INTRODUCTION<\/span>:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The gen\u00ader\u00adal out\u00adlook for 2012 is defined by the major align\u00adment of Uranus and Plu\u00adto, a square aspect that will con\u00adtin\u00adue to shape our lives well on into 2015. This is the first major align\u00adment since their con\u00adjunc\u00adtion in the 1960\u2019s\u2026do you remem\u00adber or know about what hap\u00adpened in the 60\u2019s? Well, then you should know that we are in for a bumpy ride indeed!<\/p>\n

The wax\u00ading square of these two trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion\u00adal plan\u00adets, an influ\u00adence that has been increas\u00ading\u00adly felt by the world over the last cou\u00adple of years, will be the pri\u00adma\u00adry dri\u00adver for per\u00adson\u00adal and social change for the next sev\u00ader\u00adal years. I will look at their influ\u00adence gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly, which is what is termed their Tran\u00adsit to Tran\u00adsit align\u00adment. Then dur\u00ading this year, and in fol\u00adlow\u00ading years, exam\u00adine how their align\u00adment with one anoth\u00ader also inter\u00adsects var\u00adi\u00adous impor\u00adtant charts in the world in what are termed Tran\u00adsit to Natal aspects.<\/p>\n

The analy\u00adsis of the Uranus\/Pluto align\u00adment will be split up into sev\u00ader\u00adal seg\u00adments or postings.<\/p>\n

There are, of course, a num\u00adber of oth\u00ader \u201cless\u00ader\u201d align\u00adments or phe\u00adnom\u00ade\u00adna that will take place over the next 12 months and I will briefly note them, sav\u00ading their actu\u00adal dates of activ\u00adi\u00adty for detailed analy\u00adsis. Among the most sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant of these devel\u00adop\u00adments will be the final entry of the plan\u00adet Nep\u00adtune into its own sign of Pisces where it will stay until 2026; the plan\u00adet Sat\u00adurn mov\u00ading from Libra into Scor\u00adpio in Octo\u00adber; the plan\u00adet Mars going ret\u00adro\u00adgrade from late Jan\u00adu\u00adary till mid April; the plan\u00adet Venus mov\u00ading ret\u00adro\u00adgrade from mid May till the end of June; along with the usu\u00adal year\u00adly shifts such as the Solar and Lunar eclipses as well as Mer\u00adcury retrogrades.<\/p>\n

I will then turn to the more spe\u00adcif\u00adic analy\u00adsis of Tran\u00adsit to Natal align\u00adments focus\u00ading upon the Unit\u00aded States and Preis\u00addent Oba\u00adma\u2019s charts.<\/p>\n

The Cycles of the Out\u00ader Plan\u00adets \u2014 Gifts of the Spirit<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The cycles of the 3 out\u00ader\u00admost plan\u00adets, (Uranus, Nep\u00adtune and Plu\u00adto), their move\u00adment around the zodi\u00adac indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adly and their inter\u00adsect\u00ading aspects with one anoth\u00ader, cre\u00adate fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal and long-wave releas\u00ades of spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal forces, what I like to think of as trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion\u00adal Gifts of the Spir\u00adit<\/em> that dri\u00adve and deter\u00admine per\u00adson\u00adal and social devel\u00adop\u00adments for us on Earth.<\/p>\n

When we con\u00adsid\u00ader the cycle of each plan\u00adet through the 12 signs of the zodi\u00adac we can see how each plan\u00adet brings to bear its influ\u00adence through the mean\u00ading of that sign for def\u00adi\u00adnite peri\u00adods. Their cycles are: Uranus approx\u00adi\u00admate\u00adly 84 years, or 7 years in a sign; Nep\u00adtune about 164 years, or about 14 years in a sign and Plu\u00adto approx\u00adi\u00admate\u00adly 245 years, which because of its high\u00adly eccen\u00adtric orbit is in a sign for 12 to 32 years. Their orbits form a ratio from Uranus to Plu\u00adto of about 1 to 2 to 3.<\/p>\n

When we con\u00adsid\u00ader the rela\u00adtion\u00adship of these 3 plan\u00adets to one anoth\u00ader, that is their inter\u00adsect\u00ading cycles, we have the fol\u00adlow\u00ading cycles of them mov\u00ading from one con\u00adjunc\u00adtion to their next con\u00adjunc\u00adtion with one anoth\u00ader: Neptune\/Pluto about 492 years; Uranus\/Neptune about 172 years; and (the one we are cur\u00adrent\u00adly sub\u00adject to) Uranus\/Pluto about 110\u2013140 years.<\/p>\n

