2024 Preview \u2014 A look ahead Part 2 \u2014 National Charts and World Leaders<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We took a look at the gen\u00ader\u00adal astro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal con\u00addi\u00adtions for 2024 in our last show on Jan\u00adu\u00adary 7th<\/sup>, so I thought we would turn our atten\u00adtion to spe\u00adcif\u00adic charts in today\u2019s show. Though there are a num\u00adber of ways to approach Mun\u00addane or World\u00adly Astrol\u00ado\u00adgy for an under\u00adstand\u00ading of world his\u00adto\u00adry, one of the most com\u00admon is to treat orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions, whether they be com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty-based, polit\u00adi\u00adcal for\u00adma\u00adtions, cor\u00adpo\u00adrate enti\u00adties, nations, or inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions, to treat them just like we would any human indi\u00advid\u00adual with their chart.<\/p>\n

We look at the begin\u00adning of an orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion, its incor\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adtion or announce\u00adment or a sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant event, and cre\u00adate a \u201cbirth chart\u201d for it. Then we ana\u00adlyze its inher\u00adent nature and con\u00adsid\u00ader the time\u00adline of its devel\u00adop\u00adment through its natal pro\u00adgres\u00adsions and tran\u00adsits, just like we would with an individual\u2019s chart.<\/p>\n

USA<\/span><\/strong>
\nLet us will begin with the chart of the USA<\/span>, and the two lead\u00ading can\u00addi\u00addates for Pres\u00adi\u00addent in the 2024 elec\u00adtion, which are Joe Biden and Don\u00adald Trump. We did a show on Sep\u00adtem\u00adber 17, 2023, where I looked at 2024 for the USA<\/span> chart, and at both charts for the can\u00addi\u00addates, (and if you wish to review that show the tran\u00adscript was pub\u00adlished on my blog on Sep\u00adtem\u00adber 20th<\/sup>). Some of what I am going to say will be a review of what I said then, but I am going to add to that first look as well.<\/p>\n

The pri\u00adma\u00adry indi\u00adca\u00adtor of where the USA<\/span> is for 2024 is shaped by where it is with\u00adin the pro\u00adgressed Sun\/Moon cycle of approx\u00adi\u00admate\u00adly 29 years. 2024 will be the year in which the USA<\/span> has its 9th<\/sup> New Moon, which indi\u00adcates a time when a seed is plant\u00aded, and a new infu\u00adsion of inspi\u00adra\u00adtion and ener\u00adgy will begin to inform its jour\u00adney. This New Moon will occur on March 24, 2024, at 19 degrees and 26 min\u00adutes of Pisces, which astrologers will com\u00admon\u00adly round up to be 20 degrees of Pisces. In my prac\u00adtice with indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals, I will often refer to the Sabi\u00adan Sym\u00adbols to inter\u00adpret a New or Full Moon for a client, and the Sabi\u00adan sym\u00adbol for this New Moon degree is this, \u201cA table set for an evening meal\u201d<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Now that might seem a rather odd and not very rel\u00ade\u00advant image, but with sym\u00adbol\u00adic lan\u00adguages we must remem\u00adber to stretch our hearts and minds to move beyond mere appear\u00adances and look deeply into the sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcance of a scene or image. An evening meal implies the end of the day, which indi\u00adcates we are at the end of the cycle (even though this refers to a New Moon, to a seed being plant\u00aded, it is real\u00adly about the mean\u00ading or under\u00adstand\u00ading of an end\u00ading too). So, for us in the USA<\/span>, we will find our\u00adselves at a moment when we are to expe\u00adri\u00adence the results, what comes to us at the end of a cycle, enjoy\u00ading or fac\u00ading what we have pro\u00advid\u00aded for our\u00adselves by our own efforts. Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly, it would sig\u00adni\u00adfy that after a \u201clong day\u201d, after a series of moments for the USA<\/span>, which in our case may mean since the last New Moon in 1994, or tru\u00adly going back to the begin\u00adning of 1776, that we are now to expe\u00adri\u00adence a return to our soul or spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal roots, a return to our spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal source or home, a return to our foundations.<\/p>\n

