As we say good\u00adbye to 2020 and look ahead to what may unfold in 2021, I thought I would con\u00adtin\u00adue to exam\u00adine the impor\u00adtance of Neptune\u2019s influ\u00adence for the USA<\/span> and look at how this might be under\u00adstood with regards to our present con\u00addi\u00adtion and his\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal antecedents.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune<\/strong>
\nAs I not\u00aded in my show on Decem\u00adber 6th<\/sup>, (which you can read the tran\u00adscript for here<\/a><\/strong>), the impor\u00adtance of Nep\u00adtune gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly, and more espe\u00adcial\u00adly in the USA<\/span> chart is quite telling. Nep\u00adtune, one of the three Avatars of the Divine Tri\u00adad of Spir\u00adit, holds the truth of the Ener\u00adgy-Form behind the whole of Cre\u00adation. That Ener\u00adgy-Form is the Love of the One in every Mon\u00adad; it is the \u201cOne in one and all\u201d and it is most pure\u00adly expe\u00adri\u00adenced by us as Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love.<\/p>\n

Of course, noth\u00ading can be or exist with\u00adout inter\u00adre\u00adla\u00adtion\u00adship, and for Nep\u00adtune that means we can only under\u00adstand its mean\u00adings for us by fram\u00ading our expe\u00adri\u00adence with Uranus and Plu\u00adto as well. Look\u00ading at this Tri\u00adad we find that Plu\u00adto as the Avatar of Divine Will cre\u00adates and forms the Space or Con\u00adtain\u00ader for any being; Nep\u00adtune as the Avatar of Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love shapes the aware\u00adness of any being towards ever greater Com\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adi\u00adty; and Uranus as the Avatar of Freer Mind shapes the aware\u00adness of any being towards every greater Individuality.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune as the Avatar of Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love holds for us our Intu\u00adition\u00adal nature, our capac\u00adi\u00adty to know and encom\u00adpass anoth\u00ader as our\u00adself; it is the foun\u00adtain-source for our empa\u00adthy, com\u00adpas\u00adsion and sac\u00adri\u00adfice for one anoth\u00ader as all of these (and oth\u00ader noble traits) are found\u00aded by our true nature (when awak\u00adened), which is quite sim\u00adply that we are made by and for one anoth\u00ader in uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal love.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune and Astro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal Chart of the USA<\/span><\/strong>
\nAs I have not\u00aded before, the place\u00adment of Nep\u00adtune in the chart of the USA<\/span> is quite promi\u00adnent. It is at the top of the chart (along with Sat\u00adurn), locat\u00aded in the 9th<\/sup> house of Under\u00adstand\u00ading. Nep\u00adtune holds the dream of a nation and part of the found\u00ading myth of the Unit\u00aded States is its sense of being excep\u00adtion\u00adal. We declare in our nation\u00adal seal that we are a \u201cNew Order for the Ages\u201d. We came to form a new human covenant, where we by hold\u00ading togeth\u00ader dis\u00adparate peo\u00adples from around the world, all of whom are seek\u00ading to live a freer life, we would be a shin\u00ading exam\u00adple of Free\u00addom, Tol\u00ader\u00adance and Com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty. The USA<\/span> would be a new soci\u00adety, formed by a belief in one another\u2019s self-ful\u00adfill\u00adment as being made pos\u00adsi\u00adble through one anoth\u00ader, and by our self-gov\u00adern\u00adment, where\u00adin we would care for one anoth\u00ader; we declared that \u201cWe Mutu\u00adal\u00adly Pledge To Each Oth\u00ader Our Lives, Our For\u00adtunes, And Our Sacred Hon\u00ador\u201d, and so strive to cre\u00adate a space of free\u00addom and jus\u00adtice for one and for all.<\/p>\n

