Today we will con\u00adtin\u00adue our look at 2022 with a spe\u00adcial empha\u00adsis on the influ\u00adence of Nep\u00adtune in the com\u00ading year, both gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly and with spe\u00adcial atten\u00adtion to its mes\u00adsage for the USA<\/span>. Nep\u00adtune has been mov\u00ading through Pisces since 2011 and will not move into the first sign of Aries until 2026.<\/p>\n

But before we look at Nep\u00adtune on its own, I want to point out an inter\u00adest\u00ading cor\u00adre\u00adspon\u00addence between Pluto\u2019s tran\u00adsit through Capri\u00adcorn and the tran\u00adsit of Nep\u00adtune through Pisces. What we will find is that in every oth\u00ader pas\u00adsage of Plu\u00adto through Capri\u00adcorn, Nep\u00adtune will be pass\u00ading through either Vir\u00adgo or the oppo\u00adsite sign of Pisces for much of that peri\u00adod. And this cor\u00adre\u00adla\u00adtion has been true for lit\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly thou\u00adsands of years.<\/p>\n

Pluto\/Neptune Cycles<\/strong>
\nAstro\u00adnom\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly, this is due to the ratio of their respec\u00adtive orbital dura\u00adtions. The rela\u00adtion\u00adship cycle of these two plan\u00adets, from Con\u00adjunc\u00adtion to Con\u00adjunc\u00adtion is about 491 years, and it is one of the \u201cMas\u00adter Cycle\u201d indi\u00adca\u00adtors for Mun\u00addane Astrol\u00ado\u00adgy. Inter\u00adest\u00ading\u00adly, Plu\u00adto com\u00adpletes a cir\u00adcuit in rough\u00adly 245 years, while Neptune\u2019s orbit is rough\u00adly 164 years. This means that 3 rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtions of Nep\u00adtune around the Sun equals about 491 years, and 2 rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtions of Plu\u00adto equals about 491 years.<\/p>\n

For our pur\u00adpos\u00ades, what this ratio of their rela\u00adtion\u00adship or of their har\u00admon\u00adic res\u00ado\u00adnance means is that when Nep\u00adtune goes one and one-half times around the Sun it will equal just one orbital rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion for Plu\u00adto. And that is why each time Plu\u00adto is going through Capri\u00adcorn, Nep\u00adtune spends part of that time either mov\u00ading through Vir\u00adgo or through Pisces. I find this cor\u00adre\u00adspon\u00addence in their rela\u00adtion\u00adship very inter\u00adest\u00ading and informative.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn \u2013 Nep\u00adtune in Vir\u00adgo or Pisces<\/strong>
\nAs I have not\u00aded many times, the pas\u00adsage of Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn her\u00adalds the end of an insti\u00adtu\u00adtion\u00adal order and the birth of a new one. But giv\u00aden its rela\u00adtion\u00adship with Nep\u00adtune, which is that Nep\u00adtune is pass\u00ading through Vir\u00adgo or Pisces while Plu\u00adto is in Capri\u00adcorn, we should expect that the nature of each Plu\u00adto shift or tran\u00adsi\u00adtion would be dif\u00adfer\u00adent or alter\u00adnate in some mean\u00ading\u00adful way each time. If we look at this influ\u00adence of Nep\u00adtune blend\u00aded with Plu\u00adto, it can help us to bet\u00adter under\u00adstand what is sim\u00adi\u00adlar yet dif\u00adfer\u00adent about our time in the 2000\u2019s to the for\u00adma\u00adtive one for the USA<\/span> in the 1770\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Giv\u00aden that the present-day pas\u00adsage of Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn has Nep\u00adtune in Pisces, our cur\u00adrent peri\u00adod of insti\u00adtu\u00adtion\u00adal break\u00addown and re-order\u00ading cor\u00adre\u00adsponds with that of the 1500\u2019s more than the Capricorn\/Virgo pat\u00adtern at the found\u00ading of the USA<\/span>. The ques\u00adtion for us is how we might under\u00adstand and so dis\u00adtin\u00adguish and define these differences?<\/p>\n

