As we move through the last quar\u00adter of 2022, I thought it would be help\u00adful to con\u00adsid\u00ader once again the inte\u00adgral sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcance of what is hap\u00adpen\u00ading in the USA<\/span> chart at this time. Not only is there the first-ever Plu\u00adto return to its Natal posi\u00adtion this year, but there is also the ongo\u00ading oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion of Nep\u00adtune to Neptune\u2019s posi\u00adtion, and that oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion is only the sec\u00adond time in its his\u00adto\u00adry. The com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion of these two align\u00adments (along with some oth\u00ader sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant align\u00adments) has informed, guid\u00aded, and shaped this crit\u00adi\u00adcal year in US<\/span> history.<\/p>\n

What we see is that the four major align\u00adments of the Plu\u00adto with itself in the US<\/span> Chart, the wax\u00ading square, the oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion, the wan\u00ading square and now the return, pro\u00advide a unique win\u00addow into one of the more fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal and con\u00adse\u00adquen\u00adtial shapers of US<\/span> history.<\/p>\n

But as in any chart inter\u00adpre\u00adta\u00adtion, we must begin with what the Natal or birth chart indi\u00adca\u00adtions hold for each plan\u00adet, and then con\u00adsid\u00ader their cycle of rela\u00adtion\u00adship to see the \u201chow and the why\u201d of the cir\u00adcum\u00adstances that unfold\u00aded in ear\u00adli\u00ader peri\u00adods, and by these analy\u00adses we might bet\u00adter under\u00adstand their sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcance for us now. When we con\u00adsid\u00ader the three out\u00ader\u00admost or trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion\u00adal plan\u00adets, Plu\u00adto, Nep\u00adtune and Uranus, their natal indi\u00adca\u00adtions and evo\u00adlu\u00adtion\u00adary influ\u00adences over time should be very impor\u00adtant indeed.<\/p>\n

Con\u00adtent of History<\/strong>
\nBut I also need to remind us of this fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal and unwa\u00adver\u00ading Truth, that \u201cwhat\u201d hap\u00adpened, and what is hap\u00adpen\u00ading now, what is the con\u00adtent of the his\u00adto\u00adry of Unit\u00aded States, or of any coun\u00adtry or nation or peo\u00adple, it is that their cir\u00adcum\u00adstances, what was their past and is their present, these real\u00adi\u00adties were not cre\u00adat\u00aded or formed by the plan\u00adets. Rather, as I under\u00adstand it, the plan\u00adets hold the Ener\u00adgy-Forms that inspire, inform, and guide our jour\u00adney on Earth, but the actu\u00adal con\u00adtent of what is formed, of what hap\u00adpened and will hap\u00adpen, that real\u00adi\u00adty is made by the com\u00adplex of ener\u00adgy-forms of we on Earth, forged by the liv\u00ading spir\u00adit of us human actors, by our ances\u00adtors and by you and me today.<\/p>\n