I would see this as a sign that we are being guid\u00aded to remem\u00adber and to return to the inte\u00adgral agree\u00adment of our found\u00ading, to our Dec\u00adla\u00adra\u00adtion of Inde\u00adpen\u00addence, and per\u00adhaps equal\u00adly to our sec\u00adond found\u00ading after the Civ\u00adil War and Lincoln\u2019s mem\u00ado\u00adrable restate\u00adment of who and what we are. The way I like to frame this is that the USA<\/span> was found\u00aded upon a com\u00adpact and a pledge to be guid\u00aded by a fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal prin\u00adci\u00adple, that we the peo\u00adple of the Unit\u00aded States would seek to ful\u00adfill our liveli\u00adhoods and dreams, that our indi\u00advid\u00adual hap\u00adpi\u00adness would only be made pos\u00adsi\u00adble, by our mutu\u00adal under\u00adstand\u00ading that we are to be one another\u2019s means for self-ful\u00adfill\u00adment. That each one of us belongs to and finds our ful\u00adfill\u00adment through many com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties, and by hold\u00ading these togeth\u00ader as the fields of mutu\u00adal self-real\u00adiza\u00adtions, it is by our fel\u00adlow\u00adships that we forge our Union so that our liveli\u00adhoods are made and sus\u00adtained. That we hold as our cen\u00adtral truth, that in the end what we hope and wish for, which is that we all should be able to pur\u00adsue our hap\u00adpi\u00adness, means that what unites the vast major\u00adi\u00adty of us is far deep\u00ader and much wider than what divides us, or by those who seek to divide us.<\/p>\n

I would also argue, that giv\u00aden this cen\u00adtral theme that is Amer\u00adi\u00adca, that those who seek to divide us from one anoth\u00ader, those who pit \u201cus against them\u201d, will con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00adous\u00adly lose the sup\u00adport of the vast major\u00adi\u00adty of Amer\u00adi\u00adcans, and that this is what has hap\u00adpened since 2018 with the so-called MAGA<\/span> move\u00adment. MAGA<\/span> (and a greater por\u00adtion now of the Repub\u00adli\u00adcan par\u00adty), keeps los\u00ading elec\u00adtions up and down the bal\u00adlot, as it did in 2018, and again in 2020, and in 2022 and in 2023. And the more they lose, the more their leader dou\u00adbles-down on his prin\u00adci\u00adpal vision, wit\u00adnessed in his words and deeds that strive to divide Amer\u00adi\u00adcans from one anoth\u00ader. Trump, whose claim to fame is that he is the great\u00adest win\u00adner con\u00adtin\u00adues to be the biggest los\u00ader, and I do not see that chang\u00ading in 2024.<\/p>\n

With regards to the major tran\u00adsits in the USA<\/span> chart, the most impor\u00adtant one is the wax\u00ading square of Uranus to the USA<\/span> Moon. The Moon in a nation\u00adal chart is said to rule or indi\u00adcate \u201cthe peo\u00adple\u201d, and Uranus is the plan\u00adet that brings a quick\u00aden\u00ading of Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty, a stir\u00adring and stim\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion of what I like to call the Quin\u00adtes\u00adsence, which in our exam\u00adple con\u00adcerns the nature of the peo\u00adple of the USA<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The USA<\/span> has its Moon in Aquar\u00adius, which means that the peo\u00adple of the USA<\/span> are to be inspired and shaped by a firm belief in the spe\u00adcial\u00adness and unique\u00adness of each indi\u00advid\u00adual, group, and com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty, and by exten\u00adsion to the very notion of the USA<\/span> as a whole. As our mot\u00adto so suc\u00adcinct\u00adly puts it, \u201cOut of many, one\u201d, which means we cel\u00ade\u00adbrate our diver\u00adsi\u00adty as our strength, our col\u00adlec\u00adtion of cul\u00adtures and peo\u00adples as being what it means to be \u201cAmer\u00adi\u00adcan\u201d, and that tol\u00ader\u00adance and under\u00adstand\u00ading is what cre\u00adates a com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty and a soci\u00adety where the indi\u00advid\u00adual flour\u00adish\u00ades, where our human\u00adi\u00adty and love for one anoth\u00ader is the core prin\u00adci\u00adple for help\u00ading to make our dreams come true with and through one anoth\u00ader. This is what de Toc\u00adqueville not\u00aded in his writ\u00adings about Amer\u00adi\u00adca in the 19th<\/sup> cen\u00adtu\u00adry, that the char\u00adac\u00adter and strength of Amer\u00adi\u00adca was to be found in its vol\u00adun\u00adtary asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions, of a peo\u00adple com\u00ading togeth\u00ader to help one another.<\/p>\n

