Whence \u2013 Where \u2013 Whither<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Before we attempt to lift the veil on 2020 and beyond, it is use\u00adful to review the themes and con\u00addi\u00adtions that pre\u00advailed dur\u00ading 2019. Some of these influ\u00adences were in effect for just that year, but many have been the \u201cmovers and shape-shifters\u201d for years past, and most of these will con\u00adtin\u00adue to shape our years ahead too.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn \u2013 The End of an Age<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The pas\u00adsage of Plu\u00adto through Capri\u00adcorn began in 2008 and will con\u00adtin\u00adue into 2024, and I have not\u00aded many times that we find our\u00adselves in a peri\u00adod that res\u00adonates with the pre\u00advi\u00adous pas\u00adsages of Plu\u00adto in this \u201cSign of the Insti\u00adtu\u00adtion\u00adal Order\u201d, (1762\u20131778 and 1516\u20131532). The Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal, Polit\u00adi\u00adcal, Eco\u00adnom\u00adic and Cul\u00adtur\u00adal Insti\u00adtu\u00adtions of our world, rang\u00ading from the most foun\u00adda\u00adtion\u00adal (the fam\u00adi\u00adly) to the most encom\u00adpass\u00ading (Nation\u00adal and Trans-Nation\u00adal orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions), whose sole pur\u00adpose is to func\u00adtion as the mech\u00ada\u00adnisms we cre\u00adat\u00aded to meet our needs for one anoth\u00ader, these very instru\u00adments are being bro\u00adken down. That is because the very type of world and the very type and struc\u00adture of needs we addressed through them has changed. We need to renew and reset what our needs tru\u00adly are; and, we equal\u00adly need to restruc\u00adture how we meet our needs for one another.<\/p>\n

This is the End of an Age, and the Sys\u00adtem that got us to \u201chere\u201d, can\u00adnot take us to \u201cthere\u201d. Our present-day Insti\u00adtu\u00adtion\u00adal order \u201csolved\u201d the issues fac\u00ading humans then. But those very \u201csolu\u00adtions\u201d have become the threat to our human future, and per\u00adhaps for much of life on this plan\u00adet too.<\/p>\n

A New Order, a new Hier\u00adar\u00adchy of Insti\u00adtu\u00adtions to meet human needs will even\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly be cre\u00adat\u00aded out of this peri\u00adod of cre\u00adative destruc\u00adtion. Just like in the 1500\u2019s, and just like in the 1700\u2019s, our time will be the end of an Age and wit\u00adness the birth of a New Age. Some insti\u00adtu\u00adtions will be reformed, some will be decon\u00adstruct\u00aded, and in many areas, we will need to fash\u00adion alto\u00adgeth\u00ader new vehi\u00adcles of meet\u00ading human needs just as we did in the 1500\u2019s and in the 1700\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto is the avatar of Will, the vehi\u00adcle for the expres\u00adsion of Pow\u00ader. The key to the right exer\u00adcise of what\u00adev\u00ader type of pow\u00ader you have is to acknowl\u00adedge that it is not \u201cyour\u201d pow\u00ader. Your true Pow\u00ader comes from, starts with, Self-Con\u00adtrol, in being a cen\u00adtered, spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly aligned human. What\u00adev\u00ader pow\u00ader you assume through some office, whether that be as the head of a fam\u00adi\u00adly, a com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty, a com\u00adpa\u00adny, region or nation, what\u00adev\u00ader that pow\u00ader is, it comes from that office and it is not yours; you are there not for your\u00adself, you are in that posi\u00adtion to work to meet the needs of whomev\u00ader or what\u00adev\u00ader you serve.<\/p>\n