Tri\u00adad of Spirit<\/strong>
\nMore\u00adover, though I wish to focus most\u00adly upon Plu\u00adto, and also some\u00adwhat on Nep\u00adtune now (or in our next show), we have to remem\u00adber that for us in our solar sys\u00adtem, the three out\u00ader plan\u00adets must always be con\u00adsid\u00adered or held togeth\u00ader as one. That is because, at least for me, they hold and form the hier\u00adar\u00adchy of ener\u00adgy-forms of what I call the Tri\u00adad of Spir\u00adit; the out\u00ader plan\u00adets hold as one the Prin\u00adci\u00adple behind the pow\u00ader of Spir\u00adit, which is the Pow\u00ader of Becom\u00ading, (\u201cThe Self that is Becom\u00ading\u201d), of the mys\u00adtery and majesty of the whole of Cre\u00adation, and for us in our solar sys\u00adtem, Plu\u00adto, Nep\u00adtune, and Uranus hold as the avatars of the \u201cThree as One\u201d, which are the Will, and the Love and the Mind of the One.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto<\/strong> is the Avatar and vehi\u00adcle of the Will for us, the Alchem\u00adi\u00adcal agent or Ener\u00adgy-Form that brings togeth\u00ader any enti\u00adty or being as \u201ca one\u201d in their sacred space. Each par\u00adti\u00adcle of Cre\u00adation, and each and every being, is formed from the spark of the Divine, by its Mon\u00adad, and by the will is sep\u00ada\u00adrat\u00aded from any oth\u00ader par\u00adti\u00adcle or being by the sacred space in which it exists and over which it pre\u00adsides. The emer\u00adgence of the many ones from the One, pro\u00adceeds as a series of inter\u00adsec\u00adtions and com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtions of these many fields of the ones to form greater or larg\u00ader ones, (atoms, mol\u00ade\u00adcules, organ\u00adisms, plan\u00adets, stars, and galax\u00adies). The lit\u00adtle wills of these ones, form the phe\u00adnom\u00ade\u00adna of attrac\u00adtion and repul\u00adsion on the phys\u00adi\u00adcal plane for the mate\u00adr\u00adi\u00adal real\u00adi\u00adty of objects and organ\u00adisms (as in grav\u00adi\u00adty); and this prin\u00adci\u00adple of sacred spaces unfolds hier\u00adar\u00adchi\u00adcal\u00adly pro\u00adceed\u00ading down\u00adward from the One to all the realms, as we can see the more sub\u00adlime exer\u00adcis\u00ades of the will form\u00ading the push\u00ades and pulls on the astral, emo\u00adtion\u00adal, men\u00adtal, and spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal planes too. As beings become ever more self-aware, like we in our human king\u00addom of life, the expe\u00adri\u00adence of the will leads us to our spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal awak\u00aden\u00ading, which is that we are to learn to use this gift of the spir\u00adit for ever greater self-con\u00adtrol or self-mas\u00adtery, so that it is turned back upon one\u00adself rather than used to tres\u00adpass, or to dom\u00adi\u00adnate and con\u00adtrol or vio\u00adlate the space of another.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune<\/strong> is the Avatar and vehi\u00adcle of Divine Love for us, the Alchem\u00adi\u00adcal agent or Ener\u00adgy-Form that is the pri\u00admal or Root Form of Spir\u00adit, which is this, the Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love of the One. The whole of Cre\u00adation is formed of the One, the body of the One is<\/em> Cre\u00adation, and rang\u00ading from the most mate\u00adr\u00adi\u00adal of sub\u00adstances to the most sub\u00adlime and ethe\u00adre\u00adal of Ener\u00adgy-Forms, every\u00adthing and every\u00adone is formed by Divine Love. By Nep\u00adtune, Cre\u00adation is held togeth\u00ader by our mutu\u00adal attrac\u00adtions with and for one anoth\u00ader. For at the root of the Truth of Nep\u00adtune is this, that there is but One Life and there is but One Spir\u00adit, and every\u00adthing is ulti\u00admate\u00adly the Divine Love as the Root Ener\u00adgy-Form of Cre\u00adation. The great illu\u00adsion that all forms of Cre\u00adation are seek\u00ading to move beyond is our sep\u00ada\u00adra\u00adtion from one anoth\u00ader, and that in truth we are one with the One (\u201cas we were in the begin\u00adning, so shall we be in the end\u201d). This is why Nep\u00adtune holds for us the gifts of Com\u00adpas\u00adsion and Empa\u00adthy, of Divine Love and Sac\u00adri\u00adfice, as it cease\u00adless\u00adly seeks to move us beyond any lim\u00adit\u00aded form of our expe\u00adri\u00adence and real\u00adi\u00adty so that we might embrace and expe\u00adri\u00adence a more com\u00adplete expe\u00adri\u00adence of the One. The gifts of Dream\u00ading and Imag\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtion, of mov\u00ading beyond a more lim\u00adit\u00aded real\u00adi\u00adty-form into a more encom\u00adpass\u00ading one, this is the Nep\u00adtune jour\u00adney of Spir\u00adit. The dan\u00adger lies in become ensnared by fan\u00adtasies and illu\u00adsions that sep\u00ada\u00adrate one\u00adself from the greater truth of the One, which will lead to false forms of love, as in nar\u00adcis\u00adsism, obses\u00adsions, and pro\u00adjec\u00adtions of fear upon anoth\u00ader or others.<\/p>\n

