The Astro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal align\u00adments of this moment have been not\u00aded by me and many oth\u00aders, but we must remem\u00adber that the tim\u00ading of the events we are expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading does not deter\u00admine the actu\u00adal char\u00adac\u00adter of the crises we face now. Those real oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties and dan\u00adgers were formed by the choic\u00ades our ances\u00adtors made, as well as by the choic\u00ades and actions we take in the present.<\/p>\n

For today I would like to con\u00adsid\u00ader the chart of the USA<\/span> with regards to the his\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcance of the moment we find our\u00adselves at this time. As I have men\u00adtioned many times, the major plan\u00ade\u00adtary orbits, or cycles with regards to the chart of any enti\u00adty pro\u00advide us with the con\u00adtext and mean\u00ading for the phe\u00adnom\u00ade\u00adna we expe\u00adri\u00adence here on Earth. I want to talk main\u00adly about the role of Nep\u00adtune in the chart of the USA<\/span> gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly, and what we can learn from its pre\u00advi\u00adous align\u00adments to the USA<\/span> chart and what guid\u00adance that pro\u00advides us for what we are going through now. But we can\u00adnot con\u00adsid\u00ader just Nep\u00adtune, as the inte\u00adgral roles of Plu\u00adto and Uranus must be includ\u00aded as part of our true under\u00adstand\u00ading of this crit\u00adi\u00adcal junc\u00adture in our history.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune and Astro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal Chart of the USA<\/span><\/strong>
\nI have not\u00aded before that the place\u00adment of Nep\u00adtune in the chart of the USA<\/span> is tremen\u00addous\u00adly impor\u00adtant. It is at the top of the chart, at what is called the Mid\u00adheav\u00aden, along with plan\u00adet Sat\u00adurn and it is in the 9th<\/sup> house of Under\u00adstand\u00ading, Truth and Belief. Nep\u00adtune, in Mun\u00addane or World\u00adly Astrol\u00ado\u00adgy, is the hold\u00ader of the dream of any nation, it is the Avatar for the sto\u00adries and myths that explain the char\u00adac\u00adter of that polit\u00adi\u00adcal-cul\u00adtur\u00adal order.<\/p>\n

One of the dis\u00adtin\u00adguish\u00ading fea\u00adtures for the found\u00ading myth of the Unit\u00aded States is the belief that it is spe\u00adcial or excep\u00adtion\u00adal. In the Nation\u00adal Seal for the US<\/span>, we find what our founders declared to the world, that the USA<\/span> was to be a \u201cNew Order for the Ages\u201d. Unlike many oth\u00ader nations, we promised that we would be a land for peo\u00adple from around the world, that we were here to form a new human covenant, and that by bring\u00ading togeth\u00ader all the peo\u00adples of the world, we would form a spe\u00adcial land where any\u00adone seek\u00ading a bet\u00adter life, a freer life, would be welcome.<\/p>\n

This Idea or Ide\u00adal of the USA<\/span> as spe\u00adcial is due to its being found\u00aded upon Uni\u00adver\u00adsal Prin\u00adci\u00adples, and not on more parochial or lim\u00adit\u00aded deter\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtions of one par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar peo\u00adple, or of one her\u00aditage or eth\u00adnic\u00adi\u00adty. Instead, the USA<\/span> was held up as a shin\u00ading exam\u00adple of Free\u00addom, Tol\u00ader\u00adance and Com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty for all peo\u00adples, a com\u00ading togeth\u00ader in a new com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty formed by the many creeds, and many cul\u00adtures of humanity.<\/p>\n

Cen\u00adtral to this found\u00ading of a new soci\u00adety for the ages was the prin\u00adci\u00adple of a covenant com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty. The USA<\/span> would be found\u00aded upon the truth that any individual\u2019s self-ful\u00adfill\u00adment is depen\u00addent upon and made pos\u00adsi\u00adble by being a mem\u00adber of the com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty, and that by our self-gov\u00adern\u00adment we would uphold the prin\u00adci\u00adple of free\u00addom for each per\u00adson by bal\u00adanc\u00ading it with our mutu\u00adal well-being and care for one anoth\u00ader as a com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty of self-gov\u00adern\u00ading indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals. We were not behold\u00aden to any lord, king, or mas\u00adter; we were cre\u00adat\u00ading a freely formed, self-deter\u00admined soci\u00adety based on equal\u00adi\u00adty of all before the law. In the USA<\/span>, the Law would be our King.<\/p>\n

