We have exam\u00adined over the last few shows the impor\u00adtance of the out\u00ader plan\u00ade\u00adtary con\u00addi\u00adtions active in the world gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly and with regards to the US<\/span> and US<\/span> his\u00adto\u00adry. I thought we might want to take this moment to look at these influ\u00adences in a more indi\u00advid\u00adual way today and see how these same plan\u00adets are influ\u00adenc\u00ading some of the most sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant actors upon our his\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal stage now in the Unit\u00aded States.<\/p>\n

What is remark\u00adable about our moment in the USA<\/span> right now is that we find our\u00adselves with the Exec\u00adu\u00adtive and Leg\u00adisla\u00adtive Branch\u00ades being led by three Democ\u00adrats. The last time this was true was in the peri\u00adod from 2009\u20132011, which was in the first half of Obama\u2019s first term. Astro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly, what was true then is also true now, in one respect, in that the Plan\u00adet Jupiter once again is in Aquar\u00adius (as it is every 12 years or so).<\/p>\n

So, I thought it would be inter\u00adest\u00ading to exam\u00adine the charts for the three lead\u00aders of the Unit\u00aded States gov\u00adern\u00adment, Chuck Schumer, Nan\u00adcy Pelosi, and Joe Biden. Let us look at each of their charts and see what they bring to this moment as indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals and as a team and look at the plan\u00ade\u00adtary influ\u00adences they are expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading this year. Giv\u00aden the crit\u00adi\u00adcal impor\u00adtance of what is hap\u00adpen\u00ading gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly in the world with the pas\u00adsage of Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn, and Nep\u00adtune in Pisces, and Uranus in Tau\u00adrus, and espe\u00adcial\u00adly so for the chart of the USA<\/span>, we will want to see what these plan\u00adets indi\u00adcate in each of their charts at this time.<\/p>\n

Chuck Schumer<\/strong>
\nLet us begin with Chuck Schumer who is the Sen\u00adate Major\u00adi\u00adty Leader and a key play\u00ader right now because the House will work up Bills, but they have to pass the Sen\u00adate which is split now 50\/50 between Democ\u00adrats and Repub\u00adli\u00adcans, and then be signed or not into law by the Pres\u00adi\u00addent. So, Chuck Schumer\u2019s role is critical.<\/p>\n

Chuck Schumer is born with a chart that has what we call a Splay pat\u00adtern, which means the plan\u00adets are scat\u00adtered around the wheel and form a high\u00adly inte\u00adgrat\u00aded pat\u00adtern. I always tell clients who have this pat\u00adtern, that they have a much more unique approach to life, and they can pull togeth\u00ader var\u00adi\u00adous things that some\u00adtimes do not seem relat\u00aded and make sense of it. So, in times which for oth\u00aders is con\u00adfus\u00ading, and they do not under\u00adstand what is hap\u00adpen\u00ading, peo\u00adple with splay pat\u00adterns see through the con\u00adfu\u00adsion and see the under\u00adly\u00ading order of things. And because of this, they can come up with rather unusu\u00adal or sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant insights and actions or solu\u00adtions because of that ability.<\/p>\n

Chuck Schumer is a Sagit\u00adtar\u00adius with his Sun in the 10th<\/sup> House and his Moon at the nadir in Tau\u00adrus, and a Ris\u00ading Sign of Capri\u00adcorn, but with his ruler of Sagit\u00adtar\u00adius of Jupiter Ris\u00ading in Aquar\u00adius in his 1st<\/sup> House. He has a Fire dom\u00adi\u00adnant chart, with that Sagit\u00adtar\u00adi\u00adan ener\u00adgy and oth\u00ader place\u00adments in his chart that gives him more of a fire ele\u00adment than any\u00adthing else. That makes them very ide\u00adal\u00adis\u00adtic, but he is also firm because he has many fixed plan\u00adets in his chart. Yet more than not, he would be an adapt\u00adable per\u00adson because he has more muta\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty in his chart or more muta\u00adble plan\u00adets in his chart than many oth\u00ader people.<\/p>\n

The sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant tran\u00adsits in his chart right now would be that he has Plu\u00adto, the out\u00ader\u00admost plan\u00adet, is tran\u00adsit\u00ading his Dharma\/Karma line in 2021 and 2022. That will make him feel as if a \u201cdate with des\u00adtiny\u201d for him has arrived, it is his time to reap the fruits of his past actions and move clos\u00ader to his life pur\u00adpose. This moment could be that time when Schumer\u2019s per\u00adson\u00adal des\u00adtiny aligns with a great moment in history.<\/p>\n

More\u00adover, and per\u00adhaps even more sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant is that Plu\u00adto is com\u00ading across his Ascen\u00addant this year, his Ris\u00ading sign, and next year as well. Plu\u00adto is the plan\u00adet of the Will and Will Pow\u00ader and con\u00adtrol, and Schumer will feel the call to more deeply iden\u00adti\u00adfy him\u00adself with a spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal cause and\/or polit\u00adi\u00adcal moment. He will be more uncom\u00adpro\u00admis\u00ading and stead\u00adfast as he frees him\u00adself from con\u00adven\u00adtion\u00adal ideas and actions, and he will find him\u00adself per\u00adson\u00adal\u00adly trans\u00adformed as that Alchem\u00adi\u00adcal ener\u00adgy of Plu\u00adto trans\u00adforms the crit\u00adi\u00adcal posi\u00adtion that he holds in the world right now.<\/p>\n

Mean\u00adwhile Nep\u00adtune is trin\u00ading his Mid\u00adheav\u00aden which means that he will see his faith, vision and dream becom\u00ading more of a real\u00adi\u00adty now, espe\u00adcial\u00adly if his pur\u00adpose is formed and guid\u00aded by the greater com\u00admon good. This is a time where the ded\u00adi\u00adca\u00adtion and sac\u00adri\u00adfice for a cause will lead to very real progress for the larg\u00ader social order that he serves.<\/p>\n

And then Uranus, which is the third of the out\u00ader\u00admost plan\u00adets, is trin\u00ading his Mars, the plan\u00adet of action and desire, and this will help him to achieve his goals by act\u00ading in cre\u00adative and inno\u00adv\u00ada\u00adtive ways to ful\u00adfill his ambi\u00adtions, pro\u00advid\u00aded his goal and pur\u00adpose is guid\u00aded by the inten\u00adtion to help estab\u00adlish greater free\u00addom and self-ful\u00adfill\u00adment for oth\u00aders. Peo\u00adple will notice that Schumer is not act\u00ading like his old self and he is like\u00adly to suc\u00adceed if he blazes a new path and does things that he would not have tried before. It is if his belief that he could not do some\u00adthing pre\u00advent\u00aded him from even try\u00ading before, but now he is free to pur\u00adsue the path not taken.<\/p>\n