Uranus<\/strong> is the Avatar and vehi\u00adcle of Mind or Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty for us, the Alchem\u00adi\u00adcal agent or Ener\u00adgy-Form that holds the oth\u00ader essen\u00adtial Root Form or Qual\u00adi\u00adty of Spir\u00adit, which is that every\u00adthing and every\u00adone is part of the Mind of the One, which means that every sin\u00adgle part of Cre\u00adation is Con\u00adscious. From the dimmest forms of aware\u00adness to the most sub\u00adlime con\u00adtem\u00adpla\u00adtions of the hier\u00adar\u00adchies of the \u201cshin\u00ading ones\u201d, the qual\u00adi\u00adty of Mind is the foun\u00adda\u00adtion for that oth\u00ader spe\u00adcial essence of Spir\u00adit, Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty. As much as each mon\u00adad of Spir\u00adit has the Ener\u00adgy-Form of Will and is also made by the Ener\u00adgy-Form of Love, each Mon\u00adad is also endowed with the Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal qual\u00adi\u00adty of Self-Becom\u00ading, of what we call Swab\u00adh\u0101\u00adva. This essen\u00adtial nature of Cre\u00adation means that each and every part of Cre\u00adation is an indi\u00advid\u00adual mon\u00adad, with its own spe\u00adcial\u00adness or Quin\u00adtes\u00adsence, and that every mon\u00adad is on a jour\u00adney of becom\u00ading a com\u00adplete and freed Mon\u00adad, a Divine\u00adly Aware spark of the Divine, anoth\u00ader shin\u00ading one in the body of the One.<\/p>\n

Three-in-One<\/strong>
\nThe dynam\u00adic of spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal growth and evo\u00adlu\u00adtion, held with\u00adin the Space of the Will by Plu\u00adto is pro\u00adpelled by the inter\u00adplay and dynam\u00adic bal\u00adanc\u00ading of these sec\u00adond and third qual\u00adi\u00adties in every mon\u00adad, by Nep\u00adtune and Uranus, with one being the dri\u00adve to One\u00adness by Love for Com\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adi\u00adty, ver\u00adsus the dri\u00adve to Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty by Mind for Inde\u00adpen\u00addence. In all the realms of Cre\u00adation, and cer\u00adtain\u00adly in our human-made worlds of fam\u00adi\u00adly, tribe, com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty, and nation states, the bal\u00adance between the com\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adiz\u00ading and indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adiz\u00ading forces with\u00adin our monadic natures ever con\u00adtin\u00adues to forge the path of spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal awak\u00aden\u00ading for human\u00adi\u00adty on this Earth.<\/p>\n

So let us now turn and con\u00adsid\u00ader the influ\u00adences that were brought to bear by the birth of the Unit\u00aded States and the mean\u00adings that are held by Plu\u00adto and by Nep\u00adtune, and the impor\u00adtance of their align\u00adments in the past and now.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto USA<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe USA<\/span> was \u201cborn\u201d with the plan\u00adet Plu\u00adto as the ris\u00ading plan\u00adet, (the first plan\u00adet to cross the ascen\u00addant or hori\u00adzon line after birth), placed in the Sign of Capri\u00adcorn and in the Sec\u00adond House of the chart. I have com\u00adment\u00aded upon the sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcance of this Natal place\u00adment in many pre\u00advi\u00adous blog posts and radio shows, but it will cer\u00adtain\u00adly help our under\u00adstand\u00ading if we restate it again.<\/p>\n

