As we attempt to dis\u00adcern the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal themes of the com\u00ading year, it is help\u00adful to con\u00adsid\u00ader what we have just encoun\u00adtered in 2018. It is most cer\u00adtain\u00adly true that the tests faced, and the lessons learned in any one year may con\u00adtin\u00adue into the fol\u00adlow\u00ading year (or sev\u00ader\u00adal years), as the unfold\u00adment of one day into the next is cer\u00adtain\u00adly dri\u00adven and informed by ener\u00adgies and expe\u00adri\u00adences that wax and wane over many weeks, months and years.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn \u2014 The End of an Age<\/strong><\/p>\n

For Earth as a whole, the most impor\u00adtant plan\u00ade\u00adtary influ\u00adences remain in place, with some vari\u00ada\u00adtions on a theme we have been faced with for some time now. Cer\u00adtain\u00adly, the pas\u00adsage of Plu\u00adto through the Sign of Capri\u00adcorn, (2008 through 2024), con\u00adtin\u00adues to pro\u00advide the pri\u00adma\u00adry heart\u00adbeat of our spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal chal\u00adlenge. I have called this once every 250-year cyclic peri\u00adod the \u201cend of an age\u201d, which was clear\u00adly so for the pre\u00advi\u00adous pas\u00adsages in the ear\u00adly 1500\u2019s and the 1700\u2019s. In those ear\u00adli\u00ader peri\u00adods, and I would think most by now would agree it is true for our own time too, the world seemed to fall apart as Polit\u00adi\u00adcal, Eco\u00adnom\u00adic and Cul\u00adtur\u00adal dis\u00adin\u00adte\u00adgra\u00adtions rever\u00adber\u00adat\u00aded through all realms. But these spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal earth\u00adquakes also her\u00adald\u00aded each time that a new age was dawning.<\/p>\n

A new world is com\u00ading, but that requires that an old order give way. Of course, the fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal nature of what it means to be human, our needs for food, shel\u00adter, com\u00adpan\u00adion\u00adship, love and secu\u00adri\u00adty are ever-present, but they are also evolving\/transforming, seem\u00ading\u00adly (or actu\u00adal\u00adly) at an expo\u00adnen\u00adtial rate, which is in large part due to what is known as \u201cthe sci\u00aden\u00adtif\u00adic rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion\u201d that began sev\u00ader\u00adal cen\u00adturies ago.<\/p>\n

Coper\u00adni\u00adcus, Bacon, Galileo, New\u00adton among many oth\u00ader \u201cless\u00ader knowns\u201d, ques\u00adtioned assump\u00adtions passed down from time immemo\u00adr\u00adi\u00adal. This quick\u00aden\u00ading of the human capa\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty to know and alter our world has endowed human\u00adi\u00adty with pow\u00aders that have seem\u00ading\u00adly out\u00adstripped our wis\u00addom to wield them, whether in Physics = Nuclear weapons, or Biol\u00ado\u00adgy = Bio-engineering.<\/p>\n

Much that was will con\u00adtin\u00adue in some form of course, but much more of our social, eco\u00adnom\u00adic and polit\u00adi\u00adcal struc\u00adtures will be reformed\/transformed into new modes of expres\u00adsion, and they will cer\u00adtain\u00adly be informed by new ideas (or old ideas renewed) and mean\u00adings. The ques\u00adtion remains, will we devel\u00adop enough wis\u00addom and humil\u00adi\u00adty to wield our \u201cring of pow\u00ader\u201d (Intel\u00adli\u00adgence) with uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal love and compassion.<\/p>\n

Uranus and Nep\u00adtune \u2014 Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty vs. Communality<\/strong><\/p>\n

Con\u00adtribut\u00ading to this shift of his\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal pat\u00adterns last year (and the year before), was the first major align\u00adment of Uranus with Nep\u00adtune after their his\u00adtoric con\u00adjunc\u00adtion in 1993. From 2017 on through into the begin\u00adning of 2019, we have been influ\u00adenced by the Uranus\/Neptune Semi\u00adSquare which is the first sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant aspect in their 170 cycle from con\u00adjunc\u00adtion to conjunction.<\/p>\n

Uranus rules \u201cIndi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty\u201d; I call Uranus the \u201cAwak\u00aden\u00ader\u201d, as it is the Avatar of the High\u00ader or Freer Mind that forms one of the three aspects of Spir\u00adit. Nep\u00adtune rules \u201cCom\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adi\u00adty\u201d; Nep\u00adtune is the Avatar of the Ener\u00adgy-Form that holds the whole of Cre\u00adation as One, the one abid\u00ading force that binds all to all, Uni\u00adver\u00adsal or Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love.<\/p>\n

The inte\u00adgral rela\u00adtion\u00adship between these two reveals the para\u00addox\u00adi\u00adcal truth behind the mys\u00adtery of the Universe\u2019s con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adtion. Every\u00adthing, every par\u00adti\u00adcle and every \u201cBeing\u201d in this Uni\u00adverse is an indi\u00advid\u00adual that is a unique instance of spir\u00adit informed by its own Quin\u00adtes\u00adsence; yet all of these \u201cones\u201d are One in Spir\u00adit and fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal\u00adly indi\u00advis\u00adi\u00adble from one anoth\u00ader. Through\u00adout all king\u00addoms of life, in age after age, there is an ever-shift\u00ading bal\u00adance between these two prin\u00adci\u00adples, between the One and the many.<\/p>\n

The ten\u00adsion between the Indi\u00advid\u00adual and the Com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty wax\u00ades and wanes in any cul\u00adture or civ\u00adi\u00adliza\u00adtion. Whether we look at human \u201ctypes\u201d like Hunter\/Gatherer, Farmer\/Craftsperson or Rural\/Urban (among many pos\u00adsi\u00adble dis\u00adtinc\u00adtions and dif\u00adfer\u00adences), there will be found dif\u00adfer\u00ading mix\u00adtures and bal\u00adances (and often\u00adtimes like now, imbal\u00adances), between these two great Ener\u00adgy-Forms that deter\u00admine the degree to which Indi\u00advid\u00adual Free\u00addom and Com\u00admu\u00adnal Har\u00admo\u00adny does or does not co-exist.<\/p>\n

The recent past has seen a world\u00adwide upheaval, marked now by the extremes of anar\u00adchic indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adism and suf\u00adfo\u00adcat\u00ading com\u00admu\u00adnal\u00adism, which sig\u00adnals we are at a most crit\u00adi\u00adcal stage, where the old mod\u00adel of bal\u00adanc\u00ading Individuality\/Communality has bro\u00adken down, and the yet to emerge new mod\u00adel has not been ful\u00adly formed nor under\u00adstood. This world-wide con\u00adfu\u00adsion has pro\u00adduced a cri\u00adsis of order and mean\u00ading\u00adful\u00adness for the many who yearn for a life and world that is \u201cFair and Free\u201d. With\u00adout a sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant major\u00adi\u00adty of peo\u00adple who hold to and act through an accept\u00aded inte\u00adgra\u00adtion of these two ener\u00adgy-forms, we are liv\u00ading through a peri\u00adod that is like an \u201cin-between world\u201d, where extrem\u00adists are dri\u00adving and divid\u00ading us fur\u00adther from one another.<\/p>\n