Of course, we have not real\u00adized that fuller dream of Amer\u00adi\u00adca, but it is the dream that we are here to become. It is by join\u00ading togeth\u00ader, per\u00adson to per\u00adson, group to group, com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty to com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty, that we made what we are and holds our promise of what we aspire to be. We look to our seers, our artists, cre\u00adators, dream\u00aders, but most espe\u00adcial\u00adly to all those who do build and sup\u00adport com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties to make this bet\u00adter world we imag\u00adine. And we look to our lead\u00aders to remind us of who we are, where we are and what we must do to make our dreams come true. So let us look at what the plan\u00adets say about Joe Biden and Don\u00adald Trump for 2024.<\/p>\n

Joe Biden\/Donald Trump<\/strong>
\nThe plan\u00ade\u00adtary influ\u00adences for Joe Biden and Don\u00adald Trump this year are both sup\u00adport\u00adive and chal\u00adleng\u00ading. The pro\u00adgres\u00adsions and tran\u00adsits in any chart will have a hier\u00adar\u00adchal dimen\u00adsion of effects that range down\u00adwards, mov\u00ading from the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal plane, to the men\u00adtal, to the emo\u00adtion\u00adal and final\u00adly to the phys\u00adi\u00adcal body. With this in mind, we are all very aware that we are exam\u00adin\u00ading two rather old\u00ader men, and the gru\u00adel\u00ading jour\u00adney of a pres\u00adi\u00adden\u00adtial cam\u00adpaign, not to men\u00adtion the demands of a four-year term in office, well that should make us real\u00adize that it is not at all cer\u00adtain that either one of them will be able to weath\u00ader such intense pres\u00adsure this year or in the years to come. Nev\u00ader\u00adthe\u00adless, let us see what is in store for them both this year.<\/p>\n

Joe Biden<\/strong>
\nFor Joe Biden, the most favor\u00adable influ\u00adence in 2024 is the trine aspect by Nep\u00adtune to both his Sun and Venus. Nep\u00adtune holds the influ\u00adence of the sec\u00adond qual\u00adi\u00adty of Spir\u00adit, that the entire Uni\u00adverse is formed by and made from Divine Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love. The Sun in a chart of an indi\u00advid\u00adual rep\u00adre\u00adsents the Self, the pure poten\u00adtial of that per\u00adson; Venus rep\u00adre\u00adsents the per\u00adson\u00adal val\u00adues and the human expres\u00adsion of love for that per\u00adson. Build\u00ading through 2023 and cli\u00admax\u00ading here in 2024 there is a pow\u00ader\u00adful influ\u00adence that is shap\u00ading Joe Biden to be inspired by and guid\u00aded in a spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal attune\u00adment to a self\u00adless and sac\u00adri\u00adfi\u00adcial pur\u00adpose. Where he faces an oppo\u00adnent filled with anger and resent\u00adment, who promis\u00ades revenge and ret\u00adri\u00adbu\u00adtion, Joe Biden is focused upon a path of com\u00adpas\u00adsion and heal\u00ading and love.<\/p>\n

And what is remark\u00adable about this moment, is that Joe Biden was born with Nep\u00adtune in his chart so that it forms both a sex\u00adtile to his Venus and to his Sun, and that Neptune\u2019s place\u00adment in his chart is in the 10th<\/sup> house of his pub\u00adlic life and respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties. This is, in some sense, the very time in his\u00adto\u00adry that Joe Biden was made for.<\/p>\n

The most chal\u00adleng\u00ading influ\u00adence in 2024 for Biden is Plu\u00adto squar\u00ading his Moon. There is no doubt that this is a dif\u00adfi\u00adcult ener\u00adgy. Plu\u00adto rules the pow\u00ader of the will, and prin\u00adci\u00adpal\u00adly for an indi\u00advid\u00adual forms their capac\u00adi\u00adty for self-con\u00adtrol and deter\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion, of how they both pre\u00adserve their own sacred space while equal\u00adly respect\u00ading the sacred space of oth\u00aders. Biden will expe\u00adri\u00adence extra\u00ador\u00addi\u00adnary pres\u00adsure emo\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adly this year, from fam\u00adi\u00adly, from friends and from the world around him, try\u00ading to bend and make him yield to their needs or wants or fears. Biden\u2019s chal\u00adlenge is to remain cen\u00adtered in his truth, to his moral com\u00adpass and to not lis\u00adten to or be swayed by guilt or manip\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion. For\u00adtu\u00adnate\u00adly, once again, it is Nep\u00adtune which will help him here, because at the very same time that Plu\u00adto is squar\u00ading his Moon, it will be mak\u00ading a trine to his Nep\u00adtune. He will be inspired to be guid\u00aded in his actions by his upper\u00admost plan\u00adet to stay on the path of true sac\u00adri\u00adfice, and to under\u00adstand that at the root of all these neg\u00ada\u00adtive ener\u00adgies around the world, and of those direct\u00aded at him, that they all orig\u00adi\u00adnate from fear. By remain\u00ading faith\u00adful to his truth and path, he will not over or under react (Plu\u00adto squar\u00ading the Moon) but remain steadi\u00adly pur\u00adpose\u00adful to lead by the exam\u00adple of love.<\/p>\n