Nan\u00adcy Pelosi<\/strong>
\nNan\u00adcy Pelosi, the Speak\u00ader of the House, the head of the House in our gov\u00adern\u00adment, has a pat\u00adtern that is called Loco\u00admo\u00adtive which means the plan\u00adets are spread through 2\/3 of the chart and 1\/3 remains open and emp\u00adty. Peo\u00adple like that have a \u201cloco\u00admo\u00adtive ener\u00adgy\u201d, pro\u00adpelling them upwards and out\u00adwards as long as they have a vision and dream and a goal that they are reach\u00ading up to. The lead\u00ading edge of that pat\u00adtern is often crit\u00adi\u00adcal, and for her it is Mer\u00adcury, the plan\u00adet of the mind and com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtions lead\u00ading her through life. She is also a Fire dom\u00adi\u00adnant per\u00adson in terms of from make\u00adup, but she has a lot of Earth in her chart. She is an ide\u00adal\u00adist and prag\u00adma\u00adtist, with her Sun in the 8th<\/sup> House in Aries, and Aries being the first sign is a sign for lead\u00ader\u00adship. And it is inter\u00adest\u00ading that she is a Fire sign as his Chuck Schumer being a Sagit\u00adtar\u00adius. Her Moon is at the Nadir for chart also, but it is in the sign of Scor\u00adpio. Chuck\u2019s Moon is in Tau\u00adrus and her Moon is in Scor\u00adpio almost exact\u00adly oppo\u00adsite one anoth\u00ader, and yet Chuck\u2019s Moon in Tau\u00adrus is on or Con\u00adjunct Nancy\u2019s Venus and Uranus. So, there are all these link\u00adages between their charts that would make them be rather good and sen\u00adsi\u00adtive and coop\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtive with one anoth\u00ader. They are dif\u00adfer\u00adent but there is more alike here than not. Nancy\u2019s Ris\u00ading sign is the sign of Leo, again anoth\u00ader sign of lead\u00ader\u00adship, and Nep\u00adtune, the plan\u00adet vision and dream and inspi\u00adra\u00adtion, is her Ris\u00ading plan\u00adet. She is ide\u00adal\u00adis\u00adtic but she is also very prag\u00admat\u00adic and very fixed; she is very pur\u00adpose\u00adful, very deter\u00admined and more so than the adapt\u00adable Chuck Schumer I would argue. She is very fixed and pur\u00adpose\u00adful to the point of being unyield\u00ading with her fixed plan\u00adets being dominant.<\/p>\n

What are her aspects now? Plu\u00adto is trin\u00ading her Sun Sign ruler, the plan\u00adet Mars. Pelosi will feel pow\u00ader\u00adful and pur\u00adpose\u00adful dur\u00ading this peri\u00adod. This is a moment for her when what seemed impos\u00adsi\u00adble, Mars is what you are reach\u00ading for and try\u00ading to get, will be accom\u00adplished. This is one of those spe\u00adcial moments when Pelosi can achieve her life\u2019s ambi\u00adtions, espe\u00adcial\u00adly with regards to actions and goals ded\u00adi\u00adcat\u00aded to rebirth, renew\u00adal, and regen\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion, again all key\u00adwords for the plan\u00adet Pluto.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune, mean\u00adwhile, is oppo\u00adsite to her Nep\u00adtune in 2021 and 2022, and yes, this is the same aspect that is occur\u00adring in the chart of the Unit\u00aded States. For an indi\u00advid\u00adual this will hap\u00adpen only in their ear\u00adly 80s and marks a time of great sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcance for any\u00adone spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly. The ele\u00adva\u00adtion of her con\u00adscience and con\u00adscious\u00adness to an even high\u00ader plane is pos\u00adsi\u00adble, and so she may expe\u00adri\u00adence the uni\u00adty of not just humans for one anoth\u00ader but for all life, and it is deeply felt and that guides her now. For many this moment marks a peri\u00adod of great spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal awak\u00aden\u00ading, of com\u00adpas\u00adsion and of empathy.<\/p>\n

Mean\u00adwhile, Uranus is tran\u00adsit\u00ading her 10th<\/sup> House, because she has Tau\u00adrus on her 10th<\/sup> House, which is the House of one\u2019s life pur\u00adpose and career. For those who have fol\u00adlowed their truth, this can be a time of even greater self-ful\u00adfill\u00adment, as she more com\u00adplete\u00adly reveals her unique con\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adtion to her life\u2019s work. With Uranus rul\u00ading indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty and inno\u00adva\u00adtion, it will be a time for her to reveal her indi\u00advid\u00adual spe\u00adcial\u00adness of vision in the world, a vision that she has steadi\u00adly worked towards since the year 2000 when Uranus moved into her 7th<\/sup> House. With Uranus at the top of her chart, this will be a time when Pelosi will reach beyond what appeared to be the lim\u00adits of her efforts up to this point, and by act\u00ading from a mean\u00ading\u00adful and inno\u00adv\u00ada\u00adtive ded\u00adi\u00adca\u00adtion to the task at hand, she will free her\u00adself and oth\u00aders from the old world had estab\u00adlished a new one.<\/p>\n