These 3 cycles cre\u00adate releas\u00ades of dif\u00adfer\u00adent forms of spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal quick\u00aden\u00ading for per\u00adson\u00adal and social devel\u00adop\u00adments here on Earth. Each has its own char\u00adac\u00adter and role to play and we have been the recip\u00adi\u00adents of all 3 releas\u00ading new seeds of devel\u00adop\u00adment in the last 100+ years. We expe\u00adri\u00adenced the longer wave cycle of Nep\u00adtune con\u00adjunct Plu\u00adto in 1891\u201392; we received the sec\u00adond lev\u00adel release of Uranus con\u00adjunct Nep\u00adtune in 1993; and we expe\u00adri\u00adenced the third lev\u00adel of Uranus con\u00adjunct Plu\u00adto in 1965\u201366.<\/p>\n

What we are expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading now is the next step of that Uranus\/Pluto seed\u00ading, the unfold\u00adment of that ini\u00adtial release of spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal ener\u00adgy that we received in 1965\u201366 has now reached the moment where they are at the point of being one quar\u00adter the way around their cycle, and we must face choic\u00ades and make decisions.<\/p>\n

**As a point of inter\u00adest we should note that the most sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant align\u00adment all three plan\u00adets can have with one anoth\u00ader, their triple or Super Con\u00adjunc\u00adtion (all 3 being in the same zodi\u00ada\u00adcal space), which should be con\u00adsid\u00adered as the most sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant seed\u00ading of spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal ener\u00adgies pos\u00adsi\u00adble, last took place about 580 BC<\/span>. This was of course the peri\u00adod which wit\u00adnessed the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal teach\u00adings that were offered to the world by such great souls as Con\u00adfu\u00adcius, Bud\u00addha, Lao Tzu, Zoroast\u00ader, Pythago\u00adras and many oth\u00aders whose wis\u00addom and influ\u00adence still guides us today. (If you are curi\u00adous, the next super con\u00adjunc\u00adtion\u00adal release of Spir\u00adit will take place around 3,368).<\/p>\n

But let us turn now to our chal\u00adlenge and our opportunity\u2026<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Roles of Uranus &<\/span> Pluto <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

To meet the chal\u00adlenges and seize the oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties of Uranus square Plu\u00adto we need to under\u00adstand the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal nature of what their rela\u00adtion\u00adship cre\u00adates gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly, and see what their most recent align\u00adments might pro\u00advide as insights into our present stage in the ever-unfold\u00ading becom\u00ading of our spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal poten\u00adtials. We espe\u00adcial\u00adly need to under\u00adstand what their last con\u00adjunc\u00adtion released, and what we need to do to face the chal\u00adlenge pre\u00adsent\u00aded by the square we meet now.<\/p>\n

The three out\u00ader plan\u00adets should be viewed as the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal agents of trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion; they are emis\u00adsaries from the cos\u00admos that cre\u00adate the poten\u00adtial for each and every one of us to move beyond our mere con\u00addi\u00adtioned self, the self defined and delim\u00adit\u00aded by our Sat\u00adurn\u00adian mold\u00adings and struc\u00adtures. They do not \u201ccause\u201d our devel\u00adop\u00adment but serve to elic\u00adit, quick\u00aden and sup\u00adport our spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal unfold\u00adment and evo\u00adlu\u00adtion, which would even\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly unfold since all of \u201cThat\u201d, our poten\u00adtial to become, is con\u00adtained with\u00adin our monadic self, but it would devel\u00adop at a much slow\u00ader pace. They are tru\u00adly Gifts of the Spir\u00adit<\/em>, lift\u00ading us up upon that steep\u00ader, truer path of ful\u00adfill\u00adment. Uranus is said to rule high\u00ader Mind, Nep\u00adtune to rule high\u00ader Love and Plu\u00adto to rule high\u00ader Will. Togeth\u00ader they are said to rep\u00adre\u00adsent the 3 aspects of the Divine work\u00ading in our world; The Mind, The Love and The Will of the Divine for our Solar System.<\/p>\n

This is why the cycle align\u00adments of Uranus and Plu\u00adto gov\u00adern the cre\u00adative, dynam\u00adic and cathar\u00adtic inter\u00adsec\u00adtions of Mind and Will. It is Uranus\u2019 role to be the instru\u00adment for the release of new idea forms, (Seed Ideas), that quick\u00aden the devel\u00adop\u00adment of thought in our world. At its most basic, yet equal\u00adly most pro\u00adfound lev\u00adel, the entire\u00adty of cre\u00adation can be seen as pure con\u00adscious\u00adness. That means that the hier\u00adar\u00adchies of all forms of exis\u00adtence in this cos\u00admos, from the small\u00adest to the great\u00adest, are the count\u00adless instances of the uni\u00adverse com\u00ading to con\u00adscious\u00adly know itself (\u201cI am THAT<\/span>, I am!\u201d). But Mind alone is not all\u2026<\/p>\n