In our first found\u00ading doc\u00adu\u00adment, The Dec\u00adla\u00adra\u00adtion of Inde\u00adpen\u00addence we stat\u00aded that we, \u201cMutu\u00adal\u00adly Pledge To Each Oth\u00ader Our Lives, Our For\u00adtunes, And Our Sacred Hon\u00ador\u201d. By this our founders under\u00adstood that to cre\u00adate a space of indi\u00advid\u00adual free\u00addom would require that the mem\u00adbers of this spe\u00adcial and sacred com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty would have to abide with\u00adin a sys\u00adtem of mutu\u00adal con\u00adsent, so that we could cre\u00adate a space of free\u00addom and jus\u00adtice for every indi\u00advid\u00adual, but that we would equal\u00adly need to bal\u00adance our indi\u00advid\u00adual lib\u00ader\u00adties with com\u00admu\u00adnal respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties. Our free\u00addoms would be pro\u00adtect\u00aded, but we agreed to cir\u00adcum\u00adscribe our indi\u00advid\u00adual free\u00addom to pre\u00adserve our com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties too.<\/p>\n

The foun\u00adda\u00adtion\u00adal myth is the Dream held by Nep\u00adtune because Nep\u00adtune is the Keep\u00ader of Col\u00adlec\u00adtive, Com\u00admu\u00adnal and Enfold\u00ading Ener\u00adgy-Forms of any enti\u00adty. But we need to con\u00adsid\u00ader all three of the out\u00ader plan\u00adets, for they oper\u00adate or hold the inte\u00adgral, three-fold prin\u00adci\u00adpal ener\u00adgy-forms of Spir\u00adit, so that in their com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion they are the heart\u00adbeat of Cre\u00adation, which is the Invo\u00adlu\u00adtion and Evo\u00adlu\u00adtion of Spir\u00adit in our system.<\/p>\n

I like to think of these three in this man\u00adner: that it is Plu\u00adto, as the hold\u00ader of the Will, that molds every Ener\u00adgy-Form into a def\u00adi\u00adnite or defined Con\u00adtain\u00ader of Spir\u00adit, (whether that be an atom, cell, organ\u00adism, plan\u00adet or star); and Nep\u00adtune, as the hold\u00ader of the Uni\u00adver\u00adsal Ener\u00adgy-Form of Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love, which is the Ener\u00adgy-Sub\u00adstance that is the One, and that Love of the One is the root source for every par\u00adti\u00adcle of Cre\u00adation; and Uranus, as the hold\u00ader of the Quin\u00adtes\u00adsence of Spir\u00adit, because each and every par\u00adti\u00adcle of Cre\u00adation is also an Indi\u00advid\u00adual, so that all the life-forms that are Cre\u00adation are unique instances or expres\u00adsions of the One Divine Light.<\/p>\n