How we hold these prin\u00adci\u00adpals of Free\u00addom and Com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty togeth\u00ader with\u00adin our\u00adselves, and between one anoth\u00ader, is part of our Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Jour\u00adney which can only be formed and forged by hold\u00ading to an Inte\u00adgral Way of Liv\u00ading. We are on a jour\u00adney from uncon\u00adscious\u00adness to full spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal awak\u00aden\u00ading, and as we remake our\u00adselves and our world, we must strive towards ever more encom\u00adpass\u00ading ways of hold\u00ading togeth\u00ader our \u201cpar\u00ada\u00addigms of under\u00adstand\u00ading\u201d and our \u201cways of being\u201d.<\/p>\n

From the phys\u00adi\u00adcal through the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal, from the sim\u00adplest to the most com\u00adplex enti\u00adties and sys\u00adtems, we must always strive to live a whole life, a good and beau\u00adty-filled life, which can be found and restored by remem\u00adber\u00ading that there is a way to do this. That way can be found by remem\u00adber\u00ading that these crises have come before, and at each moment our ances\u00adtors found a way by hold\u00ading firm to the great\u00adest truths, those pre\u00adcious jew\u00adels of spir\u00adit which nev\u00ader fade or fal\u00adter. We need to remem\u00adber that these lumi\u00adnous truths were dis\u00adcov\u00adered and passed down to us from the very begin\u00adning of our journey.<\/p>\n

The Way<\/strong><\/p>\n

When\u00adev\u00ader you are in doubt, you should turn (and so return) to the eter\u00adnal truths of the Ancient Wis\u00addom that con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00adal\u00adly re-emerge in age after age. This is so because Truth is equal\u00adly with\u00adin you as it forms all the worlds that sur\u00adround you too. These Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Truths are to be found every\u00adwhere you look, but most impor\u00adtant\u00adly, those very answers that you find \u201cout there\u201d will res\u00adonate with\u00adin you because your high\u00ader self, your intu\u00aditive-know\u00ading-self, will gen\u00adtly whis\u00adper \u201cthis is true\u201d. This is because these Ancient Truths form the very sub\u00adstance of your heart and mind too.<\/p>\n

At the true core of any Reli\u00adgion or Phi\u00adlos\u00ado\u00adphy, with\u00adin what is known as the Eso\u00adteric as dis\u00adtinct from the Exo\u00adteric forms of under\u00adstand\u00ading, the Peren\u00adni\u00adal Teach\u00adings are revealed and illu\u00admi\u00adnate for you the one essen\u00adtial path. The Great Ones, the teach\u00aders who form a lumi\u00adnous riv\u00ader of truth about life and love, all of them came to serve this cause of spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal integri\u00adty and truth, and they were guid\u00aded in their heart and through their soul by the fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal pre\u00adcept that there is \u201cno reli\u00adgion high\u00ader than truth\u201d.<\/p>\n

As you look back now to the year that was, and turn to face the year that is dawn\u00ading, take com\u00adfort from those who showed you the way long, long ago. You will be filled with a renewed faith, and you will know that you will make a bet\u00adter future for your\u00adself and for one anoth\u00ader. Remem\u00adber you are nev\u00ader alone, and you walk the same path of the Great Souls who came before you, and they strug\u00adgled for their self-mas\u00adtery which you will achieve one day too:<\/p>\n

Be guid\u00aded by the Wise Ones, who know there is no reli\u00adgion high\u00ader than Truth.

The Astro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal cal\u00aden\u00addar for 2019 appears to be some\u00adwhat less event\u00adful than recent years, but appear\u00adances are often not what they seem. What are the Astro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal con\u00addi\u00adtions that will pre\u00advail this year?<\/p>\n

2019 will be like many oth\u00ader years. We will have three peri\u00adods of Mer\u00adcury ret\u00adro\u00adgrade, (March 5\u2014March 28, July 7\u2014July 31, and Octo\u00adber 31\u2014November 20). There will be three Solar Eclipses (Jan\u00adu\u00adary 5, July 2, and Decem\u00adber 26) and two Lunar Eclipses (Jan\u00adu\u00adary 21 and July 16). Of course, there will be New Moons and Full Moons each month, and the year\u00adly pas\u00adsage of the sea\u00adsons and signs that mark your jour\u00adney through the stars. But what are the most impor\u00adtant ele\u00adments that will inform your jour\u00adney this year?<\/p>\n

Uranus in Tau\u00adrus \u2013 Trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtion of Value<\/strong><\/p>\n

Many plan\u00ade\u00adtary fac\u00adtors that were true for 2018 will con\u00adtin\u00adue with mod\u00adi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtions in 2019. The only sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant shift of sign posi\u00adtion will be the final move of Uranus into Tau\u00adrus on March 6th<\/sup>, where it will remain now until July 2025, (it had moved into Tau\u00adrus on May 15th<\/sup>, but it turned ret\u00adro\u00adgrade and re-entered Aries on Novem\u00adber 6th<\/sup>, 2018).<\/p>\n

The pre\u00advi\u00adous times for Uranus in Tau\u00adrus were 1935\u20131942, 1851\u201359 and 1768\u201375. In each of those peri\u00adods, the effect of Uranus (The Awak\u00aden\u00ader) mov\u00ading through the sign of Val\u00adue (Tau\u00adrus) wit\u00adnessed sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant shocks and con\u00adflicts, lead\u00ading to cathar\u00adtic trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adtions, as dif\u00adfer\u00ading val\u00adue sys\u00adtems with\u00adin and between cul\u00adtures, broke the bonds of mean\u00ading\u00adful\u00adness that hold soci\u00adeties togeth\u00ader. With\u00adout a strong con\u00adsen\u00adsus, lack\u00ading a sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant agree\u00adment on com\u00admon\u00adly accept\u00aded val\u00adues and virtues, the \u201ccen\u00adter can\u00adnot hold\u201d because it seem\u00ading\u00adly (or actu\u00adal\u00adly) does not exist.<\/p>\n

For exam\u00adple, in the Unit\u00aded States the most recent pas\u00adsage in the late 1930\u2019s formed the lead up to the \u201cWar of Democ\u00adra\u00adcies ver\u00adsus Fas\u00adcism\u201d or World War II<\/span>; the 1850\u2019s led up to our defin\u00ading con\u00adflict, \u201cThe Civ\u00adil War\u201d (1860\u201365), and the 1760\u2019s\u201170\u2019s wit\u00adnessed the break\u00addown between the Amer\u00adi\u00adcan colonies and Eng\u00adland, lead\u00ading to our \u201cThe Rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion\u00adary War\u201d. The his\u00adto\u00adry of those three pre\u00advi\u00adous peri\u00adods should cer\u00adtain\u00adly give us rea\u00adson for con\u00adcern as to what may lie ahead for us.<\/p>\n

It is very appar\u00adent that our own peri\u00adod is build\u00ading to a spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly nec\u00ades\u00adsary and cathar\u00adtic cri\u00adsis from dif\u00adfer\u00adences over, and con\u00adflicts between val\u00adues once again. There comes a point when the divide with\u00adin a peo\u00adple, or between one peo\u00adple and anoth\u00ader, becomes so great that only a fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal shock to those sys\u00adtems will pro\u00advide the rebirth need\u00aded to set things right again. Uranus ever serves the cause of Indi\u00advid\u00adu\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty and Free\u00addom. The frac\u00adtures and clash\u00ades that Uranus elic\u00adits will always serve to steer the human sto\u00adry towards the endur\u00ading light of this fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal Truth:<\/p>\n