As I not\u00aded in my ear\u00adli\u00ader shows, Nep\u00adtune, the hold\u00ader of dreams and myths, of illu\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtions and delu\u00adsions, has returned now to the posi\u00adtion it held as the Unit\u00aded States faced its great\u00adest exis\u00adten\u00adtial and spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal cri\u00adsis formed by the divi\u00adsion into two visions or myths of Amer\u00adi\u00adca, whether to be Slave or Free, in the Civ\u00adil War. The ques\u00adtion then and seem\u00ading\u00adly now is, \u201cwill the fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal truth, that all humans are cre\u00adat\u00aded equal, be made our real\u00adi\u00adty or not\u201d?<\/p>\n

Demo\u00adc\u00adra\u00adt\u00adic and Repub\u00adli\u00adcan Charts<\/strong>
\nIt is quite inter\u00adest\u00ading, and cer\u00adtain\u00adly no acci\u00addent, that in the charts of the Demo\u00adc\u00adra\u00adt\u00adic and Repub\u00adli\u00adcan par\u00adties Nep\u00adtune is also fea\u00adtured quite promi\u00adnent\u00adly. It is also quite inter\u00adest\u00ading, and again no acci\u00addent I would think, that these two charts are so inter\u00adre\u00adlat\u00aded with one another.<\/p>\n

Though there was an ear\u00adli\u00ader ver\u00adsion of the Demo\u00adc\u00adra\u00adt\u00adic Par\u00adty, the gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly accept\u00aded date of the par\u00adty is Jan\u00adu\u00adary 8, 1828 in Portsmouth, NH<\/span>. That makes it a Capri\u00adcorn, and for our pur\u00adpos\u00ades today, it is note\u00adwor\u00adthy that it is born with a Sun\/Neptune Con\u00adjunc\u00adtion. The Repub\u00adli\u00adcan Par\u00adty was found\u00aded on the wreck\u00adage of the Whig Par\u00adty and its date of incor\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adtion is July 6, 1854 in Jack\u00adson, WI<\/span>. That makes it a Can\u00adcer, and it has its Nep\u00adtune in Pisces which is Trin\u00ading the Sun in Cancer.<\/p>\n

The two charts have their Sun in oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion to one anoth\u00ader, which makes per\u00adfect sense giv\u00aden the oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion\u00adal nature of the two party\u2019s posi\u00adtions through\u00adout US<\/span> his\u00adto\u00adry. Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly, it is by oppo\u00adsi\u00adtions or oppo\u00adsite qual\u00adi\u00adties and natures that we tru\u00adly find our way. That Way or path is found by hold\u00ading each togeth\u00ader as part of the answer, and by find\u00ading the third way, we fol\u00adlow the inte\u00adgral path of Spirit.<\/p>\n

Because of this oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion , it is very instruc\u00adtive to exam\u00adine the series of align\u00adments to their respec\u00adtive Suns, by Sat\u00adurn or Uranus, and by Nep\u00adtune and Plu\u00adto, as these have often indi\u00adcat\u00aded the mean\u00ading behind as well as the tim\u00ading of shifts in those who held pow\u00ader. With regards to the par\u00adty in con\u00adtrol of the Pres\u00adi\u00adden\u00adcy, the Repub\u00adli\u00adcan Par\u00adty from the Civ\u00adil War to the Great Depres\u00adsion held the White House, with only Grover Cleve\u00adland and Woodrow Wil\u00adson being the excep\u00adtions. Then from FDR<\/span> to LBJ<\/span> the democ\u00adrats held pow\u00ader, except for the two terms of Dwight David Eisenhower.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune and the Democratic\/Republican Charts<\/strong>
\nFor today, I want to focus upon the role of Nep\u00adtune with regards to the two par\u00adties and their his\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal shifts. Both par\u00adties are strong\u00adly influ\u00adenced by the plan\u00adet Nep\u00adtune, which is the plan\u00adet of dreams, myths, and ide\u00adolo\u00adgies. It is the prin\u00adci\u00adpal shaper of the visions and dreams of a per\u00adson, group, or nation. Real\u00adly, along with the plan\u00adet Uranus, I see Nep\u00adtune shap\u00ading the con\u00adscious\u00adness of what\u00adev\u00ader enti\u00adty one may be exam\u00adin\u00ading. But just like an indi\u00advid\u00adual, or cul\u00adtur\u00adal group or par\u00adty or nation, those dreams and myths are pro\u00adtean in nature, as they trans\u00adform and blend, rise and fall, even\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly becom\u00ading bro\u00adken, or reformed or reborn over time. Though in its high\u00adest form Nep\u00adtune, as the plan\u00adet of Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love, will inspire empa\u00adthy and inclu\u00adsive\u00adness, wher\u00adev\u00ader fear takes hold, it will then man\u00adi\u00adfest as the shad\u00adow side of Nep\u00adtune, evi\u00addenced by sep\u00ada\u00adra\u00adtions and exclu\u00adsive divi\u00adsions, becom\u00ading sub\u00adject to fan\u00adtasies, delu\u00adsions, and con\u00adspir\u00ada\u00adto\u00adr\u00adi\u00adal manias.<\/p>\n