It is Plu\u00adto\u2019s role to be the instru\u00adment of form\u00ading the bound\u00adaries in our Space, the spaces of Space with\u00adin which each Mon\u00adad unfolds and devel\u00adops; Plu\u00adto rules the pow\u00ader of the Will which is the pow\u00ader to shape and re-shape (or trans\u00adform) Space itself. From the high\u00adest to the low\u00adest, each mon\u00adad, each spark of the Divine, unfolds and devel\u00adops with\u00adin its space with\u00adin Space, yet each mon\u00adad will always be fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal\u00adly part of each and every oth\u00ader mon\u00adad because they have all come from and con\u00adtin\u00adue their exis\u00adtence in and through the One.<\/p>\n

The pro\u00adgres\u00adsive devel\u00adop\u00adment of each and every mon\u00adad or spir\u00adit, from the low\u00adest forms of exis\u00adtence to forms beyond our present capac\u00adi\u00adty to com\u00adpre\u00adhend, requires the bend\u00ading and trans\u00adform\u00ading of the spaces of Space for each mon\u00adad to devel\u00adop with\u00adin. This devel\u00adop\u00adment of Space, and of the bound\u00adaries between each and every mon\u00adad\u2019s sacred space of self, is gov\u00aderned by the Will.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto for us rules this for\u00adma\u00adtion and trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion by the will; and in this cycle with Uranus, Plu\u00adto reveals the trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion\u00adal pow\u00ader of the release of new ideas and new forms of think\u00ading upon exist\u00ading struc\u00adtures or spaces.<\/p>\n

This is their dynam\u00adic inter\u00adplay: New ideas lead to new spaces and rela\u00adtion\u00adships for spir\u00adit to devel\u00adop through; but those bound\u00aded spaces even\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly begin to prove lim\u00adit\u00ading to the fur\u00adther devel\u00adop\u00adment of spir\u00adit; and so new idea forms are released to estab\u00adlish new for\u00adma\u00adtions of space and rela\u00adtion\u00adships; and so all mon\u00adads, includ\u00ading us, can con\u00adtin\u00adue their unfold\u00adment through Life-Consciousness-Spirit.<\/p>\n

So let us turn to the ques\u00adtion of our time, to see what has been revealed and required by this cycle in the lat\u00adest series of align\u00adments of Uranus and Plu\u00adto, and what might be in store for us in the next sev\u00ader\u00adal years\u2026<\/p>\n

 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Uranus\/Pluto Cycle<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

To under\u00adstand what is before us we must remem\u00adber, remem\u00adber that we have been mov\u00ading through a series of cycles, and turn\u00ading points with\u00adin cycles, for a very long time indeed. To tru\u00adly under\u00adstand where we are now, and what lies ahead, we do need to con\u00adsid\u00ader what we have emerged from.<\/p>\n

The Uranus\/Pluto square that we face is the next step in a series of seed-forms that was most recent\u00adly renewed in 1965\u201366 when Uranus and Plu\u00adto formed their last con\u00adjunc\u00adtion in the sign of Vir\u00adgo. Much as in their pre\u00advi\u00adous con\u00adjunc\u00adtions of 1710 in Leo and 1850\u201351 in Aries, this encounter of Mind and Will brought about a trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion of thought-forms and spa\u00adtial rela\u00adtion\u00adships or bound\u00adaries. Cer\u00adtain\u00adly any\u00adone present dur\u00ading the 1960\u2019s or look\u00ading back upon that peri\u00adod can note the extra\u00ador\u00addi\u00adnary degree to which change erupt\u00aded across the planet.<\/p>\n

Uranus rul\u00ading Mind (as well as Inde\u00adpen\u00addence, Free\u00addom and Inven\u00adtive\u00adness) when com\u00adbined with and cat\u00adalyzed by Plu\u00adto rul\u00ading Will (as well as Trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion, Con\u00adtrol and Rebirth) togeth\u00ader quick\u00adened devel\u00adop\u00adments in our world in almost every are\u00adna. Tech\u00adno\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal advances then gave birth to our wired world of today along with med\u00adical dis\u00adcov\u00ader\u00adies that have now pushed us to the edge of the pow\u00ader to cre\u00adate life itself. Per\u00adson\u00adal, social and glob\u00adal trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtions erupt\u00aded through\u00adout the social sphere as waves of social progress were released for Civ\u00adil Rights, Wom\u00aden\u2019s Rights, the Free Speech &<\/span> Peace Move\u00adments and many, many others.<\/p>\n