Until we cre\u00adate a world where all are free to be and be self-ful\u00adfilled, then none of us are tru\u00adly free.<\/em><\/p>\n

Though it may be painful to expe\u00adri\u00adence these shocks that Uranus deliv\u00aders, it brings about the nec\u00ades\u00adsary next step we must take to cre\u00adate a world of freer minds and lives.<\/p>\n

Sat\u00adurn in Capri\u00adcorn \u2013 The Test of Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sat\u00adurn con\u00adtin\u00adues to move through Capri\u00adcorn in 2019, and although it will enter Aquar\u00adius on March 20, 2020, it will ret\u00adro\u00adgrade back into Capri\u00adcorn on July 1, 2020, and then re-enter Aquar\u00adius on Decem\u00adber 17, 2020. This means that the plan\u00adet known as \u201cThe Teacher\u201d, will con\u00adtin\u00adue to chal\u00adlenge every indi\u00advid\u00adual, com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty, and cul\u00adture as it tests and so reveals the essen\u00adtial char\u00adac\u00adter or wor\u00adthi\u00adness of the var\u00adi\u00adous hier\u00adar\u00adchies and insti\u00adtu\u00adtions that we have formed to meet our needs for one another.<\/p>\n

Whether we con\u00adsid\u00ader the most fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal struc\u00adtur\u00adal unit of the fam\u00adi\u00adly, then on up through more encom\u00adpass\u00ading com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties formed by geog\u00adra\u00adphy, inter\u00adest or belief, or cor\u00adpo\u00adrate struc\u00adtures, or state and nation\u00adal polit\u00adi\u00adcal insti\u00adtu\u00adtions, it is through and by means of all these hier\u00adar\u00adchies that we have incor\u00adpo\u00adrat\u00aded our val\u00adues and formed the endur\u00ading lega\u00adcies of our ways of meet\u00ading one another\u2019s needs. This Hier\u00adar\u00adchy of Insti\u00adtu\u00adtions form and serve to ful\u00adfill the real\u00adized (or crystallized\/materialized) rela\u00adtion\u00adships of each of us to one anoth\u00ader. From them we cre\u00adate our titles and roles, and we under\u00adtake our respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties so that we can claim our rights with\u00adin the social order that we have made with one another.<\/p>\n

But it is pre\u00adcise\u00adly this Insti\u00adtu\u00adtion\u00adal Order that is being bro\u00adken down and trans\u00adformed by the pas\u00adsage of Plu\u00adto in Capri\u00adcorn (from 2008\u20132024), just as it did in the late 1700\u2019s and in the ear\u00adly 1500\u2019s. Now joined by Sat\u00adurn in Capri\u00adcorn, we see this chal\u00adlenge to our Insti\u00adtu\u00adtion\u00adal order fac\u00ading extreme stress\u00ades and strain. Each of us, with Sat\u00adurn mov\u00ading through Capri\u00adcorn needs to be ask\u00ading, \u201cWhat is my pur\u00adpose here?\u201d What is the respon\u00adsi\u00adble way to act in a world turned upside down? What is our prop\u00ader role and what is the truth that will guide us as we face this \u201cend of an age\u201d?<\/p>\n

Of course, I main\u00adtain that the answer must always be that these crit\u00adi\u00adcal moments require a return to the ever-last\u00ading val\u00adues that have guid\u00aded our foot\u00adsteps from the very begin\u00adning. The answer is always the same: we must hold to the Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal, Philo\u00adsoph\u00adi\u00adcal and Sci\u00aden\u00adtif\u00adic truths that form the foun\u00adda\u00adtion of the Human Story.<\/p>\n

But, in each cri\u00adsis of tran\u00adsi\u00adtion through\u00adout his\u00adto\u00adry, there have been three nec\u00ades\u00adsary, dif\u00adfer\u00adent and yet inte\u00adgral respons\u00ades and call\u00adings depend\u00ading upon the indi\u00advid\u00adual and their community:<\/p>\n

There are those who are called to pre\u00adserve<\/em><\/strong>, who will seek to main\u00adtain what is good and true, to hold fast to that which still has val\u00adue and meaning.<\/p>\n

There are those who cre\u00adate<\/em><\/strong>, who look ahead, as they seek to build a new mod\u00adel of meet\u00ading needs and ful\u00adfill\u00ading respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties for the new age that is dawning.<\/p>\n

There are those whose role is to destroy<\/em><\/strong>, to be the very break\u00aders of the old idols and icons, and though they are often seen as pure\u00adly neg\u00ada\u00adtive and with\u00adout a sense of respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty or hon\u00ador, they also serve to bring about the new age.<\/p>\n

More\u00adover, (and I will com\u00adment more about this in the fore\u00adcast for the Unit\u00aded States), I not\u00aded last year that this pas\u00adsage of Sat\u00adurn through Capri\u00adcorn has his\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly been a rather chal\u00adleng\u00ading time for the USA<\/span>. That is prin\u00adci\u00adpal\u00adly because as Sat\u00adurn moves through ear\u00adly to mid-Capri\u00adcorn degrees, it forms an Oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion to the Venus, Jupiter and Sun in the Unit\u00aded States\u2019 chart.<\/p>\n

In pre\u00advi\u00adous Sat\u00adurn pas\u00adsages, (1988\u201391, 1959\u20131962 and 1929\u201332), the USA<\/span> expe\u00adri\u00adenced strong if not severe social, eco\u00adnom\u00adic and busi\u00adness chal\u00adlenges. These dis\u00adrup\u00adtions were fol\u00adlowed by cul\u00adtur\u00adal upheavals and polit\u00adi\u00adcal upsets. We can now see that although 2018 start\u00aded with rosy fore\u00adcasts, the clouds of doubt (and fear) came to shad\u00adow the eco\u00adnom\u00adic land\u00adscape as 2018 end\u00aded. It will take thought\u00adful and wise mea\u00adsures to pre\u00advent even fur\u00adther upsets and loss\u00ades in 2019.<\/p>\n

Yes, 2019 will be a chal\u00adleng\u00ading year, and you may be for\u00adgiv\u00aden for wish\u00ading that you lived in a qui\u00adeter, more har\u00admo\u00adnious peri\u00adod of his\u00adto\u00adry. But you must know, that all who live through such trou\u00adbled times have wished for this too. But they found a way through and helped to bring about a new age, as you will too.<\/p>\n

You are here because it is your sacred duty and hon\u00ador to cre\u00adate a new\u00ader and bet\u00adter world for your loved ones, com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty, and soci\u00adety. The prob\u00adlems and chal\u00adlenges we face are for the most part self-made; we are the Cre\u00adators and we made the world that is.<\/p>\n