For the USA<\/span> two of these Avatars of Spir\u00adit are reach\u00ading crit\u00adi\u00adcal align\u00adments in the USA<\/span> chart. Plu\u00adto is in the last year of its cycle of rough\u00adly 245 years before return\u00ading to its posi\u00adtion in 2022. The USA<\/span> is expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading its first ever Plu\u00adto return, and this is most impor\u00adtant. Mean\u00adwhile, Nep\u00adtune is oppo\u00adsite its natal posi\u00adtion, as it was only once before in 1858\u20131859. The com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion of these two align\u00adments, along with the influ\u00adences ema\u00adnat\u00ading through Uranus, can illu\u00admi\u00adnate and guide us through the moment we are in now.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>The USA<\/span> is a very \u201cPlu\u00adton\u00adian Nation\u201d. Plu\u00adto is the Ris\u00ading Plan\u00adet in the USA<\/span> chart and is placed in the Sec\u00adond House, the house of Val\u00adue. The Ener\u00adgy-Sub\u00adstance that is the One is the Root Source of all Val\u00adue, and we know this Root Val\u00adue as the Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love of the One that is behind all that is Cre\u00adation. That Pri\u00admal Ener\u00adgy is shaped and formed into def\u00adi\u00adnite, dis\u00adcrete vehi\u00adcles of man\u00adi\u00adfes\u00adta\u00adtion, that are cir\u00adcum\u00adscribed and delim\u00adit\u00aded from oth\u00ader sub\u00adstance forms by the Will that is with\u00adin each instance of self-real\u00adiza\u00adtion, and that Will of the One is ulti\u00admate\u00adly held by Plu\u00adto for our Solar Sys\u00adtem. As I have pre\u00advi\u00adous\u00adly indi\u00adcat\u00aded, the Pow\u00ader of the Will is the Cre\u00adator at work through all beings includ\u00ading us, and that sin\u00adgu\u00adlar spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal pow\u00ader man\u00adi\u00adfests in what we call the Pow\u00ader of Alchemy.<\/p>\n

The Entire\u00adty of Cre\u00adation is formed as the one Sub\u00adstance-Ener\u00adgy of Love. It is the Invo\u00adlu\u00adtion of Spir\u00adit into Mat\u00adter Forms, and equal\u00adly the Evo\u00adlu\u00adtion of Spir\u00adit through Mat\u00adter Forms by innu\u00admer\u00adable com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtions and trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtions, of births, deaths, and rebirths that I call the dance of Spir\u00adit through Mat\u00adter Forms. Whether it is by atoms com\u00adbin\u00ading with atoms to form larg\u00ader atoms, mol\u00ade\u00adcules with mol\u00ade\u00adcules, organ\u00adisms with organ\u00adisms, (like we do), on up to the plan\u00adets, stars, and galax\u00adies, what we see as the Dance of Spir\u00adit through Forms of real\u00adiza\u00adtion is that the whole of Cre\u00adation is made by the Pro\u00adtean Pow\u00ader of Alche\u00admy, which is the mag\u00adis\u00adte\u00adr\u00adi\u00adal mys\u00adtery of Spir\u00adit mov\u00ading through innu\u00admer\u00adable com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtions and trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtions of Spir\u00adit-Mat\u00adter Forms.<\/p>\n

For us humans, and for the USA<\/span>, we form our com\u00adpacts, part\u00adner\u00adships, joint ven\u00adtures, enter\u00adpris\u00ades, com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties and com\u00adpa\u00adnies, eth\u00adnic\u00adi\u00adties and creeds, cul\u00adtures, and nations. For the USA<\/span>, as a covenant cre\u00adation, we agreed to form a union so that we would sup\u00adport one anoth\u00ader to be and become through join\u00ading togeth\u00ader in self-deter\u00admined com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtions; we would be freer to be our\u00adselves by sup\u00adport\u00ading one anoth\u00ader, and we each could become more than we ever would be by our union.<\/p>\n

Thou Shall Not Trespass<\/strong>
\nBut, as often\u00adtimes repeat\u00aded through\u00adout human his\u00adto\u00adry, we did not do this great work with\u00adout falling into great error and harm, as we can see even at the very incep\u00adtion of our union, in our moment of cre\u00adation. As I have often stat\u00aded, the Sec\u00adond House in a chart is the hold\u00ader of val\u00adue, and the great\u00adest val\u00adue for any human endeav\u00ador, for any coun\u00adtry or nation, is not the land, water, trees, or min\u00ader\u00adals of that land. No, the great\u00adest val\u00adue is we humans. But when we came to this land, we cre\u00adat\u00aded our com\u00adpact and forged our growth by seiz\u00ading the land of Native Amer\u00adi\u00adcans and mak\u00ading into prop\u00ader\u00adty the slaves we seized and brought from Africa.<\/p>\n