Tra\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Mun\u00addane Astrol\u00ado\u00adgy would list the sec\u00adond house as rul\u00ading a nation\u2019s wealth, as in tax\u00ades, stock shares, bonds, exports, and insti\u00adtu\u00adtions that deal with monies like banks, trad\u00ading hous\u00ades and the like. This is what many observers who hold to the pre\u00advail\u00ading mate\u00adri\u00adal\u00adis\u00adtic view of real\u00adi\u00adty would call the \u201cwealth of a nation\u201d.<\/p>\n

And though it is true that this is the con\u00adven\u00adtion\u00adal mea\u00adsure of the wealth of a nation, I and many oth\u00aders believe we should approach the ques\u00adtion with a more mean\u00ading\u00adful mea\u00adsure, the eter\u00adnal Val\u00adue of the Liv\u00ading Spir\u00adit, from Love, where the hap\u00adpi\u00adness and well\u00adbe\u00ading of all life-forms is the stan\u00addard of mea\u00adsure for val\u00adue. If we exclude, though we can\u00adnot and should not, all oth\u00ader life-forms that abide in a country\u2019s realm, the val\u00adue of a nation is tru\u00adly to be found in the well\u00adbe\u00ading of the peo\u00adple of that land.<\/p>\n

Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly, the val\u00adue of each per\u00adson or of a peo\u00adple is found\u00aded upon their spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal devel\u00adop\u00adment, their intel\u00adlec\u00adtu\u00adal rig\u00ador, their emo\u00adtion\u00adal integri\u00adty, and their phys\u00adi\u00adcal well\u00adbe\u00ading, and it is this which cre\u00adates the true wealth of any com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty, which is the val\u00adue they have in one anoth\u00ader and deter\u00admines the val\u00adue they will make togeth\u00ader or with one anoth\u00ader. The val\u00adue of a per\u00adson, or a peo\u00adple is not fixed; and cer\u00adtain\u00adly, with Plu\u00adto in the sec\u00adond house of val\u00adue for the US<\/span>, it would be by the pow\u00ader of rebirth, renew\u00adal, and trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion that the USA<\/span> would cre\u00adate the wealth of the nation; that this pro\u00adtean expe\u00adri\u00adence in the growth of human poten\u00adtial would form the con\u00adtent of US<\/span> his\u00adto\u00adry. To form any tru\u00adly spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal union, we make sac\u00adri\u00adfices for one anoth\u00ader, and this is the very means by which we change and grow; we are asked to sac\u00adri\u00adfice our less\u00ader qual\u00adi\u00adties, our egos, in order to com\u00adbine with anoth\u00ader through our deep\u00ader val\u00adues, and it is by this that we release the pow\u00ader of trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtions and renew\u00adal for one anoth\u00ader. This is essen\u00adtial nature of spir\u00adit at the heart of Plu\u00adto and Alchemy.<\/p>\n

Addi\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adly, the Sign of Capri\u00adcorn is rul\u00ading the USA<\/span>\u2019s Sec\u00adond House, (and is the Sign that Plu\u00adto is in), which indi\u00adcates that the val\u00adues of the USA<\/span> would be root\u00aded in Truths that have \u201cstood the test of time\u201d, what we would call more or less ever\u00adlast\u00ading spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal truths. That these truths would form the bedrock of val\u00adue or foun\u00adda\u00adtion for the nation, embod\u00adied into the Insti\u00adtu\u00adtions of the nation and enshrined into the laws that pro\u00adtect all sacred unions and the Union of the nation itself.<\/p>\n

With Plu\u00adto the Avatar of the Will and hold\u00ader of the Pow\u00ader of Alche\u00admy being in the Unit\u00aded States\u2019 Sec\u00adond House, we would expect that the USA<\/span> would be a Cre\u00adator of Val\u00adues by being a trans\u00adformer of val\u00adues through the pow\u00ader of Alche\u00admy. At the very incep\u00adtion of the USA<\/span>, as indi\u00adcat\u00aded by this place\u00adment, the nation was found\u00aded upon a union, a join\u00ading by agree\u00adment among its mem\u00adbers to pledge their lives and sacred hon\u00ador to one another.<\/p>\n

