In my pre\u00advi\u00adous show on Octo\u00adber 2nd<\/sup>, I had hoped to talk about both the Plu\u00adto return to its Natal posi\u00adtion in the USA<\/span> chart and Neptune\u2019s oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion to its Natal posi\u00adtion too. Unfor\u00adtu\u00adnate\u00adly, there was not enough time to do both, so we should con\u00adsid\u00ader today\u2019s show as part two of that pre\u00advi\u00adous show.<\/p>\n

But we will need to keep in mind, that in order to dis\u00adcuss and under\u00adstand any one of what I call the Tri\u00adad of Spir\u00adit, \u201cThe Three in One\u201d of Plu\u00adto, Nep\u00adtune, or Uranus, that we will only under\u00adstand any one of them when we also see that each one is nec\u00ades\u00adsary to the oth\u00ader two, as they are prin\u00adci\u00adpal Avatars of the Inte\u00adgral nature of Spir\u00adit in our system.<\/p>\n

Tri\u00adad of Spir\u00adit \u2013 Plu\u00adto \u2014 Nep\u00adtune \u2014 Uranus
\n<\/strong>I like to think of these three in this man\u00adner. Plu\u00adto is the hold\u00ader of the Will and shapes and molds every Ener\u00adgy-Form into a def\u00adi\u00adnite or defined Con\u00adtain\u00ader of Spir\u00adit, (whether that be a mon\u00adad, atom, cell, organ\u00adism, plan\u00adet, or star). Nep\u00adtune is the hold\u00ader of the Uni\u00adver\u00adsal Ener\u00adgy-Form of Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love, which is the Ener\u00adgy-Sub\u00adstance at the root of all or the One. This Love of the One is the root source of the Spir\u00adit-Life-Con\u00adscious\u00adness for every par\u00adti\u00adcle of Cre\u00adation. And Uranus, is the hold\u00ader of the Quin\u00adtes\u00adsence of Spir\u00adit, because each and every par\u00adti\u00adcle of Cre\u00adation is also an Indi\u00advid\u00adual. By this we also know that all of Cre\u00adation is formed by the innu\u00admer\u00adable indi\u00advid\u00adual sparks of the Divine, every one of which is fol\u00adlow\u00ading their Swab\u00adh\u0101\u00adva to be and become a unique instance or expres\u00adsion of the One Divine Light.<\/p>\n

What we have been dis\u00adcussing (for quite some time) is that two of these Avatars of Spir\u00adit have made crit\u00adi\u00adcal align\u00adments in the USA<\/span> chart. Plu\u00adto has reached the end of its first cycle of 245 years around the Solar Sys\u00adtem and has returned to Pluto\u2019s Natal posi\u00adtion in 2022. The USA<\/span> is expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading its first ever Plu\u00adto return, and this is most impor\u00adtant as we dis\u00adcussed last time. Mean\u00adwhile, Nep\u00adtune is oppo\u00adsite to its natal posi\u00adtion, as it was only once before from 1858\u20131859. The com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion of these two align\u00adments, (along with the influ\u00adences ema\u00adnat\u00ading through Uranus), can illu\u00admi\u00adnate and guide us through the moment we are in now.<\/p>\n