This is what we should call America\u2019s Orig\u00adi\u00adnal Sin. The Will is our great\u00adest Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Pow\u00ader and should be exer\u00adcised as the right\u00adeous instru\u00adment of self-con\u00adtrol and it is the seat of our self-deter\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion. Once we are cen\u00adtered and secured by the love that is with\u00adin us, our will can be right\u00adly allied with oth\u00ader cen\u00adtered, will\u00ading per\u00adsons in our joint ven\u00adtures and com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtions. But when we use our will to vio\u00adlate, sub\u00adju\u00adgate and enslave oth\u00aders, then we take the path of dark\u00adness and fall into the Sin of Tres\u00adpass\u00ading. The USA<\/span> is very much still reap\u00ading the kar\u00adma of 600 years of geno\u00adcide and 400 years of slav\u00adery to this day.<\/p>\n

This was not vir\u00adgin land for the tak\u00ading; there were vibrant peo\u00adples and cul\u00adtures through\u00adout this land who were elim\u00adi\u00adnat\u00aded by delib\u00ader\u00adate acts of geno\u00adcide. The peo\u00adple who were ripped from their homes and loved ones and brought by ter\u00adror and vio\u00adlence to this land were not free (nor would they ever be free if the slave\u00adhold\u00ading Sen\u00ada\u00adtors and Rep\u00adre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtives of the South had pre\u00advailed). It is a fact, that more than half of the sig\u00adna\u00adto\u00adries to the Dec\u00adla\u00adra\u00adtion of Inde\u00adpen\u00addence had their prin\u00adci\u00adpal wealth in the form of oth\u00ader humans.<\/p>\n

Yes, those immor\u00adtal words hold us to our sacred oath, that, \u201cWe hold these truths to be self-evi\u00addent, that all men are cre\u00adat\u00aded equal, that they are endowed by their Cre\u00adator with cer\u00adtain inalien\u00adable Rights, that among these are Life, Lib\u00ader\u00adty, and the pur\u00adsuit of Hap\u00adpi\u00adness. That to secure these rights, Gov\u00adern\u00adments are insti\u00adtut\u00aded among Men, deriv\u00ading their just pow\u00aders from the con\u00adsent of the gov\u00aderned\u201d. At the very out\u00adset of our New Order for the Cen\u00adturies we failed the native peo\u00adples and the enslaved peo\u00adples, and we are still fail\u00ading them to this very day.<\/p>\n

Until each and every per\u00adson in this coun\u00adtry is treat\u00aded as \u201chuman\u201d, as what they are, as a sacred spark of the divine, until we ful\u00adfill our promise to make it pos\u00adsi\u00adble for each and every per\u00adson to reach their fullest mea\u00adsure of self-real\u00adiza\u00adtion which is the true source of \u201cHap\u00adpi\u00adness\u201d, until that is made by us, we will not be what we promised to be for one another.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune &<\/span> Uranus<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>As I not\u00aded in my ear\u00adli\u00ader shows, Nep\u00adtune, the hold\u00ader of dreams and myths, of illu\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtions and delu\u00adsions, has returned now to the posi\u00adtion it held as the Unit\u00aded States faced its great\u00adest exis\u00adten\u00adtial and spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal cri\u00adsis formed by the divi\u00adsion into two visions or myths of Amer\u00adi\u00adca, whether we were to be Slave or Free, at the thresh\u00adold of our Civ\u00adil War. The ques\u00adtion then and seem\u00ading\u00adly now is, \u201cwill the fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal truth, that all humans are cre\u00adat\u00aded equal, be made our real\u00adi\u00adty or not\u201d?<\/p>\n

But the com\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adiz\u00ading Ener\u00adgy-Form of Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love held for us by Nep\u00adtune is insep\u00ada\u00adra\u00adbly bound to the Ener\u00adgy-Form of Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adiza\u00adtion held by Uranus. Nep\u00adtune rules \u201cCom\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adi\u00adty\u201d, and it is the Avatar of Spir\u00adit for the Ener\u00adgy-Form that holds all of Cre\u00adation as One by Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love. Uranus rules Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty, and it is the Avatar of Spir\u00adit for the Ener\u00adgy-Form that equal\u00adly holds that every sin\u00adgle mote and speck of Cre\u00adation is a unique spark of the Divine, a mon\u00adad of Spir\u00adit with its very own spe\u00adcial Quin\u00adtes\u00adsence or what is known as Swab\u00adh\u0101\u00adva, which means \u201cthe Self that is Becom\u00ading\u201d. The whole of Cre\u00adation is formed by these two truths, the one and the many, the indi\u00advid\u00adual and the community.<\/p>\n