There are not a few his\u00adto\u00adri\u00adans and oth\u00ader social observers who have watch the arc of the Repub\u00adli\u00adcan par\u00adty from its found\u00ading as the par\u00adty of Lin\u00adcoln and Eman\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adtion, seem\u00ading\u00adly devolve in the past 50 years or so into a par\u00adty whose self-inter\u00adest seems to be depen\u00addent upon var\u00adi\u00adous schemes to deny the right to vote to peo\u00adple of col\u00ador. This process of exclu\u00adsion instead of inclu\u00adsion, (very much a reflec\u00adtion of a neg\u00ada\u00adtive fear-based shift\u00ading of Nep\u00adtun\u00adian dreams and myths), was not an acci\u00addent. It was a reac\u00adtion or fear fed by the exten\u00adsion of civ\u00adil rights in 1964 and 1965. As a result of this attempt of greater inclu\u00adsive\u00adness, the con\u00adtrol by the Demo\u00adc\u00adra\u00adt\u00adic Par\u00adty shift\u00aded to the Repub\u00adli\u00adcan Par\u00adty in the for\u00admer states of the Con\u00adfed\u00ader\u00ada\u00adcy as well in some West\u00adern States and rur\u00adal areas.<\/p>\n

1960\u2019s Shift<\/strong>
\nThis redefin\u00ading of the myth of the Repub\u00adli\u00adcan par\u00adty began in the late 1960\u2019s and was accom\u00adpa\u00adnied Astro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly by the wan\u00ading Trine of Nep\u00adtune to Nep\u00adtune in its chart. It is inter\u00adest\u00ading that we can note that the same aspect of the wan\u00ading Trine in the Demo\u00adc\u00adra\u00adt\u00adic chart hap\u00adpened in the mid-1930\u2019s when it shift\u00aded to a more activist form of gov\u00ader\u00adnance, in the attempt to deal with the calami\u00adty of the Great Depres\u00adsion and the exis\u00adten\u00adtial cri\u00adsis of World War II<\/span>. That redefin\u00ading of the par\u00adty and its elec\u00adtoral make\u00adup, led to the Democ\u00adrats hold\u00ading pow\u00ader (except for the Eisen\u00adhow\u00ader years), from 1932 to the late 1960\u2019s.<\/p>\n