The great and good news that we should take from this is that we also have the very Intel\u00adli\u00adgence, Love and Will to make a bet\u00adter world too. The Uni\u00adverse is formed by these undu\u00adlat\u00ading rhythms of Con\u00adstan\u00adcy amidst con\u00adstant Change; for the under\u00adly\u00ading essence of Spir\u00adit is formed by these Eter\u00adnal Truths. which play out in these worlds of Being as the pro\u00adfound\u00adly mov\u00ading res\u00ado\u00adnances of the cos\u00admos<\/em>, the eter\u00adnal Songs of Spir\u00adit<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As I men\u00adtioned in last year\u2019s look ahead, we have now, (after Uranus moves into Tau\u00adrus to stay for sev\u00aden years on March 6th<\/sup>), Sat\u00adurn, Uranus and Plu\u00adto all mov\u00ading through Earth Signs. It is per\u00adhaps a fit\u00adting and final chap\u00adter in this \u201cAge of Earth\u201d that we have been mov\u00ading through since the 1840\u2019s, as indi\u00adcat\u00aded by one of the sig\u00adna\u00adture cycles in Astrol\u00ado\u00adgy, the con\u00adjunc\u00adtions of Jupiter and Sat\u00adurn every 20 years occur\u00adring in one ele\u00adment after another.<\/p>\n

Astrologers have always paid very close atten\u00adtion to this series of align\u00adments, each one defin\u00ading a peri\u00adod char\u00adac\u00adter\u00adized by a def\u00adi\u00adnite spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal-cul\u00adtur\u00adal res\u00ado\u00adnance, the \u201ctone of the time\u201d. I have named the last 3 ele\u00admen\u00adtal pas\u00adsages, and the upcom\u00ading 4th<\/sup> as:<\/p>\n

This is known as the \u201cGreat Muta\u00adtion Cycle\u201d<\/strong>, the series of Jupiter\/Saturn con\u00adjunc\u00adtions tak\u00ading place in the Four Ele\u00adments one after the oth\u00ader, (Water, Fire, Earth, and Air). The com\u00adplete series is formed by 40 con\u00adjunc\u00adtions around the zodi\u00adac, which is divid\u00aded into rough\u00adly 4 peri\u00adods of about 180 to 230 years each, or an entire series last\u00ading about 800 years.<\/p>\n

What this means is that we are on the cusp of some very impor\u00adtant shifts as we move from this Age of Man\u00adi\u00adfes\u00adta\u00adtion (or Mate\u00adri\u00adal\u00adiza\u00adtion<\/em>) into an Age of Ide\u00adal\u00adiza\u00adtion (or what I call Ethe\u00adre\u00adal\u00adiza\u00adtion<\/em>). Per\u00adhaps, our pas\u00adsage will mir\u00adror that of the 1200\u2019s to 1400\u2019s, and that this New Age will equal\u00adly bring forth a \u201clit\u00adtle Renais\u00adsance\u201d, (or some\u00adthing even more profound)?<\/p>\n

It will begin as 2020 ends, as Sat\u00adurn moves into Aquar\u00adius and Jupiter joins it on the very day of the Win\u00adter Sol\u00adstice of Decem\u00adber 21, 2020. Then in the year 2024, Plu\u00adto will leave Capri\u00adcorn and like\u00adwise enter Aquar\u00adius. And yes, there are some who believe that these shifts, along with oth\u00ader indi\u00adca\u00adtors, point to the true begin\u00adning of what many have called the Age of Aquar\u00adius<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This much longer cycle of Astro\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal Ages, (which is also known as the Pre\u00adces\u00adsion of the Equinox\u00ades) is formed by the Earth\u2019s posi\u00adtion as indi\u00adcat\u00aded by the North Pole being aligned to a series of Polar stars over the course of about 26,000 years, (or about 2,100 years per sign). As these align\u00adments unfold, the first day of Spring rotates back\u00adwards through the Zodi\u00adac, (from Aries to Pisces to Aquar\u00adius\u2026). It forms the dif\u00adfer\u00adence between what Astrologers know as the Trop\u00adi\u00adcal Zodi\u00adac (mov\u00ading) and the Side\u00adre\u00adal Zodi\u00adac (fixed) which were aligned at 0 Aries around 254 BCE<\/span>.<\/p>\n

We are said to be at end of Pisces and the begin\u00adning of Aquar\u00adius, though the tran\u00adsi\u00adtion between one to the oth\u00ader is not def\u00adi\u00adnite, and there are var\u00adi\u00adous dates for when the Aquar\u00adi\u00adan Age will begin (or has already begun). There are seri\u00adous (but also wild and rather sil\u00adly) the\u00ado\u00adries about what this Age of Aquar\u00adius will bring. I hold that we can more clear\u00adly under\u00adstand what may be com\u00ading, by look\u00ading to the most sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant theme of the past 2,000 years, or what was the root issue that formed this Age of Pisces. It is from this that we may be able to dis\u00adcern what may lie ahead for us all.<\/p>\n

Though vol\u00adumes have (and will) be writ\u00adten about the 20 Cen\u00adturies we have just come through, the most salient fea\u00adture to me comes from the cen\u00adter that forms the Sign of Pisces. I like to say that Pisces, being the last sign, (and from a strict\u00adly \u201chuman\u201d per\u00adspec\u00adtive of course), is the sum\u00adma\u00adtion and com\u00adple\u00adtion of the jour\u00adney in spir\u00adit that we humans are all engaged upon.<\/p>\n

What dri\u00adves our sto\u00adry as human is not our won\u00adder\u00adful \u201coppos\u00adable thumb\u201d, (though cer\u00adtain\u00adly it has spurred the devel\u00adop\u00adment of our tool-mak\u00ading nature and the growth of our self-con\u00adscious\u00adness). Or, some would point to that fea\u00adture as the key to form\u00ading our capac\u00adi\u00adty to make tools, and it was this which led to our defin\u00ading fea\u00adture, to our \u201cself-aware\u00adness\u201d, which then forms the key to what makes us human, and we are cer\u00adtain\u00adly clos\u00ader to the \u201ctruth\u201d with this it seems.<\/p>\n

But I am fond of say\u00ading, that in the end it all comes down to this, and look\u00ading to this last sign of Pisces, (and we all have Pisces some\u00adwhere in our chart and nature), what tru\u00adly makes us human<\/em> is our Capac\u00adi\u00adty to Dream<\/em><\/strong>, to look at the world and one anoth\u00ader with won\u00adder. We are endowed with Imag\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtion<\/em><\/strong>, and so our great\u00adest gift is formed and held by the very heart of Spir\u00adit, we are Cre\u00adators<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We dream, we imag\u00adine and so we create\u2026and then we dream again. We encounter the world \u201cas it is\u201d, and we dream of a bet\u00adter one. We have and find our way through this Liv\u00ading Faith<\/em> as Cre\u00adators<\/em><\/strong>, and we under\u00adstand, because we know, that we can form a bet\u00adter life, and a bet\u00adter world for us and for those who follow.<\/p>\n

We are not so much \u201chuman beings\u201d as much as we are \u201chuman becoming\u2019s\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. It is pre\u00adcise\u00adly from this essen\u00adtial qual\u00adi\u00adty of Spir\u00adit, of being \u201cCre\u00adators\u201d, that we have brought about remark\u00adable changes in our very nature, and in the world around us. But now our \u201cRing of Pow\u00ader\u201d, (our Imag\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtion and Intel\u00adli\u00adgence, our Curios\u00adi\u00adty and Cre\u00adativ\u00adi\u00adty), threat\u00adens to under\u00admine our very exis\u00adtence, as well as fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal\u00adly change the com\u00adplex hier\u00adar\u00adchy of fel\u00adlow Life-Forms on our Earth.<\/p>\n