This inte\u00adgral rela\u00adtion\u00adship of Uranus and Nep\u00adtune holds the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal truth of the mys\u00adtery of Creation\u2019s con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adtion. All forms and beings in this Uni\u00adverse, every speck and mote of Cre\u00adation, is a one or unique instance of Spir\u00adit. But every one of these ones is part of the One, and by this they are fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal\u00adly indi\u00advis\u00adi\u00adble from one anoth\u00ader too, as they are part of the One Life and One Love of the One. Through\u00adout all the worlds, king\u00addoms and galax\u00adies of the Cos\u00admos, the shift\u00ading bal\u00adance between these Ener\u00adgy-Forms of Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty and Com\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adi\u00adty play out as the dance of the One and the many.<\/p>\n

At this moment in his\u00adto\u00adry, giv\u00aden the most recent con\u00adjunc\u00adtion of Uranus and Nep\u00adtune in 1993 has reached the wax\u00ading semi-square of their cycle of rela\u00adtion\u00adship, we are at a crit\u00adi\u00adcal moment in how we humans work with these two ener\u00adgy-forms that pull us togeth\u00ader in greater com\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adism and\/or pull us apart from one anoth\u00ader into greater individualism.<\/p>\n

Part of the chal\u00adlenge that we face in the USA<\/span> today is a world-wide chal\u00adlenge, in that this ten\u00adsion between Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty and Com\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adi\u00adty is sweep\u00ading through local com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties, with\u00adin nations and then across the world between var\u00adi\u00adous nation states. We are wit\u00adness\u00ading the resur\u00adgence of Author\u00adi\u00adtar\u00adi\u00adan\u00adism and the strug\u00adgle of Lib\u00ader\u00adal Democ\u00adra\u00adcies, of divides between cul\u00adtures, creeds and eth\u00adnic\u00adi\u00adties that seem\u00ading\u00adly are spi\u00adral\u00ading out of con\u00adtrol. As I men\u00adtioned in ear\u00adli\u00ader talks, the Cen\u00adtripetal Force of Free\u00addom has become severe\u00adly unteth\u00adered and out of bal\u00adance in its inte\u00adgral rela\u00adtion\u00adship with the Cen\u00adtrifu\u00adgal force of Love. Ego\u00adis\u00adtic and Nar\u00adcis\u00adsis\u00adtic ener\u00adgies, those dark and divi\u00adsive psy\u00adcho\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal impuls\u00ades, appear ascen\u00addant, and Love, sac\u00adri\u00adfice and the sacred com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty are in retreat.<\/p>\n

As Free\u00addom becomes sep\u00ada\u00adrat\u00aded from shared affec\u00adtions, it becomes self\u00adish and nihilis\u00adtic. Then, in a warped response to this, the prin\u00adci\u00adple of Love becomes shad\u00adowed by fears of the unfa\u00admil\u00adiar, so that affec\u00adtions are nar\u00adrowed and turned back\u00adward and inward, lead\u00ading to the poi\u00adsoned wells of trib\u00adal attach\u00adments, and the self-absorbed mass\u00ades become held by fears based on Race and Eth\u00adnic\u00adi\u00adty, by Creed and Class.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune<\/strong>
\nAs this shift\u00ading bal\u00adance between Uranus and Nep\u00adtune plays out for one and all, in the USA<\/span> we face our own spe\u00adcial reck\u00adon\u00ading once again. Here in 2021, with Nep\u00adtune at the exact same point in the Zodi\u00adac as it was in the late 1850\u2019s, oppo\u00adsite to our Nep\u00adtune and Squar\u00ading our Mars, we are at a moment that car\u00adries strik\u00ading\u00adly famil\u00adiar echoes of what Lin\u00adcoln warned of in June 1858 in his famous \u201chouse divid\u00aded speech\u201d, where he stated,<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>\u2026a house divid\u00aded against itself can\u00adnot stand. I believe this gov\u00adern\u00adment can\u00adnot endure per\u00adma\u00adnent\u00adly half slave and half free. I do not expect the union to be dis\u00adsolved, I do not expect the house to fall, but I do expect it will cease to be divid\u00aded. It will either become all one thing or all the oth\u00ader. Either the oppo\u00adnents of slav\u00adery will arrest the fur\u00adther spread of it and place it where the pub\u00adlic mind shall rest in the belief that it is in the course of ulti\u00admate extinc\u00adtion or its advo\u00adcates will push it for\u00adward till it shall become law\u00adful in all the states, old as well as new, North as well as South.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lin\u00adcoln was speak\u00ading about the absolute incom\u00adpat\u00adi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty between two dia\u00admet\u00adri\u00adcal\u00adly oppo\u00adsite con\u00adcep\u00adtions of what it means to be human. Are we all equal, or are some less than equal? Then as now, we are faced with a choice as to what kind of coun\u00adtry, what kind of peo\u00adple we want to be.<\/p>\n

