Plu\u00adto was a great chal\u00adlenge to Oba\u00adma in 2010, but what a dif\u00adfer\u00adence a year makes. For 2011 and much of 2012 he will be under a most favor\u00adable trine of his Plu\u00adto by Plu\u00adto. And this at a time when the USA<\/span> is under\u00adgo\u00ading the Plu\u00adto oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion to Jupiter could pro\u00advide one of the means by which the US<\/span> is able to make the most of that opposition.<\/em><\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto rules the willpow\u00ader, which is the true source of our abil\u00adi\u00adty to bring about self-change inter\u00adnal\u00adly, and which also cre\u00adates our abil\u00adi\u00adty to help bring about changes exter\u00adnal\u00adly.
