Tran\u00adscript of Radio Show \u2013 Uranus and Nep\u00adtune, Free\u00addom and Sacrifice<\/strong><\/p>\n

In Mun\u00addane or World\u00adly Astrol\u00ado\u00adgy, we focus first upon the three out\u00ader plan\u00adets as the Avatars or Instru\u00adments that pro\u00advide illu\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion and guid\u00adance as to what is dri\u00adving the sto\u00adry of human devel\u00adop\u00adment. The con\u00adtent of each soci\u00adety, and the indi\u00advid\u00adual strengths and weak\u00adness\u00ades that dri\u00adve their sto\u00adry, are cre\u00adat\u00aded by the choic\u00ades made in the past and present by the peo\u00adple of that soci\u00adety. But the under\u00adly\u00ading rhythms and themes, the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal nature of the oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties and chal\u00adlenges, the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal mean\u00adings in each peri\u00adod or epoch can be framed by the under\u00adstand\u00ading of these inter\u00adlac\u00ading orbits of Uranus, Nep\u00adtune, and Pluto.<\/p>\n

I have been writ\u00ading and speak\u00ading and focus\u00ading upon the influ\u00adence of Plu\u00adto for some time. But today I want to look at these oth\u00ader two, Uranus and Nep\u00adtune, and look at their cycle of rela\u00adtion\u00adship by review\u00ading pre\u00advi\u00adous peri\u00adods in his\u00adto\u00adry and com\u00adpar\u00ading those to our time.<\/p>\n

Uranus and Neptune<\/strong>
\nThe Orbit of Uranus is rough\u00adly 84 years, and Nep\u00adtune 164. Their cycle with one anoth\u00ader, that is from one Con\u00adjunc\u00adtion of Uranus with Nep\u00adtune to the next is about 170 years. As in any plan\u00ade\u00adtary pair, we not only con\u00adsid\u00ader the Con\u00adjunc\u00adtion as being sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant, but we also look at the series of aspects from Con\u00adjunc\u00adtion to the next Con\u00adjunc\u00adtion, their cycling through how far along or apart they are from one anoth\u00ader, much like the Sun\/Moon cycle, as they go from a \u201cNew Moon\u201d to an oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion or \u201cFull Moon\u201d and then back again to their next conjunction.<\/p>\n

The con\u00adjunc\u00adtion, like a New Moon, is a time of \u201cSeed\u00ading\u201d, and releas\u00ades a new qual\u00adi\u00adty or theme in Uranus and Neptune\u2019s rela\u00adtion\u00adship to one anoth\u00ader, which unfold and man\u00adi\u00adfest over the next 170 years. That theme, as in all plan\u00ade\u00adtary pairs, will be struc\u00adtured and informed by the mean\u00adings of these two plan\u00adets. I like to say, that Uranus and Neptune\u2019s rela\u00adtion\u00adship illus\u00adtrates one of the great spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal truths and chal\u00adlenges we have faced through\u00adout the cen\u00adturies: How does any soci\u00adety, cul\u00adture, econ\u00ado\u00admy, and polit\u00adi\u00adcal sys\u00adtem struc\u00adture the inte\u00adgral bal\u00adance of Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty (Uranus) and Com\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adi\u00adty (Nep\u00adtune)?<\/p>\n

His\u00adto\u00adry of Uranus\/Neptune Conjunctions<\/strong>
\nTheir last con\u00adjunc\u00adtion was 1993 and it released the seed for the next iter\u00ada\u00adtion of this inte\u00adgral bal\u00adance. His\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly, their con\u00adjunc\u00adtions can be seen to frame the weav\u00ading and inter\u00adplay that shapes soci\u00adeties. Those pri\u00ador con\u00adjunc\u00adtions were: 965, 1136, 1307, 1479, 1650, 1821 and ours in 1993. If we look to Europe, (though there are par\u00adal\u00adlels to peri\u00adods in Asia and Africa too), the first three could be seen as the begin\u00adning, mid\u00addle and end of what we call the Mid\u00addle Ages, then 1479 was the Renais\u00adsance and Ref\u00ador\u00adma\u00adtion, and 1650 was the Enlight\u00aden\u00adment and Age of Rea\u00adson, and 1821 (with the end of Bonaparte\u2019s attempt to form an Empire of Europe), led to the 1800\u2019s and 1900\u2019s, to what we call the \u201cMod\u00adern Age\u201d of Lib\u00ader\u00adal Democ\u00adra\u00adcy vs Socialistic\/Communistic for\u00adma\u00adtions of soci\u00adety, and that par\u00ada\u00addigm of order end\u00aded between 1989 to 1993.<\/p>\n

