A read\u00ader posed this ques\u00adtion today and I thought that I should share the answer with you all:<\/p>\n

Dear Bill,<\/em><\/p>\n

Would real\u00adly like to hear what you think of this and your insight to these par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar dates and plan\u00ade\u00adtary align\u00adments \u2665 On May 20th of this year, which is only 10 days away, the Earth, the Moon, the Sun and the Pleiades star sys\u00adtem all simul\u00adta\u00adne\u00adous\u00adly line up with the Cen\u00adter of the Milky Way galaxy. The Mayans had this very clear in their cal\u00aden\u00addar, and many crop cir\u00adcles depict this event. To add a side note, the Pleiades star sys\u00adtem is referred as the Anti-Cen\u00adter of the galaxy to the Mayans. They saw that these 2 points in the sky nev\u00ader move to the per\u00adcep\u00adtion of Earth.<\/em><\/p>\n

Dear Tere\u00adsa,<\/p>\n

There is actu\u00adal\u00adly no Astro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal (or Astro\u00adnom\u00adi\u00adcal) con\u00adfir\u00adma\u00adtion that this align\u00adment will or can hap\u00adpen on May 20, 2012. There can\u00adnot be an exact align\u00adment with the Pleiades and there could nev\u00ader be an align\u00adment with the Galac\u00adtic Cen\u00adter on that date at all.<\/p>\n

There is a New Moon (Solar Eclipse) on May 20. This Solar\/Lunar align\u00adment is locat\u00aded near to an align\u00adment with the posi\u00adtion in space for the Pleiades (which are about 430 Light Years from Earth). How\u00adev\u00ader, the Pleiades clus\u00adter is about 5 Degrees above the Eclip\u00adtic so there is no direct align\u00adment of the Sun, Moon or Earth with them what\u00adso\u00adev\u00ader. Yes, there is a seem\u00ading order\u00ading or arrange\u00adment between this star clus\u00adter and the Sun and Moon, (and this can hap\u00adpen quite reg\u00adu\u00adlar\u00adly from year to year), but there can be no exact alignment.<\/p>\n

The Cen\u00adter of the Milky Way Galaxy is approx\u00adi\u00admate\u00adly 27,000 Light Years from our Sun (and Earth) and is locat\u00aded in the Equa\u00adto\u00adr\u00adi\u00adal Coor\u00addi\u00adnate Sys\u00adtem as: Right Ascen\u00adsion: 17h45m40.04s, Dec\u00adli\u00adna\u00adtion: \u201129\u00b0 00\u2032 28.1\u2033. This puts it zodi\u00ada\u00adcal\u00adly near to the very end of Sagit\u00adtar\u00adius, which the Sun will seem\u00ading\u00adly pass in front of (in our era) around Decem\u00adber 18 or so every year. The \u201calign\u00adment\u201d of the Sun, Earth or Moon with the Cen\u00adter of the Milky Way Galaxy can only hap\u00adpen 2 times per year, around Decem\u00adber 18 and June 18, give or take a day (giv\u00aden our irreg\u00adu\u00adlar cal\u00aden\u00addar sys\u00adtem, leap year and all).<\/p>\n

Rel\u00ada\u00adtive to the Galac\u00adtic Plane, the Solar Sys\u00adtem is not in per\u00adfect align\u00adment with the Cen\u00adter of the Galaxy and we are present\u00adly about 5 degrees off from being in the Cen\u00adtral plane, which means per\u00adhaps as much as 80 Light Years away. As we revolve around the Galac\u00adtic Cen\u00adter, (we are in the \u201cOri\u00adon Arm\u201d and it takes per\u00adhaps as much as 235 mil\u00adlion years to make one turn), the Sun and Earth weave up and down with\u00adin the Galac\u00adtic Plane. We are now most def\u00adi\u00adnite\u00adly above (or you could argue below) the plane and so there is no pos\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty of an exact align\u00adment with what is at the cen\u00adter of our galaxy whatsoever.<\/p>\n

On May 20, there can\u00adnot be any align\u00adment with the Galac\u00adtic Cen\u00adter since that will occur on or about June 18. That is a spe\u00adcial date and I will write about it then\u2026but con\u00adsid\u00ader this. Where\u00adas we can look at the Sun\u2019s posi\u00adtion on Decem\u00adber 18, (not\u00aded in my post\u00ading<\/a> for that date) and know that we are look\u00ading towards the Galac\u00adtic Cen\u00adter, and we can and should give thanks for the spe\u00adcial ener\u00adgies that flow from and to this point of ori\u00adgin, it is on June 18 that we can look up at the Night Sky and actu\u00adal\u00adly SEE<\/span> IT<\/span>! (Of course, we can\u00adnot \u201csee\u201d it, because it so very far away and there are far too many Stars, Clus\u00adters, Neb\u00adu\u00adlas, etc between us and the Center).<\/p>\n

How\u00adev\u00ader, when we look up around June 18 and gaze at this beau\u00adti\u00adful Arc of Light, at the won\u00adder that is the Milky Way, we can also know that we are look\u00ading into the very Heart of our Galaxy, towards the Divin\u00adi\u00adty who watch\u00ades over us all.<\/p>\n

Yet, we should more tru\u00adly acknowl\u00adedge and take com\u00adfort from that fact that with\u00adin each of us is a spark of that Divine Flame, which is always with us, known to us as our High\u00ader Self. We do not need to look up to the \u201cheav\u00adens\u201d to expe\u00adri\u00adence or touch the Divine, because we are embraced by and for\u00adev\u00ader one with this Divine\u2026we are the ever-unfold\u00ading ves\u00adsels or embod\u00adi\u00adments of this great Spirit.<\/p>\n

We need to look with\u00adin and lis\u00adten to our own Teacher and Guide who waits patient\u00adly for our awak\u00aden\u00ading, and then we can turn our gaze out\u00adwards upon those whom accom\u00adpa\u00adny us and see that the Cen\u00adter of our \u201cGalaxy\u201d is all around us as it is also with\u00adin us.<\/p>\n

The Cen\u00adter we need to focus upon is not \u201cout there\u201d but right here\u2026for we are the Cre\u00adators and there is much work and joy in our Cre\u00adation that is yet to be\u2026<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
