In my show on Novem\u00adber 15 (you can read the tran\u00adscript for it here<\/a><\/strong>), I exam\u00adined the sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcance of what Astrologers call The Great Muta\u00adtion of Jupiter and Sat\u00adurn. About every 200 years or so, the Jupiter and Sat\u00adurn Cycle of Rela\u00adtion\u00adship, that is from Con\u00adjunc\u00adtion to Con\u00adjunc\u00adtion every 20 years, shifts from one Ele\u00adment into the next. Since 1840 they have been align\u00ading in Earth Signs but start\u00ading tomor\u00adrow, they begin a new series of con\u00adjunc\u00adtions in the Air Signs, start\u00ading with Aquar\u00adius (tomor\u00adrow), then Libra in 2040, and Gem\u00adi\u00adni in 2060 and so on.<\/p>\n

As many of you know, I pre\u00adfer to under\u00adstand the sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcance of plan\u00ade\u00adtary influ\u00adences as being bet\u00adter under\u00adstood as peri\u00adods of times rather than dis\u00adcrete events, to be viewed more as waves of ener\u00adgy-forms that build in or wax and then recede or wane; and that wax\u00ading and wan\u00ading occur over a longer or short\u00ader peri\u00adod of time depend\u00ading upon the plan\u00adets involved. Yet, it is equal\u00adly true that at any one moment in our jour\u00adney we can feel these waves of ener\u00adgy formed by the Dance of the Plan\u00adets as reach\u00ading some defin\u00adi\u00adtive shift, cli\u00admax or turn\u00ading point. These more dis\u00adcrete or crit\u00adi\u00adcal moments are found at cer\u00adtain points in their cycle of rela\u00adtion\u00adships, espe\u00adcial\u00adly the Con\u00adjunc\u00adtion, Wax\u00ading Square, Oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion, Wan\u00ading Square and back to Conjunction.<\/p>\n

Astro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal Timing<\/strong>
\nToday I want to talk more about the tim\u00ading of this sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant shift of plan\u00ade\u00adtary ener\u00adgy-forms of the rela\u00adtion\u00adship of Jupiter and Sat\u00adurn, and its impact for us. I want to note or point out that it is a rather strik\u00ading coin\u00adci\u00addence, or acci\u00addent of tim\u00ading, or per\u00adhaps part of some divine plan, that this begin\u00adning of a new 200-year cycle is hap\u00adpen\u00ading on one of the Four Sacred Turn\u00ading points in our Astro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal Cal\u00aden\u00addar, the Win\u00adter Sol\u00adstice of Capricorn.<\/p>\n

The Web of Consciousness<\/strong>
\nThe mag\u00adis\u00adte\u00adr\u00adi\u00adal nature of the Cos\u00admos, and the beau\u00adty and har\u00admo\u00adny of our Dance of the Plan\u00adets, and the rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtions and vor\u00adtices of the Stars and Galax\u00adies form what I like to see as a com\u00adplex spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal-neur\u00adal net\u00adwork; it is an Infi\u00adnite Web of Spir\u00adit-Life-Con\u00adscious\u00adness, and of course we are very much part of that Mind of Spir\u00adit too. Just as we humans are made of and by one anoth\u00ader, even though we often live with the illu\u00adsion that we are sep\u00ada\u00adrate indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals because we seem\u00ading\u00adly appear to be so dis\u00adtinct from each oth\u00ader giv\u00aden our bod\u00adi\u00adly forms; we real\u00adly are not sep\u00ada\u00adrate from one anoth\u00ader at all, not in the least. We, like every par\u00adti\u00adcle of Cre\u00adation, are formed by a hier\u00adar\u00adchy of ener\u00adgy-forms with\u00adin our bod\u00adies and equal\u00adly by a hier\u00adar\u00adchy of ener\u00adgy-forms between one anoth\u00ader. I like to say, we are made of one anoth\u00ader in so many, many ways, and not the least of which is by all our expe\u00adri\u00adences we cre\u00adate with and through one anoth\u00ader. Tru\u00adly, our Dance of Human Life mir\u00adrors the Dance of the Plan\u00adets, and that is anoth\u00ader affir\u00adma\u00adtion of the great teach\u00ading, \u201cas above so below\u201d.<\/p>\n

Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty<\/strong>
\nThis is most cer\u00adtain\u00adly true on the plan\u00ade\u00adtary lev\u00adel, as the plan\u00adets form rela\u00adtion\u00adships with one anoth\u00ader that mutu\u00adal\u00adly affect them, as well as cre\u00adate ener\u00adgy-forms of mean\u00ading and influ\u00adence for us here on Earth. More\u00adover, in our Earth\u2019s dance around the Sun, we do not fol\u00adlow a reg\u00adu\u00adlar cir\u00adcuit or cir\u00adcle. Like any indi\u00advid\u00adual, and know this, all Ener\u00adgy-Forms are sparks of the Divine, the entire\u00adty of the Uni\u00adverse is com\u00adposed by an infini\u00adtude of unique instances of Spir\u00adit, where\u00adin every par\u00adti\u00adcle and ener\u00adgy-form is in some man\u00adner an Indi\u00advid\u00adual. That means that there is noth\u00ading that is exact\u00adly like any oth\u00ader nor could it ever be. The One becom\u00ading man\u00adi\u00adfest is the body, soul, and spir\u00adit of the Cos\u00admos, and that Cos\u00admos is made so by indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion, dif\u00adfer\u00aden\u00adti\u00ada\u00adtion, and diversity.<\/p>\n

Motions and Meaning<\/strong>
\nEarth is a being too; Earth is an Indi\u00advid\u00adual too. Earth\u2019s orbit is Ellip\u00adti\u00adcal, mov\u00ading clos\u00ader and fur\u00adther away from the Sun as we orbit around our star. Our Earth also bob\u00adbles and weaves, it goes back and forth, it moves up and down in var\u00adi\u00adous planes of motion. One of these vari\u00ada\u00adtions forms our pre\u00adces\u00adsion of the equinox\u00ades which spans about 25,000 years, form\u00ading the Astro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal Ages. Anoth\u00ader vari\u00ada\u00adtion of motion defines our year\u00adly cycle around the Sun, as each polar region of the Earth will point more towards and then away from the Sun dur\u00ading one cir\u00adcuit. This tilt\u00ading back and forth forms our sea\u00adson\u00adal cycling here on Earth.<\/p>\n

The Sol\u00adstice<\/strong>
\nAnd this is what the Capri\u00adcorn Sol\u00adstice rep\u00adre\u00adsents tomor\u00adrow; it is one of those dis\u00adcrete moments when some\u00adthing \u201cends\u201d and some\u00adthing \u201cbegins\u201d; when we mark the chang\u00ading of the sea\u00adsons, formed by the dance of light shift\u00ading between the Day and the Night. I like to say that the Sol\u00adstices of Winter\/Summer and the Equinox\u00ades of Spring\/Fall, they are like the \u201cFour Cor\u00adners\u201d of our year. They mark the South, the East, the North, and the West of our jour\u00adney dur\u00ading the year; it is this very motion that defines what we call a year.<\/p>\n

From the Win\u00adter Sol\u00adstice, the short\u00adest of days and the longest of nights, the Earth begins to tilt back towards the Sun in the North\u00adern Hemi\u00adsphere, reach\u00ading an equi\u00adlib\u00adri\u00adum of Day and Night at the Spring Equinox. Earth con\u00adtin\u00adues to bend toward the Sun until we reach the longest of days and the short\u00adest of nights at the Sum\u00admer Sol\u00adstice. From then until the next Win\u00adter Sol\u00adstice, the days grow short\u00ader and the shad\u00adows length\u00aden reach\u00ading a bal\u00adance of Day and Night at the Autum\u00adnal Equinox, and a return to the longest night at the Win\u00adter Sol\u00adstice again.<\/p>\n