The 1993 Conjunction<\/strong>
\nWhat our peri\u00adod is tru\u00adly about, no one can say for cer\u00adtain, because we were still very much in the begin\u00adning or ini\u00adtial phase of the dream-seed that is emerg\u00ading. But it is now, in 2016 through 2020, and maybe just a lit\u00adtle beyond, that we are encoun\u00adter\u00ading the first major aspect in the Uranus\/Neptune cycle, which is the Semi\u00adSquare or 45-degree aspect. Much like when a seed sprouts, there is no know\u00ading what it can mean as it grows beneath the soil; but it is at this moment of the Semi\u00adSquare, when the sprout emerges above the ground, it is then, (or for us now) that we face our encounter with what it is or may be. How\u00adev\u00ader, just as much as we can get a glimpse of the future, we will also face our past.<\/p>\n

This stage of the cycle is likened to a quick\u00aden\u00ading or a spurring to devel\u00adop\u00adment of the new impulse released by the seed; but it is equal\u00adly the chal\u00adlenge thrown down by the past which often will resist this new form of being. It is, and we are in it now, a strug\u00adgle between the future and the past. The move\u00adment towards the New meets the resis\u00adtance of the Past. It is quite under\u00adstand\u00adable, as some of this resis\u00adtance will come from our inher\u00adent, nat\u00adur\u00adal uncer\u00adtain\u00adty and hes\u00adi\u00adta\u00adtion, the cau\u00adtion any\u00adone of us might feel when start\u00ading some\u00adthing new. But some of the resis\u00adtance will be root\u00aded in deep\u00ader fears, by the attach\u00adment to and fear of the loss of present advan\u00adtages or priv\u00adi\u00adleges which the new way threatens.<\/p>\n

The promise of a New World is tak\u00aden up by some or by the many at the time of the seed\u00ading, in our case from 1993 to now; but the fear of loss held by the old real\u00adi\u00adty and its ben\u00ade\u00adfi\u00adcia\u00adries is encoun\u00adtered most clear\u00adly at this turn\u00ading now.<\/p>\n

We need to remem\u00adber, the New is but a dream, it comes from the Spir\u00adit with\u00adin, it is sub\u00adjec\u00adtive. Now those dream\u00aders meet with the phys\u00adi\u00adcal real\u00adi\u00adty, with the objec\u00adtive real\u00adi\u00adty of the world as it is; that means in many parts and places, the dream\u00aders encounter those who not wish to change, they do not want to lose what they have, and there are also many who wish to retake what they feel they have already lost.<\/p>\n

What is the mes\u00adsage of Uranus and Nep\u00adtune for us now? It is what it has always been:<\/p>\n

Mes\u00adsage of Uranus\/Neptune<\/strong>
\nUranus rules \u201cIndi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty\u201d; and it is the Avatar of the High\u00ader or Freer Mind that forms one of the three aspects of Spir\u00adit. Nep\u00adtune rules \u201cCom\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adi\u00adty\u201d; Nep\u00adtune is the Avatar of the Ener\u00adgy-Form that holds the whole of Cre\u00adation as One. The truth of Spir\u00adit is found by these two being held togeth\u00ader, where the essence of the Indi\u00advid\u00adual is cel\u00ade\u00adbrat\u00aded and made real\u00adiz\u00adable by the sup\u00adport and the mean\u00ading\u00adful\u00adness of being part of or one with the many. We are here to be an Indi\u00advid\u00adual; we are made of one anoth\u00ader too. \u201cI am that; I am\u201d; but also, \u201cI bow to the Divine with\u00adin you too\u201d.<\/p>\n

The inte\u00adgral rela\u00adtion\u00adship between Uranus and Nep\u00adtune illus\u00adtrates the para\u00addox\u00adi\u00adcal truth behind the mys\u00adtery of the Universe\u2019s con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adtion. Every\u00adthing, every speck and mote of Cre\u00adation, every par\u00adti\u00adcle, every atom and mol\u00ade\u00adcule, and every \u201cBeing\u201d in this Uni\u00adverse is an indi\u00advid\u00adual; each one is a unique instance or man\u00adi\u00adfes\u00adta\u00adtion of spir\u00adit, formed and informed by what I call its own Quin\u00adtes\u00adsence, its essen\u00adtial iden\u00adti\u00adty or essence.<\/p>\n

