This is the sec\u00adond Solar Eclipse of the year. Here is what I wrote about this in my Overview for 2011<\/a>:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Solar Eclipse of June 1 her\u00adalds a new series of lessons for us since it occurs in Gem\u00adi\u00adni. The Lunar nodes are mov\u00ading from Cancer\/Capricorn to Gemini\/Sagittarius. Yes, that\u2019s right, these points in space move \u201cback\u00adwards\u201d through the Zodi\u00adac. They are estab\u00adlished by two inter\u00adsect\u00ading \u201cspheres\u201d formed from the orbital paths of the Earth around the Sun, and the Moon around the Earth. Where those two orbits inter\u00adsect is the time, every 6 months, where the Sun, Moon and Earth line up with one anoth\u00ader. This is what allows for there to be the phe\u00adnom\u00ade\u00adnon of the Moon\u2019s shad\u00adow pass\u00ading across the Earth (Solar Eclipse), or the shad\u00adow of the Earth pass\u00ading across the Moon (Lunar Eclipse).<\/em><\/p>\n

The June 1 Gem\u00adi\u00adni Solar Eclipse is say\u00ading that in order to use this new release of ener\u00adgy that comes at a New Moon, you will first have to go back and repair, cor\u00adrect or fin\u00adish some aspect of your think\u00ading. Gem\u00adi\u00adni rules intel\u00adli\u00adgence, but true intel\u00adli\u00adgence is found\u00aded upon crit\u00adi\u00adcal self-aware\u00adness. Just hav\u00ading the \u201cright\u201d answer does not make you spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly intel\u00adli\u00adgent; the real issue is are you ask\u00ading the right question?<\/em><\/p>\n

At a \u201cnor\u00admal\u201d New Moon you get a release of new mean\u00ading, a new dis\u00adpen\u00adsa\u00adtion of ener\u00adgy, to inspire and inform the next step in your con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00ading unfold\u00adment of spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal poten\u00adtial. But dur\u00ading the Eclipse New Moon a shad\u00adow (the past) falls upon you. There is a need to work out some old karmic les\u00adson before you can move for\u00adward. The shad\u00adow rep\u00adre\u00adsents some\u00adthing hid\u00adden; or a blind spot in your aware\u00adness that obscures the mes\u00adsage of the New Moon.<\/p>\n

One of the prin\u00adci\u00adple gifts of Gem\u00adi\u00adni is in the adapt\u00adabil\u00adi\u00adty of your mind; you pos\u00adsess a unique fac\u00adul\u00adty that allows, even encour\u00adages you to con\u00adsid\u00ader alter\u00adnate points of view or per\u00adspec\u00adtives. But even so you devel\u00adop pat\u00adterns or habits of obser\u00adva\u00adtion, assess\u00adment and deter\u00admi\u00adna\u00adtion. You encounter an event, phe\u00adnom\u00ade\u00adna or indi\u00advid\u00adual and \u201cclas\u00adsi\u00adfy and type\u201d it or them. If this is done too often with\u00adout being sub\u00adject to self-reex\u00adam\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtion, blind spots will devel\u00adop. You will fail to see what is real\u00adly before you. You get stuck in your more lim\u00adit\u00aded or biased point of view and errors will be made\u2026You need a re-boot!<\/p>\n

Think of the Eclipse as an oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty to do just that. It is a very visu\u00adal reminder that although you believe that you have per\u00adceived some\u00adthing \u201ctru\u00adly\u201d, you have also, inevitably, fall\u00aden into error because your per\u00adcep\u00adtions are limited\u2026you have a \u201cblind spot\u201d.<\/p>\n

You need to shift your per\u00adspec\u00adtive, chal\u00adlenge your assump\u00adtions and shine the light of your mind from anoth\u00ader angle. Remem\u00adber, your point of view is like a very bright light illu\u00admi\u00adnat\u00ading the mat\u00adter before you while also cre\u00adat\u00ading a very strong shad\u00adow, (what you do not per\u00adceive). You need to move your mind\/light to anoth\u00ader angle so as to reduce the shadow.<\/p>\n

Think of this New Moon as a new begin\u00adning in your way of observ\u00ading the world around you. Chal\u00adlenge your\u00adself to look at your life from a dif\u00adfer\u00adent or alter\u00adnate set of assump\u00adtions. See what you might have been miss\u00ading; cel\u00ade\u00adbrate some new dis\u00adcov\u00adery or point of aware\u00adness. Ask a ques\u00adtion; ask again, but from anoth\u00ader point of view. And repeat.<\/p>\n

Remem\u00adber, always approach your world with wonder\u2026question every\u00adthing! You will be amazed; you will be amazing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