It is quite inter\u00adest\u00ading that for the Demo\u00adc\u00adra\u00adt\u00adic par\u00adty, the wan\u00ading of Nep\u00adtune to Nep\u00adtune in the response to the dev\u00adas\u00adta\u00adtion of the Great Depres\u00adsion in the 1930\u2019s, led to the expan\u00adsion of gov\u00adern\u00adment and to the inclu\u00adsion of more peo\u00adple in the body politic over time; where\u00adas for the Repub\u00adli\u00adcan par\u00adty in the late 1960\u2019s the wan\u00ading trine led to con\u00adsis\u00adtent attempts to roll back the com\u00admu\u00adnal space for the right to self-deter\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion, in attempts to lim\u00adit and ulti\u00admate\u00adly hob\u00adble Fed\u00ader\u00adal ser\u00advices, and by var\u00adied and numer\u00adous actions to nar\u00adrow the elec\u00adtorate and deny rights to legit\u00adi\u00admate US<\/span> citizens.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune 2021<\/strong>
\nFor our cur\u00adrent peri\u00adod, Nep\u00adtune has returned to its natal posi\u00adtion in the Repub\u00adli\u00adcan party\u2019s chart, the same place it was at the thresh\u00adold of the Civ\u00adil War. Like a \u201cNew Moon\u201d, the return would imply a release of a new ener\u00adgy-form that will slow\u00adly but sure\u00adly make itself evi\u00addent over the next many years. What this might mean after the last four years remains to be seen. But it is cer\u00adtain\u00adly a fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal ques\u00adtion among pun\u00addits and his\u00adto\u00adri\u00adans right now: What is the dream and myth of the Repub\u00adli\u00adcan par\u00adty now; what does it \u201cstand for\u201d after four years of Don\u00adald Trump?<\/p>\n

The Nep\u00adtune return in the Demo\u00adc\u00adra\u00adt\u00adic chart occurred in 1991, when after the 12 years of Repub\u00adli\u00adcan rule under Rea\u00adgan and George H. W. Bush, Democ\u00adrats deter\u00admined that they should attempt to expand their elec\u00adtoral base by mov\u00ading towards a more con\u00adser\u00adv\u00ada\u00adtive eco\u00adnom\u00adic posi\u00adtion dur\u00ading the Clin\u00adton pres\u00adi\u00adden\u00adcy. Many have argued that this attempt to secure wider sup\u00adport by mov\u00ading to \u201cthe cen\u00adter\u201d only served to rein\u00adforce the eco\u00adnom\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly unsus\u00adtain\u00adable neo-lib\u00ader\u00adal poli\u00adcies of the Rea\u00adgan and Bush years, as it removed the last safe\u00adguards and over\u00adsight that had been insti\u00adtut\u00aded after the Great Depres\u00adsion. The lessons of the 1920\u2019s and 1930\u2019s had been for\u00adgot\u00adten by both par\u00adties, and this, along with oth\u00ader devel\u00adop\u00adments in the nature of the finan\u00adcial mar\u00adkets and broad\u00ader econ\u00ado\u00admy, brought about the Sec\u00adond Great Depres\u00adsion under George W. Bush.<\/p>\n

That mort\u00adgage cri\u00adsis and finan\u00adcial melt\u00addown of 2007 and 2008, led to the Demo\u00adc\u00adra\u00adt\u00adic par\u00adty nom\u00adi\u00adnat\u00ading Barack Oba\u00adma, who would become the first black pres\u00adi\u00addent of the Unit\u00aded States. Sad\u00addled with the worse eco\u00adnom\u00adic con\u00addi\u00adtions since the 1930\u2019s, he attempt\u00aded to restore the eco\u00adnom\u00adic order while also extend\u00ading one of the most basic pro\u00adtec\u00adtions of a civ\u00adil (or bet\u00adter put, humane) soci\u00adety by address\u00ading the bro\u00adken health\u00adcare sys\u00adtem of the US<\/span> in the Afford\u00adable Care Act.<\/p>\n

Trump and Repub\u00adli\u00adcan Party<\/strong>
\nThe last four years have seen the Trump agen\u00adda being for the most part an attempt to reverse all the gains in equi\u00adty and fair\u00adness dur\u00ading the Oba\u00adma years. The Repub\u00adli\u00adcan par\u00adty, as embod\u00adied by its leader, appears to have no guid\u00ading belief or mean\u00ading, as it has devolved into a cult of per\u00adson\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty for a self\u00adish and cru\u00adel nar\u00adcis\u00adsist. There was no mean\u00ading or love guid\u00ading poli\u00adcies and actions, no plans for the greater good, just fear-filled demands for atten\u00adtion or revenge. It has led many now, to break their sacred oath for all who serve in gov\u00adern\u00adment, that they will \u201cpro\u00adtect and defend the Con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adtion\u201d. The repeat\u00aded attempts to bring charges of elec\u00adtoral fraud have failed in the courts because there is no cred\u00adi\u00adble evi\u00addence of fraud, just spu\u00adri\u00adous alle\u00adga\u00adtions meant to dis\u00aden\u00adfran\u00adchise minor\u00adi\u00adty districts.<\/p>\n