For today, let us look at the impor\u00adtance of Nep\u00adtune in the USA<\/span> chart, and the cycle of its mes\u00adsag\u00ading for the past, and how that may guide us here today. What we need to appre\u00adci\u00adate is that Nep\u00adtune has one of the most sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant place\u00adments in the chart of the USA<\/span>, being close to the mid\u00adheav\u00aden (the realm of des\u00adtiny) and locat\u00aded in the 9th<\/sup> house of Law, Truth, and Belief, what I like to under\u00adstand as the house of Storytelling.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune<\/strong>
\nNep\u00adtune is the avatar of the ulti\u00admate and uni\u00adver\u00adsal ener\u00adgy-form, which is Spir\u00adit-Life-Con\u00adscious\u00adness, and it is this which forms the most infin\u00adi\u00adtes\u00adi\u00admal of par\u00adti\u00adcles on up to the heav\u00aden\u00adly hosts, and that is why we should under\u00adstand and expe\u00adri\u00adence the Cre\u00adation as quite lit\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly the Body of the One. There is but One Spir\u00adit, there is but One Life, and there is but One Mind, and it holds the whole of Cre\u00adation as one, (all the innu\u00admer\u00adable ones held as One), and every one of us is made of this Ener\u00adgy-form that you know and feel as Divine, Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love. It is by this Ener\u00adgy-Form that the bound\u00adaries between the hier\u00adar\u00adchies and ranges of enti\u00adties becomes translu\u00adcent, tran\u00adscend\u00aded, and ulti\u00admate\u00adly dis\u00adsolved. By Nep\u00adtune you come to your spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal heart, as you walk the path of awak\u00aden\u00ading to expe\u00adri\u00adence the bless\u00adings of cos\u00admic con\u00adscious\u00adness, which is made man\u00adi\u00adfest as love, com\u00adpas\u00adsion, and empa\u00adthy between one anoth\u00ader and real\u00adly between all life-forms in the cosmos.<\/p>\n

But just as we have seen that the Will of Plu\u00adto can be mis\u00adap\u00adplied and lead to the vio\u00adla\u00adtion of sacred spaces, lead\u00ading to the sin of tres\u00adpass\u00ading and great harm done to oth\u00ader souls, Nep\u00adtun\u00adian ener\u00adgies may trig\u00adger and form, (by the mis\u00adun\u00adder\u00adstand\u00ading or mis\u00adap\u00adpli\u00adca\u00adtion of this dissolving\/transcending ener\u00adgy-form), a cacoph\u00ado\u00adny of fan\u00adtasies, illu\u00adsions, delu\u00adsions, and decep\u00adtions. We have had his\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal peri\u00adods of a greater shared under\u00adstand\u00ading, where what I call our \u201cBub\u00adbles of Belief\u201d align and agree with one anoth\u00ader. And we have expe\u00adri\u00adenced times of con\u00adfu\u00adsion, doubt, and greater mis\u00adun\u00adder\u00adstand\u00adings too.<\/p>\n

But the divi\u00adsions we are expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading in the present day, the break\u00addown of com\u00admon under\u00adstand\u00adings and the grow\u00ading divide between var\u00adi\u00adous peo\u00adples with\u00adin com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties, between regions and coun\u00adtries, has cast a shad\u00adow of fear, doubt, and con\u00adfu\u00adsion upon our world. We have reached a yawn\u00ading abyss where we can\u00adnot seem to agree on what is fic\u00adtion and what is fact, of what is \u201creal\u00adly real\u201d. What we are expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading is not a local but world-wide break\u00addown, and this does hap\u00adpen peri\u00adod\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly, espe\u00adcial\u00adly when\u00adev\u00ader Nep\u00adtune moves through the sign of Pisces like now.<\/p>\n

And though this might seem whol\u00adly neg\u00ada\u00adtive, again there lies part of our delu\u00adsion and con\u00adfu\u00adsion. There is a very spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal pur\u00adpose that dri\u00adves this moment in Neptune\u2019s cycle, and it is this: we are being inspired to move into a more inclu\u00adsive form of con\u00adscious\u00adness. But the path to this greater under\u00adstand\u00ading requires that we have to go through a peri\u00adod where we are con\u00adfused, because it is only then that we will let go of our lim\u00adit\u00aded under\u00adstand\u00adings, so that we might per\u00adceive beyond the dark clouds of fear, and so be able to see revealed a new and high\u00ader and more inclu\u00adsive and lov\u00ading way to under\u00adstand our\u00adselves and our world.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune in Mun\u00addane Astrology<\/strong>
\nFor our pur\u00adpos\u00ades today, we need to con\u00adsid\u00ader Neptune\u2019s role for Mun\u00addane or World\u00adly Astrol\u00ado\u00adgy, which is that Nep\u00adtune is the chal\u00adice or ves\u00adsel for the dream of any nation, it is the Avatar for the sto\u00adries and myths that inform and explain the char\u00adac\u00adter of that polit\u00adi\u00adcal-cul\u00adtur\u00adal order. For the USA<\/span>, one of the most dis\u00adtin\u00adguish\u00ading fea\u00adtures of its found\u00ading myth is the claim that it is spe\u00adcial or excep\u00adtion\u00adal. In the Nation\u00adal Seal for the USA<\/span>, we can see that the founders believed that they were engaged in an enter\u00adprise that was unique\u00adly dif\u00adfer\u00adent, and they declared to the world that the USA<\/span> was to be a \u201cNew Order for the Cen\u00adturies\u201d. Unlike oth\u00ader nations, the USA<\/span> would be a land for peo\u00adple from around the world, and that it would be found\u00aded upon a new type of polit\u00adi\u00adcal order\u00ading, it would be a \u201ccovenant nation\u201d.<\/p>\n