Yet, at the very same time, all of these \u201cones\u201d are part of the One, and so they are fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal\u00adly, essen\u00adtial\u00adly, and equal\u00adly indi\u00advis\u00adi\u00adble from one anoth\u00ader. They are all part of the One Life, and the One Love that binds and holds all togeth\u00ader. But how much of the Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty man\u00adi\u00adfests, and how much of the Com\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adi\u00adty shines through, that bal\u00adance or imbal\u00adance between them, as we look at all the king\u00addoms of life, in the var\u00adi\u00adous life-forms and species of ani\u00admate life, through\u00adout the ages, we will see that there is an ever-shift\u00ading bal\u00adance between these two prin\u00adci\u00adples, between the One and the many.<\/p>\n

Indi\u00advid\u00adual vs. Community<\/strong>
\nFor us humans, this ten\u00adsion between the Indi\u00advid\u00adual and their Com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty has waxed and waned with\u00adin any cul\u00adture or civ\u00adi\u00adliza\u00adtion as well as between them. For exam\u00adple, when we look at human forms of lifestyle or life ways, like the Hunter\/Gatherer, of the Farmer\/Craftsperson or in our soci\u00adety for exam\u00adple of Rural\/Urban, we will see dif\u00adfer\u00ading mix\u00adtures and bal\u00adances of the rela\u00adtion\u00adship between how much free\u00addom an indi\u00advid\u00adual has, and how much lim\u00adi\u00adta\u00adtion of free\u00addom they will expe\u00adri\u00adence as they sac\u00adri\u00adfice for and to their community.<\/p>\n

The Whole or Com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty is essen\u00adtial for all human beings, for their shared sense of belong\u00ading to some\u00adthing larg\u00ader and more encom\u00adpass\u00ading, and so we yield some of our indi\u00advid\u00adual free\u00addoms to the very source of our nature, because that very com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty pro\u00advides the con\u00adtext of mean\u00adings, val\u00adues and beliefs which form each indi\u00advid\u00adual in that com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty. You can\u00adnot have one with\u00adout the other.<\/p>\n

At var\u00adi\u00adous points in his\u00adto\u00adry, with\u00adin any cul\u00adture as well as between dif\u00adfer\u00adent cul\u00adtures, there has been this rec\u00adi\u00adp\u00adro\u00adcal bal\u00adance between the degree to which peo\u00adple are freer to express them\u00adselves as more indi\u00advid\u00adual, to dif\u00adfer\u00aden\u00adti\u00adate them\u00adselves from their var\u00adi\u00adous groups, and times when the larg\u00ader social order, (of fam\u00adi\u00adly, com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty, eth\u00adnic\u00adi\u00adty, and state) are able to more close\u00adly or nar\u00adrow\u00adly define and often cir\u00adcum\u00adscribe that indi\u00advid\u00adual freedom.<\/p>\n

It is how this bal\u00adance is achieved and main\u00adtained, the extent to which there is a mutu\u00adal ben\u00ade\u00adfit from one to the oth\u00ader, or times like our own which seems out of bal\u00adance, that deter\u00admine the degree to which bal\u00adance of Indi\u00advid\u00adual Free\u00addom and Com\u00admu\u00adnal Har\u00admo\u00adny does or does not prevail.<\/p>\n

Our Time<\/strong>
\nRemem\u00adber, the time we are in is crit\u00adi\u00adcal; it is when the emerg\u00ading new theme released at the con\u00adjunc\u00adtion (or New Moon) in 1993 is encoun\u00adter\u00ading the coun\u00adter\u00advail\u00ading forces of the past. It is very much a strug\u00adgle between a new way of being con\u00adfronting the fear\u00adful pulls and push\u00ades of the old order try\u00ading to main\u00adtain or restore itself. This strug\u00adgle between more indi\u00advid\u00adual free\u00addom and more com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty or com\u00admu\u00adnal con\u00adfor\u00admi\u00adty will play out dur\u00ading the entire 170-year cycle again and again. But the great\u00adest promise and the great\u00adest threat is felt at these crit\u00adi\u00adcal moments of choice. We are at such a time right now.<\/p>\n

What\u00adev\u00ader par\u00ada\u00addigm of order had pre\u00advailed from 1821 to the late 1980s, those major divi\u00adsions gave way with a claim by some that \u201cHis\u00adto\u00adry is over\u201d, with the so-called tri\u00adumph of Lib\u00ader\u00adal Democ\u00adra\u00adcy and the defeat of Com\u00admu\u00adnism. We must cer\u00adtain\u00adly see now, as we encounter the first turn\u00ading from the seed that was plant\u00aded in 1993, that we face the plain and unde\u00adni\u00adable truth that we are not done with his\u00adto\u00adry, nor she with us.<\/p>\n