Yes, into our \u201cCre\u00adations\u201d we have poured our hopes and dreams and revealed the awe\u00adsome gift of our Imag\u00adi\u00adna\u00adtion and Dreams. But we are also imper\u00adfect, and we have nei\u00adther the req\u00adui\u00adsite wis\u00addom nor humil\u00adi\u00adty, as yet, to use our pow\u00ader with true under\u00adstand\u00ading and com\u00adpas\u00adsion. So, the trag\u00adic result has been that we inevitably wove into our cre\u00adations the anx\u00adi\u00adeties, doubts and fears that have shad\u00adowed our jour\u00adney of awakening.<\/p>\n

Yes, we had dreams and visions, and we had inven\u00adtive\u00adness, curios\u00adi\u00adty and crit\u00adi\u00adcal think\u00ading and we acquired more and more knowl\u00adedge. But both the Dream and this Knowl\u00adedge were imper\u00adfect and woe\u00adful\u00adly inad\u00ade\u00adquate. We lit\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly opened \u201cPandora\u2019s Box\u201d, and set so many things in motion that we now threat\u00aden to over\u00adwhelm our\u00adselves and the life\u00adforms that share this world with us.<\/p>\n

When we exam\u00adine the his\u00adto\u00adry of life on Earth, sci\u00aden\u00adtists have deter\u00admined that sev\u00ader\u00adal Great Extinc\u00adtion events have occurred. Today many observers are not\u00ading that what they are call\u00ading the \u201cSixth Great Extinc\u00adtion\u201d<\/strong> is tak\u00ading place all around us now\u2026and the rea\u00adson for this tragedy is quite sim\u00adply us.<\/p>\n

For the human part in this Sto\u00adry of Life we have come through sev\u00ader\u00adal key turn\u00ading points: What is known as the Cog\u00adni\u00adtive Rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion 70,000 years ago, and then the Agri\u00adcul\u00adtur\u00adal Rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion 12,000 years ago, and most cer\u00adtain\u00adly since what we know as the Sci\u00aden\u00adtif\u00adic Rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion 500 years ago.But nev\u00ader have our future prospects (and the world\u2019s) been so shad\u00adowed by the fear of what may be unfold\u00ading now and by what lies ahead.<\/p>\n

I have hope, that we will find a way to use our amaz\u00ading gifts, to Dream and Rea\u00adson, to be guid\u00aded by our Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Intu\u00adition, Com\u00adpas\u00adsion and Wis\u00addom, and that this will lead to a New Age in the years ahead. Per\u00adhaps this is what this Age of Aquar\u00adiu<\/strong>s will bring. That it will be wit\u00adness to the next great step in Human Awak\u00aden\u00ading<\/strong>, and we will come to a Greater Under\u00adstand\u00ading through the core expe\u00adri\u00adence of Aquarius.<\/p>\n

The prin\u00adci\u00adple of Aquar\u00adiu<\/strong>s is Fel\u00adlow\u00adship, it is Broth\u00ader\u00adhood and Sis\u00adter\u00adhood, it is Com\u00adpan\u00adion\u00adship and Com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty and the Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Truth that we are all made of and by one anoth\u00ader<\/em>. We can\u00adnot be, Life can\u00adnot be, with\u00adout blend\u00ading, mix\u00ading, com\u00adbin\u00ading, and then shar\u00ading and grow\u00ading togeth\u00ader. Life, Con\u00adscious\u00adness and Spir\u00adit are forged and formed by Inter\u00adre\u00adla\u00adtion\u00adship, Diver\u00adsi\u00adty, Com\u00adplex\u00adi\u00adty and our essen\u00adtial Inter\u00adde\u00adpen\u00addence with one anoth\u00ader and all Life-Forms. Every Par\u00adti\u00adcle of Cre\u00adation is a Spark of the Divine, formed in its core by its own Quin\u00adtes\u00adsence<\/strong>. Every tree and every leaf on every tree, every being and each cell form\u00ading that being, every\u00adthing is formed by \u201cones\u201d formed into a greater One. All of life is part of some\u00adthing greater, yet it is pre\u00adcious\u00adly and won\u00addrous\u00adly its own unique instance of that Greater Whole.<\/p>\n

Aquar\u00adius is all about the One and the Many, and we are each a pre\u00adcious part, a unique one of a \u201cKind\u201d, but formed and held and made pos\u00adsi\u00adble by that Kind, by that whole, and then the next greater whole, which ulti\u00admate\u00adly forms the whole of this entire Cre\u00adation or the ONE<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Let us make this pledge to one anoth\u00ader, in the spir\u00adit of Human\u00adi\u00adty, with Love for one anoth\u00ader and for all of Spirit-Life-Consciousness:<\/p>\n

May we lis\u00adten to our High\u00ader Self and find in our hearts the Wis\u00addom and Love to approach this Sto\u00adry of Life on Earth as our respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty to pro\u00adtect. May we turn our Dreams and Intel\u00adli\u00adgence to pur\u00adpose\u00adful preser\u00adva\u00adtion of Life in all its mag\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcent Diver\u00adsi\u00adty. May we become ever more Con\u00adscious Co-Cre\u00adators of this beau\u00adti\u00adful blue Ark of Life. May we take care, and think of our chil\u00addren, and our children\u2019s chil\u00addren, and all who will come after us. May we rise and shine as the Stars in the heaven\u2019s above and be tru\u00adly Con\u00adscious Co-Cre\u00adators of this Creation.<\/em><\/p>\n

Let us hope, when we are all long gone from this world, that our descen\u00addants will look back upon us and say that we rose to our chal\u00adlenge, that we faced our fears and found our faith. That we made com\u00admon cause among our\u00adselves and with all who would fol\u00adlow us. We lis\u00adtened to the Winds of the Spir\u00adit, and we passed the torch of Light, Love and Will for the gen\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtions to come.<\/p>\n

The three pre\u00advi\u00adous post\u00adings for the 2019 fore\u00adcast, (past, present and future) con\u00adcerned the uni\u00adver\u00adsal ener\u00adgy-forms of plan\u00ade\u00adtary con\u00addi\u00adtions, known as \u201cTran\u00adsits to Tran\u00adsits\u201d, that reveal and inform our jour\u00adney in mean\u00adings and mes\u00adsages for one and for all.<\/p>\n

Now I will con\u00adsid\u00ader the con\u00addi\u00adtions for an indi\u00advid\u00adual enti\u00adty and the aspects formed to their chart, or what are termed \u201cTran\u00adsits to Natal\u201d indi\u00adca\u00adtions. I will begin by con\u00adsid\u00ader\u00ading the chart of the Unit\u00aded States of Amer\u00adi\u00adca, and in the next post\u00ading con\u00adsid\u00ader the chart of the Pres\u00adi\u00addent, Don\u00adald Trump.<\/p>\n

Nep\u00adtune and Saturn<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The prin\u00adci\u00adpal tran\u00adsit in the chart of the USA<\/span> in 2018 was Nep\u00adtune to Sat\u00adurn (an incon\u00adjunct aspect or 150\u00b0). This tran\u00adsit was exact from 2017 into ear\u00adly 2019, (although we should always look at all these out\u00ader plan\u00ade\u00adtary align\u00adments as peri\u00adods of time, as process\u00ades that build in over sev\u00ader\u00adal years lead\u00ading to these more exact peri\u00adods of culmination).<\/p>\n