The Nep\u00adtun\u00adian ide\u00adal for the USA<\/span> was estab\u00adlished upon Uni\u00adver\u00adsal Prin\u00adci\u00adples, in that it would be unique and not like any oth\u00ader nation. His\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly, nations were found\u00aded upon parochial or lim\u00adit\u00aded deter\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtions, whether of being made of one par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar peo\u00adple, or by one her\u00aditage or eth\u00adnic\u00adi\u00adty, or by one faith. The USA<\/span> claimed that it would be a land where Free\u00addom, Tol\u00ader\u00adance and Com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty would be pro\u00adclaimed and pro\u00adtect\u00aded for all peo\u00adples; it would be a new type of nation formed by the many creeds and by the many cul\u00adtures of humanity.<\/p>\n

USA<\/span> \u2013 A Covenant Nation<\/strong>
\nThe heart of this cre\u00adation of a new type of nation was the prin\u00adci\u00adple of a covenant com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty. The USA<\/span> would be found\u00aded upon the truth that each individual\u2019s self-ful\u00adfill\u00adment is depen\u00addent upon, and real\u00adly is only made pos\u00adsi\u00adble by being a mem\u00adber of the com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty. This prin\u00adci\u00adple was stat\u00aded in our first doc\u00adu\u00adment, The Dec\u00adla\u00adra\u00adtion of Inde\u00adpen\u00addence, which says that we, \u201cMutu\u00adal\u00adly Pledge To Each Oth\u00ader Our Lives, Our For\u00adtunes, And Our Sacred Honor\u201d.<\/p>\n

This dec\u00adla\u00adra\u00adtion was a forg\u00ading of a new covenant. The prin\u00adci\u00adple enshrined by the Dec\u00adla\u00adra\u00adtion, and lat\u00ader by the Con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adtion, is that in order to cre\u00adate this new space of indi\u00advid\u00adual free\u00addom and self-ful\u00adfill\u00adment would require that the mem\u00adbers of this sacred com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty would have to agree to work with\u00adin a social-polit\u00adi\u00adcal sys\u00adtem of mutu\u00adal con\u00adsent. This would cre\u00adate a space of free\u00addom and jus\u00adtice for every indi\u00advid\u00adual, but to do this we would need to forge an inte\u00adgral bal\u00adance between our indi\u00advid\u00adual lib\u00ader\u00adties with our com\u00admu\u00adnal respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties. Our free\u00addoms would be pro\u00adtect\u00aded, but we agreed to cir\u00adcum\u00adscribe our indi\u00advid\u00adual free\u00addom to pre\u00adserve our com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties too. In the USA<\/span>, all pre\u00advi\u00adous priv\u00adi\u00adleges would be removed, so that we were not behold\u00aden to any lord, king, or mas\u00adter; we were cre\u00adat\u00ading a freely formed, self-deter\u00admined soci\u00adety based on equal\u00adi\u00adty of all before the law. In the USA<\/span>, only the Law would be our King, and all would be equal before the law.<\/p>\n