As Nep\u00adtune aligns with the USA<\/span> Nep\u00adtune once again, we find our\u00adselves at a crit\u00adi\u00adcal junc\u00adture in our his\u00adto\u00adry. Giv\u00aden that Nep\u00adtune is in its own sign of Pisces, the bound\u00adaries between the var\u00adi\u00adous hier\u00adar\u00adchies and orders of con\u00adscious\u00adness and real\u00adi\u00adty are dis\u00adsolv\u00ading, and they are becom\u00ading more per\u00adme\u00adable and sub\u00adject to greater fluc\u00adtu\u00ada\u00adtions lead\u00ading to much con\u00adfu\u00adsion and dis\u00adtor\u00adtion in our realms of belief and understanding.<\/p>\n

I see Nep\u00adtune as hold\u00ading all the pos\u00adsi\u00adble forms of real\u00adi\u00adty that will ulti\u00admate\u00adly be under\u00adstood or resolved into and expe\u00adri\u00adenced as The One. But this ulti\u00admate Real\u00adi\u00adty Form of the One is beyond our com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsion, it is far too com\u00adplex and vast, and much beyond our lim\u00adit\u00aded frame\u00adworks of ideas, laws, or con\u00adcepts. If we could see the entire\u00adty of Cre\u00adation as it is, it would appear to us in our present con\u00adscious\u00adness as pure Chaos; but for those who have reached a high\u00ader or cos\u00admic con\u00adscious\u00adness it is Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly Sublime.<\/p>\n

We exist in what I have called Bub\u00adbles of Belief that cre\u00adate our Cir\u00adcles of Real\u00adi\u00adty. Over time as we move to high\u00ader lev\u00adels of con\u00adscious\u00adness, we will move into ever more inclu\u00adsive Belief Con\u00adstructs, and this in turn will expand our com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsion of what I call the Greater Reality.<\/p>\n

For the present, what is hap\u00adpen\u00ading is that the pre\u00advail\u00ading Bub\u00adbles of Belief, which held us in com\u00admon\u00adly accept\u00aded and more or less mutu\u00adal\u00adly aligned and inter\u00adsect\u00ading Bub\u00adbles of Belief, these Holo\u00adgrams of our indi\u00advid\u00adual and Col\u00adlec\u00adtive Minds are shift\u00ading and warp\u00ading to such an extent that we are in a Space-Time where our Cir\u00adcles of Real\u00adi\u00adty have become unteth\u00adered and divid\u00aded between one another.<\/p>\n

Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Paradox<\/strong>
\nThis seems some\u00adwhat para\u00addox\u00adi\u00adcal, as how is it that the very agency respon\u00adsi\u00adble for our awak\u00aden\u00ading can also lead us down a path towards con\u00adfu\u00adsion and delu\u00adsion. Nep\u00adtune holds what we know as the pow\u00ader of Clear-See\u00ading or Clair\u00advoy\u00adance, and Astrologers have often called Nep\u00adtune the \u201cUni\u00adver\u00adsal Sol\u00advent\u201d. It dis\u00adsolves the bound\u00adaries between things and realms, and by so doing it can open our hearts and minds to ever wider expe\u00adri\u00adences of under\u00adstand\u00ading and compassion.<\/p>\n