But the com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion of Uranus and Plu\u00adto releas\u00ades ener\u00adgies which form reac\u00adtions that are not uni\u00addi\u00adrec\u00adtion\u00adal; as much as new Ideas and new Spaces emerge at such a time they do so with\u00adin, and often in reac\u00adtion to, the exist\u00ading par\u00ada\u00addigms of thought and struc\u00adture. The emer\u00adgent spir\u00adit of \u201cthe New\u201d chal\u00adlenges the entrenched spir\u00adit of \u201cthe old ways\u201d, and so a strug\u00adgle is waged in all spheres. Whether the forces for change bub\u00adble up from below, or are imposed from above, equal\u00adly the push back or resis\u00adtance to change can come from either realm.<\/p>\n

As much as the new ideas cre\u00adate new spaces and new forms of rela\u00adtion\u00adships, the old order will seek to exert its Free\u00addom (Uranus) and use exist\u00ading pow\u00ader (Will\/Pluto) to resist and turn back the tides of change. This too is part of the dynam\u00adic, spi\u00adral evo\u00adlu\u00adtion of Spir\u00adit, part of the \u201cthe plan\u201d so to speak, for as much as there may be tremen\u00addous gains in doing away with the \u201cold order\u201d, there is much that would be lost and should be pre\u00adserved as well. And equal\u00adly, the mere emer\u00adgence of new ways of think\u00ading does not in fact mean that it is always \u201cbet\u00adter\u201d. So, a strug\u00adgle ensues between the forces of transformation\/revolution and the forces for preservation\/reaction.<\/p>\n

What was released by the Uranus\/Pluto con\u00adjunc\u00adtion in the Six\u00adties con\u00adtin\u00adued to work itself through the hier\u00adar\u00adchies of mate\u00adr\u00adi\u00adal, per\u00adson\u00adal and social orders, trans\u00adform\u00ading what was, but with ebbs and flows, progress and regres\u00adsions, until we approach the next turn\u00ading in their cycle\u2026<\/p>\n

This is what we have been feel\u00ading now for the last cou\u00adple of years, we have been draw\u00ading clos\u00ader to the next piv\u00adot point and we have expe\u00adri\u00adenced a fore\u00adshad\u00adow\u00ading, we have felt the head winds blow\u00ading stronger and stronger as we move to the next fork in our journey\u2026<\/p>\n

Now we are here and we should meet with great expectan\u00adcy the next phase of this spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal drama\u2026We face chal\u00adlenges, choic\u00ades and deci\u00adsions and we can no longer post\u00adpone the inevitable\u2026<\/p>\n

For this is to be the time in which we choose which future we wish to live in.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Uranus in Aries, Plu\u00adto in Capricorn<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Uranus in Aries will square Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn from 2012 till 2015. What was released in 1965\u201366 as a new dis\u00adpen\u00adsa\u00adtion, a new dynam\u00adic in the rela\u00adtion\u00adship of Mind and Will, between the Indi\u00advid\u00adual Spir\u00adit and the Col\u00adlec\u00adtive Order, will now reach a cross\u00adroads in their dynam\u00adic dance of Thought and Space.<\/p>\n

The last time Uranus and Plu\u00adto squared one anoth\u00ader was 1932 to 1934. Remark\u00adably Uranus was in Aries then too, while Plu\u00adto was in the oppo\u00adsite sign to now, in Can\u00adcer. That was indeed a time of great chal\u00adlenge and change, but it was a wan\u00ading square of Uranus\/Pluto. A wan\u00ading square is a time for \u201cdecon\u00adstruc\u00adtion\u201d; it is a time for a cri\u00adsis of con\u00adscious\u00adness that expos\u00ades the ideas that must be chal\u00adlenged, test\u00aded and tran\u00adscend\u00aded so that bet\u00adter spaces for spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal growth may develop.<\/p>\n

This time we are expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading a wax\u00ading square, so this is a cri\u00adsis of for\u00adma\u00adtion, a time to make a choice about what to be cen\u00adtered upon, a time to estab\u00adlish deep\u00ader, truer foun\u00adda\u00adtions\u2026 it is a time for action. This turn\u00ading point will build upon the themes that were released at the con\u00adjunc\u00adtion (dur\u00ading the Six\u00adties), but those themes (and counter-themes) have now reached a crit\u00adi\u00adcal mass. What is put before us, or bet\u00adter, what we have put before our\u00adselves is a cross\u00adroads which demands that we choose one path or anoth\u00ader. We should look upon it as an oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty for build\u00ading a New World more than the decon\u00adstruc\u00adtion of an Old World.<\/p>\n