The USA<\/span> was the first nation to be found\u00aded not on race, or reli\u00adgion, or eth\u00adnic\u00adi\u00adty or any pri\u00ador des\u00adig\u00adna\u00adtion; the USA<\/span> was found\u00aded upon a Prin\u00adci\u00adple, it was to be a Covenant Nation, a join\u00ading, a fusion or Alchem\u00adi\u00adcal Nation of Trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion. As it is declared on the seal of the Unit\u00aded States, it would be \u201cA new order for the Cen\u00adturies\u201d. Found\u00aded upon a covenant com\u00adpact, where all were to be equal before and pro\u00adtect\u00aded by Laws that we agreed to, we would enshrine and pro\u00adtect the Sacred Spaces of our unions and Union.<\/p>\n

But that promise of equal\u00adi\u00adty and jus\u00adtice was trag\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly bro\u00adken from the very out\u00adset, and this calami\u00adtous his\u00adto\u00adry of wrongs forms the great bur\u00adden of Kar\u00adma that the Unit\u00aded States has yet to address. Rather than a foun\u00adda\u00adtion in Spir\u00adit and Free\u00addom, the Unit\u00aded States was made by the expro\u00adpri\u00ada\u00adtion of lands and geno\u00adcide of native peo\u00adples, and by the enslave\u00adment of peo\u00adples tak\u00aden from their home\u00adlands and held by ter\u00adror against their will as the prop\u00ader\u00adty of others.<\/p>\n

For much of US<\/span> His\u00adto\u00adry, the mea\u00adsure of wealth, and the exer\u00adcise of pow\u00ader which flows from it, has often been nar\u00adrow\u00adly defined so as to exclude the vast major\u00adi\u00adty of peo\u00adple from being as val\u00adued as they should; the exer\u00adcise of pow\u00ader was cir\u00adcum\u00adscribed and lim\u00adit\u00aded to the few who held pow\u00ader by land\u00aded or finan\u00adcial wealth, so that far too many had lit\u00adtle con\u00adse\u00adquen\u00adtial pow\u00ader, and were thwart\u00aded in their abil\u00adi\u00adty to achieve their hopes and dreams.<\/p>\n

Progress was made, and then reversed, time and time again. The lib\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion of the slave pop\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion after the Civ\u00adil War, pro\u00adduced a very brief peri\u00adod of greater self-deter\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion dur\u00ading Recon\u00adstruc\u00adtion. That progress was bro\u00adken by a deal between Democ\u00adrats and Repub\u00adli\u00adcans in 1877 that end\u00aded the Fed\u00ader\u00adal over\u00adsight of the for\u00admer slave states, who then quick\u00adly estab\u00adlished a sys\u00adtem of law (and ter\u00adror) that pre\u00advent\u00aded any mean\u00ading\u00adful progress for almost anoth\u00ader 100 years.<\/p>\n