With Plu\u00adto as the Avatar of the Pow\u00ader of Alche\u00admy or the shaper of Spir\u00adit-Mat\u00adter, and the wield\u00ader of the Will, and Nep\u00adtune as the Avatar of our Fields of Dream and Imag\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtion or the ves\u00adsel of our Hopes or Fears, the type or kind of re-shap\u00ading and re-form\u00ading in these two dif\u00adfer\u00adent pas\u00adsages of Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn can be dis\u00adcerned by the very dif\u00adfer\u00adent influ\u00adences ema\u00adnat\u00ading through Nep\u00adtune in Vir\u00adgo ver\u00adsus Pisces.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune in Vir\u00adgo or Pisces<\/strong>
\nWhat I believe we can see is that the pro\u00adtean trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtions of the Nep\u00adtune in Pisces peri\u00adod, gives birth to a re-dream\u00ading of the dream; and this in a fash\u00adion sets up or leads to the next Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn with Nep\u00adtune in Vir\u00adgo, where that peri\u00adod brings this dream into the reshap\u00ading and reorder\u00ading of life for that peri\u00adod. So, we would see that the 1500\u2019s \u201cre-dream\u00ading of dreams\u201d cre\u00adat\u00aded the con\u00addi\u00adtions for the 1700\u2019s, and the USA<\/span> being a \u201cNew Order for the Centuries\u201d.<\/p>\n

I find it is crit\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly and inter\u00adest\u00ading to note, that at the mid-point in Neptune\u2019s cycle from that align\u00adment, we see that 1770\u2019s dream and real\u00adi\u00adty-mak\u00ading fac\u00ading its great\u00adest test when Nep\u00adtune went through Pisces in the 1850\u2019s and 1860\u2019s dur\u00ading the USA<\/span> Civ\u00adil War.<\/p>\n

What this means to me is that with Neptune\u2019s return to Pisces while Plu\u00adto is in Capri\u00adcorn now, we are being chal\u00adlenged to reform or fash\u00adion anew the real\u00adi\u00adty-form we made in the 1770\u2019s, and we will do this by being inspired, as were those dream\u00aders of the 1500\u2019s, by a new vision of who or what we can be.<\/p>\n

Pluto\/Neptune in the 1500\u2019s<\/strong>
\nIn the peri\u00adod of the 1500\u2019s, with Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn and Nep\u00adtune in Pisces, the entire Euro\u00adpean order\u00ading of life was turned upside down. From the Divine Right of Kings and the Order\u00ading of Faith hier\u00adar\u00adchi\u00adcal\u00adly arranged from Pope to Priest to the peo\u00adple, in what became known as the Ref\u00ador\u00adma\u00adtion, turned that social order and way of mean\u00ading com\u00adplete\u00adly around. Faith became per\u00adson\u00adal, it emanat\u00aded from the per\u00adson\u00adal expe\u00adri\u00adence of the \u201cWord of God\u201d, as the bible was now avail\u00adable in the com\u00admon tongue. Faith became Indi\u00advid\u00adual, and no longer medi\u00adat\u00aded by the priest\u00adhood and Pope. And over time the grow\u00ading sense emerged that humans should order their lives around the sanc\u00adti\u00adty of the indi\u00advid\u00adual con\u00adscience, and this informed and shaped the need to orga\u00adnize our insti\u00adtu\u00adtions towards self-rule and democracy.<\/p>\n

Pluto\/Neptune in the 1770\u2019s<\/strong>
\nWhen Nep\u00adtune was in Vir\u00adgo in the 1770\u2019s, the dreams of that Plu\u00adton\u00adian end\u00ading of an age and reorder\u00ading were focused through the cri\u00adtiquing, defin\u00ading, and refin\u00ading lens of Vir\u00adgo. That is because when Nep\u00adtune is in Vir\u00adgo, we are asked to reimag\u00adine how we order our world, how we find our order of life with\u00adin our\u00adselves, in how we man\u00adage our lives, and how we form our insti\u00adtu\u00adtions to meet our needs. And I would argue that with Nep\u00adtune in Pisces, like in the 1500\u2019s, and as it is now for us today, we expe\u00adri\u00adence the won\u00adder and con\u00adfu\u00adsion of redream\u00ading our very dreams, we are forced to go beyond our old par\u00ada\u00addigms of faith and fear so that we can find a new faith to guide our lives and refash\u00adion our institutions.<\/p>\n