To under\u00adstand the nature of the chal\u00adlenge and choice we must look to the mes\u00adsage bear\u00aders of this turn\u00ading, to jux\u00adta\u00adpose Uranus in Aries with Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn. By exam\u00adin\u00ading each plan\u00adet\u2019s func\u00adtion as focused through the sign they are in will guide us to the deep\u00ader mean\u00ading of this moment.<\/p>\n

The Two Themes:  Uranus in Aries &<\/span> Plu\u00adto in Capricorn <\/strong><\/p>\n

Uranus in Aries<\/strong><\/p>\n

Uranus is squar\u00ading Plu\u00adto from the sign of Aries, so we must under\u00adstand what the mes\u00adsage of Uranus in Aries means. The gen\u00ader\u00adal theme for Uranus in Aries is that this is a time for the resur\u00adgence of Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adism, Ide\u00adal\u00adism and Inven\u00adtions. Uranus here acts a cat\u00ada\u00adlyst for cre\u00adativ\u00adi\u00adty in the sci\u00adences, arts and social orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions. Tru\u00adly it is a time that we expe\u00adri\u00adence the re-emer\u00adgence of new forms of true Lead\u00ader\u00adship as this time calls out for trail-blaz\u00aders in all walks of life.<\/p>\n

Though the past can\u00adnot be a per\u00adfect pre\u00addic\u00adtor of the future, it still can pro\u00advide some out\u00adline as to the effects of this expe\u00adri\u00adence. The last two times for Uranus in Aries were 1843\u20131851 and 1927\u20131935. In the 1840\u2019s the US<\/span> was trans\u00adformed as indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals and fam\u00adi\u00adlies joined togeth\u00ader in a great pil\u00adgrim\u00adage across the coun\u00adtry to the Cal\u00adi\u00adfor\u00adnia and Ore\u00adgon ter\u00adri\u00adto\u00adries, which was then great\u00adly stim\u00adu\u00adlat\u00aded by the gold rush that began in 1848. The coun\u00adtry was being bound togeth\u00ader through the pro\u00adlif\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtion of rail\u00adroads and the inven\u00adtion of the tele\u00adgraph. The feel\u00ading of a spe\u00adcial pur\u00adpose seized many with the claim of a \u201cMan\u00adi\u00adfest Destiny\u201d.<\/p>\n

In the late 1920\u2019s into the 30\u2019s Uranus in Aries accom\u00adpa\u00adnied the dev\u00adas\u00adta\u00adtion wrought by the Great Depres\u00adsion; Uranus helped to bring to a soci\u00adety and a cul\u00adture (that need\u00aded it) a whole range of inven\u00adtive spirit\u00aded\u00adness, which led to rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtions in tech\u00adnolo\u00adgies, indus\u00adtry and in social orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions and gov\u00adern\u00adment. Again, bold lead\u00ader\u00adship was need\u00aded and rose to meet the challenge.<\/p>\n

For us now, we can and should hope that as Uranus moves through Aries from 2010\u201319 that we too will wit\u00adness the present pauci\u00adty of lead\u00ader\u00adship giv\u00ading way to true lead\u00aders who inspire us as our cri\u00adsis unfolds. Cer\u00adtain\u00adly we have already seen numer\u00adous exam\u00adples of new forms of leading\/organizing emerg\u00ading in this time. The dra\u00admat\u00adic evi\u00addence of the inter\u00adsec\u00adtion of new forms of con\u00adnect\u00ading and the desire for greater indi\u00advid\u00adual free\u00addoms have been made man\u00adi\u00adfest around the world, from across the Mid\u00addle East, through Europe (includ\u00ading Rus\u00adsia now), and on to Amer\u00adi\u00adca with the Tea Par\u00adty on one side and Occu\u00adpy Wall Street on the oth\u00ader, and fur\u00adther on across to the rum\u00adblings now com\u00ading out of China\u2026all across the globe there is a quick\u00aden\u00ading of the Spirit\u2026and much of that we should know is because Uranus is again in Aries\u2026But of course, there is some\u00adthing more, much more at work on us and in our world at this time.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto in Capricorn<\/strong><\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto is form\u00ading its square with Uranus from the sign of Capri\u00adcorn, and so just as with Uranus we must seek to under\u00adstand the expe\u00adri\u00adence of what Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn brings. Plu\u00adto rules the Will, the pow\u00ader to shape and re-shape spaces, it rules the pow\u00ader of con\u00adtrol; it brings this influ\u00adence to bear in Capri\u00adcorn by either serv\u00ading to main\u00adtain or trans\u00adform the hier\u00adar\u00adchi\u00adcal worlds of cul\u00adture, soci\u00adety and institutions.<\/p>\n