This has always been the test for every human in any age, to devel\u00adop the under\u00adstand\u00ading that the will is to be use first and fore\u00admost for self-con\u00adtrol and for pro\u00adtec\u00adtion of your own sacred space, and it is nev\u00ader to be used to force your way, even for the most right\u00adeous of rea\u00adsons, to nev\u00ader use your pow\u00ader to force anoth\u00ader and bend them to your will. This is the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal crime known as \u201cTres\u00adpass\u00ading\u201d, and while humans fail to abide by this law, we will con\u00adtin\u00adue to \u201chave hell on Earth\u201d.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune in Pisces \u2013 Lift\u00ading the Veil<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

In a way, the con\u00adcur\u00adrent tran\u00adsit of Nep\u00adtune through Pisces can pro\u00advide a con\u00adtext of mean\u00ading and a clear\u00ader under\u00adstand\u00ading with regards to this les\u00adson of Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn. Nep\u00adtune moved into Pisces in 2011 and it will remain there until 2026. If we look at the pre\u00advi\u00adous pas\u00adsage (1848\u20131862), we can bet\u00adter appre\u00adci\u00adate the influ\u00adence it brings to us at this time. (More\u00adover, it is inter\u00adest\u00ading to note, that a pre\u00advi\u00adous pas\u00adsage of Nep\u00adtune through Pisces over\u00adlapped the Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn peri\u00adod of the 1500\u2019s, so that may indi\u00adcate that our peri\u00adod has some greater res\u00ado\u00adnance with that par\u00ada\u00addigm shift).<\/p>\n

As the les\u00adson of Plu\u00adto is to teach us the prop\u00ader use of the Will, which is to use this pow\u00ader and turn it back upon our\u00adselves, to secure our own sacred space and cen\u00adter, to help us be a sacred, spe\u00adcial one among many ones; while, equal\u00adly, Plu\u00adto is there to remind us to nev\u00ader use this pow\u00ader to con\u00adtrol any oth\u00ader nor let any oth\u00ader con\u00adtrol us.<\/p>\n

It is then for us to use our sacred\u00adly cen\u00adtered selves secured by our will, to reach out to one anoth\u00ader. We cre\u00adate shared sacred spaces of engag\u00ading with one anoth\u00ader, which makes pos\u00adsi\u00adble our growth through comb\u00ading one anoth\u00ader, by the use of our wills togeth\u00ader in a mutu\u00adal\u00adly agree\u00adable and ben\u00ade\u00adfi\u00adcial manner.<\/p>\n

Neptune\u2019s mes\u00adsage is almost the \u201coppo\u00adsite\u201d, or per\u00adhaps it is bet\u00adter to say that it reminds us of the para\u00addox\u00adi\u00adcal nature of true spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal under\u00adstand\u00ading and liv\u00ading a life guid\u00aded by spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty. While it is cer\u00adtain the we must be respect\u00adful\u00adly \u201csep\u00ada\u00adrate from one anoth\u00ader\u201d, we must at the same time see through all are var\u00adi\u00adous sep\u00ada\u00adra\u00adtions, bound\u00adaries and bor\u00adders between one anoth\u00ader and at the very same time live with the wis\u00addom an act towards one anoth\u00ader hold\u00ading to anoth\u00ader great spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal truth, that we are all in essence one with one anoth\u00ader. Or as it is said, \u201cWe are all relat\u00aded\u201d, and that if we bring harm to any\u00adone at all, we will cause equal harm to our own true self too.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune is the avatar of the Uni\u00adver\u00adsal ener\u00adgy-form that holds the entire\u00adty of cre\u00adation as it is. This is the Truth: There is but One Life, there is but One Spir\u00adit, and One Mind, and it holds the whole of Cre\u00adation as one, (the many ones held as One), by the Ener\u00adgy-form you know as Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal or Uni\u00adver\u00adsal Love. Through this Ener\u00adgy-Form, the bound\u00adaries between the hier\u00adar\u00adchies and ranges of enti\u00adties are tran\u00adscend\u00aded, and it is this expe\u00adri\u00adence which is the true seed for your expe\u00adri\u00adence of com\u00adpas\u00adsion and empa\u00adthy between one anoth\u00ader and real\u00adly between all life-forms.<\/p>\n