What will the Repub\u00adli\u00adcan par\u00adty become now? The par\u00adty found\u00aded on com\u00adpas\u00adsion for those suf\u00adfer\u00ading under slav\u00adery has turned into a par\u00adty of griev\u00adance whose lamen\u00adta\u00adtions and woe are root\u00aded in a Nep\u00adtun\u00adian delu\u00adsion of their inher\u00adent right to pow\u00ader, and their claim that oth\u00aders are not enti\u00adtled to vote. In all but one of their chal\u00adlenges regard\u00ading the 2020 Pres\u00adi\u00adden\u00adtial elec\u00adtion brought before the courts, and three of those to the Supreme Court, all have been found to be with\u00adout evi\u00addence and dis\u00admissed. The very votes they seek to throw out were over\u00adseen and cer\u00adti\u00adfied by rep\u00adre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtives from both par\u00adties, and in most of the states the offi\u00adcers over\u00adsee\u00ading the elec\u00adtions are from the Repub\u00adli\u00adcan Party.<\/p>\n

The plan\u00adets do not make what hap\u00adpens down here; they pro\u00advide a con\u00adtext of mean\u00ading and the tim\u00ading for the events in our jour\u00adney of Spir\u00adit. What hap\u00adpens, what actions we take and what real\u00adi\u00adty we make, that is on us; it is by this that we, the mak\u00aders of our real\u00adi\u00adty, reveal our aware\u00adness or lack of under\u00adstand\u00ading. It is upon each of us to act with integri\u00adty, hon\u00ador, and love. If we lis\u00adten to the Winds of the Spir\u00adit in our heart, we will be guid\u00aded and cen\u00adtered in each and every moment by our ever\u00adlast\u00ading faith and love, and not by fear. The mes\u00adsage of Spir\u00adit now, held by Nep\u00adtune, is that we must always turn away from fear and hate and remem\u00adber that we are here to love one another.<\/p>\n

2021 \u2013 A Reckoning<\/strong>
\n2021 is a year of reck\u00adon\u00ading. In the chart of the USA<\/span>, Nep\u00adtune is once again oppo\u00adsite to its natal or birth posi\u00adtion. Just like in 1858, we are being asked to look at our\u00adselves, and to look at one anoth\u00ader, and see in one anoth\u00ader our own true self. We formed a covenant, and in that sacred con\u00adtract we pledged to cre\u00adate a space for self-ful\u00adfill\u00adment that is found\u00aded upon and cir\u00adcum\u00adscribed by our Love for one anoth\u00ader. That is why we must strive to cre\u00adate the freest con\u00addi\u00adtions pos\u00adsi\u00adble to real\u00adize each member\u2019s poten\u00adtial, while equal\u00adly sac\u00adri\u00adfic\u00ading more self\u00adish inter\u00adests for the greater good of the com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty. We must find the mid\u00addle way, the path of inte\u00adgra\u00adtion and love for one another.<\/p>\n

It starts right here, as you lis\u00adten with your heart you must rea\u00adson with your mind. As you hold togeth\u00ader your feel\u00adings and thoughts through the bless\u00adings of your high\u00ader, Intu\u00adition\u00adal Self, it is then that you will be guid\u00aded to be ever kinder to your\u00adself and to one anoth\u00ader too.<\/p>\n

The Law of Kar\u00adma is per\u00adfect and Just; the Answer is always the same.<\/p>\n

Love one anoth\u00ader as you love are loved by your High\u00ader Self.<\/p>\n

This is the way of the Lone\u00adly Ones, the way of the Mas\u00adters of the Light.<\/p>\n