The Promise Broken<\/strong>
\nBut of course, what was held up as the found\u00ading ide\u00adal of the USA<\/span> was nev\u00ader made real at that time, or even now some 250 years lat\u00ader. From the moment of \u201cfirst con\u00adtact\u201d by Christo\u00adpher Colum\u00adbus in 1492, to the final mas\u00adsacre of native peo\u00adple at Wound\u00aded Knee in 1890, the near extinc\u00adtion of the native peo\u00adples was one part of the bro\u00adken promise of equal\u00adi\u00adty and jus\u00adtice for all. The oth\u00ader orig\u00adi\u00adnal sin for the USA<\/span> was the enslave\u00adment of African peo\u00adple until 1865, and their denial of full cit\u00adi\u00adzen\u00adship by one means or anoth\u00ader even down to the present day. The Karmic Ques\u00adtion the USA<\/span> faces today is quite sim\u00adply this, \u201cHow do we make right over 500 years of Geno\u00adcide; how to we make right over 400 years of Racism?\u201d<\/p>\n

Yes, we are at a turn\u00ading, and Nep\u00adtune, the hold\u00ader of dreams and myths, of illu\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtions and delu\u00adsions, has returned to the posi\u00adtion it held as the Unit\u00aded States faced its great\u00adest exis\u00adten\u00adtial and spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal cri\u00adsis formed by the divi\u00adsion into two visions or myths of Amer\u00adi\u00adca, whether to be Slave or Free, in the Civ\u00adil War. The ques\u00adtion was then and quite remark\u00adably but not sur\u00adpris\u00ading\u00adly is also the same now, \u201cwill the fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal truth, that all humans are cre\u00adat\u00aded equal, and should be treat\u00aded as equal with love and com\u00adpas\u00adsion be made our real\u00adi\u00adty or not\u201d?<\/p>\n

Neptune\u2019s Turn\u00ading Points<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to frame our under\u00adstand\u00ading of what we are faced with today, we need to exam\u00adine our his\u00adto\u00adry, and the oth\u00ader turn\u00ading points in Neptune\u2019s cycle through the chart of the USA<\/span>. Neptune\u2019s orbit is about 163 years, and it will align with the USA<\/span> Nep\u00adtune every 40 years or so for the more sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant or so-called \u201chard\u201d aspects, the dates for which are: 1816\u201317, 1857\u201358<\/strong>, 1897\u201398, 1938\u201339<\/strong>, 1980\u201381, and now 2021\u201322<\/strong>. Most impor\u00adtant, are the Oppo\u00adsi\u00adtions and Returns to the natal place\u00adment. The first and only return of Nep\u00adtune to its natal posi\u00adtion was 1938\u201339; and the two oppo\u00adsi\u00adtions in USA<\/span> his\u00adto\u00adry were 1857\u201358 and the oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion we are expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading in 2021\u201322.<\/p>\n

Oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion of Nep\u00adtune to Neptune<\/strong>
\nThe oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion should be under\u00adstood as the rev\u00ade\u00adla\u00adtion and out\u00adcome of that vari\u00ada\u00adtion of expres\u00adsion from the first or natal imprint\u00ading and then any suc\u00adceed\u00ading returns. The seed plant\u00aded in 1776 of Neptune\u2019s \u201cDream of Amer\u00adi\u00adca\u201d became ful\u00adly revealed in the first oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion (like a Full Moon) of 1857\u201358. From Neptune\u2019s embod\u00adi\u00adment of the dream of Amer\u00adi\u00adca in 1776, \u201cThat all men are cre\u00adat\u00aded equal\u2026\u201d, a polit\u00adi\u00adcal and eco\u00adnom\u00adic sys\u00adtem formed in which a very small num\u00adber of white, prop\u00ader\u00adty-own\u00ading men would hold and wield pow\u00ader. And it would turn out that a great many of them had secured and main\u00adtained their wealth and pow\u00ader through own\u00ading oth\u00ader humans as prop\u00ader\u00adty. But an ever-grow\u00ading divide of the ways of eco\u00adnom\u00adic life, and in cul\u00adture and spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty, between the planter soci\u00adety and the rest of the USA<\/span> forged an exis\u00adten\u00adtial cri\u00adsis in the USA<\/span>, as two very dif\u00adfer\u00adent Nep\u00adtun\u00adian dreams of Amer\u00adi\u00adca came to a cli\u00admat\u00adic con\u00adfronta\u00adtion dur\u00ading the 1850\u2019s over a fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal ques\u00adtion: Would the USA<\/span> con\u00adtin\u00adue as and for\u00adev\u00ader be a \u201cslave labor coun\u00adtry\u201d or not?<\/p>\n

The Oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion of 1857\u20131858<\/strong>
\nThe Nep\u00adtune Oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion of 1857\u201358 laid bare the ever-advanc\u00ading pow\u00ader of the slave\u00adhold\u00ading states in the Con\u00adgress and over the Supreme Court. This was most clear\u00adly revealed in 1857 by the Dred Scott deci\u00adsion of the Supreme Court. This deci\u00adsion deter\u00admined that for\u00adev\u00ader more the USA<\/span> would be a slave coun\u00adtry, because a white man\u2019s prop\u00ader\u00adty was more impor\u00adtant than human lives, and so the law of the land would be that \u201cslaves and descen\u00addants of slaves were nev\u00ader, nor would they ever be cit\u00adi\u00adzens, and that they would remain the per\u00adma\u00adnent prop\u00ader\u00adty of their mas\u00adters\u201d. Slav\u00adery would be forever\u2026<\/p>\n

As a con\u00adse\u00adquence of this clear divi\u00adsion of the two America\u2019s laid bare by the Supreme court\u2019s deci\u00adsion, and by the Leg\u00adisla\u00adtive pow\u00ader of the slave\u00adhold\u00ading states, Lin\u00adcoln spoke of this divi\u00adsion with\u00adin the coun\u00adtry, between the slave states and the free states, when he declared, \u201cthat a house divid\u00aded from itself can\u00adnot stand\u201d. He pro\u00adposed that this divi\u00adsion would be solved one way or anoth\u00ader, and that the US<\/span> would either become a nation where in every state all humans would be free and equal, or that in every state there would be slav\u00adery and inequal\u00adi\u00adty forever.<\/p>\n

Of course, what hap\u00adpened was the Civ\u00adil War, and the abo\u00adli\u00adtion of slav\u00adery and amend\u00adments to the con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adtion to estab\u00adlish a more just and equal soci\u00adety. But the peri\u00adod known after the Civ\u00adil War wit\u00adnessed the ever-increas\u00ading ero\u00adsion of that more just order, until by local laws and com\u00admon prac\u00adtice the dream of a more just Amer\u00adi\u00adca was denied again.<\/p>\n

Neptune\u2019s Return 1938\u201339<\/strong>
\nAstrologers con\u00adsid\u00ader any plan\u00ade\u00adtary return like a \u201cNew Moon\u201d, a seed\u00ading of a new vari\u00ada\u00adtion of the ener\u00adgy-form that for that plan\u00adet, Nep\u00adtune for us now. This would mean that a new begin\u00adning was formed dur\u00ading the pres\u00adi\u00adden\u00adcy of FDR<\/span>, with his efforts to restore the USA<\/span> econ\u00ado\u00admy after the Great Depres\u00adsion, while he equal\u00adly led the USA<\/span> to pre\u00adpare for the exis\u00adten\u00adtial con\u00adfronta\u00adtion with the rise of Fas\u00adcism in Europe and Asia in World War II<\/span>.<\/p>\n

What is quite remark\u00adable about this moment, as it will be in the next two Nep\u00adtun\u00adian align\u00adments, was it was at this time accom\u00adpa\u00adnied by the Plu\u00adto oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion to Plu\u00adto; the remark\u00adable syn\u00adchronic\u00adi\u00adty and mes\u00adsag\u00ading for the USA<\/span> at this time led to a restate\u00adment and rebirth for the promise of the USA<\/span>, so that a renewed effort and strug\u00adgle was begun to extend equal\u00adi\u00adty before the law and have a more or less equal oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty for self-fulfillment.<\/p>\n