So let us look at the three pre\u00advi\u00adous align\u00adments of Plu\u00adto to itself in the USA<\/span> chart and see how that may help us under\u00adstand the present return of Plu\u00adto. Though the inter\u00adven\u00ading minor align\u00adments can prove illu\u00admi\u00adnat\u00ading as well, these major turn\u00adings will be most help\u00adful. Again, our focus will remain upon the ques\u00adtion of val\u00adue, prin\u00adci\u00adpal\u00adly the essen\u00adtial val\u00adue of the peo\u00adple and their pow\u00ader to help one anoth\u00ader to ful\u00adfill their dreams.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto Square Plu\u00adto 1848\u201350<\/strong>
\nThe first major align\u00adment of Plu\u00adto to Plu\u00adto in the USA<\/span> chart was the wax\u00ading square of 1848 to 1850. Cer\u00adtain\u00adly, bring\u00ading its influ\u00adence to bear upon, but only exact after the Mex\u00adi\u00adcan War of 1846\u20131848, the first major align\u00adment of Plu\u00adto to itself can be seen as set\u00adting in motion the final, fate\u00adful steps that led to the Civ\u00adil War. The grow\u00ading strug\u00adgle to lim\u00adit or extend slav\u00adery, was actu\u00adal\u00adly the prin\u00adci\u00adpal rea\u00adson for which the Mex\u00adi\u00adcan War was fought. The real \u201ccause\u201d of the Mex\u00adi\u00adcan War were Amer\u00adi\u00adcan slave\u00adhold\u00aders and their polit\u00adi\u00adcal allies, who need\u00aded fresh lands to pur\u00adsue their mono-crop cul\u00adture, (a sys\u00adtem which con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00adous\u00adly exhausts the land, requir\u00ading new lands). The push by south\u00adern states to extend slav\u00adery through\u00adout all the new\u00adly seized lands of Cal\u00adi\u00adfor\u00adnia, Ari\u00adzona, New Mex\u00adi\u00adco, Neva\u00adda, and Utah led to a com\u00adpro\u00admise which includ\u00aded a much tougher Fugi\u00adtive Slave Law.<\/p>\n

From this moment of choice, \u201cthe die was cast\u201d, and just like when Cae\u00adsar crossed the Rubi\u00adcon, the ele\u00adments were set that would lead to the Civ\u00adil War after Abra\u00adham Lincoln\u2019s elec\u00adtion in 1860. A strug\u00adgle between two very dif\u00adfer\u00adent ways of under\u00adstand\u00ading what it means to be human, two very dif\u00adfer\u00adent val\u00adue sys\u00adtems, most espe\u00adcial\u00adly in how we val\u00adue each and every human life, forced the USA<\/span> to face its first great \u201ccri\u00adsis of val\u00adue\u201d. That is what a square aspect presents, it is a turn\u00ading point, a fork in the road, and the deci\u00adsion requires com\u00admit\u00adment to one way and a turn\u00ading away from the oth\u00ader. It was an exis\u00adten\u00adtial cri\u00adsis between two whol\u00adly incom\u00adpat\u00adi\u00adble val\u00adue sys\u00adtems, and only force would decide the issue.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto Oppo\u00adsite Plu\u00adto 1936\u201337
\n<\/strong>The Oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion is said to be the cli\u00admax of a cycle of rela\u00adtion\u00adship, when a rev\u00ade\u00adla\u00adtion is at hand and the pos\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty of reap\u00ading the reward of good efforts since the wax\u00ading square or fac\u00ading the con\u00adse\u00adquences if inten\u00adtions and actions were inad\u00ade\u00adquate. In the mid 1930\u2019s, the USA<\/span> (and the world) were in the great\u00adest eco\u00adnom\u00adic cri\u00adsis called the Great Depres\u00adsion. Now that was a cri\u00adsis in val\u00adue! The entire\u00adty of the eco\u00adnom\u00adic order for the world came crash\u00ading down.<\/p>\n

To con\u00adfront the fail\u00adure of the \u201cfree from reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion\u201d mar\u00adkets of the world, some coun\u00adtries turned to fas\u00adcism, some to com\u00admu\u00adnism, but in the Unit\u00aded States Pres\u00adi\u00addent Franklin Roo\u00adsevelt chose the path of reform and renew\u00adal. With pro\u00adgrams like the New Deal, like Social Secu\u00adri\u00adty and Medicare, and new eco\u00adnom\u00adic reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions and poli\u00adcies, a trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion and renew\u00adal of US<\/span> Val\u00adue, of the essen\u00adtial worth and val\u00adue of the gen\u00ader\u00adal pop\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion of peo\u00adple of the US<\/span> led to an eco\u00adnom\u00adic growth path that was more equi\u00adtable and just, and it last\u00aded for over 40 years. From the most con\u00adcen\u00adtrat\u00aded income dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion in 1929, the USA<\/span> had its most equi\u00adtable growth in incomes across all per\u00adcentiles from the late 1940\u2019s until the ear\u00adly 1980\u2019s. The fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal idea behind all of this was that the essen\u00adtial val\u00adue of the nation was its peo\u00adple, and they should be giv\u00aden every oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty to bet\u00adter them\u00adselves, and that we should \u201cinvest\u201d in one anoth\u00ader, and by this spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal approach to our val\u00adue we would all benefit.<\/p>\n