Yet, in that very expe\u00adri\u00adence of dis\u00adsolv\u00ading we are forced to \u201clet go\u201d of what was some greater or less\u00ader por\u00adtion of our real\u00adi\u00adty, some belief or struc\u00adture that cre\u00adat\u00aded our sense of order and place in the world, and by so doing it frees us from our more lim\u00adit\u00aded aware\u00adness. But there\u00adin lies the dan\u00adger, in that by being now unteth\u00adered to what was real for us, an indi\u00advid\u00adual or group or even an entire nation, may become enam\u00adored and entranced by ener\u00adgy-forms that are unfa\u00admil\u00adiar but entic\u00ading. These may seem quite won\u00adder\u00adful and full of light and truth, but it is equal\u00adly pos\u00adsi\u00adble that those light-filled visions are refract\u00aded shad\u00adows, formed by illu\u00adsion-filled notions formed from fear and not by love.<\/p>\n

Con\u00adspir\u00ada\u00adcy the\u00ado\u00adries and manias take hold in vul\u00adner\u00ada\u00adble indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals and groups who have become sep\u00ada\u00adrat\u00aded from those who have remained more cen\u00adtered. They are often ensnared by obses\u00adsive mind\u00adsets so that they become less teth\u00adered to their high\u00ader spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal and intu\u00aditive self. By becom\u00ading unmoored from their high\u00ader self, they lose their rea\u00adson and sym\u00adpa\u00adthy that is anchored in love.<\/p>\n

Remem\u00adber, it is only when we walk the path of Love and Light that we can stay upon the mid\u00addle, Roy\u00adal Road of Illu\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion, which holds us inward\u00adly to a self-crit\u00adi\u00adcal, self-aware\u00adness while we equal\u00adly look out\u00adward\u00adly with an empa\u00adthet\u00adic, hum\u00adble, and open con\u00adsid\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion for any-thing or being before us.<\/p>\n

In many ways, what we are expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading now is the end of our col\u00adlec\u00adtive Nep\u00adtun\u00adian Par\u00ada\u00addigm that began when Nep\u00adtune was in Aries from 1862\u20131875. This was when, at the end of the Civ\u00adil War, the attempts to rebuild the sacred com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty in both the South and the North failed. And that trag\u00adic fail\u00adure, to address the griev\u00adous inequal\u00adi\u00adties and injus\u00adtices that remained in both the South and in the North, has brought us to our reck\u00adon\u00ading in our Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Crises of today.<\/p>\n

It is no sur\u00adprise that the ris\u00ading tide of calls for Social Jus\u00adtice and Equal Rights have surged once again in this cur\u00adrent peri\u00adod of Nep\u00adtune in Pisces. Yet, because the bound\u00adaries between the var\u00adi\u00adous Bub\u00adbles of Real\u00adi\u00adty for\u00adma\u00adtion are so porous and shift\u00ading, we find our\u00adselves in a time when a com\u00admon\u00adly held Cir\u00adcle of Real\u00adi\u00adty by a sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant major\u00adi\u00adty has been bro\u00adken and shat\u00adtered into ever more dis\u00adcon\u00adnect\u00aded Bub\u00adbles of Belief.<\/p>\n

As I wrote last year about Neptune\u2019s influ\u00adence, we humans have stum\u00adbled into what I would call anoth\u00ader \u201cTow\u00ader of Babel\u201d. We speak words that car\u00adry vast\u00adly dif\u00adfer\u00adent mean\u00adings for one bub\u00adble ver\u00adsus anoth\u00ader; we argue over what is a \u201cfact\u201d ver\u00adsus an \u201copin\u00adion\u201d. We are held by incom\u00adpat\u00adi\u00adble Real\u00adi\u00adty-Bub\u00adbles that divide us one from anoth\u00ader. We are seg\u00adment\u00aded into var\u00adi\u00adous parts or sub\u00adsec\u00adtions with\u00adin our coun\u00adtry. Whether one looks at the divides between North and South, or Rur\u00adal and Urban, or Coastal and Heart\u00adland, between eth\u00adnic\u00adi\u00adties and sub-cul\u00adtures, it has become exceed\u00ading\u00adly hard to find a com\u00admon under\u00adstand\u00ading or sense of pur\u00adpose for these Unit\u00aded States of America.<\/p>\n