Dream Renewed \u2013 The New Deal<\/strong>
\nRoosevelt\u2019s New Deal was sup\u00adposed to be a Fair Deal for all Amer\u00adi\u00adcans, but of course this was not at all true for the South, and for many com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties through\u00adout the coun\u00adtry, where local laws and cus\u00adtoms con\u00adtin\u00adued to dis\u00aden\u00adfran\u00adchise a great many peo\u00adple. But it was true that dur\u00ading FDR<\/span>\u2019s term, and for many years there\u00adafter, the gen\u00ader\u00adal growth of pros\u00adper\u00adi\u00adty in the Unit\u00aded States was more or less fair\u00adly shared by the entire pop\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion. The com\u00admit\u00adment to a Lib\u00ader\u00adal State form of gov\u00ader\u00adnance, from the 1940\u2019s into the 1970\u2019s, cre\u00adat\u00aded a lift\u00ading tide of eco\u00adnom\u00adic pros\u00adper\u00adi\u00adty, where that ris\u00ading tide was seen as, \u201clift\u00ading all boats\u201d. It cer\u00adtain\u00adly was not per\u00adfect, but there was a gen\u00ader\u00adal feel\u00ading that there was more equi\u00adty, bal\u00adance, and fair\u00adness in how we cre\u00adat\u00aded and shared our well-being with one another.<\/p>\n

But some\u00adthing began to change in the 1970\u2019s and then most cer\u00adtain\u00adly in the 1980\u2019s. You might won\u00adder, what changed? What hap\u00adpened to the New Deal and the Dream of America?<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune Square, 1980\u20131981
\n<\/strong>There had been a gen\u00ader\u00adal con\u00adsen\u00adsus in the 40\u2019s and 50\u2019s for both major polit\u00adi\u00adcal par\u00adties that the mod\u00adern lib\u00ader\u00adal order was the answer. But as the strug\u00adgle for civ\u00adil rights in the 1950\u2019s and 1960\u2019s led to the pas\u00adsage of the Civ\u00adil Rights act, which over\u00adturned the local and state laws deny\u00ading full cit\u00adi\u00adzen\u00adship to many, there rose up a counter-rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion to the lib\u00ader\u00adal con\u00adsen\u00adsus. It came under the guise of an eco\u00adnom\u00adic the\u00ado\u00adry, called neo-Lib\u00ader\u00adal\u00adism, and its main thrust was artic\u00adu\u00adlat\u00aded by the pres\u00adi\u00addent-elect in 1980, Ronald Rea\u00adgan, who ran on the slo\u00adgan that the prob\u00adlem with Amer\u00adi\u00adca was the Fed\u00ader\u00adal Gov\u00adern\u00adment. Once again, Amer\u00adi\u00adca was a at a turn\u00ading, and once again the plan\u00adets were at a turn\u00ading too.  If fact Nep\u00adtune squared Nep\u00adtune, and Plu\u00adto squared Plu\u00adto at this time. Remem\u00adber, a Square presents a choice; it holds both an oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty and dan\u00adger. If you look at the eco\u00adnom\u00adic pic\u00adture of these two peri\u00adods in USA<\/span> his\u00adto\u00adry, it is like you are view\u00ading two com\u00adplete\u00adly dif\u00adfer\u00adent coun\u00adtries. The rea\u00adson is that choic\u00ades were made to turn away from fair\u00adness for the many, and to pro\u00admote ram\u00adpant self-inter\u00adest\u00aded beliefs and actions that led to self\u00adish\u00adness, greed, and great wealth for the few, and the result was the dec\u00adi\u00adma\u00adtion of the mid\u00addle class and the poor. Today, we have a coun\u00adtry that is divid\u00aded into the very wealthy few, a shrink\u00ading upper and mid\u00addle class, and final\u00adly the rest who are just strug\u00adgling to survive.<\/p>\n