It would seem by look\u00ading at the his\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal record that when\u00adev\u00ader Plu\u00adto moves through Capri\u00adcorn there is a pro\u00adfound trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion, a death and a rebirth, of the cul\u00adtur\u00adal, eco\u00adnom\u00adic and polit\u00adi\u00adcal order.<\/p>\n

When Plu\u00adto moves through Capri\u00adcorn, which is about every 247 years or so, the insti\u00adtu\u00adtions and hier\u00adar\u00adchies of a his\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal peri\u00adod have reached a turn\u00ading point where their space and exer\u00adcise of pow\u00ader has start\u00aded to fall apart, pri\u00admar\u00adi\u00adly because new spaces and new pow\u00aders are emerg\u00ading. Often this end of an era and the birth of a new, this shift of spir\u00adit, forces the old order, in the attempt to pre\u00adserve that sys\u00adtem, to go to ever greater extremes in the exer\u00adcise of its power\u2026but inevitably the emer\u00adgence of these new forms of orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion and pow\u00ader bring about its trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion or demise.<\/p>\n

We can obtain some idea of the his\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal pow\u00ader of this pas\u00adsage by look\u00ading back at the two most recent times Plu\u00adto was in Capri\u00adcorn, 1515\u20131532 and 1762\u20131778. In the ear\u00adly 1500\u2019s the Euro\u00adpean world was in the throes of one of its most his\u00adtoric changes in over 1,000 years, the one church, the Catholic Church, which had been weak\u00adened by scan\u00addal inter\u00adnal\u00adly as much as it was chal\u00adlenged by the new\u00adly avail\u00adable print\u00aded bible exter\u00adnal\u00adly, was bro\u00adken apart by the Ref\u00ador\u00adma\u00adtion. The attempt by the Catholic King\u00addoms to main\u00adtain their pow\u00ader led to dev\u00adas\u00adtat\u00ading wars between them and those who broke away to form Protes\u00adtant realms. The old order, with its feu\u00addal sys\u00adtem based on land\u00aded pow\u00ader and the one Catholic Church was giv\u00ading way to the rise of absolute mon\u00adarchs accom\u00adpa\u00adnied by a new eco\u00adnom\u00adic order empow\u00ader\u00ading a grow\u00ading mer\u00adcan\u00adtile class.<\/p>\n

In the 1700\u2019s colo\u00adnial enter\u00adpris\u00ades of Eng\u00adland in Amer\u00adi\u00adca, the grow\u00ading imbal\u00adances between gov\u00aderned and gov\u00ader\u00adnor were becom\u00ading increas\u00ading\u00adly unten\u00adable. New forms of free asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions were spread\u00ading in the New World, seed\u00aded by new ideas about the nature of Pow\u00ader (Will) and Space (New Lands) as well as a new, more dynam\u00adic eco\u00adnom\u00adic way of life. The old order attempt\u00aded to rein\u00adforce its con\u00adtrol over the colonies which led to protests, which led to fur\u00adther repres\u00adsion, and even greater protests until a clash between Monar\u00adchy and indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals in free asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions led to the estab\u00adlish\u00adment of a tru\u00adly new form of gov\u00adern\u00adment that became the mod\u00adel for our cul\u00adtur\u00adal, eco\u00adnom\u00adic and polit\u00adi\u00adcal world\u2026 and that mod\u00adel, that arrange\u00adment of Pow\u00ader and Space is what is now com\u00ading to its end\u2026<\/p>\n

Three years ago, in 2008, Plu\u00adto began its next jour\u00adney through Capri\u00adcorn and it will remain there now till 2024. And just as in the 1500\u2019s and in the 1700\u2019s a world will pass away and a new one will be born\u2026And even more now, as Uranus and Plu\u00adto line up in a series of squares between 2012 and 2015, this decon\u00adstruc\u00adtion of an old order and the emer\u00adgence of a new will most cer\u00adtain\u00adly become very, very real.<\/p>\n

The winds of change are blowing\u2026and we must choose our path\u2026<\/p>\n

So we find our\u00adselves at the inter\u00adsec\u00adtion of sev\u00ader\u00adal sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant streams of Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal forces, influ\u00adences that will pro\u00advide the inspi\u00adra\u00adtion and artic\u00adu\u00adlate the chal\u00adlenges we now encounter. (Though, of course, the form and con\u00adtent of what we now expe\u00adri\u00adence which is seem\u00ading\u00adly \u201cpre\u00adsent\u00aded\u201d to us, the \u201cfacts\u201d of our sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion, is the man\u00adi\u00adfest\u00aded con\u00adse\u00adquence of the choic\u00ades we made before, of what we have done and so made by our pre\u00advi\u00adous steps in this jour\u00adney in Life-Con\u00adscious\u00adness-Spir\u00adit). What we have are 3 major influ\u00adences that are com\u00adbined and cat\u00adalyzed togeth\u00ader by the sec\u00adond of the three: 1) Uranus in Aries which we have not expe\u00adri\u00adenced for 75 years, 2) The Uranus\/Pluto wax\u00ading square which we have not expe\u00adri\u00adenced for 135 years and 3) (the \u201cbig one\u201d) Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn which we have not expe\u00adri\u00adenced for 247 years.<\/p>\n