But begin\u00adning with the strug\u00adgles to make the US<\/span> soci\u00adety tru\u00adly more equi\u00adtable, with the Civ\u00adil Rights move\u00adments and leg\u00adis\u00adla\u00adtion in the late 1950\u2019s and 1960\u2019s, this push for true equal\u00adi\u00adty fos\u00adtered a counter-rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion to what had been the New Deal Lib\u00ader\u00adal par\u00ada\u00addigm, which is known as Neo-lib\u00ader\u00adal\u00adism. The pro\u00adpo\u00adnents of this the\u00ado\u00adry sought to return the polit\u00adi\u00adcal and eco\u00adnom\u00adic reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adto\u00adry envi\u00adron\u00adment to the more unfet\u00adtered cap\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adism of the late 1800\u2019s. The claim was made that by slash\u00ading tax\u00ades and reduc\u00ading reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions, and by return\u00ading the vast major\u00adi\u00adty of wealth to the top per\u00adcentiles, the Unit\u00aded States could great\u00adly increase growth for the gen\u00ader\u00adal econ\u00ado\u00admy, and this would lead to a so-called \u201cris\u00ading tide that would lift all boats\u201d. And it would be these poli\u00adcies and their pro\u00adpo\u00adnents who would come to pow\u00ader in the next great turn\u00ading of Pluto.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Just as the Plu\u00adto square of 1848 to 1850 was a turn\u00ading point, so too was the square of 1982\/83. But the dif\u00adfer\u00adence is the 1840\u2019s was a wax\u00ading square, which con\u00adcerns a def\u00adi\u00adnite choice about the form or con\u00adtent of what would emerge, it was a cri\u00adsis of Action. For the 1980\u2019s, the wan\u00ading square was a response to what was revealed at the oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion of the 1930\u2019s and required that a def\u00adi\u00adnite choice must be made the realm of mind, it was a Cri\u00adsis in Consciousness.<\/p>\n

The Repub\u00adli\u00adcan pro\u00adgram to dis\u00adman\u00adtle the New Deal sought to reduce or elim\u00adi\u00adnate the gen\u00ader\u00adal sup\u00adport for wel\u00adfare and val\u00adue of all Amer\u00adi\u00adcans, which had been cre\u00adat\u00aded by Social Secu\u00adri\u00adty, Medicare, and by eco\u00adnom\u00adic reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions, and reforms, and also envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtal reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions and oth\u00ader social pro\u00adgrams. Over\u00adtime, most repub\u00adli\u00adcans and many democ\u00adrats fer\u00advent\u00adly believed in or con\u00adsent\u00aded to this \u201cfaith\u201d, that by reduc\u00ading gov\u00adern\u00adment tax\u00ada\u00adtion and reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion, and return\u00ading wealth to the few, that this would lead to an eco\u00adnom\u00adic miracle.<\/p>\n