Don\u00adald Trump<\/strong>
\nFor Don\u00adald Trump, the most \u201cfavor\u00adable\u201d influ\u00adence in 2024, (and it is by no means cer\u00adtain that it will be favor\u00adable), is being brought by Uranus mov\u00ading into his 10th<\/sup> house of the pub\u00adlic life, of one\u2019s career, of one\u2019s pur\u00adpose and stand\u00ading in soci\u00adety. Uranus is the plan\u00adet of Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty, which is the inces\u00adsant spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal ener\u00adgy with\u00adin each mon\u00adad of the divine, and that pro\u00adpels us to be an ever truer and freer expres\u00adsion and expe\u00adri\u00adence of who and what we are.<\/p>\n

I call Uranus \u201cthe awak\u00aden\u00ader\u201d as it brings about shocks and sur\u00adpris\u00ades that are meant to free the indi\u00advid\u00adual from their self-lim\u00adi\u00adta\u00adtions, which may close a path if it is no longer right and per\u00adhaps lead to anoth\u00ader that is more sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant or appro\u00adpri\u00adate. Typ\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly, Uranus brings about cir\u00adcum\u00adstances that break open and shake up things, all in order to free you. The key to know\u00ading whether it will lead to greater free\u00addom or not will depend upon what you bring to this moment, which is the char\u00adac\u00adter and qual\u00adi\u00adty of what you have done in the world, and what your moti\u00adva\u00adtion is with regards to Uranus\u2019 mes\u00adsage of freedom.<\/p>\n

When I first exam\u00adined Trump\u2019s chart in depth in 2016, I not\u00aded that one of his prin\u00adci\u00adpal fea\u00adtures was that he was born with Uranus next to and lead\u00ading his Sun, and oppo\u00adsite to his Moon. This two-fold align\u00adment forges an indi\u00advid\u00adual who believes in their being excep\u00adtion\u00adal, being an icon\u00ado\u00adclast, a break\u00ader of icons. But because this dis\u00adrup\u00adtive ener\u00adgy influ\u00adences both his essen\u00adtial nature and his emo\u00adtion\u00adal being, he will be a per\u00adson who is unpre\u00addictable, unsta\u00adble, and more often than not chaot\u00adic. There is no cer\u00adtain\u00adty with Uranus, except to expect the unex\u00adpect\u00aded. Uranus is return\u00ading to where it began in Trump\u2019s chart, and he will be reap\u00ading what he has made of his life and be faced with the con\u00adse\u00adquences of his own making.<\/p>\n

The most chal\u00adleng\u00ading influ\u00adence in 2024 for Trump is real\u00adly a dou\u00adble tran\u00adsit to his ascen\u00addant being formed by Nep\u00adtune and Plu\u00adto, each of which is form\u00ading an incon\u00adjunct or 150-degree aspect, with Nep\u00adtune from his 8th<\/sup> house and Plu\u00adto from his 5th<\/sup> house. When two incon\u00adjuncts form togeth\u00ader in this man\u00adner, it is called by astrologers a Yod for\u00adma\u00adtion. The ascen\u00addant is your per\u00adsona, the pres\u00adence you have as you walk through time, as you make your jour\u00adney through the Eter\u00adnal Now. Here we have these two shapers of our jour\u00adney, Plu\u00adto the plan\u00adet of the Will and of self-con\u00adtrol, and Nep\u00adtune the plan\u00adet of Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love and sac\u00adri\u00adfice, each of them is push\u00ading and pulling on Trump\u2019s way of being how he holds him\u00adself and presents him\u00adself to the world. The chal\u00adlenge is two-fold, to main\u00adtain self-con\u00adtrol and nei\u00adther be con\u00adtrol\u00adling or out of con\u00adtrol, while at the same time being com\u00adpas\u00adsion\u00adate and sac\u00adri\u00adfi\u00adcial with\u00adout play\u00ading the role of vic\u00adtim or mar\u00adtyr. This would be quite a chal\u00adlenge and achieve\u00adment for any indi\u00advid\u00adual, but from what we have seen of Trump, he is cer\u00adtain\u00adly seems unable to con\u00adtrol him\u00adself, nor is he has ever shown an abil\u00adi\u00adty to sac\u00adri\u00adfice himself.<\/p>\n