As before the avatars of Mind (Uranus) and Will (Plu\u00adto), the car\u00adri\u00aders of Seed Ideas and Sacred Space have come to a turn\u00ading point. As in those pre\u00advi\u00adous eras with Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn, we find with\u00adin our\u00adselves and in all sec\u00adtors of our cul\u00adture and soci\u00adety, that there exists an over\u00adwhelm\u00ading sense that the world is not \u201cright\u201d. In realms both Tem\u00adpo\u00adral and Sec\u00adu\u00adlar, the dis\u00adcon\u00adnec\u00adtion between elites and the gen\u00ader\u00adal pop\u00adu\u00adlace has widened, and that the yawn\u00ading gulf between lead\u00aders and led is grow\u00ading ever greater. In fact the feel\u00ading amongst many is that lead\u00ader\u00adship, true lead\u00ader\u00adship has some\u00adhow \u201cleft the planet\u201d.<\/p>\n

Whether with\u00adin any one coun\u00adtry or around the world, the inces\u00adsant, increas\u00ading expe\u00adri\u00adence of dis\u00adap\u00adpoint\u00adment is felt by almost all\u2026that every struc\u00adture, insti\u00adtu\u00adtion, stan\u00addard or val\u00adue has become com\u00adpro\u00admised; whether that loss of cred\u00adi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty or virtue is encoun\u00adtered in Reli\u00adgion, or Edu\u00adca\u00adtion, or Gov\u00adern\u00adment, or in the sim\u00adple promise of a bet\u00adter world for one\u2019s chil\u00addren and their children\u2026all of it seems with\u00adout hope\u2026and there is a great longing\u2026<\/p>\n

And so it is pre\u00adcise\u00adly in times such as this, when a great empti\u00adness and loss of hope begins to take hold in the world\u2026it is pre\u00adcise\u00adly at such a time that Spir\u00adit answers\u2026It moves into our emp\u00adty spaces and trou\u00adbled minds\u2026It lifts up our hearts and awak\u00adens the spir\u00adit with\u00adin and reminds us all that we can change\u2026and then, as if by \u201cmag\u00adic\u201d, we do change and renew our world. Spir\u00adit does this pre\u00adcise\u00adly as we move into and through the cri\u00adsis because it is that very cri\u00adsis which cat\u00adalyzes each and every indi\u00advid\u00adual to turn around, to turn and to make the nec\u00ades\u00adsary sac\u00adri\u00adfices which must be made to bring about a New World again.<\/p>\n

The signs of the unrav\u00adel\u00ading of the old are more than self-evident\u2026but so too are the signs and por\u00adtents of the emerg\u00ading ways that are lead\u00ading to the New World. As indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals and groups of indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adals seek to real\u00adize their dreams with new inten\u00adtions and means, and seek equal\u00adly to cope with the fail\u00adures of the sys\u00adtems they are cur\u00adrent\u00adly cir\u00adcum\u00adscribed by, we can dis\u00adcern the out\u00adlines of new Ways of Think\u00ading and new Spaces of Being.<\/p>\n

And so we must each ask our\u00adselves, what can I do?<\/p>\n

First, in order to be guid\u00aded by the high\u00adest influ\u00adences, in order to fol\u00adlow Spir\u00adit and your heart, do not be deceived or con\u00adfused by the myr\u00adi\u00adad ways that the old order dis\u00adtracts and divides. Remem\u00adber always that the one true source of pow\u00ader in this Uni\u00adverse is with\u00adin you\u2026and you, and you. It is not \u201cout there\u201d, it is \u201cin here\u201d and also with\u00adin any\u00adone beside you.<\/p>\n

But that is also and always where the real strug\u00adgle is met. It is not the fault or fail\u00ading of a kind of gov\u00adern\u00adment or pol\u00adi\u00adtics, it is not the fault of the church or a faith\u2026Do not let fetishism or the pro\u00adjec\u00adtion upon some\u00adthing or some\u00adone else con\u00adfuse you as to where \u201cthe prob\u00adlem\u201d is\u2026For every\u00adthing in this world that seems to be fail\u00ading, every insti\u00adtu\u00adtion, every struc\u00adture and way of life\u2026everything is what it is because it is giv\u00aden life by each and every one of us\u2026We must change and we shall change\u2026and so will our world.<\/p>\n