Joe Biden<\/strong>
\nJoe Biden\u2019s pat\u00adtern is also a Loco\u00admo\u00adtive like Nan\u00adcy, but for him the lead\u00ading edge is the Moon in Tau\u00adrus. So, both he and Nan\u00adcy are pur\u00adpose\u00adful and dri\u00adven, have their eyes on the prize, and as long as they steadi\u00adly fol\u00adlow that prize, they have this ener\u00adgy dri\u00adving them to get to where they are going. But for Joe, as opposed to Chuck or Nan\u00adcy, he has Water, a lot of Water in his chart, and peo\u00adple who are \u201cWatery\u201d are sen\u00adsi\u00adtives, they are empath\u00adic and com\u00adpas\u00adsion\u00adate by nature. His Sun in Scor\u00adpio is in the 12th<\/sup> House. His moon in Tau\u00adrus is in the 5th<\/sup>, but it is also the ris\u00ading body of his chart. Joe has the Moon ris\u00ading which makes for even greater sen\u00adsi\u00adtiv\u00adi\u00adty, and with Nep\u00adtune at his Mid\u00adheav\u00aden, as the plan\u00adet that is guid\u00ading him in terms of his path in life. Sen\u00adsi\u00adtive and com\u00adpas\u00adsion\u00adate with that water dom\u00adi\u00adnance, yet with fixed plan\u00adets being dom\u00adi\u00adnant, it makes him fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal\u00adly deter\u00admined and unyield\u00ading, as is Nan\u00adcy Pelosi.<\/p>\n

Mean\u00adwhile, Nep\u00adtune is trin\u00ading Biden\u2019s Mer\u00adcury, which is the ruler of his 10th<\/sup> House of the career. This will be a year when Biden\u2019s com\u00adpas\u00adsion and imag\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtion will guide his thoughts and deeds. \nI also think, I believe, that giv\u00aden the his\u00adtoric moment that we are in as deter\u00admined by the Great Muta\u00adtion in Aquar\u00adius of Jupiter and Sat\u00adurn this past Decem\u00adber, that it is also impor\u00adtant to con\u00adsid\u00ader where this con\u00adjunc\u00adtion took place in each of their charts, espe\u00adcial\u00adly when we remem\u00adber that the chart of the USA<\/span> has its ruler, giv\u00aden that the USA<\/span>\u2019s Sun is in Can\u00adcer, that the Moon in the USA<\/span> chart is in the sign of Aquar\u00adius. And even more than this, that the Moon in a nation\u2019s chart rules \u201cthe People\u201d.<\/p>\n

For Schumer, the Muta\u00adtion was in his First House, where both Sat\u00adurn and Jupiter remain for now. The First House rules are \u201cpres\u00adence\u201d in this world, and defines the moti\u00adva\u00adtions and inten\u00adtions, and cre\u00adates the \u201cper\u00adsona\u201d that a per\u00adson will move into the world. He will expe\u00adri\u00adence a renewed com\u00admit\u00adment to the essen\u00adtial val\u00adue behind all val\u00adues, which is at the cen\u00adter of the val\u00adue of us all, and which we all know and live by, and that is Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love.<\/p>\n

I think this moment in his\u00adto\u00adry, with these three lead\u00aders for us at this time, does indi\u00adcate that a New Age has begun, or a New Age is attempt\u00ading to begin, by those peo\u00adple who are called upon to be instru\u00adments and lead\u00aders at this time. But, of course, we are all called upon at this time to believe that we can make a \u201cNew World\u201d any and every day. There is an old phrase that I love to quote some\u00adtimes, it is not my phrase, there are no orig\u00adi\u00adnal thoughts down here of course, and that phrase is that \u201cbeat\u00aden paths are for beat\u00aden peo\u00adple\u201d. We are here to be Trail Blaz\u00aders and find a new and bet\u00adter way to meet each oth\u00ader, to meet one anoth\u00ader\u2019s needs, to help each oth\u00ader to thrive and be ful\u00adfilled, because to the extent that any one of us is lim\u00adit\u00aded in our self-real\u00adiza\u00adtion, then all of us are dimin\u00adished.