This tran\u00adsit involved the chal\u00adlenge that any cul\u00adture will face (again and again), between its present-day struc\u00adtures of Civ\u00adil and Polit\u00adi\u00adcal Soci\u00adety (Sat\u00adurn) and the pres\u00adsure to incor\u00adpo\u00adrate ever more Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Truths into that struc\u00adture (Nep\u00adtune). This was the same align\u00adment for the USA<\/span> that occurred in the mid 1850\u2019s. That peri\u00adod was char\u00adac\u00adter\u00adized by the strug\u00adgle over the very nature of the USA<\/span>, of what of kind of econ\u00ado\u00admy, cul\u00adture and spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal char\u00adac\u00adter the USA<\/span> would have with regards for the prin\u00adci\u00adpal of human equal\u00adi\u00adty (as is affirmed in our sacred com\u00adpact, The Con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adtion), or turn against the tide of his\u00adto\u00adry and human rights and con\u00adsid\u00ader some as less deserv\u00ading, in effect treat\u00ading some as objects (i.e. slavery).<\/p>\n

There cer\u00adtain\u00adly are major echoes of that strug\u00adgle in our cur\u00adrent peri\u00adod, with the issue of how we view the true his\u00adto\u00adry ver\u00adsus the lega\u00adcy (memo\u00adri\u00adals) of the Con\u00adfed\u00ader\u00ada\u00adcy, how we treat var\u00adi\u00adous groups with\u00adin our soci\u00adety, (Minori\u00adties, LGBT<\/span>, Immi\u00adgra\u00adtion, Refugees), the issue of vot\u00ading rights and rep\u00adre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adtion, and the con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00ading shad\u00adows formed by echoes of racism and the vir\u00adtu\u00adal geno\u00adcide of the Native population.<\/p>\n

Though this aspect will fade now, the echoes it stirred and the present-day divi\u00adsions it high\u00adlight\u00aded will con\u00adtin\u00adue to be one of the prin\u00adci\u00adpal chal\u00adlenges the USA<\/span> will face for many years to come, as we will and must con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00adal\u00adly strive to final\u00adly heal these divides between our dear\u00adest ideals and our less than per\u00adfect union.<\/p>\n

Sat\u00adurn in Capricorn<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The oth\u00ader major theme of 2018 will per\u00adsist in a mod\u00adu\u00adlat\u00aded form through 2019, as Sat\u00adurn mov\u00ading through Capri\u00adcorn con\u00adtin\u00adues to make sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant align\u00adments in the USA<\/span> chart. The tran\u00adsits in 2018 were to Venus and Jupiter, and 2019 begins with Sat\u00adurn Oppo\u00adsite to the USA<\/span> Sun. Then through\u00adout 2019 Sat\u00adurn will Square the USA<\/span> Sat\u00adurn. As I not\u00aded last year, this par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar series of align\u00adments of Sat\u00adurn has his\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly been asso\u00adci\u00adat\u00aded with eco\u00adnom\u00adic, and then socio-polit\u00adi\u00adcal dis\u00adrup\u00adtions for the USA<\/span>, (in 1988\u20131991, 1959\u20131962 and 1929\u201332), where each time not only did strong eco\u00adnom\u00adic challenges\/disruptions occur, but these also trig\u00adgered social and polit\u00adi\u00adcal upheavals.<\/p>\n

Steer\u00ading through such chop\u00adpy eco\u00adnom\u00adic waters, one would hope to have well-found\u00aded trust in a strong, steady leader and staff to help us avoid the worst eco\u00adnom\u00adic out\u00adcomes. We can only hope that by some for\u00adtune of hap\u00adpen\u00adstance we will get through with\u00adout too much harm, because most would agree that this neces\u00adsi\u00adtat\u00aded form of lead\u00ader\u00adship is sore\u00adly lack\u00ading now.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto and Mer\u00adcury \u2013 A Reckoning<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Build\u00ading in dur\u00ading 2019 and becom\u00ading ful\u00adly man\u00adi\u00adfest in 2020 is a rather pow\u00ader\u00adful align\u00adment of Plu\u00adto going over the USA<\/span> Mer\u00adcury. (I men\u00adtioned this in my radio show this past week (<\/em>Jan\u00adu\u00adary 19th<\/sup>)<\/a><\/em> and will dis\u00adcuss it in more depth for the next show on Feb\u00adru\u00adary 2nd<\/sup>, and I will also con\u00adsid\u00ader Don\u00adald Trump\u2019s chart and transits). <\/em><\/p>\n

This is a very pow\u00ader\u00adful tran\u00adsit gen\u00ader\u00adal\u00adly, but even more so as the USA<\/span> has a Mer\u00adcury Plu\u00adto oppo\u00adsi\u00adtion in its natal chart, (Mer\u00adcury is at around 24\u00b0 of Can\u00adcer and Plu\u00adto around 27\u00b0 of Capri\u00adcorn). This two-year tran\u00adsit will high\u00adlight a fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal con\u00addi\u00adtion that has great\u00adly influ\u00adenced the char\u00adac\u00adter of the USA<\/span>, and we may be able to antic\u00adi\u00adpate by the last two align\u00adments of Plu\u00adto to the USA<\/span> Mer\u00adcury what this might mean for us now.<\/p>\n

The two pre\u00advi\u00adous tran\u00adsits of Plu\u00adto to the USA<\/span> Mer\u00adcury (and to Plu\u00adto) were 1981\u201383 and 1933\u201337. Those two peri\u00adods mark per\u00adhaps the two most sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant shifts in mod\u00adern eco\u00adnom\u00adic poli\u00adcies for the Unit\u00aded States that led to two very dif\u00adfer\u00adent types of eco\u00adnom\u00adic conditions.<\/p>\n

Dur\u00ading the ear\u00adli\u00ader peri\u00adod, when the coun\u00adtry (and world) grap\u00adpled with \u201cThe Great Depres\u00adsion\u201d the USA<\/span> was on the \u201crazor\u2019s edge\u201d, much like the rest of the world, between two paths of either Fas\u00adcism or Social\u00adism. But the USA<\/span> found anoth\u00ader way with FDR<\/span>\u2019s New Deal, and oth\u00ader polit\u00adi\u00adcal and eco\u00adnom\u00adic adjust\u00adments, which cre\u00adat\u00aded a sus\u00adtain\u00adable path of growth for the next sev\u00ader\u00adal gen\u00ader\u00ada\u00adtions (late 1940\u2019s through the 70\u2019s). Inte\u00adgral to the suc\u00adcess of this path was that the remark\u00adable rise in pro\u00adduc\u00adtiv\u00adi\u00adty and wealth was more even\u00adly dis\u00adtrib\u00aduted among the var\u00adi\u00adous stra\u00adta of the country.<\/p>\n

The 1981\u201383 peri\u00adod was marked by the so-called \u201cRea\u00adgan Rev\u00ado\u00adlu\u00adtion\u201d, which promised that by cut\u00adting tax\u00ades dra\u00admat\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly, espe\u00adcial\u00adly the top mar\u00adgin\u00adal tax rates, the result\u00ading redis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion of wealth would cre\u00adate more growth for one and all. How\u00adev\u00ader, from the ear\u00adly 1980\u2019s onward the share of the USA<\/span>\u2019s pro\u00adduc\u00adtive growth ben\u00ade\u00adfits sharply skewed to the upper\u00admost per\u00adcentiles of the pop\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion. The mid\u00addle- and low\u00ader-income groups began to steadi\u00adly fall behind in the degree to which they share and enjoy the ben\u00ade\u00adfits of the growth of pro\u00adduc\u00adtiv\u00adi\u00adty and wealth.<\/p>\n