And this brings up anoth\u00ader inter\u00adest\u00ading indi\u00adca\u00adtor that I have not men\u00adtioned before, at least not pub\u00adlicly. There is anoth\u00ader class of indi\u00adca\u00adtions one can use to deter\u00admine the mean\u00ading of var\u00adi\u00adous points in a chart, which may be espe\u00adcial\u00adly rel\u00ade\u00advant in the case of a well-known indi\u00advid\u00adual. Astrologers have stud\u00adied the influ\u00adence of what are called the Fixed stars of our local space Zodi\u00adac, with each such star hold\u00ading var\u00adi\u00adous qual\u00adi\u00adties of char\u00adac\u00adter that come with spe\u00adcif\u00adic warn\u00adings too.<\/p>\n

In Trump\u2019s chart a tru\u00adly impor\u00adtant star is right on his ascen\u00addant, on his pres\u00adence in the world. It is the star Reg\u00adu\u00adlus, which is called \u201cthe Heart of the Lion\u201d and the \u201cWatch\u00ader of the North\u201d and is found in Trump\u2019s chart at 29 degrees of Leo, which is also Trump\u2019s ascen\u00addant. It is one of the great four or Roy\u00adal fixed stars, each of which endows a per\u00adson with the poten\u00adtial to gain great suc\u00adcess and to ful\u00adfill their ambi\u00adtions, but only if that per\u00adson faces and over\u00adcomes a par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar neme\u00adsis. The neme\u00adsis that must be con\u00adquered with Reg\u00adu\u00adlus is Revenge. Which means that with Reg\u00adu\u00adlus promi\u00adnent in the chart, you will have the poten\u00adtial to gain great fame and for\u00adtune but if you ever stoop to revenge you may lose your pow\u00ader and your position.<\/p>\n

So, we find our\u00adselves here in 2024, with the gift of Reg\u00adu\u00adlus for Trump, which offers the bless\u00ading of being able to attain fame, pow\u00ader, and for\u00adtune, and with Plu\u00adto and Nep\u00adtune trig\u00adger\u00ading this degree, which means that he may find his path to suc\u00adcess being brought to an end by his inabil\u00adi\u00adty to for\u00adgive or let go, by his inca\u00adpac\u00adi\u00adty to feel for any\u00adone oth\u00ader than himself.<\/p>\n

There are a num\u00adber of oth\u00ader impor\u00adtant aspects occur\u00adring in both Biden\u2019s chart and Trump\u2019s chart, and in the USA<\/span> chart, and per\u00adhaps we will exam\u00adine those in a future episode. But I do see that our time is pre\u00adcious, and I need to turn to you, the audi\u00adence, at some point here. So, what I will do is rather than going into any detail with these oth\u00ader \u201cworld\u00adly charts\u201d of coun\u00adtries and lead\u00aders I will just do an overview, and then we\u2019ll come back and look at them in more detail for our next and future shows.<\/p>\n

Ukraine\/Russia<\/strong>
\nStart\u00ading with Ukraine and Rus\u00adsia, and that means also look\u00ading at Zelen\u00adsky\u2019s chart and Putin\u2019s chart for the Ukraine\/Russia war. What does 2024 hold, and even look\u00ading to 2025?<\/p>\n

It was going to be a very con\u00adfus\u00ading year for Rus\u00adsia in 2023 with some pit\u00adfalls and mishaps in terms of mis\u00adread\u00ading things. But as we move into 2024, it seems there is less con\u00adfu\u00adsion and dis\u00adrup\u00adtion and more pur\u00adpose\u00adful\u00adness and deter\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion. Where\u00adas for Ukraine, which seemed to be hold\u00ading its own under the under some very dif\u00adfi\u00adcult aspects in 2023, some real\u00adly chal\u00adleng\u00ading aspects are show\u00ading up in the chart of Ukraine for 2024 and even mov\u00ading into 2025.<\/p>\n

When we take a deep\u00ader look at both of those charts for Rus\u00adsia and Ukraine, in a future episode, I will go into more detail about those indi\u00adca\u00adtions might be. But I do think that things are not going to look too well for Ukraine, at least from this view.<\/p>\n