Where are we today?<\/strong>
\nWhere we find our\u00adselves today is in anoth\u00ader shift in what I call our \u201cBub\u00adbles of Belief\u201d, and we have come to a time when the very notion of what is true, or a fact is not so very clear. Rather than the medi\u00ada\u00adtion of Truth and Fact being deter\u00admined and fil\u00adtered by hier\u00adar\u00adchies of author\u00adi\u00adty in the var\u00adi\u00adous realms of Sci\u00adence, Eco\u00adnom\u00adics, Cul\u00adture or Pol\u00adi\u00adtics, we find that our shap\u00ading by the indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adis\u00adtic par\u00ada\u00addigm that was found\u00aded in the 1500\u2019s has led to our moment where by the mag\u00adic of inter\u00adcon\u00adnec\u00adtiv\u00adi\u00adty to immense data\u00adbas\u00ades of infor\u00adma\u00adtion, each per\u00adson can fash\u00adion and for\u00admu\u00adlate their own ver\u00adsion of real\u00adi\u00adty from a ver\u00adi\u00adta\u00adble cor\u00adnu\u00adcopia of data that they have gath\u00adered from innu\u00admer\u00adable sources, but which, of course, vary great\u00adly in their reli\u00ada\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty. With\u00adout some means to sort fact from fic\u00adtion, or truth from lies, we are at the mer\u00adcy of the storms whipped up by those who prof\u00adit from out\u00adrage and fear. Unfor\u00adtu\u00adnate\u00adly, what we have cre\u00adat\u00aded is a ver\u00adi\u00adta\u00adble chaot\u00adic cacoph\u00ado\u00adny of truths and half-truths, rev\u00ade\u00adla\u00adtions and false\u00adhoods, wis\u00addom, and non\u00adsense. How did this hap\u00adpen, and what does it mean for our future?<\/p>\n

Bub\u00adble of Belief, Cir\u00adcles of Reality<\/strong>
\nAs I have pre\u00advi\u00adous\u00adly not\u00aded, we humans exist in what we have fash\u00adioned for our\u00adselves, what I call our \u201cBub\u00adbles of Belief\u201d which form our \u201cCir\u00adcles of Real\u00adi\u00adty\u201d. The role of Nep\u00adtune is cen\u00adtral to this expe\u00adri\u00adence because it holds the forms of real\u00adi\u00adty, because it frames the lens\u00ades that we see as our real\u00adi\u00adty. The Greater Real\u00adi\u00adty behind it all, which will be known as and will be some\u00adday under\u00adstood and expe\u00adri\u00adenced to be, is sim\u00adply and pro\u00adfound\u00adly called \u201cthe One\u201d.<\/p>\n

Why? Because the Foun\u00adda\u00adtion Source of Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Truth is this: All of Cre\u00adation is the Body, Heart, Mind and Spir\u00adit of the One. But to expe\u00adri\u00adence the One, for even a brief instant, would pro\u00adduce for most ordi\u00adnary per\u00adsons a shock that would shat\u00adter their being; it would quite sim\u00adply be an encounter with what would appear to be pure Chaos! The One is beyond our com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsion, beyond our lim\u00adit\u00aded frame\u00adworks of prin\u00adci\u00adples, ideas, laws, or con\u00adcepts. But this One is the Ulti\u00admate Real\u00adi\u00adty. To us, as we look out into immen\u00adsi\u00adty of all of Cre\u00adation it is tru\u00adly chaot\u00adic; for those who have reached a high\u00ader con\u00adscious\u00adness it is tru\u00adly sublime.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune \u2014 Avatar of Mean\u00ading and Dreaming<\/strong>
\nNep\u00adtune forms our pat\u00adterns of Con\u00adscious\u00adness and our means of Per\u00adcep\u00adtion. It is the Avatar that will lead to our greater under\u00adstand\u00ading. It is our Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Source for Imag\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtion, and the pow\u00ader of our Dream\u00ading into Real\u00adi\u00adty of what\u00adev\u00ader we imag\u00adine will become. Yet, here lies the great dan\u00adger too, because by Nep\u00adtune we can expe\u00adri\u00adence the exhil\u00ada\u00adra\u00adtion, the intox\u00adi\u00adca\u00adtion, of being \u201ctouched by the Gods\u201d, so that we can imag\u00adine and dream the most won\u00adder\u00adful forms of being, but we may equal\u00adly stum\u00adble into illu\u00adsions and night\u00admares too.<\/p>\n

So, this would seem rather para\u00addox\u00adi\u00adcal; how could it be that the very instru\u00adment respon\u00adsi\u00adble for our jour\u00adney in awak\u00aden\u00ading, this Divine gift of our pow\u00ader of Imag\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtion and Dream\u00ading, how can this also be the same instru\u00adment or source of our delu\u00adsions and con\u00adfu\u00adsion too?<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune holds the gift of Clair\u00advoy\u00adance or Clear-See\u00ading, and Astrologers will often call the way of Nep\u00adtune is that it oper\u00adates as a \u201cUni\u00adver\u00adsal Sol\u00advent\u201d. It dis\u00adsolves the bound\u00adaries and bor\u00adders between thoughts and things, between dimen\u00adsions and realms, and so enables us to see truth of the ulti\u00admate con\u00adnec\u00adtion of every\u00adthing and every\u00adone, which is why it is also called the Avatar of Com\u00adpas\u00adsion and Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love.<\/p>\n