So, you what might won\u00adder giv\u00aden all of this, what can any of us do, what can you do?
\n<\/strong>The way of Truth has always been the Path of Love. For all those who fol\u00adlow the path of the Ancient Wis\u00addom, and equal\u00adly the many who under\u00adstand and fol\u00adlow the great teach\u00aders whose mes\u00adsages are the \u201cHeart Doc\u00adtrine\u201d of all reli\u00adgious tra\u00addi\u00adtions, we must begin and remain upon the Shin\u00ading Path of Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love.<\/p>\n

This will often be exceed\u00ading\u00adly dif\u00adfi\u00adcult, seem\u00ading\u00adly impos\u00adsi\u00adble, when we encounter the cold mean\u00adness, and the dark hatred that seems to splash across our com\u00adput\u00ader screens or onto our streets every day. But we must remain cen\u00adtered and true to the one path of the Mas\u00adters. No mat\u00adter who is before you, no mat\u00adter how much what they do or say is dis\u00adturb\u00ading or even repug\u00adnant to you, you must remem\u00adber this and hold your\u00adself to the path of Spir\u00adit and the clear Light of Truth. What\u00adev\u00ader you do, and whomev\u00ader you encounter, you must fol\u00adlow your High\u00ader Self and:<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>Love One Another\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Love is the way; it is the only way. It is the Way of Peace and Under\u00adstand\u00ading. This is the Truth of Nep\u00adtune, for Nep\u00adtune is the Way of Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love. It is the Light at the Core of you and of all Creation.<\/p>\n

The One is the source of all, and Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love is the foun\u00adda\u00adtion of the Uni\u00adverse. It is the Uni\u00adver\u00adsal Pow\u00ader that holds every par\u00adti\u00adcle of Cre\u00adation by, for, and in Love. When you hold your\u00adself by this Love and act from this cen\u00adter, you will dis\u00adpel the shad\u00adows and fears in your\u00adself and in oth\u00aders too,<\/p>\n

It is often hard, and you and I will stum\u00adble and fall short, prob\u00ada\u00adbly every sin\u00adgle day. But you will try again, and you will hear that qui\u00adet, gen\u00adtle voice that is your High\u00ader Self. You will find your strength through love. You will know your strength is Love.<\/p>\n

Remem\u00adber you are here, \u201can immor\u00adtal in a mor\u00adtal frame\u201d, and your only pur\u00adpose is to become a com\u00adplete human, a self-aware, self-deter\u00admined and uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adly lov\u00ading being. Do not give way to your low\u00ader self. It is easy to just react, as it requires no effort, but it is both mind\u00adless and heart\u00adless. The wis\u00ader way is to know that you have a choice, and that you have with\u00adin you the pow\u00ader to turn what came to you as neg\u00ada\u00adtive into some\u00adthing tru\u00adly positive.<\/p>\n

You are here to be an instru\u00adment of the One, a being who is a Cre\u00adator and Trans\u00adformer of Ener\u00adgy. This is why you are asked to show who you are, to reveal and be your strength, wis\u00addom, and love by \u201cturn\u00ading the oth\u00ader cheek\u201d. You are not being weak or cow\u00adard\u00adly at all by act\u00ading in this man\u00adner. You are mak\u00ading a choice to turn neg\u00ada\u00adtive ener\u00adgy into pos\u00adi\u00adtive action. This is true Courage, because it comes from the One, it comes from your heart, which does not act from fear. This is the Strength that is Love, and it is by this that you will renew the Spir\u00adit that is America.<\/p>\n

Be mind\u00adful, be gen\u00adtle, be lov\u00ading, and you will be on the path.<\/p>\n