What it has cre\u00adat\u00aded instead is what we see around us today. The USA<\/span> has dis\u00adin\u00advest\u00aded in its peo\u00adple and phys\u00adi\u00adcal infra\u00adstruc\u00adture for over 40 years now. In 2022, we have the great\u00adest inequal\u00adi\u00adty in wealth that we have ever had, sur\u00adpass\u00ading the pre\u00advi\u00adous gap of 1929. We are back at the next great turn\u00ading of val\u00adue, but this time it is a begin\u00adning, like a New Moon, because this year we are expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading the Plu\u00adto return.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>At each turn\u00ading of Plu\u00adto for the past 246 years, the USA<\/span> has faced the task of address\u00ading the fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal ques\u00adtion, \u201cwhat is the essen\u00adtial val\u00adue of the nation?\u201d As it was in at the found\u00ading moment, so it has been at every turn\u00ading, in the Civ\u00adil War, in Roosevelt\u2019s New Deal, and in Reagan\u2019s Neo-Lib\u00ader\u00adal Rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion, the response to Plu\u00adto has been to rede\u00adfine and reval\u00adue the val\u00adue of Amer\u00adi\u00adcans them\u00adselves, of how they see them\u00adselves and how they treat one anoth\u00ader, and to answer the ques\u00adtion, \u201cwhat is the real Wealth of the Nation?\u201d<\/p>\n

But those pre\u00advi\u00adous turn\u00adings were reac\u00adtions and respons\u00ades to what was laid down at the found\u00ading of the USA<\/span>, of the first full cycle of promis\u00ades kept and those that were not. What we are faced with now is the very real oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty (and per\u00adil) of a new begin\u00adning. At a New Moon, or here at a plan\u00ade\u00adtary return, the ener\u00adgy-form and what it rep\u00adre\u00adsents releas\u00ades a flow of new poten\u00adtial from the root-source. That means, if we can hold in our hearts and mind the true nature as to the source of val\u00adue of our Covenant Nation, then we may be able to build a more spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal ver\u00adsion of the USA<\/span>.<\/p>\n

For me, I see our present day strug\u00adgles over \u201cwho\u201d is an Amer\u00adi\u00adcan, over who gets to decide how we will gov\u00adern our\u00adselves, all the many con\u00adfu\u00adsions, dis\u00adcords and even threats of vio\u00adlence, as con\u00adfirm\u00ading that we are exact\u00adly in this moment of the new begin\u00adning. It is not yet formed; it is emerg\u00ading and the sto\u00adry of how great or small will be our con\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adtion to the promise of Amer\u00adi\u00adca is yet to be known.<\/p>\n

What we can\u00adnot know is what is going to hap\u00adpen with Pluto\u2019s return, for we are too close to it, but it is hap\u00adpen\u00ading through each and every one of us. But if we want to be builders of that bet\u00adter vision and ver\u00adsion of Amer\u00adi\u00adca, we must be guid\u00aded by what is spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly and unde\u00adni\u00adably right.<\/p>\n

Giv\u00aden what was promised, and what has hap\u00adpened, the return of Plu\u00adto for me means we must pledge our\u00adselves once again to this very long jour\u00adney towards equal\u00adi\u00adty and self-ful\u00adfill\u00adment for one and for all. If we are to restore the promise, but make it bet\u00adter than before, we must acknowl\u00adedge that our great\u00adest trea\u00adsure is our peo\u00adple, and that we should endeav\u00ador to help each per\u00adson and every group real\u00adize their fullest poten\u00adtial. We must remem\u00adber that what made every one of us, and in fact dri\u00adves the entire\u00adty of Cre\u00adation, is that \u201cwe are what we are\u201d through the pow\u00ader of com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion, forged by the mys\u00adtery of Alchemy.<\/p>\n

To do this work, we must sac\u00adri\u00adfice for one anoth\u00ader to build a bet\u00adter tomor\u00adrow. We must let go of our fears and cre\u00adate a space of for\u00adgive\u00adness for growth. We can take a small leap of faith, that starts with the under\u00adstand\u00ading of the essen\u00adtial good\u00adness of one anoth\u00ader, and that each of us is not just capa\u00adble of but in fact must change if we are to grow.<\/p>\n

We are the wealth of this Nation. And the source and mea\u00adsure of this wealth is our love for one another.<\/p>\n
