You walk the path of self-unfold\u00adment, to become what you are to become. Your jour\u00adney is long, the lessons are many. But there are some who have gone ahead; they have accom\u00adplished what must be done. They have shown the way. Their life, their mes\u00adsage is a gift that lifts your spir\u00adit as you strug\u00adgle to under\u00adstand what is it all for; and in the sto\u00adry of the Bud\u00addha we have the reas\u00adsur\u00adance that no one will be left behind, the door will not be shut, \u2019til all have come back home again<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Today we cel\u00ade\u00adbrate what many con\u00adsid\u00ader the great\u00adest of these Great Souls, The Bud\u00addha. Sid\u00addh\u0101rtha Gau\u00adta\u00adma was said to have been born at the Full Moon of Tau\u00adrus; achieved Enlight\u00aden\u00adment at the Full Moon of Tau\u00adrus; and left of his own voli\u00adtion the human phys\u00adi\u00adcal form at the Full Moon of Tau\u00adrus. The teach\u00adings that he shared are some of the purest expres\u00adsions of the Ancient Teachings.<\/p>\n

The Ancient Wis\u00addom has been passed down from the begin\u00adning of time; it forms the core of under\u00adstand\u00ading behind Sci\u00adence, Phi\u00adlos\u00ado\u00adphy and Religion\u2026and Astrol\u00ado\u00adgy. At times more revealed, and in times more obscured, it endures as the promise that there is a pur\u00adpose to your jour\u00adney and a path that you must fol\u00adlow. Yet, ulti\u00admate\u00adly our mov\u00ading into forms caus\u00ades suf\u00adfer\u00ading, because each form is lim\u00adit\u00aded and must even\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly fail us.<\/p>\n

The Bud\u00addha\u2019s mes\u00adsage, which is so beau\u00adti\u00adful\u00adly demon\u00adstrat\u00aded by the Sun in Tau\u00adrus and the Full Moon in Scor\u00adpio today, is that the jour\u00adney of Spir\u00adit is from the Un-Man\u00adi\u00adfest to the Man\u00adi\u00adfest, from Pure Poten\u00adtial to Mag\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcent Fullness\u2026and back again. This is your jour\u00adney, to go out into the Uni\u00adverse and by your con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00adous \u201cbecom\u00ading\u201d, to evolve through your expe\u00adri\u00adence of Spir\u00adit in Mat\u00adter-Forms. You move from the Ide\u00adal of Val\u00adue and Beau\u00adty, to Val\u00adue and Beau\u00adty Real\u00adized. But your true nature is Spir\u00adit, and it is always about this jour\u00adney of Spir\u00adit, and so you must con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00adous\u00adly move through the forms, and not stay in any form.<\/p>\n

Bud\u00addha taught that the nature of your mate\u00adr\u00adi\u00adal exis\u00adtence leads to suf\u00adfer\u00ading because you become attached to the form of val\u00adue. He showed that the way to peace, the way back home to your Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal home, is through devel\u00adop\u00ading the \u201cWay of non-attach\u00adment\u201d. The key to life\u2026is to be the light flow\u00ading through the forms, breath\u00ading life into the forms, but not iden\u00adti\u00adfy\u00ading with the forms of existence.<\/p>\n

This is the great mes\u00adsage of the Tau\u00adrus Full Moon. That pre\u00adcise\u00adly when you feel most strong\u00adly the life force surg\u00ading, and all of the delights of Mate\u00adr\u00adi\u00adal Cre\u00adation are arrayed before you so that you wish to hold onto the form of val\u00adue, when all your sens\u00ades are aroused, and you are most keen\u00adly aware of your phys\u00adi\u00adcal self, it is then that you need to remind your\u00adself that this is only for a time.<\/p>\n

Yes, you should gaze with won\u00adder at the dawn of a new day, and dance in cel\u00ade\u00adbra\u00adtion at the resplen\u00addent abun\u00addance of life increas\u00ading, but you must always be ready to release the val\u00adue-spir\u00adit behind the form when the day is done. The les\u00adson of Bud\u00addha is that even as we cel\u00ade\u00adbrate and move through the forms of val\u00adue, we must devel\u00adop in equal mea\u00adsure our capac\u00adi\u00adty for non-attach\u00adment to the form.<\/p>\n

You left long ago on a jour\u00adney of self-real\u00adiza\u00adtion, of self-unfold\u00adment, of becom\u00ading. You start\u00aded as an unself-con\u00adscious spark of the Divine. You will return when you have achieved a ful\u00adly awak\u00adened con\u00adscious\u00adness, which is your gift that you offer to the Spir\u00adit upon your return. How far away that is no one can say.<\/p>\n

You can take com\u00adfort in the knowl\u00adedge that your jour\u00adney is guid\u00aded, encour\u00adaged and inspired by those who have gone before you. For at the end of the path, The Great Ones, the \u201cBud\u00addhas of Com\u00adpas\u00adsion\u201d stand, watch and wait for you to return. This is the Bud\u00addha\u2019s great sac\u00adri\u00adfice; that although he has fin\u00adished his jour\u00adney in the human form, he will not cross over till all have com\u00adplet\u00aded their jour\u00adney. The door will not be shut.<\/p>\n