2021\u201322 Nep\u00adtune Oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion (and Plu\u00adto Return)
\n<\/strong>We find our\u00adselves at the next great turn\u00ading of Nep\u00adtune (and of Plu\u00adto) here in 2021 and 2022. We are most cer\u00adtain\u00adly expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading great divi\u00adsions between var\u00adi\u00adous mem\u00adbers and sec\u00adtors of our coun\u00adtry. It is quite remark\u00adable that just like in the 1850\u2019s, when Nep\u00adtune was oppo\u00adsite to itself, and when Plu\u00adto was squar\u00ading Plu\u00adto, that we can see that the very same exis\u00adten\u00adtial ques\u00adtions are before us once more: Who is an Amer\u00adi\u00adcan, who gets to decide, and are we equal to one another?<\/p>\n

As I spoke of in my last show, we are at this moment in order to address the ques\u00adtion of the Plu\u00adto return, which is \u201cwhat is the essen\u00adtial val\u00adue of the USA<\/span>\u201d? I stat\u00aded then and would reit\u00ader\u00adate here that the heart of val\u00adue for our nation (and real\u00adly any nation) is the people.<\/p>\n

And we are also at a \u201cFull Moon\u201d for Nep\u00adtune, just like in the peri\u00adod of 1857\u201358. Nep\u00adtune is pos\u00ading the ques\u00adtion, \u201cwhat is the Dream of Amer\u00adi\u00adca\u201d? With Nep\u00adtune once again in Pisces, the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal inspi\u00adra\u00adtions of Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal love are resur\u00adgent now, and many are work\u00ading to meet the chal\u00adlenge of this moment by their com\u00admit\u00adment to increas\u00ading social jus\u00adtice, of try\u00ading to build new bridges of under\u00adstand\u00ading and care for one another.<\/p>\n

But we are also, just like before, expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading the veil between realms becom\u00ading much thin\u00adner now because of Nep\u00adtune in Pisces, and as much as we can hear the call\u00ading of our bet\u00adter angels when we turn to and are guid\u00aded by our gen\u00adtle, lov\u00ading high\u00ader self, we are also wit\u00adness\u00ading that for many the images and feel\u00adings that are being evoked, that they are found\u00aded not upon faith but in fear, and from these dark shad\u00adows we are con\u00adfront\u00aded with the mount\u00ading dan\u00adgers of con\u00adfu\u00adsion, mis\u00adun\u00adder\u00adstand\u00adings, delu\u00adsions, and deceptions.<\/p>\n

We are divid\u00aded in so many ways, but prin\u00adci\u00adpal\u00adly it is because our Amer\u00adi\u00adcan Dream of equal\u00adi\u00adty and jus\u00adtice, which is the foun\u00adda\u00adtion for self-deter\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion and self-ful\u00adfill\u00adment, has become increas\u00ading\u00adly unreach\u00adable for more and more Amer\u00adi\u00adcans. We can\u00adnot live our Nep\u00adtun\u00adian dream with\u00adout a func\u00adtion\u00ading democ\u00adra\u00adcy. We do not have that, we can\u00adnot have that, when wealth and pow\u00ader are con\u00adcen\u00adtrat\u00aded in the hands of so very few indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals, fam\u00adi\u00adlies, and com\u00adpa\u00adnies. As many have not\u00aded, the USA<\/span> is an Oli\u00adgarchy, a polit\u00adi\u00adcal and eco\u00adnom\u00adic sys\u00adtem that is ruled by Plutocrats.<\/p>\n

We are going through a spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal cri\u00adsis, and the strug\u00adgle by so many to try and under\u00adstand, to try to do what is lov\u00ading and good, well that is what gives me hope. The chal\u00adlenge is for each and every one of us to remem\u00adber where our true wealth lies, it is found\u00aded in our love for one anoth\u00ader. If we can under\u00adstand that the secret to our hap\u00adpi\u00adness and well-being depends upon every\u00adone being enabled to real\u00adize their fuller poten\u00adtial, then we will rise togeth\u00ader into a bet\u00adter world.<\/p>\n

The ques\u00adtion at the cusp of our Civ\u00adil War is the same ques\u00adtion we face today, \u201cwill the fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal truth, that all humans are cre\u00adat\u00aded equal, and should be treat\u00aded as equal with love and com\u00adpas\u00adsion, will that be made our real\u00adi\u00adty or not\u201d?<\/p>\n