The Chal\u00adlenge of Awakening<\/strong>
\nBut here we face the chal\u00adlenge of jour\u00adney in awak\u00aden\u00ading, the oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty and dan\u00adger we face in mov\u00ading from one Cir\u00adcle of Belief and into anoth\u00ader. When we are under\u00adgo\u00ading any oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty to let go of our for\u00admer assump\u00adtions and lim\u00adit\u00aded per\u00adcep\u00adtions with the assis\u00adtance of Nep\u00adtune, we may encounter the risk that we will become too unteth\u00adered from a rea\u00adson\u00adable real\u00adi\u00adty, by a Cir\u00adcle of Belief that served to keep us cen\u00adtered upon some essen\u00adtial truths with\u00adin our\u00adselves, and that equal\u00adly formed our com\u00admon under\u00adstand\u00adings between one another.<\/p>\n

Here we encounter the \u201crazor\u2019s edge\u201d on our jour\u00adney of awak\u00aden\u00ading, the bright shin\u00ading line between love and fear, between Illu\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion and Mad\u00adness. When let\u00adting go of for\u00admer cer\u00adtain\u00adties, and becom\u00ading unteth\u00adered from an old Bub\u00adble of Belief, one may lose the com\u00admon under\u00adstand\u00ading shared with oth\u00aders as to the nature of real\u00adi\u00adty. By this an indi\u00advid\u00adual or group or even an entire peo\u00adple or nation, may become enam\u00adored and entranced by ener\u00adgy-forms that are unfa\u00admil\u00adiar, yet seem\u00ading\u00adly offer the promise of a greater truth, of a spe\u00adcial knowing.<\/p>\n

Illu\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion or Intoxication<\/strong>
\nThis expe\u00adri\u00adence of a spe\u00adcial vision can be quite won\u00adder\u00adful, and per\u00adhaps it is does hold a greater mea\u00adsure of the light of truth and even of wis\u00addom, and so it might be that a less\u00ader or greater awak\u00aden\u00ading is at hand. But it is equal\u00adly pos\u00adsi\u00adble, and this is sad\u00adly found in far too many peri\u00adods in human his\u00adto\u00adry, that those cer\u00adtain\u00adties of a greater truth impart\u00aded by those cap\u00adti\u00advat\u00ading visions, are real\u00adly refrac\u00adtions and shad\u00adows formed by unhealthy desires and self-formed fears, forged in hearts that have turned from the light of love, cre\u00adat\u00ading illu\u00adsion\u00adary notions of what is good and true. This per\u00adil of delu\u00adsion and sep\u00ada\u00adra\u00adtion is most espe\u00adcial\u00adly true when the siren song of Neptune\u2019s rev\u00ade\u00adla\u00adtion is not anchored in one\u2019s heart by love, and so it may instead become shaped and twist\u00aded by fear. As always, the fault lies not in the stars, or in Nep\u00adtune, but in our spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal devel\u00adop\u00adment as to our for\u00adtunes and fate.<\/p>\n

Through\u00adout many peri\u00adods in human his\u00adto\u00adry, pan\u00adics and manias, con\u00adspir\u00ada\u00adcies and divi\u00adsions have erupt\u00aded. But the peri\u00adods when Nep\u00adtune is mov\u00ading through Pisces, as it is now from 2011 to 2026 or like in 1848 to 1862, are par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar\u00adly strong in this pro\u00adtean capac\u00adi\u00adty to dis\u00adsolve the bound\u00adaries between real\u00adi\u00adty and illusion.<\/p>\n

We have moved from a world in the 1500\u2019s where the order\u00ading of Truth ver\u00adsus Fic\u00adtion was deter\u00admined by and medi\u00adat\u00aded through a descend\u00ading hier\u00adar\u00adchy of author\u00adi\u00adty, from Pope to King to Com\u00admon\u00ader, and instead we have cre\u00adat\u00aded a world where every per\u00adson is a pope or king, their own mak\u00ader of fact, rea\u00adson, and truth.<\/p>\n

