\nregard to anoth\u00ader, where\u00adin action \u201cA\u201d leads auto\u00admat\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly to reaction
\n\u201cB\u201d, which inevitably leads to result \u201cC\u201d. <\/p>\n

There is very
\nlit\u00adtle to no input or thought that you bring to these auto\u00admat\u00adic reac\u00adtions, once
\nthey start they often impel or com\u00adpel you to be in a state of suspended
\naware\u00adness as you go through the motion-emo\u00adtion\u00adal loop. The ques\u00adtion then becomes, is this good or not for you (and them)?<\/p>\n

These pat\u00adterns of semi to unconscious
\nreac\u00adtions allow you to live much of your life with\u00adout too much think\u00ading, so
\nthat many of your ordi\u00adnary or dai\u00adly inter\u00adac\u00adtions are put on
\n\u201cauto\u00admat\u00adic\u201d, which frees your mind to attend to oth\u00ader mat\u00adters, and that is good. But these pat\u00adterns also hold you in thrall, and often bind you to what\u00adev\u00ader stage of
\nemo\u00adtion\u00adal aware\u00adness you were in when they were formed. They can take on a life
\nof their own, indeed becom\u00ading self-pre\u00adserv\u00ading, deeply embed\u00added ener\u00adgy-forms that
\nare shaped by those Mem\u00ado\u00adries-Rec\u00adol\u00adlec\u00adtions-Remem\u00adbrances of your \u201cLife
\nFamil\u00adiar\u201d, of your home and fam\u00adi\u00adly, as well as deeply root\u00aded in your ethnic
\nor cul\u00adtur\u00adal archetypes.<\/p>\n