And if we look at the charts of the indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals lead\u00ading these two coun\u00adtries, at Putin\u2019s chart and Zelenskyy\u2019s, chart what do we see? Putin was under the sim\u00adi\u00adlar influ\u00adence as that of Rus\u00adsia with a strong Nep\u00adtune aspect in 2023. That would have caused him to find that his efforts were being some\u00adwhat thwart\u00aded, sort of mis\u00addi\u00adrect\u00aded or mis\u00adplaced. But in 2024 that is lift\u00aded, and he will be able to focus more on achiev\u00ading what he may wish to achieve, at least in the short term.<\/p>\n

Where\u00adas Zelen\u00adskyy finds him\u00adself under tremen\u00addous pres\u00adsure. The pres\u00adsure that was there in 2023 remains the same in 2024. So, the stress he has endured will not be let\u00adting up for him what\u00adso\u00adev\u00ader. When we meet next, I will look at 2025 and see how that looks for both him and for Putin. But it looks to me that the war between Ukraine and Rus\u00adsia is going to be rather dif\u00adfi\u00adcult for Ukraine in 2024, and giv\u00aden what cur\u00adrent news reports have been indi\u00adcat\u00ading, that seems to be no great sur\u00adprise to me, or prob\u00ada\u00adbly to you.<\/p>\n

China\/Xi Jin\u00adping<\/strong>
\nIf we then look anoth\u00ader major play\u00ader on the world stage, and we will into more detail with our next show, let\u2019s look at what hap\u00adpened to Chi\u00adna and Xi Jin\u00adping in 2023. There has been a great dis\u00adrup\u00adtion over the issue of val\u00adue in Chi\u00adna because of a major plan\u00ade\u00adtary tran\u00adsit. Uranus oppo\u00adsite to China\u2019s Venus. And for Xi, span\u00adning both 2022 and 2023, he has expe\u00adri\u00adenced a great loss of con\u00adfi\u00addence and self-assur\u00adance, lead\u00ading to self-doubts about him\u00adself and what he is doing, with Nep\u00adtune squar\u00ading his Sun. That may lead to him dur\u00ading 2024 to con\u00adtin\u00adue to piv\u00adot in terms of his aims and actions of his goals and means as Plu\u00adto aspects his Mars.<\/p>\n

But there may be some kind of great dis\u00adrup\u00adtion com\u00ading to Chi\u00adna, lead\u00ading to the ques\u00adtion of the secu\u00adri\u00adty or sta\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty of the land in Chi\u00adna in 2024. That is because Uranus, the plan\u00adet that shakes things up moves into the 4th House of Chi\u00adna, which is the root of the chart, of where we come from, but also lit\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly the land issues of a coun\u00adtry. And one of the big prob\u00adlems we all know that has occurred in Chi\u00adna of late is this very large real estate and build\u00ading bub\u00adble, that they are try\u00ading to resolve. But with all of that debt hang\u00ading over Chi\u00adna, a cou\u00adple of big fail\u00adures there could real\u00adly cause them great dif\u00adfi\u00adcul\u00adty. So, it looks like more chal\u00adlenges are to come and that could lead to some kind of a reck\u00adon\u00ading and realign\u00adment for Chi\u00adna in terms of secu\u00adri\u00adty and sta\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty, espe\u00adcial\u00adly with regards to their foun\u00adda\u00adtions in 2024.<\/p>\n

North Korea\/Kim Jong Un<\/strong>
\nAnd then right next door, of course, we always want to take a look at North Korea and Kim Jong Un. For Kim, he has reached a moment in his own life where he\u2019s look\u00ading at the dreams he has of his life and see\u00ading how some dreams have come true and some dreams have not come true. He is going through his midlife cri\u00adsis. This hap\u00adpens to all of us when we reach our late 30s and ear\u00adly 40s. But of course, with him being a world leader, this is play\u00ading out on the world stage. So, he is strug\u00adgling with how he can real\u00adize the dreams I have for myself and per\u00adhaps for my nation, and it is uncer\u00adtain as to what to do. So, he may act in ways that send out very mixed sig\u00adnals as a result of his own per\u00adson\u00adal \u201ccri\u00adsis\u201d. I think we will get through 2024 with\u00adout any great dif\u00adfi\u00adcul\u00adty com\u00ading from North Korea. But I do look at 2025 as being much more of a chal\u00adleng\u00ading year, because that is the year when the plan\u00adet Plu\u00adto becomes much more active in Kim\u2019s chart, going over his Venus and going over his Sat\u00adurn too. And that will coin\u00adcide with Plu\u00adto going over the Venus of North Korea as well. So, there are a lot of align\u00adments com\u00ading in 2025 that should def\u00adi\u00adnite\u00adly give us pause.<\/p>\n