But just as the Will of Plu\u00adto can be mis\u00adap\u00adplied and lead to very destruc\u00adtive con\u00addi\u00adtions, Nep\u00adtun\u00adian ener\u00adgies may trig\u00adger and pow\u00ader, (by the mis\u00adun\u00adder\u00adstand\u00ading or mis\u00adap\u00adpli\u00adca\u00adtion of this dissolving\/transcending ener\u00adgy-form), the rise of illu\u00adsions, delu\u00adsions and decep\u00adtions. The grow\u00ading divide between var\u00adi\u00adous peo\u00adples with\u00adin com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties, between regions and coun\u00adtries, has cre\u00adat\u00aded a cacoph\u00ado\u00adny of con\u00adfu\u00adsion and mis\u00adun\u00adder\u00adstand\u00adings, and the loss of agree\u00adment as to what is real. All of this is the unfor\u00adtu\u00adnate con\u00adse\u00adquence of what we are expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading glob\u00adal\u00adly, which is a par\u00ada\u00addigm shift of under\u00adstand\u00ading, a break\u00ading of an old spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal order because a new, more Inclu\u00adsive Con\u00adscious\u00adness is required now.<\/p>\n

We are between an old real\u00adi\u00adty and the dawn of anoth\u00ader, and until this shift, our shift, is more com\u00adplete, we are expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading events through frac\u00adtured lens\u00ades. We are hold\u00ading to, or being held by, extreme\u00adly con\u00adtrary points of view, and so we live in very dif\u00adfer\u00adent real\u00adi\u00adties and our mutu\u00adal under\u00adstand\u00ading has become bro\u00adken and sun\u00addered from one anoth\u00ader. Indeed, as William But\u00adler Yeats wrote in The Sec\u00adond Com\u00ading<\/em>, \u201c\u2026the \u201ccen\u00adter can\u00adnot hold; mere anar\u00adchy is loosed upon the world\u2026The best lack all con\u00advic\u00adtion, while the worst are full of pas\u00adsion\u00adate inten\u00adsi\u00adty\u201d. To those who look upon our careen\u00ading world, there seems to be no way to cre\u00adate or find a cen\u00adter for us all to hold to, for there is none with\u00adin us to be found.<\/p>\n

But we have been here before, and our ances\u00adtors found a way, they returned to \u201cThe Way\u201d. At times like these, but tru\u00adly always and for\u00adev\u00ader, it is very impor\u00adtant to keep your\u00adself cen\u00adtered upon \u201cyour True Self\u201d, and to the eter\u00adnal and sacred truths which are in your heart and form the very foun\u00adda\u00adtions for all Ener\u00adgy-Forms through\u00adout this Uni\u00adverse. The Truth is in you, and it sur\u00adrounds you too. Lis\u00adten to your calm, clear intu\u00adition when in doubt. Lis\u00adten to your heart, and you will always take care of your\u00adself and one anoth\u00ader. Fol\u00adlow the ways of the \u201cLone\u00adly Ones\u201d, who hold true to the path of love and right\u00adeous\u00adness. You will find the path in the sacred texts at the heart of every reli\u00adgion, and equal\u00adly in the wise coun\u00adsel shared in the heart-teach\u00adings of all phi\u00adlos\u00ado\u00adphy, and most impor\u00adtant\u00adly, by lis\u00adten\u00ading to you own com\u00admon sense and lov\u00ading heart, you will find your way to \u201cthe Way\u201d.<\/p>\n

Be guid\u00aded by the Wise Ones, who know there is no reli\u00adgion high\u00ader than Truth.
\nWalk the path of the Great-Souls, who prac\u00adtice the Wis\u00addom of Love.
\nFind inspi\u00adra\u00adtion in the Lone\u00adly Ones, their Will\u00ading-Sac\u00adri\u00adfice hon\u00adored by
\nthe Angels and Devas above.