More and more peo\u00adple found they had to work hard\u00ader and hard\u00ader, as they received less and less. Oth\u00ader fac\u00adtors also con\u00adtributed to this eco\u00adnom\u00adic shift away from the more or less equal shar\u00ading of Amer\u00adi\u00adcan pros\u00adper\u00adi\u00adty of the pre\u00advi\u00adous 40 years, (the move from an indus\u00adtri\u00adal to a ser\u00advice econ\u00ado\u00admy, increas\u00ading automa\u00adtion, trade deals with\u00adout enough pro\u00adtec\u00adtion or mech\u00ada\u00adnisms to help affect\u00aded work\u00aders, the shift to a stock mar\u00adket dri\u00adven by the short-term prof\u00adits for invest\u00adment banks (the \u201ctail wag\u00adging the dog\u201d) as rais\u00ading cap\u00adi\u00adtal became an end unto itself rather than for pro\u00adduc\u00adtive and long-term invest\u00adment, etc.). But it was the change in the mar\u00adgin\u00adal rates of tax\u00ada\u00adtion which dra\u00admat\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly shift\u00aded the dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion of how equi\u00adtably the dif\u00adfer\u00adent sec\u00adtors and stra\u00adta of Amer\u00adi\u00adca ben\u00ade\u00adfit\u00aded in the last 40 years.<\/p>\n

What hap\u00adpened is that the promise of Amer\u00adi\u00adca, \u201cof life, lib\u00ader\u00adty and the pur\u00adsuit of hap\u00adpi\u00adness\u201d, began to fade for more and more. This was brought to bear bru\u00adtal\u00adly in the sec\u00adond \u201cGreat Reces\u00adsion of 2008\u201d where\u00adin mil\u00adlions of Amer\u00adi\u00adcans saw their dream of a brighter future for their chil\u00addren dis\u00adsolve into bank\u00adrupt\u00adcy, fore\u00adclo\u00adsures, bit\u00adter\u00adness, fear and anger.<\/p>\n

To illus\u00adtrate how this shared dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion of growth was bro\u00adken and cre\u00adat\u00aded a widen\u00ading gap in income gains, here is a graph of the shift in the dis\u00adtri\u00adb\u00adu\u00adtion of income gains for the USA<\/span> from the late 1940\u2019s through 2017:<\/p>\n

The 2nd<\/sup> House in the chart of a Nation is said to con\u00adcern the \u201cWealth\u201d of that nation and many would hold that means the tax rev\u00adenue, stocks, bonds, shares, banks, exchanges, trade and com\u00admerce, nation\u00adal export and cur\u00adren\u00adcy. It is the gen\u00ader\u00adal \u201cwealth and pros\u00adper\u00adi\u00adty\u201d of the peo\u00adple of that nation.<\/p>\n

For me, though I agree with much of that on some lev\u00adel, I pre\u00adfer to focus upon the root or true source of val\u00adue by start\u00ading from a spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal approach. The 2nd<\/sup> house will always rule \u201cval\u00adues\u201d in any chart, and in this case, it rules the \u201cVal\u00adues of a Nation\u201d. The ques\u00adtion then remains, how do we know and mea\u00adsure (or have a scale of mea\u00adsure\u00adment) for the hier\u00adar\u00adchy and types of val\u00adue in an entire nation?<\/p>\n

Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly speak\u00ading, the Land and Water, the For\u00adest and the Fields, the entire\u00adty of what is called \u201cnat\u00adur\u00adal resources\u201d can cer\u00adtain\u00adly be under\u00adstood by any cul\u00adture to have \u201cval\u00adue\u201d. But the under\u00adstand\u00ading and rela\u00adtion\u00adship with that is far dif\u00adfer\u00adent for a trib\u00adal or hunter-gath\u00ader\u00ader cul\u00adture ver\u00adsus an agrar\u00adi\u00adan cul\u00adture, or some oth\u00ader eco\u00adnom\u00adic-cul\u00adtur\u00adal type.<\/p>\n

By stick\u00ading with the fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal ques\u00adtion, \u201cwhat is the root source of val\u00adue for any Nation?\u201d, (or any unit of human soci\u00adety), I would always start with the premise that our truest mea\u00adsure of val\u00adue is and must be cen\u00adtered upon what forms the peo\u00adple of that nation. Yes, it is true that the 2nd<\/sup> house also con\u00adcerns the phys\u00adi\u00adcal val\u00adue of a geo\u00adgraph\u00adic space, but what will dis\u00adtin\u00adguish a Nation more than any\u00adthing is the val\u00adue formed by and through the peo\u00adple of that land. Equal\u00adly, and even more impor\u00adtant\u00adly, any soci\u00adety will be mea\u00adsured spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly by how it treats or val\u00adues those humans, and indeed how much it holds to the truth that all of life is sacred.<\/p>\n

The Chal\u00adlenge <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Con\u00adsid\u00ader\u00ading this upcom\u00ading pas\u00adsage of Plu\u00adto over Mer\u00adcury (and then the Plu\u00adto return in 2022), what we are wit\u00adness\u00ading is anoth\u00ader crit\u00adi\u00adcal moment where the very nature of our soci\u00adety is at stake. The ris\u00ading stress\u00ades and schisms in our cul\u00adture, soci\u00adety and pol\u00adi\u00adtics are at the root a strug\u00adgle over how we under\u00adstand the nature of our core val\u00adues as a nation.<\/p>\n

We face a time much like of the 1930\u2019s, and the USA<\/span> must once again address this most fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal ques\u00adtion: How can we heal the divide that has formed between our var\u00adi\u00adous com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties? How can we hold to our promise to be \u201cA New Order for the Cen\u00adturies\u201d<\/strong>, (\u201cNovus Ordo Seclo\u00adrum\u201d<\/em>)? How can we restore our com\u00admon pur\u00adpose and live by the love, respect and val\u00adue that we must have for one another?<\/p>\n

We can if we remem\u00adber that our very well-being, \u201cOur Hap\u00adpi\u00adness\u201d, depends upon one anoth\u00ader. We should remain true to our found\u00ading doc\u00adu\u00adment, our Dec\u00adla\u00adra\u00adtion of Inde\u00adpen\u00addence, that \u201c\u2026we mutu\u00adal\u00adly pledge to each oth\u00ader our Lives, our For\u00adtunes, and our sacred Hon\u00ador\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. For it is most cer\u00adtain\u00adly true that none of us can be tru\u00adly hap\u00adpy if we do not strive to make it pos\u00adsi\u00adble for each per\u00adson in our coun\u00adtry to achieve their Self-Fulfillment.<\/p>\n

Our indi\u00advid\u00adual self-ful\u00adfill\u00adment depends upon one anoth\u00ader. We must restore our com\u00admon pur\u00adpose to help one anoth\u00ader, for we have come togeth\u00ader, as the most vibrant and diverse mix\u00ading of peo\u00adples and cul\u00adtures guid\u00aded by the fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal Truth that we are all \u201cones of the One\u201d.<\/p>\n

