These Great Ones are a liv\u00ading sac\u00adri\u00adfice, they stand firm as the Bud\u00addhas of Compassion\u2026and it is today, always at the Full Moon dur\u00ading the month of Tau\u00adrus, the Scor\u00adpio Full Moon, it is tonight that all the novices and chelas, all the Ini\u00adti\u00adates and Mas\u00adters of the Sacred &<\/span> Mys\u00adti\u00adcal schools will bow their heads, they will give thanks\u2026They will dance and sing, chant and pray to cel\u00ade\u00adbrate the sub\u00adlime mes\u00adsage and exam\u00adple which was set before us all by the one known as Sid\u00addh\u0101rtha Gau\u00adta\u00adma, The Buddha.<\/p>\n

Today, tonight is the cel\u00ade\u00adbra\u00adtion known as the Wesak Fes\u00adti\u00adval where\u00adin the promise that was made, kept and con\u00adtin\u00adues to be passed on through this Hier\u00adar\u00adchy of Love and Com\u00adpas\u00adsion is re-affirmed by the exam\u00adple set before you by one of your own<\/em>. For Bud\u00addha was a human who showed you the way to your Free\u00addom. He achieved full con\u00adscious\u00adness through self-striv\u00ading, freed from the uncon\u00adscious he is the self-anoint\u00aded, The Enlightened\u2026The Bud\u00addha walked the path that you walk now.\u2026to unfold your poten\u00adtial as you seek to become a Spir\u00adit freed from the Karmic Cycle of Death and Rebirth.<\/p>\n

The Bud\u00addha, as Teacher and Guide, whose bound\u00adless love is the Com\u00adpas\u00adsion\u00adate Bridge, offers you a clear\u00ader way to your destiny.\u2026And, it is this Full Moon tonight which pro\u00advides a beau\u00adti\u00adful illus\u00adtra\u00adtion of the core prin\u00adci\u00adple of the Bud\u00addha\u2019s Teach\u00ading, (which is one of the cen\u00adtral Pil\u00adlars of the Ancient Teachings)\u2026<\/p>\n

This core prin\u00adci\u00adple is that your true nature, your true being, is Spir\u00adit. At the core of you, the high\u00adest part of you, (which is always \u201cin heav\u00aden\u201d), is quite sim\u00adply a spark of the One Divine Prin\u00adci\u00adple which is the Foun\u00adtain-Source of the Uni\u00adverse. Your jour\u00adney, begun as an unself-con\u00adscious spark of the Divine, moves out through the Uni\u00adverse so that the One can become man\u00adi\u00adfest in all the var\u00adi\u00adous dimen\u00adsions of Cre\u00adation. To do this, you move through forms, sur\u00adround\u00ading your\u00adself with vehi\u00adcles of man\u00adi\u00adfes\u00adta\u00adtion that per\u00admit you to expe\u00adri\u00adence each dimen\u00adsion of real\u00adi\u00adty as you grow into greater and greater con\u00adscious aware\u00adness. You tru\u00adly are spir\u00adit mov\u00ading through the worlds of mat\u00adter, spir\u00adit in the mate\u00adr\u00adi\u00adal world.<\/p>\n

Yet, as you move into any form of val\u00adue you become attached to that form\u2026which leads to suf\u00adfer\u00ading. You, a spark of the Divine, descend into forms that delight you\u2026but these very forms lim\u00adit you too. These vehi\u00adcles of man\u00adi\u00adfes\u00adta\u00adtion per\u00admit the exer\u00adcise and growth of your under\u00adstand\u00ading and pow\u00aders, but because these forms are lim\u00adit\u00aded, because they are imper\u00adma\u00adnent, they weak\u00aden and fail, and you suffer\u2026and you often for\u00adget, for a while, your Divine nature.<\/p>\n

Bud\u00addha taught that the way through these worlds of mat\u00adter, of Val\u00adue-Formed was to devel\u00adop the mid\u00addle path, the noble \u201cway of non-attach\u00adment\u201d. Your truth is Spir\u00adit! You are Spir\u00adit mov\u00ading through the forms of Cre\u00adation, you bring life and con\u00adscious\u00adness to these forms, but you must not iden\u00adti\u00adfy or become stuck with\u00adin any form. Nei\u00adther glam\u00adoured by the Beau\u00adty of Val\u00adue beyond form, or by the won\u00addrous glo\u00adries of the Val\u00adues in Form, you must be the Con\u00adscious\u00adness in Motion, the Dancer who dances the spi\u00adral Song of Spir\u00adit in and through Form\u00adless\u00adness and Formation.<\/p>\n

This is the mes\u00adsage of the Full Moon dur\u00ading Tau\u00adrus, of the Scor\u00adpio Full Moon, of Bud\u00addha\u2019s Moon. For Tau\u00adrus cel\u00ade\u00adbrates Embod\u00adi\u00adment, it is the great\u00adest surge of val\u00adue tak\u00ading form, of the word made flesh, of beau\u00adty and val\u00adue exalt\u00aded. The desire for and attach\u00adment to form is nev\u00ader greater as life, and beau\u00adty and love are surg\u00ading through and around you.<\/p>\n

Yet the mes\u00adsage of the Full Moon of Scor\u00adpio is that all of this is only for a time, that all things must even\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly pass away and return to formlessness\u2026so that Spir\u00adit and Val\u00adue may be Free to come into new forms\u2026again and again. You must and should cel\u00ade\u00adbrate beau\u00adty and fruit\u00adful\u00adness, to take joy in the abun\u00addance of life and love well lived\u2026yet be equal\u00adly ready and at ease in releas\u00ading your spir\u00adit from these forms when the day is done.<\/p>\n

The mes\u00adsage of Bud\u00addha, the mes\u00adsage of this Scor\u00adpio Moon, is that the great\u00adest real\u00adiza\u00adtion of val\u00adue comes when you are able to be unat\u00adtached to the forms of value\u2026that as you cel\u00ade\u00adbrate your move\u00adment through the forms of val\u00adue you under\u00adstand and accept that you can\u00adnot tar\u00adry in any one form of value.<\/p>\n

Reach\u00ading this state of non-attach\u00adment, you can be at peace with the things of this world and with one another\u2026self-possessed and non-pos\u00adses\u00adsive, you move beyond fear\u2026<\/p>\n

You move clos\u00ader, into the Greater Awareness\u2026<\/p>\n

Your love unbound\u00aded, uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal and true\u2026<\/p>\n

Even\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly you will cross that thresh\u00adold, between the dark\u00adness and the light, join\u00ading those who have come before you.\u2026<\/p>\n