We are expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading a world\u00adwide upheaval, between the reemer\u00adgence of Author\u00adi\u00adtar\u00adi\u00adan\u00adism (not that it ever real\u00adly went away), and the strug\u00adgle of Lib\u00ader\u00adal Democ\u00adra\u00adcies, which in many ways is just a con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion or a new for\u00admu\u00adla\u00adtion of the old bat\u00adtles, between and with\u00adin, \u201cthe haves and the have nots\u201d, between old and new elites, as the hope for the future for the vast major\u00adi\u00adty of human\u00adi\u00adty seems to slip fur\u00adther away as they just try to survive.<\/p>\n

The Present Crisis<\/strong>
\nIn the North and the South, in the East and in the West, all lands and peo\u00adples are marked now by the Social Pan\u00addem\u00adic of the pathogens of extreme social schisms, of anar\u00adchic indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adism and suf\u00adfo\u00adcat\u00ading com\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adism, and these are signs that we are at this crit\u00adi\u00adcal turn\u00ading in the Cycle of Uranus and Nep\u00adtune. The old mod\u00adel of bal\u00adanc\u00ading Individuality\/Communality has bro\u00adken down, and the yet to emerge Par\u00ada\u00addigm has not been clear\u00adly stat\u00aded nor act\u00aded upon.<\/p>\n

This world-wide con\u00adfu\u00adsion has pro\u00adduced a cri\u00adsis of order and mean\u00ading\u00adful\u00adness for the many who yearn for a life and world that is \u201cFair and Free\u201d. With\u00adout a sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant major\u00adi\u00adty of peo\u00adple who hold to and act through an accept\u00aded inte\u00adgra\u00adtion of these two ener\u00adgy-forms, we are liv\u00ading through a peri\u00adod that is like an \u201cin-between world\u201d, where extrem\u00adists are dri\u00adving and divid\u00ading us fur\u00adther from one another.<\/p>\n

When either of these ener\u00adgy-forms becomes imbal\u00adanced with the oth\u00ader, we either move towards extreme forms of inde\u00adpen\u00addence, (and break our bonds of fel\u00adlow\u00adship), or we bind our\u00adselves into indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty-deny\u00ading forms of com\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adism, (which can or will lead to the break\u00addown in the integri\u00adty of each mem\u00adber of the group). There is a need for Life, for Spir\u00adit to find itself by being One and True, but it also can only do this by being part of some\u00adthing greater, of belong\u00ading and being formed by some\u00adthing larg\u00ader too. As I like to say, \u201cWe all want to be One of a Kind; but we also can only find our Mean\u00adings and Val\u00adues by being part of some Kind\u201d.<\/p>\n

We are all indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals who are nest\u00aded with\u00adin greater and greater \u201cwholes\u201d or com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties, from the fam\u00adi\u00adly unit, to the imme\u00addi\u00adate com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty, to the region, and state and nation, and ulti\u00admate\u00adly the plan\u00adet itself as our largest space of com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty. But the mean\u00adings and bal\u00adance of the Indi\u00advid\u00adual and Com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty are in great per\u00adil at this time.<\/p>\n

The cycle that began in 1993 has now reached a crit\u00adi\u00adcal moment. It should be appar\u00adent and clear to many if not most peo\u00adple, that we are wit\u00adness\u00ading through\u00adout the world this high\u00ader ten\u00adsion between Free\u00addom and Com\u00admu\u00adnal life-ways, and it is rip\u00adping cul\u00adtures, eth\u00adnic\u00adi\u00adties, com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties and even fam\u00adi\u00adlies into ever more frag\u00adment\u00aded rela\u00adtion\u00adships and groupings.<\/p>\n

Free\u00addom vs. Love<\/strong>
\nOn the one hand, you could say that the Cen\u00adtripetal force of Free\u00addom has become severe\u00adly unbal\u00adanced in its inte\u00adgral rela\u00adtion\u00adship with the Cen\u00adtrifu\u00adgal force of Love. The ego\u00adis\u00adtic, nar\u00adcis\u00adsis\u00adtic, and divi\u00adsive ener\u00adgies appear ascen\u00addant; Love, sac\u00adri\u00adfice and com\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adism are in retreat. As they become unhinged or out of bal\u00adance with one anoth\u00ader, each seem\u00ading\u00adly devolves into a twist\u00aded or warped ver\u00adsion of its high\u00ader nature.<\/p>\n