We are at a turn\u00ading. Some have called it \u201cThe Fourth Turn\u00ading\u201d. Uranus\/Pluto Square 2012\u20132015 \u2014 A World Timeline<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Though we have been expe\u00adri\u00adenc\u00ading the influ\u00adences of the com\u00ading align\u00adments for a cou\u00adple of years now, the great\u00adest effects still lie ahead. The world as a whole will expe\u00adri\u00adence each and every phase of this pow\u00ader\u00adful align\u00adment togeth\u00ader. Yet at the same time we will, of course, respond or react to the expe\u00adri\u00adence dif\u00adfer\u00adent\u00adly as deter\u00admined by our par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar con\u00addi\u00adtions in our soci\u00adeties, economies and culture.<\/p>\n

There is a pos\u00adsi\u00adble insight to be gained by observ\u00ading when the mutu\u00adal align\u00adments of Uranus and Plu\u00adto form inter\u00adsec\u00adtions with the sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant plan\u00ade\u00adtary place\u00adments of var\u00adi\u00adous enti\u00adties in the world, Nation\u00adal and Inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions and such. This would be when for instance Uranus may square a coun\u00adtry\u2019s Sun while Plu\u00adto is in con\u00adjunc\u00adtion to the same. It is a sort of plan\u00ade\u00adtary \u201csqueeze play\u201d, a dou\u00adbling down of the influ\u00adence that each will bring to one fac\u00adtor in that enti\u00adty\u2019s experience.<\/p>\n

One strik\u00ading exam\u00adple of this is the fact, cre\u00adat\u00aded by an \u201cacci\u00addent\u201d of our cal\u00aden\u00addar that many orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions have as their incep\u00adtion point, (their \u201cbirth chart\u201d), on the date at which our cal\u00aden\u00addar begins, Jan\u00adu\u00adary 1. There are quite a num\u00adber of Cor\u00adpo\u00adrate, Nation\u00adal and Inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal charts that are set at that date. Because our cal\u00aden\u00addar is \u201cirreg\u00adu\u00adlar\u201d, so that every 4 years we have need to add a day, the actu\u00adal posi\u00adtion of the Sun on Jan\u00adu\u00adary 1st will vary from about 9 to 11 degrees of Capri\u00adcorn. These degrees and those charts will expe\u00adri\u00adence this dou\u00adble-squeeze from Uranus and Plu\u00adto from 2013\u20132014.<\/p>\n

More broad\u00adly over the time of their exact align\u00adments from 2012\u20132015, Uranus and Plu\u00adto will form direct aspects to any charts which have place\u00adments from 7 to 15 degrees of Aries and Capri\u00adcorn. Besides these signs and degrees, the oth\u00ader two car\u00addi\u00adnal signs, Libra and Can\u00adcer will also expe\u00adri\u00adence a sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant aspect to these same degree posi\u00adtions as well. Mars rules your actions and desires, it serves your \u201cself\u201d (the Sun) by pro\u00advid\u00ading the dri\u00adve to secure your needs and wants. Nep\u00adtune, which has been paus\u00ading at the thresh\u00adold of her home sign dur\u00ading 2011, moves in to stay for over 13 years. My com\u00adments when it first began to make this tran\u00adsi\u00adtion, (April 4, 2011) are well worth re-post\u00ading here:<\/p>\n

Just as with Jupiter and Uranus last year, Nep\u00adtune dances back and forth between one sign and the next this year. For 2012 the most sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant tran\u00adsit the USA<\/span> will expe\u00adri\u00adence is the plan\u00adet Uranus form\u00ading a square to the USA<\/span> Jupiter. Jupiter is said to rule the prin\u00adci\u00adples, beliefs and laws of a nation. By rul\u00ading such mat\u00adters Jupiter pro\u00advides an under\u00adstand\u00ading as to how any peo\u00adple will relate to one anoth\u00ader with\u00adin their nation and also how that nation will relate to the rest of the world in gen\u00ader\u00adal. This Uranus\/Jupiter square fol\u00adlows last year\u2019s Plu\u00adto oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion to Jupiter and we should real\u00adly see this as a some\u00adwhat two-step process. Last year, the Plu\u00adton\u00adian theme of Will and Pow\u00ader man\u00adi\u00adfest\u00aded in a num\u00adber of strug\u00adgles over the path the USA<\/span> should fol\u00adlow. One major strug\u00adgle over Truths and Prin\u00adci\u00adples (Jupiter) wit\u00adnessed var\u00adi\u00adous groups con\u00adtend\u00ading over the cor\u00adrect way in which to restore growth (which Jupiter rules too) and secure the well-being of the coun\u00adtry.