Israel\/Benjamin Netanyahu<\/strong>
\nLet\u2019s take a quick look at what is hap\u00adpen\u00ading here with Israel and Netanyahu and with Hamas. But with Hamas, well that is much hard\u00ader to do because it is not a nation state per se, it is an orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion found\u00aded and declared to be found\u00aded on a cer\u00adtain date, which peo\u00adple might com\u00admon\u00adly use. But is that the real date to use? We are always won\u00adder\u00ading. We can be much more cer\u00adtain about what is hap\u00adpen\u00ading in Israel\u2019s chart, and cer\u00adtain\u00adly with Ben\u00adjamin Netanyahu\u2019s chart.<\/p>\n

Israel<\/strong>
\nThe prin\u00adci\u00adpal influ\u00adence that is hang\u00ading over Israel both in 2023 and 2024, and then some\u00adthing changes here in 2024, is that the plan\u00adet Nep\u00adtune, which bring about the pos\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty or neces\u00adsi\u00adty of dis\u00adsolv\u00ading bound\u00adaries, of mov\u00ading into a wider under\u00adstand\u00ading of what\u00adev\u00ader we are encoun\u00adter\u00ading, but always when it\u2019s work\u00ading, that very dis\u00adsolv\u00ading func\u00adtion and move\u00adment into a wider, more encom\u00adpass\u00ading realm, that we all will go through a peri\u00adod between the old real\u00adi\u00adty and the old under\u00adstand\u00ading and the new, we enter that space in between, and we all call that confusion.<\/p>\n

There was a great deal of con\u00adfu\u00adsion last year and it con\u00adtin\u00adues into 2024. Nep\u00adtune is tran\u00adsit\u00ading Israel\u2019s Jupiter, the plan\u00adet that rules truth, the plan\u00adet that rules our belief sys\u00adtems, whether those be sci\u00aden\u00adtif\u00adic or spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal or reli\u00adgious or legal. We know that there was this very real cri\u00adsis in Israel in 2023, with a major legal strug\u00adgle between and over the kind of demo\u00adc\u00adra\u00adt\u00adic struc\u00adture of that state of Israel. Netanyahu\u2019s coali\u00adtion was push\u00ading for changes in the bal\u00adance of pow\u00ader between the leg\u00adis\u00adla\u00adture (the Knes\u00adset) and the judi\u00adcia\u00adry. This strug\u00adgle over the bal\u00adance of pow\u00ader and gov\u00adern\u00ading code of Israel brought about the largest protests in Israel\u2019s his\u00adto\u00adry. At the root of this strug\u00adgle was the very nature of the state of Israel, of peo\u00adple ques\u00adtion\u00ading, \u201cwhat is our truth, what is the way we are sup\u00adposed to be?\u201d And that ques\u00adtion con\u00adtin\u00adues to rever\u00adber\u00adate down into 2024 for Israel. So, at the very root of Israel\u2019s trou\u00adbles is a strug\u00adgle over truth and beliefs. I would say that the peo\u00adple of Israel are very con\u00adfused about the nature of truth, of what they believe and what kind of nation they will be.<\/p>\n

Then what is com\u00ading in 2024, and which was not there in 2023, comes from the fact that the nation of Israel is a Tau\u00adrus nation, and the plan\u00adet Uranus has been mov\u00ading through Tau\u00adrus for a num\u00adber of years now, and in 2024 Uranus will be going over Israel\u2019s Sun which has nev\u00ader hap\u00adpened before. This is the first time Israel has expe\u00adri\u00adenced an exact con\u00adjunc\u00adtion to the Sun. Every time Uranus touch\u00ades the Sun, we get shook up and we are made to go through a shock or series of shocks, that leads to a break\u00adthrough and a break\u00addown, and to the release of new a host of new pos\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties ulti\u00admate\u00adly. But it can make for a very great peri\u00adod again of uncer\u00adtain\u00adty, and insta\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty that could lead to a great sense of vul\u00adner\u00ada\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty. But it also can be a sur\u00adpris\u00ading time, where what was not pos\u00adsi\u00adble, what was not even con\u00adceiv\u00adable, sud\u00adden\u00adly becomes nor\u00admal\u00adized and the change that could not be hap\u00adpens. So, a shock is going to be deliv\u00adered by Israel as well as received by Israel, that is what will hap\u00adpen in 2024.<\/p>\n

