n<\/strong>Dur\u00ading the 1930\u2019s, the next great align\u00adments of Plu\u00adto in oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion to its natal posi\u00adtion, and of Nep\u00adtune mak\u00ading its first return to its natal posi\u00adtion, both of these crit\u00adi\u00adcal align\u00adments coin\u00adcid\u00aded with the most con\u00adse\u00adquen\u00adtial and trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion\u00adal restate\u00adment of the eco\u00adnom\u00adic and polit\u00adi\u00adcal order of the Unit\u00aded States. FDR<\/span> saved cap\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adism for the USA<\/span>, by tak\u00ading nei\u00adther the path of fas\u00adcist author\u00adi\u00adtar\u00adi\u00adan\u00adism as in Italy and Ger\u00admany, nor of com\u00admu\u00adnism as in the USSR<\/span>. Instead, he brought to bear the pow\u00ader of the peo\u00adple as exer\u00adcised through their gov\u00adern\u00adment to reg\u00adu\u00adlate and shape the eco\u00adnom\u00adic growth of the coun\u00adtry, and to begin to pro\u00advide a basic safe\u00adty net for the pop\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion with Social Secu\u00adri\u00adty, along with tougher reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions of busi\u00adness to cre\u00adate a more bal\u00adanced eco\u00adnom\u00adic sys\u00adtem, and the alche\u00admy of col\u00adlab\u00ado\u00adra\u00adtive invest\u00adments by pri\u00advate and pub\u00adlic enti\u00adties brought about a new America.<\/p>\n

As a result, from the late 1930\u2019s until the late 1970\u2019s, the growth of wealth and well-being in the USA<\/span> was more even\u00adly dis\u00adtrib\u00aduted than it had ever been. Though the injus\u00adtices and inequal\u00adi\u00adties by gen\u00adder and race still pre\u00advailed, there was a gen\u00ader\u00adal well-being among all eco\u00adnom\u00adic brack\u00adets in the Unit\u00aded States, who could see that their future was improv\u00ading, and as gen\u00ader\u00adal pro\u00adduc\u00adtiv\u00adi\u00adty rose, there was a more or less equal shar\u00ading in that growth, and peo\u00adple had every rea\u00adson to believe that their children\u2019s lives would be even bet\u00adter. The dream of Amer\u00adi\u00adca was clos\u00ader than ever before. From 1933 to 1981, Amer\u00adi\u00adcans in both par\u00adties agreed that the gov\u00adern\u00adment must reg\u00adu\u00adlate the econ\u00ado\u00admy and pro\u00advide a basic social safe\u00adty net, pro\u00admote infra\u00adstruc\u00adture, and pro\u00adtect civ\u00adil rights. This role of gov\u00adern\u00adment, which embod\u00adies the will of the peo\u00adple, would sta\u00adbi\u00adlize soci\u00adety and pre\u00advent future eco\u00adnom\u00adic dis\u00adas\u00adters by pro\u00adtect\u00ading the rights of all indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals to have equal access to eco\u00adnom\u00adic prosperity.<\/p>\n

But the grow\u00ading eco\u00adnom\u00adic and social crises in the late 1960\u2019s and 1970\u2019s, along with the rise of an ide\u00adol\u00ado\u00adgy that dis\u00adavowed the neces\u00adsi\u00adty of a strong gov\u00adern\u00adment role in the eco\u00adnom\u00adic well-being of the nation, the ide\u00adol\u00ado\u00adgy known as neo-lib\u00ader\u00adal\u00adism, led to the next great turn\u00ading in Amer\u00adi\u00adcan eco\u00adnom\u00adic his\u00adto\u00adry begin\u00adning with the elec\u00adtion of 1980.<\/p>\n

1980\u2019s<\/strong>
\nBetween 1980 and 1983, Nep\u00adtune squared Nep\u00adtune and Plu\u00adto squared Plu\u00adto in the USA<\/span> chart. With pres\u00adi\u00addent Ronald Reagan\u2019s mantra that \u201cthe gov\u00adern\u00adment is not the solu\u00adtion to our prob\u00adlem; gov\u00adern\u00adment is the prob\u00adlem\u201d, the con\u00adser\u00adv\u00ada\u00adtive move\u00adment and the Repub\u00adli\u00adcan par\u00adty pur\u00adsued an agen\u00adda that held that by reduc\u00ading government\u2019s role of eco\u00adnom\u00adic reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion and of the fair\u00ader dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion of wealth of the nation, that the result\u00ading surge in eco\u00adnom\u00adic growth would trick\u00adle down and ben\u00ade\u00adfit all the peo\u00adple in the Unit\u00aded States, a ris\u00ading tide would lift all \u201cboats\u201d.<\/p>\n