Sacred Turn\u00adings<\/strong>
\nIn many cul\u00adtures, one of these moments or \u201cFour Cor\u00adners\u201d that is said to her\u00adald the \u201cbegin\u00adning of the year\u201d, spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly, cul\u00adtur\u00adal\u00adly, or legal\u00adis\u00adti\u00adcal\u00adly. With regards to the Ancient Wis\u00addom, each of these turn\u00adings have been held as Sacred moments in Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Teach\u00adings through\u00adout the ages. Though the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal jour\u00adney of awak\u00aden\u00ading and self-mas\u00adtery is con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00adous and ongo\u00ading, these four moments are when the most impor\u00adtant cer\u00ade\u00admonies are held for aspi\u00adrants, and the great\u00adest Ini\u00adti\u00ada\u00adtions for those on the path are held at these sacred times of the year.<\/p>\n

Many tra\u00addi\u00adtions hold cel\u00ade\u00adbra\u00adtions and cer\u00ade\u00admonies dur\u00ading this peri\u00adod in hon\u00ador of this moment. Imag\u00adine your\u00adself back in time, and the days are get\u00adting short\u00ader and short\u00ader, and the nights are longer and longer, and the Sun, upon which your entire exis\u00adtence depends, is dis\u00adap\u00adpear\u00ading. Using our civ\u00adil cal\u00aden\u00addar, it is on or about Decem\u00adber 21st<\/sup>, that the Sun will rise or set at the low\u00adest point on the hori\u00adzon since June 21st<\/sup>. Then, for the next sev\u00ader\u00adal days, it will rise and set at the same point on the hori\u00adzon. That is what the term Sol\u00adstice means, \u201cThe Sun Stands Still\u201d, and you and the whole world waits. Will the Sun return, or will the light go out; will life con\u00adtin\u00adue or not? On the 3rd<\/sup> or 4th<\/sup> day after the Sol\u00adstice, on Decem\u00adber 24th<\/sup> or 25th<\/sup>, the Sun begins to move back north\u00adwards once more. The Light is return\u00ading; the Dark\u00adness is in retreat, and the promise of life, of your future and your world is there for all to see.<\/p>\n

Ini\u00adti\u00ada\u00adtion of the Sun<\/strong>
\nThe Win\u00adter Sol\u00adstice rep\u00adre\u00adsents for one and for all the Re-Birth of the Sun; in ancient sacred rit\u00adu\u00adals and cer\u00ade\u00admonies, an aspi\u00adrant would have tak\u00aden many steps to pre\u00adpare them\u00adselves for this moment. In the Ancient Wis\u00addom, the Ini\u00adti\u00ada\u00adtion under\u00adtak\u00aden at Capri\u00adcorn rep\u00adre\u00adsents the \u201cMys\u00adtic Birth of Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty\u201d. It is often known as the \u201cIni\u00adti\u00ada\u00adtion into the Sun\u201d.<\/p>\n

It seems rather fit\u00adting that on the very day of the Sol\u00adstice we are also wit\u00adness\u00ading the birth of a New Age, her\u00adald\u00aded by the Jupiter\/Saturn Great Muta\u00adtion into Air. These shifts in Ener\u00adgy-Forms are very real, whether the begin\u00adning of Win\u00adter for the next 90 days, or an Age of Air for the next 200 years. But these, of them\u00adselves alone, will not \u201ccre\u00adate\u201d or \u201cmake\u201d change hap\u00adpen here on Earth. Enlight\u00aden\u00adment is not doled out; it is earned. A New Age is not giv\u00aden; it is made by what we do.<\/p>\n

Respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty<\/strong>
\nThis is our respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty; and you will know this is your duty when you lis\u00adten to your heart. Here is the plan\u00ade\u00adtary mes\u00adsage and mean\u00ading of this moment; and this mes\u00adsage is the core expe\u00adri\u00adence of spir\u00adit at this time of year. Capri\u00adcorn is the Sign of Respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty. All the Signs from Aries through Sagit\u00adtar\u00adius have pre\u00adpared you for this moment. The Uni\u00adverse is ask\u00ading every one of us a ques\u00adtion: What is your Respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty; what is your Duty?<\/p>\n

