Though there are always expand\u00ading and con\u00adtract\u00ading forces at play in any year, this is cer\u00adtain\u00adly a strong fac\u00adtor sup\u00adport\u00ading those areas that are capa\u00adble of growth, espe\u00adcial\u00adly those which have read the signs of change and adapt\u00aded.