Unfor\u00adtu\u00adnate\u00adly, the nec\u00ades\u00adsary lev\u00adel of spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal devel\u00adop\u00adment that is required to wield such god\u00adlike pow\u00aders, where one would see a peo\u00adple or human\u00adi\u00adty guid\u00aded by Wis\u00addom and act\u00ading with Humil\u00adi\u00adty, well that is sure\u00adly lack\u00ading in most if not all the var\u00adi\u00adous sec\u00adtors and realms of our soci\u00adety now, from the upper\u00admost and pow\u00ader\u00adful down to the powerless.<\/p>\n

Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Cri\u00adsis of Today \u2013 Chaos of all Realities<\/strong>
\nWe live in dis\u00adcon\u00adnect\u00aded Bub\u00adbles of Belief; we do not share the same assump\u00adtions about our world, about how we can dis\u00adcern what is right and what is wrong, or how we are to under\u00adstand and treat one anoth\u00ader. We are lost in the Ocean of Nep\u00adtune, in the Chaos of all real\u00adi\u00adties, and so for many souls there is no real\u00adi\u00adty what\u00adso\u00adev\u00ader, there is only con\u00adfu\u00adsion and despair. We are hav\u00ading what is known as an Epis\u00adte\u00admo\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal Cri\u00adsis, a cri\u00adsis of how we know what we know, of how we can deter\u00admine fact from fic\u00adtion, or the truth from all the half-truths and lies; we find our\u00adselves in a great Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Crisis.<\/p>\n

What can you do?<\/strong>
\nWhat can we do; what can you do? As always (and for\u00adev\u00ader), I will gen\u00adtly advise one and all that the Truth has been known from the begin\u00adning of our jour\u00adney in awak\u00aden\u00ading, because it forms the very fab\u00adric of the Uni\u00adverse, as it is equal\u00adly the very spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal sub\u00adstance of you and me too, of course.<\/p>\n

What we need to do indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adly, and then when we gath\u00ader as friends, neigh\u00adbors, col\u00adleagues and loved ones, is to return to the sources of truth found in all the great teach\u00adings, because we need to be guid\u00aded by the Wis\u00addom of the Wise Ones, our elder broth\u00aders and sis\u00adters, whose shin\u00ading exam\u00adples of Love and Com\u00adpas\u00adsion has shown us \u201cthe way\u201d through\u00adout the ages.<\/p>\n

You can\u00adnot find your way by your\u00adself, and so you must on the one hand look to the exam\u00adples of those who left these trea\u00adsures of truth for you, both in how to know the truth as well as the Truths them\u00adselves. And you most cer\u00adtain\u00adly can\u00adnot cre\u00adate your own under\u00adstand\u00ading of your world because you are shaped and formed by all with who you have direct and indi\u00adrect con\u00adtact. You must choose wise\u00adly where you look for answers and avoid those indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals and groups whose cer\u00adtain\u00adties have cre\u00adat\u00aded the very extremes between the dark and the light that make for our per\u00adil now.<\/p>\n

As I said many times, and most recent\u00adly in June of 2021:<\/p>\n

The way of Truth has always been the Path of Love. For all those who fol\u00adlow the path of the Ancient Wis\u00addom, and equal\u00adly the many who under\u00adstand and fol\u00adlow the great teach\u00aders whose mes\u00adsages are the \u201cHeart Doc\u00adtrine\u201d of all reli\u00adgious tra\u00addi\u00adtions, we must begin and remain upon the Shin\u00ading Path of Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love.<\/p>\n

This will often be exceed\u00ading\u00adly dif\u00adfi\u00adcult, seem\u00ading\u00adly impos\u00adsi\u00adble, when we encounter the cold mean\u00adness, and the dark hatred that seems to splash across our com\u00adput\u00ader screens or onto our streets every day. But we must remain cen\u00adtered and true to the one path of the Mas\u00adters. No mat\u00adter who is before you, no mat\u00adter how much what they do or say is dis\u00adturb\u00ading or even repug\u00adnant to you, you must remem\u00adber this and hold your\u00adself to the path of Spir\u00adit and the clear Light of Truth. What\u00adev\u00ader you do, and whomev\u00ader you encounter, you must fol\u00adlow your High\u00ader Self and:<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>Love One Another\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Love is the way; it is the only way. It is the Way of Peace and Under\u00adstand\u00ading. This is the Truth of Nep\u00adtune, for Nep\u00adtune is the Way of Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love. It is the Light at the Core of you and of all Creation.<\/p>\n

So, what I would advise each and every one of us today is this, to remem\u00adber this:<\/p>\n