The plan\u00adets are Avatars of Mean\u00adings and Tim\u00adings; they hold the mes\u00adsages and mean\u00adings of our jour\u00adney here on Earth; they pro\u00advide inspi\u00adra\u00adtion, guid\u00adance, and the tim\u00ading for the unfold\u00ading of celes\u00adtial ener\u00adgies. But it is on us, on you and me, it is on all of us to be the change we wish to see. We are the ones who will be the awak\u00aden\u00ading; and we must under\u00adstand and so act in accor\u00addance with the Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal prin\u00adci\u00adples that gov\u00adern our Creation.<\/p>\n

Each of us must strug\u00adgle and strive for a greater under\u00adstand\u00ading about the Laws of Spir\u00adit. We do this out\u00adward\u00adly by observ\u00ading and learn\u00ading about the world around us, to see the world as it real\u00adly is; and we do this inward\u00adly, by lis\u00adten\u00ading to our high\u00ader intu\u00adition\u00adal self, and by know\u00ading in our hearts what is true and good and lov\u00ading. And, over time we learn to align our aims and actions, our desires, and our will to that which is more than just us; slow\u00adly but steadi\u00adly we learn to choose that which is true and good and lov\u00ading. We learn to live by Love; and we learn to align our will with the Will of the One.<\/p>\n

Let Thy Will Be Done<\/strong>
\nThat is what is meant by that mys\u00adti\u00adcal but beau\u00adti\u00adful say\u00ading, \u201cLet thy will be done\u201d. It is not the sur\u00adren\u00adder of our lim\u00adit\u00aded desires and will to some out\u00adside deity or pow\u00ader. No, this beau\u00adti\u00adful say\u00ading is the affir\u00adma\u00adtion of the Heart Doc\u00adtrine of the Wis\u00addom Teach\u00ading. The Light of the Uni\u00adverse is not some\u00adwhere out there; it is the stead\u00adfast gen\u00adtle light with\u00adin you.<\/p>\n

The Will of the One is with\u00adin us all. It is the Voice of the Silence; it is the Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love of the One for one and for all. It is your Spark of the Divine; it is your beloved who reminds you that you are awak\u00adened when you are self-for\u00adget\u00adful, when you act to serve and help and care for one anoth\u00ader. That is the sign, that is the proof that you are on the Path of Awak\u00aden\u00ading. Quite sim\u00adply, but tru\u00adly, it is the way of the Wise Ones; it is the true path of Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love.<\/p>\n

And that is the way we will build this New Age. That with this Great Muta\u00adtion Con\u00adjunc\u00adtion of Jupiter and Sat\u00adurn, we are being asked once more to \u201cLet thy Will be done\u201d.<\/p>\n

Our Respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty<\/strong>
\nWe must think not of our\u00adselves, but for those who will come after, those who have not yet had the gift of liv\u00ading and lov\u00ading, of striv\u00ading and lift\u00ading them\u00adselves up on this beau\u00adti\u00adful gar\u00adden we call Earth. We must under\u00adstand that our respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty is to all of life on this plan\u00adet, for it is pre\u00adcious. Now that we know what we have done to the bal\u00adance of life on this plan\u00adet, we must put aside our igno\u00adrance and self\u00adish\u00adness and act for the future of life on this planet.<\/p>\n

The plan\u00adets are say\u00ading it is time, and we should heed the call.<\/p>\n

We are here to forge a New Path; we are here to pre\u00adserve, pro\u00adtect and love all crea\u00adtures great and small. For Love is Life; and Life is Love.<\/p>\n

We humans are here to love and be loved.<\/p>\n

We are here to be ones of the One.<\/p>\n

Let us make it so, and<\/p>\n