What hap\u00adpened? For the next 40 years, dereg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion and tax cuts, pri\u00adva\u00adti\u00adza\u00adtion of gov\u00adern\u00adment ser\u00advices, and the dis\u00adman\u00adtling of pro\u00adtec\u00adtions for the most vul\u00adner\u00ada\u00adble, led to a mas\u00adsive redis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion of wealth (and well-being) for the Unit\u00aded States. If we can agree that the wealth of a nation is its peo\u00adple, and that the peo\u00adple are the cre\u00adators of the real\u00adized wealth in the goods and ser\u00advices they pro\u00advide, the neo-lib\u00ader\u00adal pro\u00adgram has gas-light\u00aded the peo\u00adple of the Unit\u00aded States. We have been conned and robbed of the wealth that we the peo\u00adple cre\u00adat\u00aded. Oh, and many of the peo\u00adple in the Unit\u00aded States know this, they know the sys\u00adtem has been rigged, and quite a few of them want to just tear the whole thing down.<\/p>\n

That is the \u201cwhy\u201d of where we are today as we reach have reached this next turn\u00ading in the Plu\u00adto and Nep\u00adtune cycles of US<\/span> eco\u00adnom\u00adic history.<\/p>\n

2020\u2019s
\n<\/strong>Here in the ear\u00adly 2020\u2019s, Plu\u00adto has returned to its natal posi\u00adtion for the very first time, and Nep\u00adtune has arrived at its sec\u00adond oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion, (the first being as we began our Civ\u00adil War). Again, the peo\u00adple of the USA<\/span> are at a major turn\u00ading point in our polit\u00adi\u00adcal and eco\u00adnom\u00adic his\u00adto\u00adry. And we would do well to remem\u00adber our his\u00adto\u00adry, to under\u00adstand how we arrived at our cur\u00adrent con\u00addi\u00adtion, to con\u00adsid\u00ader where we have come from and how far we still have to go to real\u00adize the dream of America.<\/p>\n

Yes, we must remem\u00adber that our Plu\u00adton\u00adian Pow\u00ader and Nep\u00adtune Dream have nev\u00ader been faith\u00adful\u00adly exer\u00adcised or ful\u00adfilled. In our ori\u00adgins, and for far too long, we mis\u00adused our pow\u00ader to take what we labelled \u201cvir\u00adgin lands\u201d, but there were (and thank\u00adful\u00adly they are some still here), there were vibrant peo\u00adples and cul\u00adtures who were elim\u00adi\u00adnat\u00aded or dimin\u00adished by delib\u00ader\u00adate acts of geno\u00adcide. And oth\u00ader peo\u00adples were ripped from their homes and loved ones and brought by ter\u00adror and vio\u00adlence to this land as slaves.<\/p>\n

We must remem\u00adber those immor\u00adtal words which must hold us to our orig\u00adi\u00adnal and sacred oath, \u201cthat we hold these truths to be self-evi\u00addent, that all men are cre\u00adat\u00aded equal, that they are endowed by their Cre\u00adator with cer\u00adtain inalien\u00adable Rights, that among these are Life, Lib\u00ader\u00adty and the Pur\u00adsuit of Hap\u00adpi\u00adness. That to secure these rights, Gov\u00adern\u00adments are insti\u00adtut\u00aded among Men, deriv\u00ading their just pow\u00aders from the con\u00adsent of the governed.\u201d<\/p>\n

Let us take seri\u00adous\u00adly our oath and ideals and recom\u00admit our\u00adselves to the dream of Amer\u00adi\u00adca. Until every\u00adone of us in this coun\u00adtry is treat\u00aded as \u201chuman\u201d, as what they are, as a sacred spark of the divine, until we ful\u00adfill our promise to make it pos\u00adsi\u00adble for each and every per\u00adson to reach their fullest mea\u00adsure of self-real\u00adiza\u00adtion, to secure that true source of \u201cHap\u00adpi\u00adness\u201d, until we have made this a real\u00adi\u00adty, we will not be what we promised to be for one another.<\/p>\n

We can\u00adnot make a mere adjust\u00adment here or cut some\u00adthing there. We need to be bold and car\u00ading, hold\u00ading to the fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal truth behind all of this beau\u00adti\u00adful Cre\u00adation. We are all here to learn one thing, to be and become bet\u00adter humans. To live by the one prin\u00adci\u00adple behind one and all, and it real\u00adly is so very simple.<\/p>\n