Yet, it is equal\u00adly true, that in such a time, as Free\u00addom becomes ripped from shared affec\u00adtions, becom\u00ading self\u00adish and nihilis\u00adtic; then equal\u00adly in response, the prin\u00adci\u00adple of Love becomes bound\u00aded by the fear of the unfa\u00admil\u00adiar, affec\u00adtions are nar\u00adrowed and retreat inward\u00adly, to the poi\u00adsoned wells of trib\u00adal attach\u00adments and group\u00adings based on Race, Eth\u00adnic\u00adi\u00adty, Creed and Class. The true com\u00admu\u00adnal foun\u00adda\u00adtions of our com\u00admon ances\u00adtry, that we all can trace our phys\u00adi\u00adcal and spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal roots to the same cause, this essen\u00adtial root of us all seems to devolve, and the Cen\u00adter that is the force that binds the entire uni\u00adverse, true spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Love, that love is lost as soci\u00adeties break apart into dis\u00adso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions, made of fear-filled group\u00adings, tribes formed upon fear, who look upon the \u201cthe oth\u00ader\u201d as the car\u00adri\u00ader of dark\u00adness, blame and fear.<\/p>\n

Yes, it seems all too clear today, that what we have expe\u00adri\u00adenced in the dark\u00adest parts of our his\u00adto\u00adry is crash\u00ading into us once again; fear and hatred are dark\u00aden\u00ading our minds, hearts, and lives. If we were only to go by the news of this past week, we could con\u00adclude that the cata\u00adbol\u00adic forces of fear and hatred are out\u00adpac\u00ading the one abid\u00ading, true and supreme force in this uni\u00adverse, which is Love.<\/p>\n

Orig\u00adi\u00adnal Sin<\/strong>
\nBut we can\u00adnot, nor should we ever retreat or suc\u00adcumb to fear. Why? Because, we can also find com\u00adfort and reas\u00adsur\u00adance that we have faced such times before, and we did take steps to try and right the wrongs of the past, that we did face and accept both the beau\u00adty and the hor\u00adror of how our sto\u00adry began.<\/p>\n

Though our sto\u00adry claims we dis\u00adcov\u00adered a \u201cvir\u00adgin land\u201d, this land was filled with the beau\u00adty of vibrant cul\u00adtures and peo\u00adples, and they were exter\u00admi\u00adnat\u00aded. We were found\u00aded upon Geno\u00adcide<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

Though our founders wrote those immor\u00adtal words, \u201c\u2026that all men are cre\u00adat\u00aded equal\u201d, more than half of them held fel\u00adlow humans as prop\u00ader\u00adty. We were found\u00aded upon Racism<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

This coun\u00adtry is being called to account, to answer the call of Spir\u00adit, where all crea\u00adtures, great and small, where all of life on this plan\u00adet is loved and held sacred; and we should treat any fel\u00adlow human as who they are, a being who is equal to myself, a lumi\u00adnous spark of the divine.<\/p>\n

We can\u00adnot escape our his\u00adto\u00adry, but we need to heal our bro\u00adken minds and hearts. We need to re-build the sto\u00adries we tell one anoth\u00ader, of what our lives are for, why we are here, and what we hope to leave to those who come after. We are only here for such a very short time, and many lives are being lost or short\u00adened because of the sins of the past which cast a dark shad\u00adow upon on our hearts and minds.<\/p>\n

We can take inspi\u00adra\u00adtion from our heroes who rose to their chal\u00adlenge and look around to our present-day heroes risk\u00ading their lives to save oth\u00aders. There is much to give us hope, but there is need on the part of each one of us to re-estab\u00adlish trust in one anoth\u00ader; we need to build our greater faith on kind\u00adli\u00adness and lov\u00ading deeds.<\/p>\n

We can look for inspi\u00adra\u00adtion and guid\u00adance from one anoth\u00ader, in the small\u00ader and greater acts of indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals and their com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties, who are putting aside their dif\u00adfer\u00adences and weav\u00ading togeth\u00ader a new com\u00adpact, a fair\u00ader and more just soci\u00adety. We each have a vital stake in this, we each have many oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties to help our\u00adselves and one anoth\u00ader. We should remem\u00adber the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal truth that is held in our pledge to one anoth\u00ader, and we should hon\u00ador and remem\u00adber our spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal com\u00adpact, which is inscribed upon the Great Seal of our nation\u00adal motto:<\/p>\n

E Pluribus Unum\u2014Out of Many One<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The truth is in the stars; the truth is your heart.<\/p>\n

You know what to do,<\/p>\n

Love one another\u2026<\/p>\n

As we are watch\u00ading the news and events of this time, and our hearts are deeply sad\u00addened by the suf\u00adfer\u00ading, we are equal\u00adly inspired by the those who shine, who save and res\u00adcue and heal those who are in dire need, it is indeed so clear what is going on right now. We are being asked to choose where we stand in the halls and his\u00adto\u00adry of spirit.<\/p>\n