It may come as no sur\u00adprise then that the most sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant tran\u00adsit in Don\u00adald Trump\u2019s chart, for this year and for the next, is Plu\u00adto as well.<\/p>\n

In 2019 and 2020, Don\u00adald Trump will have Plu\u00adto form\u00ading an Incon\u00adjunct aspect (150\u00b0) to his Sun. Uranus is the Avatar or prin\u00adci\u00adple of the High\u00ader Mind; Nep\u00adtune the Avatar of Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love; Plu\u00adto the Avatar of the Will. Togeth\u00ader, at the crown of the spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal hier\u00adar\u00adchy they rep\u00adre\u00adsent the Mind, Love and Will of God. For humans, we are striv\u00ading to learn to wield these pow\u00aders cor\u00adrect\u00adly, as we slow\u00adly but sure\u00adly walk the path of awak\u00aden\u00ading by devel\u00adop\u00ading freer minds, tru\u00adly uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal love and guid\u00aded by ever more cen\u00adtered wills.<\/p>\n

Plu\u00adto rules will-pow\u00ader, and through our will we strive to mas\u00adter our\u00adselves; we learn that we must focus inward\u00adly, and to use our will for greater self-con\u00adtrol and self-mas\u00adtery. The num\u00adber one error (or sin) on this Earth is when we use our will and pow\u00ader to con\u00adtrol, sub\u00adju\u00adgate, manip\u00adu\u00adlate and vio\u00adlate anoth\u00ader (or oth\u00aders). The great\u00adest spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal crime is tres\u00adpass\u00ading, where we vio\u00adlate the sacred space of another.<\/p>\n

We are here to mas\u00adter our\u00adselves, and by our exam\u00adple, as well as by offer\u00ading lov\u00ading help and guid\u00adance to oth\u00aders, we help one anoth\u00ader towards greater self-mas\u00adtery and self-con\u00adtrol. By being tru\u00adly cen\u00adtered by the will, (and guid\u00aded by Wis\u00addom and Uncon\u00addi\u00adtion\u00adal Love), we are more able to use what\u00adev\u00ader per\u00adson\u00adal, social or col\u00adlec\u00adtive pow\u00aders we hold and to exer\u00adcise them cor\u00adrect\u00adly; and we will serve the source of that pow\u00ader and direct it in the prop\u00ader man\u00adner as deter\u00admined by our roles and respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties. Ulti\u00admate\u00adly, any exer\u00adcise of pow\u00ader must be in accor\u00addance with Spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal truth:<\/p>\n

We are here to learn to wield our will in a Transper\u00adson\u00adal<\/strong> man\u00adner; through our per\u00adson\u00adal will we serve the \u201csource\u201d of that pow\u00ader so that it is nev\u00ader used for self\u00adish pur\u00adpos\u00ades. The teach\u00ading will ever be, to remain guid\u00aded by one\u2019s High\u00ader Self and so by the One; we resolve to serve and so remain true to the path, \u201cLet Thy Will be Done!\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

With\u00adin any hier\u00adar\u00adchy, (Fam\u00adi\u00adly, Com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty, Cor\u00adpo\u00adra\u00adtion, State or Nation), the leader, (or lead\u00aders), the hold\u00ader of any form of exec\u00adu\u00adtive pow\u00ader is invest\u00aded with the respon\u00adsi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty to be the prime exam\u00adple (the \u201cExem\u00adplar\u201d or Avatar) of this spir\u00adi\u00adtu\u00adal truth: That the exer\u00adcise of Will and Pow\u00ader must be held and cen\u00adtered, yoked to serve the pur\u00adpose and intent of what\u00adev\u00ader office that leader is there to serve. That is why in many cas\u00ades, a per\u00adson will take a \u201coath\u201d, which binds their indi\u00advid\u00adual will to the gen\u00ader\u00adal good or pur\u00adpose which they serve; that pow\u00ader is not \u201ctheirs\u201d, but it is mere\u00adly entrust\u00aded to them while they hold that office.<\/p>\n

Don\u00adald Trump<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 2019 and 2020 Don\u00adald Trump will expe\u00adri\u00adence Plu\u00adto pass\u00ading over his Sun and over his Sat\u00adurn. What will this mean for him and for the USA<\/span>? Quite sim\u00adply and pro\u00adfound\u00adly, Don\u00adald Trump is going to face a fun\u00adda\u00admen\u00adtal \u201ctest of pow\u00ader\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. If he has wield\u00aded the pow\u00aders of the pres\u00adi\u00adden\u00adcy cor\u00adrect\u00adly, if he has aligned his will to the office of the pres\u00adi\u00adden\u00adcy, then he may pass this test, though it will be a very chal\u00adleng\u00ading time. If he has not suf\u00adfi\u00adcient\u00adly and cor\u00adrect\u00adly sac\u00adri\u00adficed his will to the greater good of his office, if he has not under\u00adstood the nature of his oath and aligned him\u00adself to the true source of the pow\u00ader which he serves, then he will fail and fall one way or another.<\/p>\n

The Plu\u00adto align\u00adment to Trump\u2019s Sun in 2019 and 2020 indi\u00adcates that his exer\u00adcise and expe\u00adri\u00adence of pow\u00ader is shift\u00ading in ways that will bring about a grow\u00ading sense of unease and con\u00adfu\u00adsion for him. He may ascribe it to forces or per\u00adson\u00adages out\u00adside of him\u00adself, but it will real\u00adly be the grow\u00ading schism between his low\u00ader will and the high\u00ader will to which he swore an oath to serve.<\/p>\n

This grow\u00ading gap between the pow\u00ader of this office and the expe\u00adri\u00adence of his per\u00adson\u00adal pow\u00ader erod\u00ading may cre\u00adate with\u00adin him, at least in part, a desire to walk away from or give up this posi\u00adtion of pow\u00ader as it has lost its appeal. It is no longer of per\u00adson\u00adal use to him. The rea\u00adson for this will because he has failed to under\u00adstand and serve in the office of the Pres\u00adi\u00addent as those who came before him.<\/p>\n

The align\u00adment of Plu\u00adto to Trump\u2019s Sat\u00adurn dur\u00ading 2020 is even more chal\u00adleng\u00ading, as it will direct\u00adly threat\u00aden his sense of posi\u00adtion (Sat\u00adurn) and the con\u00adfi\u00addence he has in main\u00adtain\u00ading that role. Typ\u00adi\u00adcal\u00adly, an indi\u00advid\u00adual with this tran\u00adsit feels that the effort to wield or main\u00adtain their posi\u00adtion is over\u00adwhelm\u00ading. Author\u00adi\u00adties, who rep\u00adre\u00adsent oth\u00ader realms and sources of pow\u00ader, are coun\u00adter\u00ading or oppos\u00ading his form of exer\u00adcis\u00ading his (pres\u00adi\u00adden\u00adtial) power.<\/p>\n

These oth\u00ader cen\u00adters of pow\u00ader may wield such a strong counter-force that he will not be able to per\u00adform his duties, or thwart his attempts to do what he wish\u00ades. He will either have to bend or break under the pres\u00adsure of foes and forces that will appear unshak\u00adable and unbeat\u00adable. Again, as a result of this pres\u00adsure he may wish to with\u00addraw from his posi\u00adtion or if he attempts to remain, he will find that his pow\u00ader is cir\u00adcum\u00adscribed or rescinded.<\/p>\n