Netanyahu<\/strong>
\nWhen we look at Netanyahu\u2019s chart, he has had the plan\u00adet Nep\u00adtune form\u00ading an align\u00adment to both the plan\u00adet Mars which rules desire and action, the plan\u00adet that deter\u00admines the thrust in life, and to the Sun in his chart which is his expe\u00adri\u00adence of him\u00adself. It is like what is hap\u00adpen\u00ading in Trump\u2019s chart with the Yod For\u00adma\u00adtion. For Netanyahu, Nep\u00adtune is lin\u00ading up to Mars in one part of his chart, and at the same time to his Sun in anoth\u00ader sec\u00adtion of his chart. So, this is a twin influ\u00adence. Nep\u00adtune dis\u00adsolves what\u00adev\u00ader it is influ\u00adenc\u00ading, and it will often appear to be bring\u00ading about some sort of weak\u00aden\u00ading for what\u00adev\u00ader it is touch\u00ading. Mars is your vital\u00adi\u00adty, so there is def\u00adi\u00adnite\u00adly a drain\u00ading of vital\u00adi\u00adty, a con\u00adfu\u00adsion about desire and direc\u00adtion often lead\u00ading to mis\u00adun\u00adder\u00adstand\u00ading and mis\u00addi\u00adrec\u00adtion. For 2023 this influ\u00adence affect\u00aded his vital\u00adi\u00adty and his sense of him\u00adself, and his assured\u00adness in himself.<\/p>\n

And in 2024 this influ\u00adence remains, with Nep\u00adtune con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00ading to influ\u00adence his Sun. It is a two-year process, of being not sure of him\u00adself and uncer\u00adtain of what is going on, which oth\u00aders will prob\u00ada\u00adbly take advan\u00adtage of his appar\u00adent weak\u00adness. He will not feel him\u00adself, and he will not be ful\u00adly present in what\u00adev\u00ader he is doing, and he will send out mixed messages.<\/p>\n

We will take a deep\u00ader look at all of these charts and at some oth\u00aders that we have not yet con\u00adsid\u00adered. We don\u2019t have enough time to do this today, so I will go into more depth with these mat\u00adters and con\u00adsid\u00ader them in a future show.<\/p>\n

USA<\/span><\/strong>
\nI also just want\u00aded to go back and just remind us of the impor\u00adtance for the USA<\/span> with this new moon that is tak\u00ading place in March of 2024. Remem\u00adber this will hap\u00adpen every 29 years or so. The last new moon in the USA<\/span> chart was 1990. Before that was 1965, and before that was 1935 and so on. So, it hap\u00adpens repeat\u00aded\u00adly, and it is an inter\u00adest\u00ading way of look\u00ading at peri\u00adods in the USA\u2019s life in terms of themes that may be released and then devel\u00adoped in the course of those 29 years.<\/p>\n

So, what is hap\u00adpen\u00ading now in the USA<\/span>? We are at the end of what has been going on since 1994, and we are mov\u00ading into a new era here from 2024 onwards. It is an inter\u00adest\u00ading way of fram\u00ading and char\u00adac\u00adter\u00adiz\u00ading an era in Amer\u00adi\u00adcan his\u00adto\u00adry, sim\u00adply through an exam\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtion of these pro\u00adgressed new Moons. But we can and should look at the full Moons too to see the result or cli\u00admax of that cycle, which will hap\u00adpen about 14 to 15 years lat\u00ader. The new Moon of 1994 reached its cli\u00admax in 2008, which of course coin\u00adcid\u00aded with a col\u00adlapse of the USA<\/span> econ\u00ado\u00admy, the burst\u00ading of the debt bub\u00adble and the mort\u00adgage cri\u00adsis. This sec\u00adond \u201cgreat depres\u00adsion\u201d had been formed by the cor\u00adpo\u00adrate and gov\u00adern\u00admen\u00adtal poli\u00adcies and actions that had been pur\u00adsued since 1994. It was this that led to the col\u00adlapse of our econ\u00ado\u00admy and real\u00adly for the world economy.<\/p>\n

The pre\u00advi\u00adous new Moon was 1965, and it was the seed being plant\u00aded that led to a full Moon har\u00advest which was in 1979. That again was a year of a painful eco\u00adnom\u00adic har\u00advest, of what became termed \u201cstagfla\u00adtion\u201d, to a stag\u00adna\u00adtion in jobs and growth and an infla\u00adtion in prices. So, these new moons and full moons func\u00adtion like our book\u00adends, sort of fram\u00ading the his\u00adto\u00adry of the USA<\/span> in one sense.
